I think you should replace kakashi. with a sannin or kage level then they will maybe have a chance against the 2 brothers. But if said so then the uchiha brothers will win because:

Here itachi's meaning was to not hurt a konoha ninja. and not start a war.
IMO same with Jiraiya. Itachi's dream was konoha how could he kill one of the ninjas while he slaughtered his whole clan for this peace?

But Jiraiya will put itachi on his full limits till susanoo then i think the end would be for Jiraiya.

IMO he can beat jiraiya and kakashi but not at the same time.
I am making this conclusion cause i readed the manga good.

pervy team, probably with a loss. the sage toads are key in this battle, it allows jiraiya to use that dust jutsu or simple smoke bombs and still be able to attack due to sm. plus they have arguably the most powerful genjutsu in the series. kakashi has kamui which i think might beat susanoo
