The reason is when I tried to open the image you provided using photoshop, its says "cannot be parsed" so It wont open. Originally Posted by kladarakun
It always happen when the file format is .gif (no problem if its jpg or png), maybe because your computer is a PC, mine is a Mac.
So I had to screen shot the image and crop it, which is not the perfect way to go about it.
If you can convert your image to .jpg or png format then I can attempt again.
