No way Pain is the biggest Cry baby. I know he must of been through some tough times in the past, but theres no reason for him wanting to inflict Pain on everyone else. In all of his sentences he has the word "Pain" in it. "You dont know pain until you've experienced pain" etc etc.
He's acting like a big cry baby, He's not the only one that's gone through pain.
Naruto, Sauske, Neji, Gara, Itachi, Tsunade, Kakashi and that's only a few people.
Pain is a part of life. Pain is the biggest cry baby.
