I'd say madara and hashirama
onoki and his master muu was unable to oppose madara back then if those two are sure that they can't take him down it means current onoki along with any other kage cannot take him down in a 2vs1
and hashirama was even better than him so with extreme difficuly hashirama and madara wins probably one of them dies but they still win

Madara and First Still win cause u still have Hashirama's powers which defeated madara and you saw the latest chapters, how much destruction a little bit of Hashirama's dna can do and now you have the owner of that power...No chance and than you have madara's fire and other power, awwft 2 much
