Location: Bridge where Danzo fought Sasuke
Mindset: bloodlusted and with intent to kill
Distance: 75 meters
condition: both are healthy, and kakashi takes a chakra pill before the fight and boosts his chakra up
restrictions: None
starting scenario: Danzo starts in Izanagi and Kakashi activates his sharingan and takes out the executioner blade

Actually Danzo's izanagi is the most powerful sharingan genjutsu so danzo actually has more or equal skill in the sharingan so i think danzo may win

kakashi doesnt have the chakra to fight for 10 minutes non stop and tank all of danzos fuutons so kakashi even with the chakra pill will be pretty tired after danzo wastes his izanagi

if it's in same conditions of sasuke's (preserve shisui eye for tobi) fight kakashi win.
else danzou would pown kakashi yea but sasuke ,naruto ,jiraiya ,sandaime too...
