Who is stronger Orochimaru or Sasori?

I bet everyone wants to know who is stronger from the 2 akatsuki partners so why not make a battle thread out of it. imagine of sasori tried to kill orochimaru on the bridge where naruto's team fought him...........

location: bridge where naruto fought orochimaru
distance: 50 meters
condition: orochimaru is healthy, his body is not dying nor fatigued and sasori is also healthy.

mindset: blood lusted, meaning sasori won't let himself die nor will he show pity towards oro and Orochimaru, knowing how dangerous sasori is tries to finish him off quickly.

knowledge: orochimaru and sasori know about each other since they used to be partners so oro knows about sasori's puppets and vice versa

restrictions: Edo tensei

I wanna go with sasori, He was confident he would kill orochimaru....And he was orochimaurus superior in akatsuki...And pain puts the stronger person as the superior....

But , i just don't see how he would kill a pseudo immortal....

Tbh We didn't see enough of sasori..He said if he killed chiyo and sakura that would make exactly 200 puppets

Yet we only saw
1)-His hundred puppets technique
2)Hiruko
3)Third kazekage
4)Himself

thats only 103 , he had more human puppets

It all depends if orochimaru has invulnerability to sasori's poison, if he does then I think oro has this, if he doesn't then sasori

People extremely underestimate sasori and do not understand he was in upper akatsuki level, o well

He is undying from physical attacks and poison.
Orochimarus puppets outclass Sasoris puppets.
And by puppets I mean Edo Tenseis.
Orochimaru will plunge his Sword of Kusanagi into Sasoris Heart box and it's all over.
Orochimaru could also control the sword remotely so range would not be a problem.

Exactly, you saw that thread "kakashi and darui vs kakuzu and sasori" and how everyone is saying kakashi's team will destroy team sasori, and how sasori lost to an old woman etc. sasori is very underrated, and even though im an oro fanboy i still think sasori would put up a good fight. he may lose in my opinion but he's still extremely powerful, i mean cmon his fight against chiyo and sakura was the most epic fight in the anime ever. but orochimaru is actually more underrated, i mean when was the last time i went to a thread involving orochimaru where ppl didnt shout "orochimaru sux he lost to sasuke and got one shotted by itachi"? both are very strong but sadly so underrated, why must such great characters be made to look bad to make other characters look good, its a crying shame that we never saw them at their most powerful

When sasori lands 1 scratch on him

Thats more than enough to paralyze oro...and finish him off ...

If Orochimaru does get scratched by the poison coated weapons and it start to effect him I can see him saying a lousy scratch like this will not kill me and then he will shed his skin and proceed to busting Sasoris ass.

Orochimaru can also split into like 100 little white snakes to escape the poison effects and then join back together while the infected snake dies.

Orochimaru could also use the sword of Kusanagi to block all the poisonous weapon attacks by controlling it remotely and making it windmill right in front of him to block all incoming attacks.

Orochimaru could also use Manda as a shield because Sasoris little wooden puppets would not be able to pierce the thick hide of Manda and then he could ride Manda and proceed to crushing sasori.

the sword of kusunagi is one sword...How is he defending against 100 puppets + Third kazekage + iron sand darts ? Which btw he can controll all at 1 time, kazekage in his hands, 100 puppets in his chest

Healthy Orochimaru is stronger.

He can make sasuke immune to sakura's poison, which should be => sasori's since she came up with the antidote for his.

Although in real life being immune to a strong poison =/= being immune to a weaker one, in narutoverse, it works this way.

Sasori's poison was nothing compared to Sakura's own....Kakashi said that the posion sakura was used on the kunai was taught to her by shizune....Sasori's poison was so complex he thought that noone could make a antidote...Well sakura being a student of tsunade proved him wrong
