yea true but there's soo much turmoil right now that it would be kind of hard to cast that genjutsu. Too many people, too many enemies. When Jman did it there was only 3 bodies.

but it was the downfall of jiryay because jiryay did not know there was 3 more pains

I wouldn't say it blinded his judgement. How was he supposed to know at the time that there were six bodies instead of three. Yeah it was a mistake for him to let his guard down, but again, how was he supposed to know......

Now on one hand the jutsu would seal the deal against the bodies because they are all in one place......but on the other hand, they have already seen/heard the technique before so it is probably near impossible to catch someone like Pein with the same technique twice.....but even if they did use the technique against Pein and successfully execute it, Nagato is still roaming around with a building full of dead shinobi at his disposal...so...

like I said before...it doesn't matter who the bodies are...he could have any dead body and he will have the same result...and I don't think god realm is more important...his just yahikos dead body and have the best technique....but if he's destroyed he could replace it with another one

same, pein can reveive the body anytime he want to...

it is possible the sound wave disrupts the chakra wave that is flowing into those 6 bodies. then it shud work again. but if thats not the case, if only the sound that goes thru their ear causing genjutsu, then that might not work... since there is 6 bodies..err 5 and tendou is quite powerful in causing shockwave, he might repel air particles around him, and many of us know how sound travels..

It might work, but getting the jutsu off would be difficult. Pein's already seen it so once he heard the toads warming up he would attack them....or put in some earplugs
