remember we still have a wood guy in konoha:D that Konoha might have been destroyed.
Konoha have Yamato. Give him an afternoon and he has restored all the buildings in Konoha.

The dead bodies are in the villager's way. They need to be removed immediately otherwise they can't restore konoha.

We do not know how vast Yamato's chakra-reserve is. Thus we can only speculate.
