Character Information
Hiruko was the main antagonist of Naruto Shippūden 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire. He is a missing-nin of Konohagakure who wishes to plunge the world into a Fourth Shinobi World War, and then conquer it. He was a former friend of the Sannin and wished to be a strong shinobi much like them however he was not born with any special abilities leading to him developing the Chimera Technique. Sometime after the Third Great Shinobi War Hiruko research and findings lead to the creation of the technique. This would allow him to attain the Kekkai Genkai of other shinobi by fusing their bodies with his own. He became a missing-nin after he claimed the Third Hokage requested the Three Sannin to assasinate him due to the research he was conducting and thus left the Hidden leaf Village. After Many years of him being missing, news of Kekkai Genkai from the Various other great nations Kumogakure, Iwagakure, Kirigakure and Sunagakure went missing. Due to these other nations having Kekkai Genkai stolen it lead to the suspicion of Konohagakure due to them not having any stolen and lead to the rumors that Konoha was plotting to rebel against the Fire Nation. With the other nations amassing troops on the borders of the Land of Fire and threatening to invade, Hiruko uses a genjutsu to project his image in the skies over Konoha and deliver a message, announcing that he intends to obtain the kekkei genkai of the Land of Fire, becoming immortal, and virtually invincible. Hiruko Successfully attained Four Kekkai Genkai and failed in the collection of the fifth being The sharingan in the possesion of Hatake Kakashi who during the third great shinobi war placed a techniques on him that would eventually lead to Kakashi being drawn to Hiruko. This failed when naruto and his friends went after Kakashi and prevented the assimilation of kakashi's body with Hiruko's through his Chimera Technique and ultimately leading to his death. The resulting battle lead to the calming of the dawning battle against Konoha.

Hiruko's Abilities:
Hiruko can use a ninjutsu technique in which he uses bandages that are wrapped around his body and use them to slash targets. He didnt possess much special abilities which lead to the creation of a Kinjutsu technique the Chimera Technique, allowing him to obtain physical abilities, such as kekkei genkai, by integrating the bodies of other ninja with his own.The Four stolen Kekkai Genkai that Hiruko attained through the chimera Technique are Storm Release, Dark Release, Swift Release and Steel Release.

Ranton:Storm Release is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines lightning and water natured chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy. Hiruko showed a variant useage of the Kekkai Genkai in creating and manipulate dark lightning clouds which can also absorb chakra to become larger and more powerful.

Meiton:The Dark Release is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that can be used to absorb, manipulate, and release chakra taken from an opponent. Hiruko used techniques of this nature through a mark on his left hand. This mark resembles two diamonds, one overlapping the other. Chakra is absorbed through the upper square, while it is released and manipulated through the lower. In having this Kekkai Genkai the user is presumed to have control of the Lightning and Fire natured chakra.

Hayatōn:The Swift Release is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that can be used to move at virtually instantaneous speed, granting the user an advantage over opponents with more strength than speed, such as users of Chakra Enhanced Strength. This nature therefore renders the user invulnerable against taijutsu. In Having this Kekkai Genkai the user is presumed to have control of the Lightning and Wind natured chakra.

Kōton: The Steel Release is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that can be used to make one's body virtually indestructible by turning it into black steel. It is presumed that the user can also manipulate this nature in various other forms. In having this Kekkai Genkai the user is presumed to have control of the Fire and Earth natured chakra.


Special Bio Note:
When creating a Hiruko Biography one can only possess two of the four Kekkai Genkai that Hiruko attained through the Chimera Technique. Below is a list of four variations allowed. These variants are based on having one offensive based Kekkai Genkai Dark or Storm and one of the supplementary based Kekkai Genkai Steel or Swift.
- Dark Release and Steel Release
- Dark Release and Swift Release
- Storm Release and Steel Release
- Storm Release and Swift release

When accessing the two selected choices one must activate in battle the chimera technique which grants the user access to only one of the chosen kekkai Genkai and then in order to change to the second Kekkai Genkai one must activate the chimera technique before hand.

Restrictions:

• To make Hiruko biography you need to have at least Kage 8000 posts.
• One must be a member for at least 8 months
• One Must attain permission from two Roleplay moderators
• One cannont possess the eight gates or sage mode on the same biography
• One Cannot possess a Kekkai Genkai in their second Biography
• One cannont possess any other special bios such as 3rd Raikage or Jinchuuriki
• One Must undertake a Battle test showing mastery of the use of The elements that make up their selected two Kekkai Genkai and be given by either Zenryoku, Scary Yamato, Izuna or Goro Kaguya

Description: After making a single hand seal the user can move at fast speeds through the release of the swift release and then strike their opponent at multiple angles. The jutsu is effective against strength based close-combat Taijutsu users such as Tsunade and Sakura. However sharingan of tomo 3 is capable of reading the movements and can react to the opponents attacks.
Note: Can only be used by a swift user bio.

(Kōton: Mukankaku no Yoroi) - Steal Release: Impervious Armour

Description: This Technique allows the user to turn part their body into black steel, making that part of their body invulnerable to most weapons and taijutsu attacks. But due to its metal properties it leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Can only render Taijutsu Techniques B rank and below useless.

(Ranton: Raiunkōha) - Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave

Description: After performing the required hand seals the user uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around him, creating an offensive and defensive ward. He can then uses these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at his enemies, and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing his enemies from getting close. But a wind elemental technique can blow the clouds away.
Note: Cloud of rings lasts 2 turn

(Meiton: Kyūketsukō) - Dark Release: Inhaling Maw

Description: The user uses their dark release to forcibly extract the physical and spiritual energy of another ninja and absorb it through the upper square of the mark on his left hand. which can then be used to perform Dark Release: Judgment.

(Meiton: Jajjimento) - Dark Release: Judgment

Description: The user converts the absorbed chakra from the Dark Release: Inhailing Maw and then releases it into light blue flames, turning it back on their enemies with amplified strength to blow them away. The flames are expelled through the lower square mark on their left hand.

(Ninpo: Isei no Yoi Hōtai) - Ninja Art: Slashing Bandages Technique

Description: Hiruko can unwrap the bandages of his arms and use them as tendrils for long range attacks. The bandages are made so strong they can easily slice through rock.
Note: This technique is only capable of slicing through C rank and below Earth Ninjutsu.

(Kimera no Jutsu) - Chimera Technique

Description: The Chimera Technique was developed by Hiruko to allow him to compensate for his lack of natural special abilities. It allows Hiruko to access the Kekkai Genkai Abilities Storm Release, Dark Release, Swift Release and Steel release. By activating the Chimera technique Hiruko can then freely change the Kekkai Genkai ability during battle. The user of this technique must first perform the Ox → Horse → Hare hand seals to activate the chimera technique to allow access to the Kekkai Genkai and then when selecting one in order to use another they must use this technique again with performing the same Ox → Horse → Hare hand seals to change the Kekkai Genkai ability.
Note: Can only be used by Hiruko.
