Kisame wasnt at 30%

Remember way back when kisame and gai fought??

Well kisame used 30% of his total chakra in that transfer body technique and even then created a sea just from chakra itself (which is on par if not better than what the 2nd hokage could ever manage)

Gai then wiped him out with 7 gates phoenix attack, but kisame had made clones, and it states in naruto that clones distribute chakra evenly, so when naruto makes 1 clone, his chakra is half.

Kisame made 3 clones to trap the 3 kids.

2 clones= 7.5%
3 clones= 3.75%

Kisame only had 3.75% of his total chakra, and managed to fight gai evenly if not better, and also use a very strong ninjutsu.

Even if kisame was at 30% it is easy to see that he is the strongest legendary swordsman...and its easy to see his probably top 5 strongest in the akutski...zetsu im not sure...but because the akutski have great respect to zetsu im expecting him to be stronger than kisame....

Therefor shadow clones are actually meant for fighting and stuff . And also, no elemental clone can compare to 2000 of naruto's shadow clones!

Oh and I noticed something wrong with your calculations as well, the chakra is dispersed perfectly evenly, so It's all exactly the same.

2=original/3

but the way you have it, 2 clones would divide his chakra by 4, when it would only be dispersed among 3 clones

No... the whole clone thing is 1) a loop hole (think about it, Naruto summoning 1000+ clones without using Kyuubi's chakra? Do the math, Kakashi, Ebisu, and Tsunade or Shizune did the same with 100 shadow clones...) and 2) only applies to the forbidden technique Shadow Clones!

Well now naruto doesn't use shadow clones like he did in the first part.
He doesn't just create an entire army, which I agree isn't bad, but now he is using it quite well.

And yes Naruto does have 100's of times more chakra then everyone else
And it is useful because they don't got an element so they can be used when other elements aren't nearby and seem to be a bit quicker to make.

If kishi overpower him that will be sucks.
I consider Kisame as an mere akatsuki member like hidan,kakuzu,sasori.

Agreed. And we never saw the 2nd's full potential, but if he could create water from nothing with a single handsign, what took zabuza 44....he could easily fill a vallley with water.

shadow clones are mainly for gathering and passing info to real body. whether its for survey or training or during fighting. they are great help on that front. naruto recently beginning to use them wisely. naruto only learned abt elements recently. so i guess he will use them in future. wind clone for wind jutsus. havent seen any wind clone yet, have we?

very true altough....for kisame to be able to beat the creator of lava element and being a 4 tailed beast is truelly amazing...and i hate saying this because nidaime is one of my fav characters...but i dunno we know to little about nidaime to deduce something...

kisames clones were water clones not shadow clones.creating water clones dont use much chakra.I would say they take very little chakra that nearly has no meaning.
and you missunderstand one thing.the 2 clones that kisame and itachi trancefered their force was made by using KISAME's 30% of chakra. I mean itachi did not waste his chakra for making his clone,kisame did it for him.so eventualy it turnes out that at the moment when kisame was fighting guy his clone had 15% of his original chakra conteiner.
that guy is insane.he is too strong for sasuke or any other ones.

dont forger one thing.kisame is a shark.he is a suiton(water) user.it is almost imposible to defeat him in water because he controles it however he wants.and he is able to create an ocean of water with his chakra.so....I cant agree with you!

i think you are overestimating kisame comparing him with second hokage...first of all second hokage was almost same level as 1st and that menas like madara or stronger...second hokage would kill kisame only with his killer genjutsu...complete darkness ftw...kisame is cool but can't be compared to hokage...i hate sasuke but i think kisames water is weak against chidori
