akatsuki can seal naruto whenever

A lot of people are saying pain might back off etc if madara says the 8tails have escaped because they have to do it in order, however in shippuuden when deidara brings gaara, the 1tail to extract, they mention how they have done other beasts already, and there are 2 other eyes open on that statue from other jinchuriki, also itachi and kisame went after naruto before many of them were sealed.

Naruto can be sealed whenever, the evidence suggests they never had to, and never have, sealed them in order

it's in order to balance out the powers or something..
from 1 to 8 it doesnt matter how they seal the bijuu, but the kyuubi is a MUST to be the last one..

Yes It's not necissarily in order of the number of tails, but there is an order to it with Kyuubi being last. So run killer bee run!

If it wouldnt matter... Akatsuki would have captured 9-tails first, then Naruto was weak ... but since he must be last one... he got stronger... and theres a problem for Akatsuki

1. 8-Tails escaped , Akatsuki lost many member
2. Naruto is much stronger and couses big troubles to this organisation

Akatsuki could just capture Naruto and then keep him prisoner until they get the 8-tails. But I don't think that's necessary.

Like others have said, it doesn't matter about order, as long as the 9-tails is sealed last.

But it would be intersting to have a "Rescue Naruto" arc. It'd make the story longer. :D

Maybe they capture the weak biijus first and then the strong 1.

6 tails
1 tails
2 tails
3 tails
4 tails

8 tails
9 tails.
