Medicinal Marijuana

Marijuana has been scientifically proven to be helpful to those ailed by a variety of illnessess. SO why don't more states as well as countries legalize medicinal marijuana? They might as well get something out of a product that is being sold everyday lol and if it is actually helping being what's so bad? The drug being abused? It's already being abused and there are ways around it such as liscence's etc and arrest the fools that don't have them simple as that.

and i dont consider it a drug its just a plant which if you just so happen to set it on fire you will see some reactions lol. Also people will argue and say that cocaine also comes from a plant but think about what you have to do to the coco leaf to get it to become cocaine you have to add chemicals all kinds o shit in it, as for mary jane all you have to do is let it dry and light it on fire...

If you legalize it you can because you tax the people growing it and they have to sell it to distributors who will get taxed selling it to the public. Do you understand how that works? Non condescending... or is it? jj

OMFG nicotine and alcohol kill more people then Marijuana does. On average 50 people a year die from asprin and in actual fact it has never been recorded that Marijuana has killed somebody. it will be legal one day trust me we went through the same thing with alcohol and tobaco lol but there is too much weed going around right now for them to tax it but they already do in some states so its already starting to happen just give it a few more years and a few more arrest and it will be legal lol

people who abuse hard drugs have tried marujuana before.

Using marijuana at a young age can result in structural and functional deficits of the brain. This could cause you to develop weakened verbal and communication skills, lowered learning capabilities and a shortened attention span.

And by gateway I mean it eventually leads you to other more harmful drugs because you want to exceed that "high" you get from taking marijuana.

How do I know this? I have tried marijuana myself but not to the extent my friends have and they are all dead.

well if you have ever smoked it, it doesnt make you want to get even higher and go try other drugs. So your basically saying video games are drugs too huh because they can be addicting and cause some kids to become enveloped into them missing out on most of there life spending all there money on other games and never studying in school which could lead to loss of brain function and lower learning capabilities as you put it....and i agree smoking it for instance in a blunt rap or with joint paper can have an affect on your lungs but...there are other ways of getting high you can eat it like im sure you have heard of special brownies right?

If anything, Doctors should be prescribing this stuff to the Obese in America and have them try to control their appetite by eating Fruits and Veggies if they get the Munchies and drink water.

lol yes i have heard of brownies actually i have witnessed them , but i never would eat them. i just use what we call in america "swisher sweets" . im not proud of this at all, its just a habit that is not good to have tbh. it can lead you to do other things, if you seek a greater high, which is stupid because it only backfires

yea, you can vape. vaping gives of 0% carcinogens because instead of actually smoking youre just burning it and inhaling the vapors. and the one harmful effect smokin has is the paralyzing the scyllia (sp) in the lungs if you smoke too often. damage can be undone if you stop smoking for awhile, the only thing thats harming you is the actual smoke too.

In this day and age drugs are not foreign to us. We know what drugs are by the time your 11 you know of every single drug there is in the world with more then 3 names for the damn thing. We're aware of the effects and what it'd do to us and yet people still go there? It's the persons decision they abused the drugs it was their choice they knew what was happening. End of it
