Haha, i read all the posts, look i have a tattoo of the chinese simbol for tiger, it represents everything in me, personallity and everything, and it reminds me of the past i've left behind and not to do the same mistakes again.
I would recomend you to do something that is really meaningfull, like the other post before me, it would be childish to have a narutoface on your back or shoulder, besides, the tattoo artist must be good to capture it like it has to be done, and another thing is that that part wil disort the tattoo after a while, on the other hand, with a naruto face on you... you would be definetlly called NARUTARD hahaha no ofence man, no pun intended at all.
If i where you, i would do the sealing seal for the kyubi that naruto has on his belly, it's nice, its misterious, it does represent something that can be atached to your life and to a true meaning, and besides, the tattoo wont go bad after some years, after all this i'm thinking that could be my next tattoo but haha, think it carefully man, not a, easy to call desition here

The colored tattoo, over time, would most likely distort the images of Madara fighting the First Hokage... and instead they would look like Choji & his father.

And instead of the 9-Tailed Fox... the image would look more like a slab of steak that they are fighting for...

Now that I think about it... both the current, and the "40 year aging image" would be cool... and it will stand the test of time...

To Naruto it started the whole series because its the jutsu that helped put the kyuubi in him

Also I find him to look cool and creepy at the same time. It would look great on your back too, since he is always enters there and you can't actually see death but you know he's there

Very true.

IMO getting a tattoo of Naruto specifically is silly to me, you'll look at it in a few years and wonder why you got that when it has little to no meaning to you. However, some of the symbols are quite good. You could get the five Japanese elements in a pentagon, or the symbols of the 5 main villages. Anbu is a good one too, as are some of the seals. I also kinda like the yin and yang chakra sphere.
