I think the current skin is good enough and suits the banner and forum icons well. So there's no need for more imo.
But, it'd be fun to see some changes.

I like this one very much, so I voted no because I'm not sure how the new one would look... I'm in for a new one but maybe you should make like a project, and post what it would look like (like some screenshots of what the main page, the threads would look like etc...) before we actually vote for it. Just a suggestion though.
