As the user channels shining fire around his body, he will create a layer of shining fire all around him. This cloak allows the user to combust the molecules around himself to allow flight.

    Note:
    ~Can be only be used one
    ~Only Shining Fire, Lightning, Fire, and Taijutsu may be used while the cloak is active
    ~May last 5 turns
    ~Fire and Lightning jutsu go up one rank

This technique completely engulfs the entire battlefield and leaves it a barren wasteland. All water evaporates. This jutsu moves at the speed of Kakuzu's wind/fire technique.

    Note:
    ~Can be only be used once
    ~Must have shining fire cloak engaged
    ~Shortens the cloak usage by 2 turns
    ~No more shinning fire jutsu for the rest of the match

    The Arid user will preform a short row of 3 handseals, once completed 3 or less pockets of extremely hot air will be in encased in these "bubbles". To the target they will look like spheres that seem to be wavy due to the heat. These 3 air pockets travel along with the user floating around them. The bubbles are roughly the size of cannonball if you made 3 of them, if you only made 2 they would be the size of a carriage wheel and if you only made one they would be the size of a smaller boulder. The effects of these "bubbles" are somewhat varied, they're able to launched at the target hitting them causing an extreme burn or they are able to pop causing the air in the "bubble to be like a explosion of air causing burns and swelling. The bigger the "bubble" the bigger the impact area is and severity. These "bubbles" are also able to weaken water techniques, more so then others based on the size of the water technique used and size of the bubble being used. You are able to combine the 3 bubbles to form the largest one possible depending on the situation.

    Notes:
    - Only usable once per battle
    - Unable to preform any Arid techniques while "Bubbles" are being used
    - Weakens water techniques by one rank (depending on size)

Te effects o be caught up in the bowl would be injuries to the skin, slight burns from the hot dust, unable to see the enemy, dust in eyes, lack of breathing. The fissure is continuously emitting Diethyl Ether from it with geyser like force for as long as the hole is open. The gas will fill the field within the next turn if not dealt with properly.

    Notes:
    - The Fumarole stays active for two turns if not dealt with.
    - Any Heat/Fire/Lightning related source that comes into contact with the gas will cause an explosion at the range of the technique.

    Diethyl Ether Liquid State after Swallowing:

    1st Turn after Inhalation - The person that swallows liquid Diethyl Ether will not notice and pain will not affect their body. There will be no difference to them at all other than a bitter taste.

    2nd Turn after Inhalation - Numbness kicks in. The person runs but does not feel their feet hitting the ground. The wind on their skin, the sun on their face, a cut, a bruise, a stab wound, poke in the eyes.

    3rd Turn after Inhalation - The opponent starts puking out the previously swallowed Ether Liquid as well as Leg/Arm paralysis, being unable to utilize either of their hands/arms
    for hand seals or legs to run.

If you want this approved you're going to have to lower the turns for all of that and make it count as two techniques, considering that's what you're using, perfume and the genjustu being mixed inside.

    *The mist/flower remain active for 2 turns. The scent itself has the autonomy of 1 turn without the support of it's origin.*

    ~Declined~ I will allow you to make it count as one, because as you mentioned, that's the sole purpose of this technique aside from increasing the range of short ranged genjutsus. However, I want you to limit the distance in which the flower can be created away from the opponent. (Ex: 5 meters away)

    Note: I reworded the entire jutsu because my intention is simply to change the medium with which the genjutsu is cast. I did lower the duration though. I kept the 1 jutsu only because of that reason, but if it really must go, please feel free to edit the jutsu.

    Note: I reworded the entire jutsu because my intention is simply to change the medium with which the genjutsu is cast. I did lower the duration though. I kept the 1 jutsu only because of that reason, but if it really must go, please feel free to edit the jutsu.

The bubbles are roughly the size of cannonball if you made 3 of them, if you only made 2 they would be the size of a carriage wheel and if you only made one they would be the size of a smaller boulder. The effects of these "bubbles" are somewhat varied, they're able to launched at the target hitting them causing an extreme burn or they are able to pop causing the air in the "bubble to be like a explosion of air causing burns and swelling. The bigger the "bubble" the bigger the impact area is and severity. These "bubbles" are also able to weaken water techniques on contact, more so then others based on the size of the water technique used and size of the bubble being used. You are able to combine the 3 bubbles to form the largest one possible depending on the situation.

    Notes:
    - Only usable once per battle
    - Unable to preform any Arid techniques while "Bubbles" are being used

The effects of being caught up in the bowl would be injuries to the skin, slight burns from the hot dust, unable to see the enemy, dust in eyes, lack of breathing. Since the speeds of the dust if very fast these effects are quick acting and lasting. Able to kill the opponent in prolonged exposure.

    - Only usable once per battle
    - Only usable able battlefield has become Arid
    - Only usable by Arid Release user

These Monarchs are twice the size of an normal man standing at 11ft. the left arm is shaped like a club, which is used to smash close by opponents and the right arm is shaped like a long Blade, used to impale or slice close by opponents. In order to kill these Monarchs, the opponent must completely destroy them for if their is an source of Jade close by, they can simply regrow and reform back into their original state. The Royal Guard have the ability to use "Jade Realease: Greater Jade Technique" which allows them to attack the opponent at a distance. Because of the constant strand of chakra the user is unable to use any Jade while these Monarchs are in play.

If you want this to get approved you are going to have to drastically decrease the size of the troll and remove the ability of dispersing any ranked fire. Replace it with something more fitting and approvalable.

Kisame has a lot of shark jutsu, for example the S ranked version is quite big and you could be relating it to that. Now, can you imagine that times two in size? I will not be accepting that. You're also going to have to include some more descriptions in terms of how the whales can travel. Can you make them travel from different angles? Do all of them travel in a straight line? Can you control their movements after they have been made? A lot of things are still missing.

If the orcas can follow the target where ever he/she goes then in my case, if I activate my flight technique, would they stay airborne and keep following me around? Second of all at the part I highlighted; That is a very useless description you are trying to pass off as a restriction. You know why? To use the element you already need to be Kage rank so I would suggest you remove that unnecessary text in the submission. The requirement to use this Jar is also another obvious requirement when teaching the element to one of the two students. As for the last few highlights I have a question. Are you confusing turns with how many times per battle the jar can be used? And if not the you really need to re-write that because as it stands it is a mess to read and understand clearly.

If higher than normal, the perfume will emit a genjutsu that will make the opponent feel as if the gravity suddenly increased, pinning them to the ground. Instead of 5 mushrooms, the user is able to create only one, it's power more focused allows to deflect up to one S rank technique following the same principles and strengths of the CE.

In order to kill these Monarchs, the opponent must completely destroy them for if their is an source of Jade close by, they can simply regrow and reform back into their original state. Despite being a sphere-like shape, it should not be taken lightly due to it's sharp property from spinning extremely fast, capable of shredding human flesh and bones. The user is also capable of setting these balls of pure extreme vibrations on fire by increasing the speed rate they go at, giving them the burning property to go though it would be more visible to people now. This does not give it a boost in strength though, just the capability to burn now. The fire is not chakra-formed but made by the extreme friction in air just like Morning Peacock.

The target will be forced to place his hands onto his ears and fall onto his knees due to the sheer pain he faces. Though, this technique doesn't last long and only for a minute usually. After the technique ends, target suffers from a minor headache and the incapability to hear properly, making earth techniques that cause sounds much more effective.

For example, if the opponent has a mode currently activated that allows him to ignore pain, he wouldn't fall on the ground. You understand? If I approve this, you will be allowed to forcefully tell the person you are fighting that he falls on his knees, etc etc. Include a note that states you can't perform any other techniques while this is active. The reason being is that you are currently focusing on vibrating your chakra for that entire minute. As for the highlighted note, that is a contradiction.

At the user's command, he can bend the plastic to whatever shape he like and if saying, theres a water ball heading towards the plastic wall, the user can wrap the plastic around the water technique, containing the water within a plastic ball that still continues its travel towards wherever the user intended to send the plastic wall towards. The same can be done for lightning as plastic insulates lightning, not allowing it to escape and the other elemental weaknesses of Plastic, additionally with elements that aren't stated but can obviously be affected by this techniques.

As this is done, the user raises his hands into the ground, to make five plastic creatures of the user's creation. Be it a huge teddy bear or a small white tiger. All of it possess the same strength that can lift up houses. These creature may bear plastic weapons with them such as swords, spears, etc. The plastic on the ground can be further used for other Plastic techniques that may be used in the future.

    Description : The user molds the Plastic chakra into the air surrounding the enemy and materialize some sort of white plastic bag which covers the enemy' head much like the picture in the spoiler below. With shape manipulation, the user turns the whole plastic bag into a snake. The snake's head will be where the opening of the plastic bag which will be around the neck, basically meaning the opening is its mouth. The snake grips its teeth into the neck securely, suffocating the target and causing him or her pain in the process. Even when the plastic bag was summoned, it was already securely tightened around the target's neck and can't be removed through regular means such as using the hands and pulling it off or else that would really just kill the purpose of this technique.

    Note : Can only be used three times per battle
    Note : The snake lasts for 3 of the user's turns if not dealt with
    Note : If snake were to be removed and not destroyed through some means, the user can still control it to yet again attempt to suffocate the target

    The user of this technique slams his palms together. This causes the floor of the battlefield in a large circle to turn into gel, extending up to long-range. Once it forms, the viscous gel wheel begins rotating at high speeds. The user remains unaffected by the movement and remains capable of moving normally, however the opponent begins sinking into the adhesive gel and is thoroughly destabilized by the spinning motion, leaving him unable to move around. Once the wheel has formed, the user can use it to create one large spiked pillar of gel from any one point in the gel battlefield. The pillar is thick enough to hide a human behind it but is only as tall as a human.
    Note: This technique may be used only twice per battle.
    Note: Only one pillar can be created per turn of the user.
    Note: The user cannot cast any S-rank or above Gel techniques for the same and following turn.
    Note: Although the user can move normally, he is incapable of moving at higher speeds than normal.
    Note: Neither the user nor the opponent will be able to control the earth for as long as the gel wheel is in play, as the gel is impermeable to chakra and chakra cannot be sent through it to move the ground or minerals.
    Note: As gel is capable of being formed by any solid substance, this technique works even if the floor of the battlefield is covered with some other solid substance than earth.

    The user of this technique holds out his hand, palm open. A vajra shaped purely of aerogel forms instantly floating above his palm. With a flick of his wrist, the user can then send the vajra flying at a target in a straight line. The vajra is composed of dense aerogel with a core of lightning held within it. Upon nearing its target, or on the user's command, the lightning bursts out of the end of the vajra forming a sort of explosive warhead on the tip of the vajra that causes it to detonate violently. The superheated explosion then causes the superheated aerogel-turned-glass shards scattering forward and to the sides to shred.
    Note: This technique may be used only once every other turn.
    Note: If there is a gel source on the battlefield, the vajra can be formed from any part of that.
    Note: The vajra is capable of moving only in a straight line, and its shards technique is only works on targets within a few metres of the explosion.
    Note: The explosion is strong enough to breach any walls, as it is focused in a single cone. However, this aspect makes it easy to dodge the explosion by moving even a few metres away from the vajra.
    Note: The speed of the vajra renders it trackable only to doujutsu. However, any person can dodge the vajra by getting out of the way quickly if they recognize the threat.

    "any walls" is kind of a bad description, since there are sealed walls which are genuinely unbreakable; also, you can't say the speed can be tracked only by doujutse, and then say the opponent can move out of the way if he or she notices the threat - they wont notice it if it's so fast it can only be tracked by doujutsu.

    A very simple technique. The user stamps the ground or claps his hand, and instantly an inverted lotus shape of gel forms at some point. The lotus can be formed around the user as a defense, or around a target to trap them. With one handseal, the user can make the lotus disperse harmlessly into gel.
    Note: This lotus is large enough to hold two people comfortably within it.
    Note: The lotus forms very rapidly around a target, within a second. However, it does absolutely no damage, and furthermore reduces the chances of further strikes by the user as it also acts as a 'defense' protecting the opponent from all coming from outside.
    Note: The lotus can be made either of aerogel or aquagel depending on the user's preference.

However, they are denser than the basic vajra and travel at twice the speed. With a mental command, the user can make the vajra shoot forward to strike the target. If the vajra misses, it can be brought back to array itself in the formation again to strike later. If it is blocked and damaged, it dissipates into a puddle of gel.
    Note: This technique may be activated only once per battle.
    Note: The user cannot use S-rank techniques of gel for the same turn and next turn or use Forbidden-rank techniques of gel for the rest of the battle.
    Note: Each turn, only a maximum of two vajras can be sent at a target. They move in a straight line.

    The user will preform one handseal and increase the heat of the air in the field to a high extend. By doing this the air begins to look wavy. When the target looks at the user they looked distorted to the target by the heat waves. These waves are manipulated to where the target feels like he's looking at a mirage of the user. During this time the user can make a sneak attack on the target while the he believes he's attacking the user even though it is viewed as a distorted image of the user. The target will believe he's under a Genjutsu.

    Notes:
    - Only usable 3 times per battle
    - Lasts 2 turns
    - Can't use another Arid Release in the same turn
    - Only usable by Coyote
    ~Declined~ You can't predict what the opponent will believe. As for the restrictions, reduce the times it can be used, taking into account it lasts more than one turn. Lastly, fix the chakra points.

    Description: This technique takes use of very accurate chakra manipulation, similar to the Rasengan in the principal or chakra rotation, initially the user concentrated a Large amount of Aluminum chakra into one of his palms, creating a gigantic spiraling ball that's on the same size of the Cho Odama Rasengan in Sage Mode, the outer layer of the ball sprout multiple spikes of Aluminum connected to the ball which when in contact with an object it cuts through it with the immense rotation speeds that the ball is spinning at, this ball has a hot Aluminum liquid core inside, which when coming in contact with someone the liquid Aluminum burst outwards covering the spikes of the outer layer of the ball and melting anything that comes in contact with it due to the very hot boiling point of the Aluminum liquid which is hotter than the most hottest forms of Lava, this technique can also be used as a defense by throwing the ball near the user, creating a Large Aluminum spiked wall which can be used to defend against incoming attacks, due to the hot Aluminum core in which the ball has burns the user's hand severely.

    ~Declined~ So tell me how exactly how are you not hurting your entire body while holding such a ball with spikes spiraling around? Yes you did include damage to the hand but I don't think that's what you were referring to. As for the rest well, you need to tone it down and include some real restrictions. As it stands, all I see are restrictions for a strong S-Ranked technique. However on re-submission, be mindful on the description because it can be classified as a rasengan variant which are strictly forbidden.

    The fog/gas of Dry Ice is highly dangerous to a human being that inhales it because they are incapable of breathing, due to the Co2 of the Dry Ice forcefully replacing any sort of oxygen in the area thus suffocates the person who inhales it.
