    Anyone except the user, who looks at the light ( either directly at the cloud, or as the light is streaming down toward the ground ) is trapped in a genjutsu.
    The genjutsu makes the opponent believe that their body is chained completely, by writhing cloud tentacles, and a huge weight is pressing on them, preventing them from moving any portion of their body.
    ~ Can only be used once per battle
    ~ Lasts for 3 turns
    ~ Costs 20 chakra per turn
    ~ Does 15 damage to user

If left in there long enough, one could end up suffocating with the lack of oxygen.Also the user can emerging spikes from within the prison crisscrossing in various directions immobilize the opponent while inflicting damage.
    Note: The user must keep hand contact with any mud source removed hand from any mud source the jutsu can be instantly broken free from within.
    Note:A large mud source is required to use this jutsu.

    -Hm, I think you should say that the open must be stepping on mud and also about the spikes, what are they? Mud spikes? cause then they aren't very thick, or are they something else?-

    -pink part: why? I understand that you will be able to withstand attacks but getting physically augmented is another thing. Also, to get this approved since it's mainly defense you have to state exactly how much damage you can handle for every element Gel is stronger against, so that when you will use it in the arena there won't be any arguing-

    The hydra is made of such dazzlingly purple flame that a person with normal eyes will reflexively close them on seeing the Hydra, and a person with a Doujutsu active will collapse in pain ( since Doujutsus are more sensitive than normal eyes )

    Carbon atoms does actaully have this ability, the difference between diamond and graphite is that diamon has 3 atoms connected togther with one anotehr while graphite has 2 >_>, i can manage my radiation to the extents to make such a thing with 4 or 5 atoms connected togther, this defense surpasses garra's ultimate defense , only attacks like inhalation, attacking from inside or freezing works (not gonna state it in description >_<)

On the arrows are carvings of greek letters that read Ἀπόλλων (Apollōn). The arrows are shot exceedingly quick and with such piercing accuracy that even when the target is moving, the rate of success is 90%. When the arrows strike a target or any part of the battlefield, it sets a small but significant portion of that area to golden flames of sun fire. Only 4 arrows (max) can be shot at one time during the user's turn.

These tentacles pull all the water out of the surrounding area ( including moisture in the air ) and store it within themselves, denying the opponent access to water of any sort. The tentacles' absorption property works extremely speedily, and can absorb even fast moving spurts of water. The user can command the tentacles to release the water and can then use it for any techniques, though the jutsus so performed will be ranked down by one.
