Re: Arsenal FC-Worst Luck in the EPL
I've seen fans whining after a match by inventing all kind of excuses but heck, before a match. *sigh* That's pathetic.
In case you don't know your own team, let me remind you the case of some of those players.
1)Jack Wilshere - That's a bad loss
2)Bacary Sagna - For God's sake, he's been injured since so much time, it's not at the dawn of playing United that you'll miss him and start saying that his absence will be determinant while it's been months...
3)Kieren Gibbs - Same case as Bacary Sagna.
4)Mikel Arteta - That's a heavy loss too.
5)Thomas Vermaelen - Big loss but you're feeling his absence because you recruited the "great" Mertesacker. Thus, that's not a case of bad luck for him but more of ill-judgment to find/recruit a proper alternative for central defender.
6)Thierry Henry - One, he still needs to do a test. Second, legend or not, he still will have been a 34 Year old bearded player that will warm the bench for 60 minutes.
7)Carl Jenkinson - Wasn't he the main reason of the 8-2 ? LOL, you should rather rejoice that he won't play.
8)Andre Santos - He's a B-Team player and a Sub at max.
So these are your top players ?
5 Starters out of which 2 were long-time injury, 2 Sub-player and 1 disastrous reserve player.
And United got injuries too.
1). Vidic - Out for long but I won't put it on bad luck's fault because I knew since long, that he obviously won't play. Not matter his impact.
2) Cleverley - Same as Vidic
3) De Gea - He's going for an eye operation.
4) Ashley Young - That's a major loss for us.
5) Jones - Might be operational but it depends.
6) Anderson - Out.
7) Smalling - Might be operational but it depends.
Also, it's United's luck who have inverted from last meeting situations, so why are you whining?
It's 5 starters out for sure in our side too and 2 starters in doubt. There's nothing disproportionate about the upcoming meeting thus. Both teams will play with the best they have at their disposal.
What's worse is that all (except Vidic) our plausible and definite injured players were in the 8-2 game while none of your players (except the disastrous Jenkinson) were in that game.

Re: Arsenal FC-Worst Luck in the EPL
@Escorpiuus I agree that both sides have injuries but It's been more difficult for Arsenal because our backup players are utter shite!! While united are strong on the bench aswell. LOL WE SOOOOO MISS SAGNA!!! you have no idea how our backline has been raped cause we dont have proper fullbacks oh and I forgot to add Coquelin(GENIUS). Arsenal injured mostly ALL of their star players, so we were a rather horrible case then united(RESPECT TO THEM FOR THE WAY THEY PLAYED. WE BOTH EFFIN HATE "CITY")

I didn't watched the same game then. Cause except saving Welbeck's ball on the line; he was pretty disastrous.
Yeah, that Chamberlian guy was great but lol, no, he's not Messi and still too far.
