Re: Name the top 5 point guards in nba in order
I'd put them in a different order myself:
Rose
Paul
Williams
Westbrook
Rondo
In truth though like Hyperion showed Nash is still top 5 likely ahead of Westbrook on the list I reordered

ragan rondo shouldbe number one. Just because he got mvp and makes a lot of point dont make him the best. Rajon gets pojnts, rebounds, and assist in every game.
I know he should at least be number 2.
Derrick rose only has one triple double in his career. Rondo has 7
Rondo average is a double double what gaurd on your list can say that.

Wade plays the 1 sometimes though.
Bryant doesn't anymore play that anymore.
Their roles are similar to what Lebiatch does these days.

Re: Name the top 5 point guards in nba in order
IMO winning a championship or getting to the Finals does not merit a higher rank than the others unless you're the one who carried them.
Top 5 All Time?
John Stockton
Magic Johnson
Oscar Robertson
Jerry West
Bob Cousy
Now?
Nash - At the age of 38, he's still at the top of his game. I'd like to see what the others can do at 38.
Rose - He's proved himself.
Williams - Better than most, just on a team that's underachieving.
Rondo - He's the star of that team, but he still lacks a jumpshot.
Paul - He's good, but his team is GROSSLY underachieving. With that amount of star power I don't know why his stats are just 13 and 9, and he's just throwing lobs.

Your all time list isn't in best to worst order is it? If so there is no way John Stockton is better than Magic Johnson.

I find it completely ridiculous to compare eras skills-wise, so I compare them achievement-wise, and being on top of the assists and steals while being a non-explosive lanky PG qualifies you to be on top of Magic.
