Killer is both a lean and lanky man. He has long wild blonde hair that falls down to his thighs. As a kid, Killer had long hair that reached down to his neck and covered his eyes.
He wears a plain, white and light-blue full-head helmet with many holes in it, and what look like modern headphones on both the sides. He wears a black shirt with white polka-dots and an open collar that shows his chest, with pants that resemble those worn by real world Native Americans (this style is often seen in fans of Classic Rock and Heavy Metal music). Killer also had a red sash around his waist.
He carries a pair of hand guards which have very long detachable scythes connected to them. When not fighting, these scythes are placed in a large sheath tied to his right hip.





Personality:
Killer comes across as both level-headed and somewhat arrogant; where in the former case, probably more so than their Captain ever will. Of course, this does not mean he is not as enticed toward violence as anybody else on the crew. He also remains fairly silent during combat, save for the slicing of his blades, and tends to focus on the elimination of his enemies. Killer is more knowledgeable than his captain in terms of historical facts, as he informed Kid the meaning of the Ox Bell.
After seeing his captain for the last time and assuming he was dead Killer became more sympathetic and kind towards others. However sometimes his arrogant hating personality came back.

History:

New Life Arc

After two years of traveling abroad throughout the Ninja World, Killer was traveling through the land of Irons after meeting some friends however he then encountered a young man who claimed to be a "God." He boasted about his power, and warned Killer that he wasn't a "man" to be trifled with. Disliking his attitude, Killer challenged the child, full ready to bring an end to this young boys life. However, in a rare bout, the boy defeated Killer quite easily, despite his best efforts.

"Did you really think you stood a chance, I am the great assassin Black Star! Yahoo!"

But seeing some apparent skill within Killer, he decided to spare him, leaving him alone in the rain...

Ninja World Arc

Killer left the Land of Iron missing his friend. He went venturing around the world and ended up in Kirigakure where he met some legendary swordsman. After sparring with them on multiple occasions he knew they always relied on the hidden mist to kill people so he started to focus on it and in a years time he was able to hear through the mist and notice changes allowing him to move silently through the mist allowing him to kill people.
Killer often got bored of places once he thought he would be able to go on a new adventure so he decided to go out in the Ninja World again. He met many ninjas and killed them most of the time. He also made some very good friends. After travelling around for a month he ended up fighting a genius of combat Shikaku Nara. It was one of his most difficult fights however he managed to pull through. Not wanting to kill the genius Killer often spared with him. After having multiple spars every week he thought he had enough of this. Little did he know that Shikaku's intelligence rubbed off on him quite a bit.
Shikaku had to leave Killer to go on a mission. Killer however did not feel like waiting so he left and went to Kumogakure where he met a very nice woman named Makise Hyuuga. She was very calm all the time and seemed quite nice. After seeing her working in the lab he realized she might have been one of the brightest people he has met, maybe even smarter then Shikaku himself. One night he walked out into the and saw her fighting off multiple ninja's at a time. He went to her aid as fast as he could but realized that she had already taken care of them by the time he got there. He saw her moving really fast and anticipating theyre moves. She explained everything to him after that. A few days later he couldnt seem to find her around the village anymore as if she was avoiding him. He couldnt understand why and then figured as much as he enjoyed being in her company his time here was over. He hated staying in one place for too long.
As Killer left Kumo he headed towards a place that he intended too all along. When he met Crocodile as a kid and Crocodile killed his parents the last thing Corc said was come to Suna and we will speak again. So he headed for Sunagakure on his way there he came across a Ninja with the Suna headband. They fought and after a while the Suna Ninja put Killer under something called genjutsu which won him the fight. Later on Killer found out this mans name was Rexii. Rexii ended up taking Killer to Suna and staying with him at the hospital. Killer had never seen a man with this kindness. Rexii told Killer to join Sunagakure because it was an awesome place. So Killer joined and stayed there for a while and met the Kage... Crocodile. After meeting him Killer realized this Crocodile was incredibly different, more kind and talkative and dosent like killing people. Killer became friends with everyone in the village.
After a few months in Suna Killer decided to head back to the Land of Iron some people he met there and see if he could improve in the way of the sword. When he knew he was doing well they spared some more and then Killer went back to Suna so Killer now spends most of his days with his friends and travelling back and forth between Suna.

Other
Killer holds a lot of tagged kunai's and shurkiens with him now. He also carries two katana's and his pair of scythe blades. Killer also always has his mask on.

Killer was seen fighting Urouge for reasons unknown upon first introduction, a fight that was broken up by X Drake.[4]

I took most of it out of OP but added a story on how I got to the Ninja World.. And then I got that from training constantly with the swordsmen there.

The history is almost as bad as the time Mario was a ninja and somehow made it to the Mushroom Kingdom (yes, that was actually done).

Changing the history to fit the Narutoverse means not saying all these One Piece references. Just make up a random history and use that.
