I hope the economy goes better as well ,tho I dont think the choices made by our government and the other governments are the right ones and will do any good.
But even if we are poor we still have friends and happiness in our hearts.
Not everything is about money,money is the mean not the reason. Some people should stop being so capitalistic and just get used to having few and good stuff because materials is defo not the meaning of life.

No offense but I don't like the first place and second placed album as much. They're good but both lacks an X-factor in my eyes.

Hades- has an interesting concept. Eishi's album was very eye-pleasing with nice pattern. Nocturne's album was the only one that narrated a concept in his album; a very great try.

Again, it's only my take; though they're all good.

Still, congrats to the 3 winners. It's good to see a minimum of 5 quality album in the contest. Shows good level and adds more hard-worked value to the award.

so you thought the same as I did...i mean the 1st two albums were not related to the topic at all...i mean Making an album of ELECTRICITY should contain ELECTRICITY...instead of its origin...
i saw a lot of albums having albums of storms and lightnings which are not ELECTRICITY...
I offense no one ofcourse but its only unfair that those albums were OFF topic and they were positioned...

well...so much for the hard work...

I'm just going to brush off the two previous posts for the moment, but all submissions were related to electricity and nothing was too far out of scope. If you disagree with my decisions, that's fine, but that's what PM's are for. I have noted all conveyed concerns and feel that my judging has remained impartial and within the scope of my duties.

I did not, in any way, try to belittle someone else's album and work. Neither did I gloat about someone else's or mine's work. I simply stated my take on the latest contest. I've just appreciated some efforts I've seen; some a little more and some a little less. It's like a review; not an insult or denigration of any kind.

This thread is about talking about the winners' job and to congratulate them. If I re-read my post, that's exactly what I've done. I've only added some of my own views in the most dignified way I could. I really don't see why I'll PM you for that. I have no objections in your judgment. Just a different vision.

As someone who took part in perhaps the most AotW and arguably won the most, I don't need that reminder as I know the rules pretty well. Still, all opinions are not the same. I like the way you're doing your job and respect your decision fully but don't expect me to agree on everything despite your honest impartiality. I've my own persona and mindset about the contest and that doesn't change in whatever circumstances.

According to me, 1st winner's album is nice. I can see "idea" and "eye-pleasing", and a little "creativity". Actually, to me, "creativity" must have your own "mark" in it, it also makes your album unique and hard to find. "Creativity" is to find the "unique" in "normal". So, I think, 1st winner preserved to win. I really appreciate that album

About "eye-pleasing", it's not only based on stunning photos, suitable background but also the so-called "arrangement" for the bestest effect.

Here I keep in mind my comments about 2nd and 3rd's albums.

I was so sad the whole previous day. I had managed to demand all the contest's norms. Honestly, my style inclines towards "abstract". Well, it's an experience for me that I must explain everything in my album clealier :ice:. So, I must accept my failure... I'm trying...:o

P.S I'm glad you'll come back Escorpiius :D. And congrats to all winners :D

And i think it's ok that people make albums on a different approach to the theme... if we were to simply take it as it is (search the word electricity on google for example) we wouldn't have more than 3 different albums... our unique point of view towards a theme, and the ability to think outside the box is what makes great albums.

And Eishi i too considered your album great, i was surprised to see it wasn't in the top 3 places... I wanted to do something similar at first but after i saw your album i knew i couldn't match it

If you'd like to decipher it. It's like I completely understand why these albums won and completely respect that. Yet, I have my own opinion and by such, I may still not have chosen those albums as winners. Just my opinion
