Howard's personality is very unique. For one he is very sex-crazed, thinking about the activity very frequently. Apart from that main trait in his personality, he's close to his mother, whom he still lives with despite his age. He acts like a child around her, having her cut his meat, and taking him places a normal adult would go to on their own. In return he takes care of her in her elderly age.

★☆ Background History

Howard was born in Amegakure. His mother was a woman who stayed at home taking good care of him, where his father was a dope of a ninja. His dad eventually left them, claiming he was on a very important mission. He never came back. Howard then thought when he didn't come back after a while that he was just on a mission which required a lot of time. It was later that he found out he left them, and wanted nothing to do with them. Him and his mother wanted to start a new chapter outside of the memory-filled Amegakure, and decided to move to Kumogakure, where Howard would start ninja training and eventually become a teacher.

Many a year had passed, and Howard had learnt everything which a basic ninja would have to learn. His mother being elderly meant Howard would still live with her, taking care of her while she would simultaneously look after him. In his recent years in Kumogakure though he met a girl, who he has asked to marry him, named Bernadette. She's a successful kunoichi who says behind his back (to protect his manhood) that she's more successful than him. She's incredibly short though. Howard expects to marry her soon, and settle down teaching people.
