Thats why I said it was even. Both of them are like bottomless pits. Though Goku can get through his portion faster.

Depends on if there is a time limit or not. As Dracule mentioned Goku eats faster. Luffy's ability to stretch could win it for him in a long all you can eat contest. Luffy does fall asleep often so that could cost him.
