I would like to nominate Son Goku from Saiyki in on this discussion. He is not a demon, human, or god(the three beings in the Saiyki world) who was imprisoned for 500 hundred years with NO FOOD!!! He is constantly hungry and eats alot and fast, too. Maybe having one of these characters are a requirement for any anime...like the token pervert.

Depends on if there is a time limit or not. As Dracule mentioned Goku eats faster. Luffy's ability to stretch could win it for him in a long all you can eat contest. Luffy does fall asleep often so that could cost him.

I would have posted that, but Luffy hadn't eaten for nearly a day and had just gotten out of Ivankov's exhausting poison recovery procedure that left him nearly skin and bones.
