[Predictions] is naruto fooling pein?

According to theory to make FRS naruto need two clones so it become three full then
1. Jump in the air to attack Hell Pain
2. Transform into a FRS
3. Throw the fake-FRS and then throw the real FRS

We know that #1 was dispelled by the Shinra Tensei.

We know that #2 was not dispelled by Shinra Tensei (would make sense to be the original, especially since Fat-Pain said so in the previous chapter) and was captured by Pain

We don't know where's #3.

So may be fat pein caught on of the naruto clones

though the real Naruto's being held captive or it would have poofed before passing out imo, unless of course Naruto faked passing out, but can he really fool Pein like that? Fatty should know whether or not Naruto has enough chakra to stay conscious! I guess Pein could see it in a different light, thiking Naruto just gave up now that he's caught...
