Naruto's extremely tough now, and with full control of Bijuu Mode it would be an interesting fight; however, I don't think even then Naruto could take on Tobi + Six Paths alone. Throw Madara and Minato in the mix, and it's a recipe for Naruto's quick defeat.

So my vote goes to Minato/Madara/Tobi+Six Paths team.
