Madara hasn't shown any ability to be fast, and would probably be killed before he could react in time. Tobi would just get his paths annihilated and he would then be annihilated. And Minato would probably dodge most of his moves. But that's solo.

depends, if a space time ninjutsu is the use of a worm hole, then no time is used, but if its the speed of light then its just too fast
