not realy naruto rasengan is strong but never kills any one, but with simple phyicis u can turn an ordenery justu into a kill s rank e.g. if u aim sasukes katon at eyes thats very deadly, ide rather be hit with rasengan then katon in da eyez lol, ninjas are rubush with out der eyes unless ur zabuza he thought he cud kill kakashi wid out eyes, and wat do u no he died that nub. POINT MADE TO BE A GOOD NINJA TAKE OUT THE EYES, so if naruto learn fire element and did to sasukes eyes, sasuke wud loose straight away, plus he uchiha uchiha r nothing with out there eyes

basically it depends on the experience of the ninja using the jutsu go back to that battle on the bridge with Zabuza and Haku, Naruto used kage bunshin and created 3 clones i think Kakashi probably used the same amount of chakra and created like twenty.

I think it is Rasen shuriken but the best jutsu is Gedo Rinne Tensei no jutsu which Nagato used to bring the konoha ninjas back to life excluding Pervy.

It's one that we haven't seen. Kirin is nothing compared to Ameratsu, especially due to set up required. TBB Rasengan > FRS probably.

To date the strongest ones have been the So6P using Chibaku Tensei and using Izanagi to make the 9 Bijous.
