nope in order to beat that jutsu you need to have uchiha blood i think itachi already explained this. nagato has uzmaki blood no uchiha blood. nagato does not have uchiha blood hahaha or his body wouldnt be so old and shriveled up. he was not born uchiha therefore he does not have there blood. he may have eyes of the uchiha but not the body/blood. just like kakashi he only has the eye but he doesnt have the blood

Itachi said to break out of his Tsukuyomi, you needed to be a close blood relative and Sasuke was noted by Danzo to have a rather mediocre Tsukuyoi, which Danzo broke out of easily. And B and perfect Jinchuriki in general are the exception to the rule. Heck, those with Toad partners using the Amphibian technique probably are immune as well.

TO be fair, that Toad Genjutsu is damn powerful. It happens instantly and can't just be blocked out as visual genjutsu can. Also, it paralyzes the opponent and makes them unconscious. Quite a bit different than Tsukuyomi. :P

This here, this frog song jutsu in all actuality is like one of the top 3 moves on Naruto period, no one average shinobi could counter it, much less survive it. Had had Jiraiya known about Pein's secret, he'd have easily defeated him.

All in all though, I'm with Viewtiful, frog song jutsu is different from Tsukiyomi, and there's still alot to be determined about whether or not rinnegan is immune to sharingan techs.
