...But maybe #13 wasn't finished yet thats probably why the background looks 5x better then the front.

Nah it wasn't finished I started the day before the contest, and I spent 8hours working on just the background.
When I realized Transparent said 4hours left I rushed through coloring Naruto|Sasuke|Iruka.
Meh the background wasn't finished either I wanted to add Clouds, and clean up spots I missed
I guess this month I'll start working on it earlier.
