±±Updated the Custom Jutsu Rules and Threads±±

-New custom jutsu thread made with all the updated rules on the first post. I can be found ±±Here±±

-The former Custom Jutsu Thread was closed and archived, however, all of those submissions are still valid. The thread was just to big and outdated and needed to be revamped, so a new one was made. The old one can be found and searched in, unstickied in the same section and serves as an archive.

-Although the 35 custom jutsu limit was kept for your own submissions, a new limit was created regarding allowed or traded techniques. From this point forward you can only have 70 techniques that others have traded or allowed you to use.

-You have now the obligation of numbering all techniques in your Custom Jutsu Thread, both your own (#1 to #35). On your own techniques you are required to post the link of approval when posting the approved technique. All members should update their threads immediately or make new ones to fulfill these requirements. I must remind members that failing to abide to these rules will make it impossible to use your customs. Only customs posted in a thread that abides to the rules can be used.

-Custom fighting styles are now submitted in a separate thread and will be limited to 2 custom styles per member. Custom Style techniques are still submitted in the CJ thread. All members with approved custom styles are obligated to resubmit them with the new template in the above mentioned thread for update. A parallel thread exists with the list of all approved custom fighting styles, mimicking what has been done with the Custom Elements. Added a small restriction to the custom jutsu rules.

"Each custom is property of only its submitter. If you add a note stating said custom can only be used by you, that custom can't be taught to anyone else. Your custom can't have co-creators."

Custom Fighting Styles

-Updated the rules. You now need to be at least S-Class Ninja Rank to submitt a custom fighting style. Also, you can only resubmit a declined style 15 days after your original submission.

Konoha Town

Closed some threads mostly due to excessive spam and rule breaking. People are free to recreate similar threads (taverns, bars, parks, etc etc) but please keep the rules in mind. One word replies, multiple posts, random caracters replies, etc are all against the rules of the forum. Some threads were so filled with such rule breaking behavior that it was the only option.

In Konoha town you can hang out with other members and chat (to an extent) but let us not forget its a role play section which means that at least a little degree of "on topic" behavior is needed.

Swift Release has been updated with the extra ruling of two roleplay moderators permission and guidelines on its useage and a line of advancement it cannot pass.

±±Updated Custom Summoning Rules±±

Added the following to the new Custom Summoning Rules:

Unlike normal Custom Jutsu, Custom Summons can be taught freely to the signers of the contract by the contract holder regardless of the rank of the summon as long as the singer has the appropriate conditions to learn it. This means that you don't need a sensei status to teach S-Rank summons and above to the signers of your contract. This doesn't not include Ninjutsu/Genjutsu related to the contract; it only pertains to the Summoning Animals of the contract.

This rules comes into effect from this point forward.
