How I shaded earlier on Ichigo making the shadings blend in more with the skin? or Hard edges like most people shade?

No Idea, I am still working on figuring it out myself. But I've been to lazy the last month to actually pull off something good, I start like a lot of linearts but never finish them because I just can't seem to get motivated at the moment.

Sometimes, cell-shading just fits better and it's way harder to get the hang of actual realistic shading which still looks good with Linearts from a Manga.

Tablet or no doesn't rly matter. You can still do realistic coloring etc. It only takes much longer time and there's a lot more back and forth and re-doing

I think by realistic he meant; to colour it so it looks more real life-ish than a cartoon character. You know like give it a 3rd dimension or something
