Looks:

Raikō was born with dark, blonde hair but due to the constant harassment from his fellow Samurai, he decided to dye his hair to a red color. Although his dying had come out with different results and his hair came out pink.

Raikō is a tall man with a very toned muscular structure. He has a slim body build that is very laid-back. His skin is a medium shade and he has great hair as stated by many women.

Raikō wears a light green/blue shirt with a high collar. The shirt is usually unbuttoned when he is being informal but he will button it up when working with employers. The shirt is sleeveless, exposing refined arms and tattoo on his right arm and a black, arm brace on his left arm.

He wears a black kaitan that wraps around his waist and creates a knot slightly to the left. Underneath the knot lie many tags of differentiating colors and kanji. These are tags that he has collected from killing targets in previous missions. The kaitan reaches down to his legs and show that he wears standard red sandals and a leg brace on his left leg.

Personality:

Raikō is a kind man, he very rarely gets mad but when he does, his rage is carried out with a large amount of anger. Raikō also has a very informal way of approaching those he knows and often will treat things like a game. He maintains a high-level of seriousness when working for employers however and will be polite then.

Raikō is in no way shy and is outgoing to anybody that he meets, even his enemies. He will always ask the opponent for their name before they battle. Raikō is obsessed with his need to battle with those that interfere with his fights.

Raikō eventually developed an alternate personality that was born from the madness of him killing his own father and was fueled by the drugs from the Yakuza Clan.

History:

Raikou was born into the Yakuza Clan under a tall women named Kiryuu and a man named Yoite. Yoite had been a Crouching Dragon and was one of the founding members of the Yakuza Clan. Raikou was born into the clan during its early years and was able to grow up inside of the clan. While in the clan, he learned of the dangers of their lives and what the Shinobi had done to the Samurai culture. While growing up, everyone his age was practicing with a wooden sword yet Raikou showed a determination that was stronger then the rest. When Raikou turned 10, he began training in the Samurai arts under his father Yoite. While training, Raikou showed excellent chakra control that would match a shinobi's basic chakra control. Raikou was able to learn many Kenjutsu techniques that were based off the usage of chakra quite easily due to this but his training was never finished. Yoite had gone off on a mission with some of the other Yakuza Clan Samurai during the Third Ninja War. During the war however, Samurai were seen as a threat and they were attacked by various groups of shinobi. Yoite was eventually forced into taking multiple Yakuza Clan drugs that would lead to his descent into madness. Yoite's body was never found among the corpses of the Yakuza Clan Samurai nor the Shinobi. At this time, Raikou's mother Kiryuu committed Seppuku in order to make up for her husband's disappearance, disgracing their family name. Raikou was scarred from the things that took place and left the Koga region of the Land of Iron. He left to go to the Three Wolves in order to continue his training and make up for his father's disgrace. While there, Raikou met with many other young boys aspiring to become Samurai. Raikou was seen as a girly boy however due to his dark blonde hair that he was naturally born with. The hair became his symbol of weakness and he was ashamed of it. To feel a part of his clan as well as appear manlier, he decided to dye it by himself. Although, the dying of his hair unfortunately turned his hair into a light pink. Although, many of the Samurai veterans looked at the young boy as an icon and saw him as "The Pink Samurai". Raikou showed great promise in the Kenjutsu arts and was eventually trained by higher ranking Samurai as he aged. When he reached the age of 16, he began training under Mifune, the leader of the Samurai at the Three Wolves at this point. Raikou was trained in the highest level samurai arts and became a master at them. While training, Mifune noticed a pendant on Raikou's hip, a keepsake of his mother and father. Mifune had asked Raikou about them and Raikou told Mifune about their deaths. Raikou began to become tormented by the deaths of them again just as he had before he joined the Three Wolves army. He left the Three Wolves in an attempt to relieve himself of any contacts with anybody that would remind him of his past. He brought everything that he might have needed. He left to Kirigakure, at this time known as the Bloody Mist. The land was a tormented land, much like his past, and there he found a living in bounty hunting. While in the Land of Water, he was forced to adapt to the lack of vision to the mist and began learning how to rely on his senses and use the terrain to his advantage. After bounty hunting for a year in the Land of Water, he left to go to the Land of Lightning in pursuit of a new life again. He was also forced to adapt to the harsh conditions and lack of oxygen due to the altitude. While there, the Kumogakure ninjas regarded him as a powerful warrior due to the stories of his adventures in the land of Water. He was eventually hired by the Raikage in order to help train their men in Kenjutsu. He trained many success shinobi as well as picked up a trick or too. He left to return to the Land of Iron, more specifically the Koga region, in order to visit the graves of his parents and face his past. When visiting, the Yakuza Clan nearly doubled in number and became a vastly powerful Samurai clan. When Raikou was grieving for his parents at their graves, he was met by the Yakuza Clan leader, Alucard, and was asked to join their military force. Raikou gladly accepted. At the same time they were discussing that, a soldier came from one of their outposts and told of a wounded man that claimed he was a samurai of the Yakuza clan, and that his name was Yoite. Raikou immediately rushed out to where he was last sighted and met with an old man that had become wilted and weak. His muscles were deteriorated and his face long with scraggy hair. The weak man spoke one word to Raikou, his name. Raikou. Raikou was emotionless and couldn't see this man as his father, Raikou struck down the man with a quick swipe and slashed his body with his sword multiple times, causing his body to be unrecognizable. When Alucard came out to see the man, he found a destroyed corpse and Raikou with a hysterical expression on his face. Raikou had given birth to his alternate personality, one that hungered for blood and would kill anybody in his way. Alucard saw this as an ample opportunity to recruit a devastatingly, powerful samurai into their ranks. Raikou joined their clan again.

Weaponry:

Raikou carries an assortment of lengthed blades on him while going into battle. He carries a white blade named "Shiragamon" on his left side, a black blade named "Samidare" on his left side, another black blade on his right side named "Tsurugi", and a tanto on his back. He also carries small hidden kunai in his black arm brace. Each weapon is a basic Samurai weapon and can hold chakra in their blades. Raikou also has a gas mask that he had obtained from joining the Three Wolves military.

Hidden Mist Perception:

He is trained to fight without his senses and has lived in conditions lacking in sight for a while and has developed an ability to be able to find enemies in a Hidden Mist.

Advanced Senses:

Raikou has advanced senses that are comparatively stronger then a normal samurai's but not an advanced Shinobi such as an Inuzuka clan member.

Taijutsu Specialist:

He has incredibly taijutsu abilities and can strike with amazing strength as well as in locations that can leave a target gassed for a while. His speed is comparable to fast shinobi. While training, he wore weights on his wrists which would help with his Iaijutsu speed. He also wears weights on his legs.

Iaido Master:

Raikou is a master of Iaijutsu and has shown the ability to do them incredibly quickly through hard practice. He also has shown that he can easily match the speed of high hand seals speeds, near rivaling Itachi's hand seal speed.

Yakuza Clan Drugs:

Raikou is a Yanguryu among the Yakuza Clan and carries most of the drugs within his jacket. He also carries a few drugs within his black arm brace.

Ogame School

Raikou learned the various skills under the teaching of Kenpachi and learned how to use the Kenjutsu art of Ogame.

Description: The form of the fire god is a stance of the Ogame school in which the swordsman focuses on raw power for their attacks. In this technique the swordsman holds the sword over their head in their right hand with the tip pointed down so the blade is vertical and splitting their face. Their left hand is held horizonatally over their head with the fist bisecting the right elbow. They then flick the sword up while at the same time flicking their left hand up so both the sword and their left hand are now pointing up, and then they will bring the sword down in a whipping motion putting the full force of the attack in the tip of the blade. They use their entire body by dropping to the ground and bringing the left arm down as well to create as much power as possible. This makes their attacks capable of breaking through standard weapons such as kunai, shuriken, and even other standard swords. This technique can be upgraded through the addition of fire chakra causing the blade to glow red and sear through its target.

Description: The form of the fire god is a style of the Ogame school in which the swordsman focuses on raw power for their attacks. Description: The form of the void is a style of the Ogame school in which the swordsman makes quick movements to simultaneously dodge an attack and close the distance on their target. By doing this they move into extremely close range while the opponent over extends themselves, creating an opening for attack while the opponent is incapable of defending themselves. They will then release their strength and throw their body towards the ground, appearing to fall. The hard fall will create speed which is then shot forward by using all of their strength to push off their back foot to create acceleration. The swordsman then finishes with and upward slash across the target's torso.

Description: The form of thunder and lightning God is a style of the Ogame school which focuses on raw speed to attack the target. In this technique the swordsman will stand sideways and crouch down with their right shoulder tilted down. They will hold their sword with both hands vertically in front of the back shoulder and behind the head. They will then release their strength and throw their body to the down, appearing to fall. The hard fall will create speed which is then shot forward by using all of their strength to push off their back foot to create acceleration that sends them diagonally towards the opponent. As they approach the enemy they cross their legs creating an unbalance stance causing them to fall sideways. As they fall sideways they then push off their outside foot creating an instantaneous movement across the front of the target which is almost impossible to follow. Once across the front of the target the swordsman finishes with a diagonal slash across their torso.

Description: The form of the water dragon is a style of the Ogame school which focuses on bypassing an enemy's guard with a quick alteration of the attack. In this technique the swordsman stands with their left foot forward and knees slightly bent. They hold their sword over their right shoulder with their left forearm horizontal across their chest and their right forearm vertical at their side and their hands gripped on the sword just at their shoulder. The swordsman then steps forward and begins to swing the sword in a straight vertical motion. The obvious defense to this is to meet the sword high as it comes down. But as the swordsman swings down they quickly switch their hand position so the blade deviates to the left before continuing downward, creating an S-shaped attack. The quick movement allows the swordsman to move their blade around the target's defense and hit them.

Description: The form of the water dragon is a style of the Ogame school which focuses on bypassing an enemy's guard with a quick alteration of the attack. With this technique the swordsman begins by holding the sword straight outward towards the target. They will then circle the sword around to their right and back above and behind their head ending with the sword being held horizontally back over the left shoulder so that the blade is completely hidden to the opponent. Then in a quick acceleration they swing the sword vertically downward with only the left hand on the grip. As the sword is moving down they then grab the hand guard with their right hand and push across turning the vertical strike into a horizontal strike while accelerating it even further. The combination of changing the direction of the slash while accelerating it at the same time makes it almost impossible to defend against.

Description: The tiger drill is an Ogame school technique in which the swordsman amplifies the piercing power of their thrust through body movement. They will hold the sword at the very end of the hilt in one hand and step forward while thrusting the tip of the blade forward. As they do this they twist the arm holding the sword while simultaneously twisting their body and back leg in unison, creating incredible piercing power similar to a drill. The strength generated from this is capable of piercing through armor such as chain mail or even another sword. This can also be preformed using the the hand in a claw position creating a rasengan-like blow that sends the opponent rotating through the air backwards.

This attack is mainly to end a match without lethal force.

Description: Samurai quickly learned that Ninjutsu would be a very dangerous weapon, and an incredibly difficult one to combat. But, they soon developed a countermeasure that helped them combat the ever-growing amount of Ninjutsu users: infusing their armor with their own chakra. By releasing their spirit into their armor (400 chakra), Samurai infuse their armor with special properties, dropping all energy based damage by 25% and all physical damage by 50%. This works by creating an invisible overshield of chakra around the Samurai’s body - specifically fortifying their armor-to help protect them. Due to the spiritual nature of this technique, harmonizing the Samurai’s life energies with their armor, and bringing the user’s Bushidō to the forefront of their mind, it also boost the prowess of the Samurai in battle.
*This technique only last for so long, regarding this formula: [400 – x], where “x” is the chakra cost of the jutsu that hits the user. The resulting value will continue to have (x) subtracted from it every time the user is hit. When the value being deducted is greater than or equal to the amount of remaining chakra, the jutsu will end.

Samurai Sword Arts: Swift Retribution

Description: The Samurai will hold the hilt of their sheathed sword in one hand and the opposite end of their sheath in the other. When an opponent moves to attack with kenjutsu or taijutsu the user will block the incoming attack by holding their sheathed sword perpendicular to the incoming attack. With the attack blocked they will unsheathe their sword while pushing the blocked item out of the way with the sheath, creating an opening. In the same motion they will slash the opponent with their sword.

(Iaijutsu: Zen no Idō) - Art of Drawing The Sword: Moving Zen

Description: This type of Iaijutsu has been passed down from generations of samurai and has become an advanced skill known to few samurai in the Land of Iron. After practicing Iaijutsu for extensively long periods of times and building muscle memory of the Iaido motions, the user calms their muscles down with chakra and releases the muscles in their body to a more natural state. The reason they do this is to add a more natural movement to their attacks due to being tensed in a battle. This allows for the forms of Iai they use to become quicker and stronger due to the tension being withdrawn. The ability to relax their muscles and speed up their movements was named after a state of enlightenment and was called the "Moving Zen" because it enlightened the body into a faster speed. While using this jutsu, the speed of the user is vastly increased but will only affect the samurai's Iai techniques. This is because of the muscles being relaxed from being tensed and allows them to perform trained Iaido motions faster.
Restrictions:
-This jutsu can only be used once in a battle.
-This jutsu is only usable by Samurai.
-This jutsu requires a quick moment to enter.
-This jutsu only lasts 3 turns, anymore and the Samurai's body will be damaged.

Ferocity of the Yakuza:

Raikou has a really strong willpower and carries the Ferocity of the Yakuza inside from his very bloodthirsty clan members. Having such strong will means that in a fight, small injuries are not enough to stop him. His will to kill and destroy everything is a very great deal, it has helped him many times in fights. Raikou, though fearless and bloodthirsty, does not mistake this for lack of caution from a dangerous opponent.

(Kemono no Yoroi) - Armor of the Beast

Description: The Kemono no Yoroi is a set of armor that is made up of the same chakra-reactive alloy found in ordinary weaponry used in the Ninja World. The armor is made up of a set of chain mail which can be hidden below the user's clothes, two Sodes (the shoulder armor that is usually used by Samurai), and two gauntlets. The power of the armor comes from its ability to hold chakra to increase the user's Taijutsu and Kenjutsu abilities. The armor itself can be infused with chakra in order to increase the defensive capabilities, reducing the damage form attacks slightly, and increasing the mass of the armor suddenly in order to stop blades in their paths (the concept of Momentum can explain how the increase in mass is able to help defend against attacks, Momentum = Mass x velocity and when undergoing a transfer of momentum, the mass is increased so the velocity is reduced and the oncoming attack's affects are also reduced). The chain mail also slightly increases in volume so that when a blade comes in for a thrust, it can be used to block it without it going through the openings in the armor. The increase in volume is only slight however and won't block very small weaponry like needles. The defensive properties of the armor allow the user to become highly resistant to basic ninjutsu attacks, attacks from weaponry and taijutsu, and blunt attacks from Earth jutsu. The armor's gauntlets can also be infused with chakra to slightly increase the phsyical damage the user can deal with fist-based taijutsu, by increasing the velocity by exerting a small amount of chakra from the end of the gauntlets, as well as keep a better grip on their weaponry by applying chakra that causes the finger-wraps to become sticky to the hilt of the blade but also easily maneuverable for the user. The increase in fist-based taijutsu with the gauntlets plus being able to increase the mass allows the user to be able to break bones by exerting more Kinetic Energy on impact.
~Usable by Samurai and Shinobi. It is usable by Samurai because they have been obviously trained in the usage of Chakra Control, being able to control the size and shapes of their Samurai Sabre blades, and also being able to exert chakra out of their blades.
~The increase in mass can only be used twice and lasts for a maximum of one turn but can be deactivated by the user at anytime.
~The increase in speed by the gauntlets can only be used four times (To be able to break the opponent's bones, they have to have both the increase in mass and the increase in speed active at the same time). The grip effect lasts as long as the user wears the gauntlets.
