None actually captures my eyes. No offense guys. Just an opinion. It shld be better since it was such a good theme.

One Piece isn't a good theme graphically. Most people say One Piece because it's a theme everyone knows, so people are more inclined to try and make something for it. If it were something which meant it was a graphic term, like photomanip or vector, those are good themes, but not for here because NB isn't a GFX forum.

IMO 2 is easily the best. There are other good though, just 2s set up and just overall is better.

i think pipu tends to go wit wat pipu say about entries and dont realy analyse submission and cast their votes... I think it will be beta if we do a hidden poll n we dont reply about who and who we vote for.....just sayin....

I agree, people probably vote for a submission because they've seen their friend vote for that one.
Example:
Female A votes for Submission #9 which isn't the best quality one
Male B votes for Submission #9 because he seen Female A vote for it and both are friends.

This is often what people do, I did this a few times when I voted in the past for other entries. Now i just vote for the one thats not so good to give someone a vote incase they don't get any or I vote for the one I like.

#2 is way better then 21, i personally don't think it's the best but i'm willing to give it my vote just because it's more worthy of winning.
