The reason why Sasuke called him Tobi is simple, Kishi is trying to stay consistent now with what the characters call him. Now that Kishi's shown the real Madara in edo, he's making sure not a single character calls Tobi Madara anymore. They either call him the masked man, or Tobi. Notice how when Kakashi joined the Tobi fight, he referred to him as Tobi, not Madara. This was after Edo Madara had been revealed and Kakashi had never called him Tobi before, only Madara.

Kishi is simply doing it for the sake of the audience. For now, we are supposed to believe that Tobi is not Madara, or at least not 100% Madara, so he has to keep the 2 characters separate. It has nothing to do with mind reading or anything crazy like that...... Kishi is just trying to keep us all sane by separating the two characters right now. Get it people?

But in the previous chapter, Kiba says: "Naruto, take care of Madara until I get there". Obviously he's referring to Tobi D:

He couldn't read his mind, he did the EXACT same thing he did with zetsu. The Guy from the cloud was forced to SPEAK verbally and give away the wearabouts about Bee. It's Genjutsu, but not your so called claim for it to be tsukuyomi.
