I was thinking the same thing... there's no way sasuke knew someone was in the forest and Itachi didn't detect him... so it does look like he's ignoring him... Question is... is sasuke just going to stand there and think he's hallucination and not pursue him, or actually call out to him and go after him...

One way or another unless Itachi knows how to escape him... they are going to exchange words!

I can see sasuke getting uber pissed off that his brother was being used in such a way... which might lead him to detest Tobi for allowing it... Obviously when he finds out it's Kabuto... he's going to sample some sasuhate too! xD

I thought Kishi did a nice job of balancing everything: Onooki (present and making flashback concise), Madara vs. 5 Kages, more info on Hashirama, foreshadowing Sasuke to Itachi "fated" intercept (battle and/or just words?), etc. A well balanced chapter, so good and informative with action (4 star), but nothing epic, which keeps it from a 5 star level in my opinion.

Thought it was ok. 3/5 for the kages battle, but not much going on. We learn more about the combination of madara and the 1st, but most already knew that. Good writing in the sense that Kishi allows the suspense to continue and think next week will be better. I hate that, but it is good. I agree with Sasuke's face at the end That should be interesting. I don't think they will fight, Perhaps they will both go to Kabuto.

Itachi, not having guts? We're talking about the guy that took out all the Uchiha's. I think he'll say something, even if it's just the classic 'I have no interest in you' line. It's happened before after all

great chapter 5/5. this finally disaproves that hiruzen>>>>>all kages bullshit. no one believed in shodais strength and thought his strenght was a fairy tail just like rikoudo sennin so they just settled for hiruzen being the strongest. madara ftw. madaras handling the 5 kages atm with about mid effort. he was able to advance wood style to the flower stage, the same as hashiamas. we need to see more of his rinnegan. maybe ems sasuke vs ms itachi next week.

Tsunade needs to be replaced quickly. She's the granddaughter of the first and the grandniece of the second but she has none of their power. The chick should just be made head of the infirmary cause all she know is medicine. She may be strong, but I haven't seen no elements or wood from her. The other Kages count for something, but she's just there to talk and look at. She's just like Great Britain monarch, a figure head with no power. Also, Madara hates the first so for him, a proud Uchiha, to have to rely on the first's power to fight has to be killing him in the inside even though he's acting calm about it. As for Sasuke I hope Itachi doesn't change him too much. Right he and Naruto are complete opposites and that sets up for a great battle.

that's not what i mean. we all see itachi said he don't want to meet sasuke anymore after he know that sasuke know the truth about itachi life,

he feel ashamed after what he's done to his brother and to make it worse his brother know about the truth. it will be very awkward situation for itachi to meet sasuke in such situation.
