    I have some issues with this jutsu. Firstly, it is quite the generic jutsu, and isn't unique, but alright, I can let that slip. Secondly, it can only stay on the field for four turns.
    Lastly, you said that it can spit burning venom from its mouth? You need to be more specific here or make a completely another jutsu for this. How much venom can it spit, what are the restrictions to it, and the general range as well.

    Description: Sekiryoku is a regular sized katana built with a special blend of chakra metals and thus when the wielder of Sekiryoku channels wind chakra through the blade, creating a thick layer of wind chakra around the blade that repels all that come within a couple of inches of the blade (Aprox 3-4 inches). This coating of chakra can be manipulated to do several things, one of these is to circulate, practically turning the blade into a chainsaw, the other ability is to move all of the coating to the tip of the blade, extending it by half a length.

    Sekiryoku can cut through up to S-Rank Lightning, A-Rank Fire and C-Rank Earth.

    First off, what exactly do you mean by the blade repelling all that come within a couple of inches to it? Specifically what kinds of things can it repel?
    Secondly, what do you mean by turning the blade into a chainsaw? Do you use the Wind chakra to sort of shape it or does it actually become a chainsaw?
    Also, if you want to be able extend it as well, I need a generic length of the katana, not just "medium-sized."
    Add more restrictions to it, and no, it can not cut through all that stuff. It's a medium sized katana up against wide ranged jutsus. Simply isn't reasonable at all.

    A human body from wind? Give me an idea of what it looks like as this seems like another clone jutsu. This needs to be detectable by the opponent.
    Also, how far can it move away from its original creator? And what do you mean it can move in mid air freely? Does it fly?

    Lack of details. You can move in high speed in every direction? Approximately how fast, is it detectable by the naked eye? Also, put a limit on high you can travel in the air, and no, you can not travel in the water, that's ridiculous.
    Exactly what can he sense in such a state? Chakra only?

    Lastly, very vague. What level of earth jutsus are in-effective against this?

    This can be too OP and it's very confusing. You're basically saying you're infusing rain drops with lightning chakra and then aiming them at specific places around the enemy to create a pit? And then the pit is somehow interconnected with the lightning?

    Not reasonable for me at all. You dig your shadows into the earth without your opponent knowing? That's literally impossible considering the power of this move and how long it reaches.
    It would definitely create sound and disturbances in the ground when it happens and you never stated how large or wide it would be as well.

    Description: A secret technique known by only the most elite ninjas of the Nara clan. This technique was created to fool the opponent. Once done, the user can move around freely and once the opponent enters the field of shadows, the user again with a rat handseal makes the shadows dark and visible which traps the opponent in his shadows and then creates several spikes and whips of shadows from all around him. The whips bind him in place and are attached to grey coloured explosive tags which cannot be distinguished from the normal lighter shadows, while the spikes stabs them.

    Note: Can only be used twice.
    Note: If the opponent uses light emitting jutsus, the frontal side of the shadow gets damaged which gets repaired automatically but after one turn.

    This is a very long and complicated jutsu, it appears, so let's sit down with a cup of coffee and break it up piece by piece.
    First off, you say "this shadow is initially very light and doesn't require much chakra and can easily blend with the ground". What does this mean? Did you just create an arena around you with the shadows? Does it disappear into the ground and can the opponent see it?
    Secondly, "once done, the user can move around freely and once the opponent enters the field of shadows, the user again with a rat handseal makes the shadows dark and visible which traps the opponent in his shadows and then creates several spikes and whips of shadows from all around him." You can move around freely? How so? Within the shadows, or just upon the arena you created? And once you trap the opponent in the shadows, how exactly where and how many shadows attack him?
    Lastly, "The whips bind him in place and are attached to grey coloured explosive tags which cannot be distinguished from the normal lighter shadows, while the spikes stabs them." If you created spikes earlier to attack him, how would you make whips instead? And no, you can not create grey colored explosive tags from shadows, that is unreasonable. Explosive tags require the Snake handseal to detonate and are a valid ninja tool, not a part of Shadows.

    Description: The user emits wind chakra from his body which starts gathering on his skin and coats itself on his whole body. By shape manipulation, this chakra can be used to create wind spikes which come out of the user's body which can be used for fighting oppinents close range. These spikes are so sharp and when they come out, they look like the teeth of alligator. The chakra coated on the user's body defend the user from all S-Rank and below lightening attacks. Also, this helps the user to stay dry even underwater. But this doesn't help the user to avoid hits by either of the elements. A strong water attack may always knock the user off his feet due to the impact. Same goes with the lightening if it does have a pushing impact.
    Note: Can only be used twice.
    Note: Last for only two turns max.
    Note: Cannot perform any other jutsu while this is active, due to the heavy concentration needed.

    Firstly, how large and tall are the spikes and where do they come from? How many can you have on your body and how far do they reach? Are they visible?
    And no, it doesn't help you stay dry underwater, that's kind of unreasonable.

    So, what you're saying is that can only do one thing at one time, correct? Either use the armor as a defense, use it as an attack, or use it as a lance?
    And you stated if he imbues it with Fire chakra, it can endure a S-Rank attack, but what if it is water? Does it get destroyed after it endures that attack?
    Lastly, "anything that touches the metal is burned by the flames on it and flammable materials are turned to ash almost immediately." So, you're saying that when he walks on the ground, it burns the ground to ashes as well? Is this close range contact or a certain range?
    And no, he can only stay on the field for four turns.

    First, tell me where exactly on the ground can it appear. In front of you directly, from behind the opponent? Also, how deep can the water be and can the hydra heads only form after you've created the entire ocean?
    Approximately how big are the hydra heads as well and how far can they reach? Because if it is too big, then no, that's quite OP as it would cover the entire battlefield.
    And with such a strong jutsu, you can only use it once in battle.

    I have an issue with "it forms spike-like shaped wind around the sword, the range of the intangible wind is increased". The range of the sword can be increased? To how long exactly?
    Also, the blast of wind. Too generic. I need to know exactly how big it is, how wide it covers. Does it cover a certain path before you or a whole wide area?

    Alright, let's break this down, mate, as I am very hesitant about you using each of the scythes like that.
    First off, the scythe itself. How large is it, and how does one generally grasp it? It should also last a certain amount of time, as you are utilizing each of the elements.
    Katon: The scythe is made up of a dark reddish chakra and when in contact with an opponent can produce a burning effect upon contact. How does one expect to wield scythes of fire? They are intangible, and can easily be blown out by Wind jutsus.
    Suiton: The scythe is made up of a dark blue chakra, making the scythe more flexible and can increase the length up to 3 feet. Alright, I can relate this to D-Rank Water canon jutsu, but the way it works is a bit iffy. You can increase the length up to three feet? Does this make this mid range? And also, how might the attack of this differ from regular scythes? It can't be just water.
    Raiton: The chakra made up of yellow chakra increasing the scythes penetration and to have a numbing effect upon impact. The scythe's penetration? You need to be more specific here. And alright, I understand the numbing effect, however, you need to state a limit on that, and where exactly it numbs the opponent. Entire body? Certain limbs where the scythe makes contact?

    Alright, summons that can use Genjutsus are extremely sly. First off, ensure that this is the ONLY ability your summon can have. Secondly, can only be on the field for four turns.
    Also, when your summon uses Genjutsus, you need to state the range and how many times it can use Genjutsu in a match.

    Description: Caliburn is a large demon sword wielded by Arthur. The each of the sword's face's have a cross on them. The sword is very large and starts from the hilt and continues parallel until curving towards the middle then continuing until coming together at a point. Little is said of the creation of the sword, but it has been show to be able to easily slice through human flesh and demons. Although the sword will be heavy to the touch of any other wielder, the original wielder can handle the sword with ease. The sword seems to have a natural affinity to lightning and wind.
    Ability:
    Without actually talking or communicating with the wielder Caliburn seems to give the wielder better battle tactics. This does not effect the wielders strength or power, but affects the mind power. Allowing the wielder to be able to believe in himself and give him a mental lift.

    That isn't the way Genjutsu works. You can inflict their body with chakra to only make them believe something has happened, but it doesn't actually affect their body in a physical manner.

    Description: The user first utilizes his chakra, channeling it towards the opponent(s), thereby inserting his chakra into the opponent's body, much like genjutsu. However, the user divides the chakra into several portions, which he then directs each to a joint in a limb, such as the elbows and knees. He then causes the wind chakra to form itself into a bubble of air around the joint, creating an air pocket around the joint. The air bubbles would fade after a while, not being able to sustain itself inside a foreign body. However, during the period in which the air bubbles are active around the joints of the opponent, should the opponent move in the slightest those joints, such as moving the legs or swinging of the arms, the air bubbles around the joints of the opponent would begin to "pop", creating a loud popping sound that would radiate around the battlefield clearly, unless there is a commotion or another technique such as lightning, which crackles and makes noises which would mask the popping noise. The sound would allow the user to tell where the opponent is, from the direction of the sound. The popping of the bubble however, around the joint, releases a large burst of wind around the area of the bubble, causing excruciating pain to the joint and limb, the opponent essentially. Under most circumstances, if one bubble pops, the others are likely to pop, creating a chain effect due to the opponent responding to the pain, causing him even more pain. Furthermore, the burst of wind released from the air bubbles causes internal injuries to the body area around the joint the bubble encompassed earlier. This pain is unable to kill though. The bubbles can easily be popped, and dispersed of in the body, by a sufficient chakra surge.

    I like the reference, but after discussing it over with some people, no this isn't logically possible. You can't really insert Wind chakra into someone in such a manner as it is physical chakra.

This allows the user to achieve greater speed in similar fashion to "Raiton Armor", however this only allows the user to move at half speed compared to "Raiton Armor". Thanks to the speed gained by this technique, Taijutsu becomes more efficient. Not only allowing for faster delivery of Taijutsu, but an increase in strength as well. Ranton Armor seems like an excellent technique, but it has it's drawbacks. The amount of output needed for the Ranton makes it impassable for the user to use Ranton after this mode is deactivated. Dark has very thick but flexible skin allowing it to block up to B-Ranked Taijutsu.

    X-Declined-X Basically the Genjutsu manifests itself according to the enemies worst nightmare? Its not exactly manipulation of your opponents when the genjutsu is able to do something that is out of the users own knowledge. How would you know what the opponent fears? If you dont so doesn't the genjutsu. Although it is possible you need a very strong background ability to support this. Like Yamanaka are able to read minds, it would be an appropiate genjutsu for them.

    Description: This weapon is molded onto the user and requires the sacrifice of the whole of one of arms, Making the weapon apart of the user allowing for full comptatability. The weapon itself is a mechanical arm which is connected and sealed on the user's shoulder. The arm is powered through chakra with a multiude of wires acting as chaka nodes, fueling and feeding the arms joints which allow it to move freely. Normally, The weapon has no more strength than that of a normal, muscled arm and in turn has no extra boost to strength and only having slighty more durability than that of a real arm due to the metals needing to be flexible to simulate a real arm, resulting in the sue fo weaker metals. The power of the arm comes into play when the user channels a large boost of chakra through the chakra node wires, which power the arm, and is absorbed by the major joints through reciever rods and used to power the arm up adding a certain amount of power to arm for a few seconds, however long use of this is near impossible and would cause the fragile chakra node wires to break rendering the arm useless.

    Node 1:
    The user channels a bantam amount of chakra into Gisei which is then collected and absorbed by the first chakra reciever situated in the palm of the users hand. The chakra is then equally distibuted into the chakra nodes around his arm and boosts the strength of arm allowing for a few seconds allowing a powerful punch to be delievered. If the punch is succesfully recieved by an enemy, It deals 60 damage and uses up 30 chakra. After this is used tiny flaps open up on the arm and release a build up of heat that occurs in the hand, giving the user a slight feeling of pain and rendering the arm weaker for 1 turn.

    Node 2:
    The user channels a moderatly large amount of chakra into Gisei which is split, collected and absorbed by both the first, and second chaka recievers situated in the palm of the users hand and the Antecubital fossa (Crook of the elbow). The large amount of chakra is then split and fed into the chakra nodes and greatly boosts the strength of his arm for a few seconds and greatly increases his punch power. If the punch hits the opponent succesfully, it deals 80 damage and uses up 45 chakra. After the strength boost has finished, flaps of metal open up around the arm and release a build up of heat which causes great discomfort for the user and renders Gisei incapable of fast or complicated movements and void of lifting anything heavy, being only capable of just performing handseals for 2 turns.

    Node 3:
    This is the highest amount of power Gisei is able to produce without breaking. The user channels and incredinly large amount of chakra into Gisei which is split equally, collected and then absorbed by all three of the chakre recievers situated in the palm of the user's hand, the Antecubital fossa (crook of the elbow) and shoulder. The incredibly large amount of chakra is split and fed into all of the chakra nodes which and thread inside Gisei and boosts the user strength to the maximum possible power able to produce for a few seconds. If the punch is landed, It deals 100 damage to the opponent and uses up 60 chakra. The punch is amazingly powerful and able to easily shatter rock, break metal, kill enemies and lift the heaviest of objects but at an equally powerful price. After the power boost has finished, flaps of metal open on the arm and release a large build up of hot steam which causes extreme pain to the user equal to having to the pain of having an arm cut off. The pain is vastly unbearable and renders the arm completely unusable for 2 turns, and Gisei's various power boosts unable for the remainder of the match.

    Restrictions
    - Effects of all the Node's only last for a few seconds and no more.
    - Can only use one Node at a time
    - After using Node 1 or 2 user must wait 3 turns to use again.
    - Requires surgery
    - Cant use any other CW while having Gisei on biography

    Description: The user would activate this jutsu which allows him to add his Wind chakra to all Earth/Wood/Ice jutsus used no more than a second after the usage of the Earth/Wood/Ice jutsu. Although it does no physical harm, this jutsu allows the user to shoot out an extremely quick burst of sharpened wind straight after an Earth/Wood/Ice jutsu is used from wherever that Earth/Wood/Ice jutsu appears from. For example, if Spikes are used, this jutsu would allow a quick burst of wind to shoot out to anywhere short range from the spikes themselves. This jutsu does not work on the mud related Earth jutsu. The Wind itself can do enough damage, although nothing fatal, it can leave the opponent cut in multiple places whilst at the same time having enough strength to push them in a specific direction (depends on which side the wind is coming from).
    Note: Can only be used 4 times.

    Description: The Mogadorian Blade is a short sword/ dagger with a twisted, pointed handle which has the unique ability of turning all the wielders fire jutsu's into blue flames. The blue flames are hotter than normal flames and therefore add to the damage done by fire jutsu. The Mogadorian blade in itself is not what makes it special, but the techniques that are used along with it, they are all called Legacies.
    *Fire Style: Shield Legacy - While holding the Mogadorian Blade, the user sends a surge of fire chakra throughout their body, giving off the appearance of being engulfed in flames. This defense allows the user to block flames up to A Rank, Water up to B Rank, or S Ranked Wind. Only one of these can be blocked in the turn that it is used.
    *Fire Style: Absorption Legacy - While holding the Mogadorian blade, the user holds the Mogadorian Blade and envelops the user in a red aura. The user takes the hit of the flames, and its power is then absorbed into the Mogadorian Blade. A blue hue is then seen coming from the blade upon which enhances the user's fire techniques all becoming blue flames. The blade can only absorb one C Ranked or below Fire technique per turn.

    Note: Can only be used by The Girl on Fire and those she allows.
    Note: Only one Legacy can be used per turn.

    Description: The user bites their thumb and summons Lachlan, the Murmur. Lach is a normal sized Lyrebird who when summoned sits comfortably on the left shoulder of the user. His nickname of "The Murmur" comes from his specific A-rank genjutsu which he uses to disorient opponents and limit their capabilities. The genjutsu is initiated when Lach uses his natural abilities to re-produce any sound and throw his voice to create whispers and murmurs of varying loudness around the target. By changing the loudness and direction of the murmur rapidly it creates a strong sense of confusion in the opponent who falls under the genjutsu after three seconds where they begin to hear the voices get louder and louder becoming more disruptive. It gets to the point where the opponent becomes incapable of concentrating and can no long use techniques above A-rank. What makes this technique especially frustrating to an opponent is that Lach maintains the sounds for two turns once he begins, causing an opponent who breaks to become immediately targeted by it again.
    -Lasts four turns once summoned.
    -Genjutsu can be maintained for two turns and can only be used once.

    Love the idea but you need to rank the ability itself. He also needs a range (short) for his summoning act in itself and a range for his ability. I would also suggest defining it a bit and it would be best to add an explanation on why your opponent will be limited in the use of techniques. For me, limiting the user to anything above A-Rank is a bit much...perhaps specifying some things in there would help. In essence, this needs definition.

    This makes no sense, considering water is no where near solid enough to guard against physical attacks like Taijutsu, you didn't even limit the level of Taijutsu it can guard against, not to mention you will drown when your head is surrounded by the water, you would be incapable of breathing and thus suffocating.

    Description: Robin Hood is a bow made from the wood of the best trees from konohagakure's trees, the bow looks like any normal bow, it's a complete black with a golden chinese dragon drawn on it. it's arrows have peaked edges, and they're made from chakra-conductor material .when it has katon chakra in it, it will release a small flame from it's peak and when it's thrown that flame will engulf the whole arrow. when it has doton chakra it will become unbreakable. when it's thrown with futon chakra the peak will shape the air into a crescent in front of it, and it will be able to pierce through rocks and trees. when it have suiton chakra in it it will become bendable, and when it's thrown and hit a hard object it will turn into a liquid with high viscosity (the same as Starch Syrup Capture Field jutsu). when it's thrown while infused with raiton chakra it's speed will be as fast as a running shinobi, and it will release a lightning tail from end.
    note: all the arrows worth D-ranked jutsu
    note: arrows don't count as one of the 3 jutsus allowed per turn but only 2 arrows can be thrown per turn
    note: an arrow can be infused with only 1 chakra nature
