    Shiroki is a blade with a few different positions:
    It’s a handle you hold, with a blade going across your arm. The blade has a great cutting power, and it is indestructible. The user's chakra can flow really good through the blade. You could use it to bash someone or something with it. The blade is able to be clicked open, so you’re holding it like a sword. There's a fan folded inside the sword that you can clap out. The fan can be used to boost up fuuton jutsus that you can use with a fan. The fan can be rotated, so it becomes like a wing for the blade. This is meant for throwing the blade, and the wing is causing a perfect balance. The blade is attached to my hand with a chakra wire(coming out of the blue dot), so you can pull the blade back after throwing it. The blade can be thrown really far, especially because of the wing-fan.

    The user will run at the opponent and his/her feet will start glowing. They jump in the air, and do a front summersault, but while the user is rotating in the air, electricity is gathering around the user’s feet. The electricity is shaped as a slice of lightning, rotating along with the feet of the user. Meanwhile the user is rotating (performing the summersault), the slice of lightning grows bigger, and eventually when the user’s feet point toward the opponent, the user will release the burst of gathered lightning chakra out of his feet aimed at the opponent. The lightning burst is shaped as a big vertical lightning slice, of 4 meters tall, and 2 feet in the width. The large lightning slice has a large destructive power and can even paralyse a large summoning.

    The user will perform the Boar>Snake>Monkey>Ox Hand seals and gather a lot of his ration chakra around his body. Lightning will start to release and wave around his body, just like this:

    After that, the user will reach his arm out, point it towards the opponent, and the arm will attract all the lightning around the body to it . The lightning will move towards the arm, and swirl around it. While the handpalm is gathering the lightning (chakra), it will start to glow, and release a very large, strong burst of lightning out of the handpalm. The lightning burst is so big and strong, that a small tree can disappear in it, and it could even paralyse a large summoning, and cause him a lot damage.
    The user is also able to grab and reach out his sword, and release the lightning burst out of the sword. If the jutsu performed through the sword, the lightning burst will be smaller, but more focussed, and the cutting power will be increased. So it's more handy to use the sword for performing the jutsu on something that's not very large, but the damage would still be the same. So there isn’t a lot of a difference.

    Description: After shooting or throwing a projectile or ninja weapon, the user uses the sound of the moving object as a trigger for a powerful illusion. The powerful illusion consists of tricking the opponents hearing, using the basic principle of incoming sound, called Doppler effect. The doppler effect works by making the sound of an incoming object much louder than it is as it's moving away from the person. This happens because the sound waves of the incoming object get shorter and shorter as it's getting closer to the listener and longer and longer as it's receding. Using his ability to control sound with his chakra, the user would disturb the opponents chakra flow, causing confusion in his hearing, making incoming objects appear much closer. Using the genjutsu he can also make the opponent hear the object coming from behind, or any other side of choice. The purpose of this genjutsu is to effectively confuse the opponent and trick his senses, making him unsure whether to trust his hearing or vision, giving the user a short window to take advantage against the opponent.

    Too high ranked. This would be a B-Rank at best. Also you should mention that you use your chakra to enhance and manipulate the sound of the object so that it triggers the illusion. It cannot be done just like that.

    Description: After performing one handseal, the user is able to run a current through a water source in the field (up to Mid-Range), either a passive water source or an enemy water source up to S rank. This current will force the water to separate into two different ions, hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxide ions (HO-). While unstable by themselves, the lightning will force them to remain separate. The first will act as a powerful acid and the second will act as a powerful base. The user can then preform a second handseal, running water chakra through both substances, blasting them towards an opponent. The user is able to shoot them to different opponents and even separate each substance into several bullets. The water chakra allows for one single push, the user can't change directions or divide the substances after they have been given motion.
    Likewise, the user can perform the water handseal first, materializing a large blast of water, which will then be divided by the lightning handseal into acid and base and given a different direction (or turn into several bullets to spread the damage output). If both substances collide, they react with eachother and turn to water.

    Origin: Parrots are from a secret Rainforest, on top of a remote plateau, called the Altorio Forest.

    General Description: Parrots are colourful and majestic birds, with a diverse pallet of colours and a wide range of shapes. They possess strong beaks and claws, and a are beautiful and agile in the air.

    Summon General Abilities: The parrots of Altorio are very strong and fast. And average Parrot from Alto Rio is about the same size as a Lion, and is able to carry up to 2 people on their back without loosing any speed. They all can use chakra, though some have acquired unique abilities, such as Elemental Affinity or other Battle related skills. They are very energetic and warm, and speak in a very thick Portuguese accent.

    As described in the Monkey Chase Technique, all birds have an innate sense of direction, guiding themselves through the magnetic field of the earth. In the technique, they use that skill and develop it further to use as highly advanced and efficient tracking method. To expand on that, while requiring the actual technique in order to memorize and track electromagnetic signatures across the globe, parrots have a passive ability to sense the signatures around themselves, within a certain limit. This allows them to sense an opponent around the field, or any other source of electromagnetic emission. This however, isn't a perfect or detailed sensing ability such as that of normal Chakra sensing or other sensing abilities. Its much less refined. The higher ranked the parrot, the longer the radius (Varying, roughly, between 50 meters (D ranks) to 1 km (S ranks). Bosses have generally up to 1,5km radius). Exceptions to these will be described in the individual descriptions of each specialized parrot.



    Summoning: The person who signs this contract is able to summon parrots from Altorio, and can also be summoned by parrots. In case of an unsuccessfully summoning, or the usage of a very small amount of chakra, the user calls forth a baby chick, without much use in a battle other than being very cute. The canon Summoning Jutsu calls forth common parrots, from average size or smaller, but with no special abilities other then a random small weapon. Using specific amounts of chakra, the user can summon special parrots, with special abilities, all up to the Boss. (Which will be submitted using the official template)

    Description: Pit of Waagal is a form of Reverse summoning. While performed similarly to a normal summoning jutsu, retrieving a drop of blood, string 3 handseals and slap both or one hand on the ground, it will instead reverse summon the opponent's into Shoutou, the Archipelago, more specifically a pit known as the "Pit of Wagyl, the Rainbow Serpent". The pit is 15 meters radius wide and 50 meters deep, with water to the brim. It is in the center of the imperial coral palace, and it's the common gathering place for every box, being almost completely filled with venomous cubozoan medusas, so much so, that it is said to be more tentacles than water molecules. Due to them constantly rubbing their tentacles on each other and the stone and coral walls of the pit, the whole water is filled with venom, gaining a poisonous and acidic property, this dissolves the tragic organisms and some of the coral, filling the water with calcium, which forms mineralized shards in the water. While flowing peacefully among the venomous water and sharp shards of calcium, the boxes swim harmlessly in the pit. But as the targets are summoned into it, or sacrificial animals are thrown into it, they disrupt the flow, and the pit deals several superficial wounds from the calcium shard, allowing the venomous and acidic water to seep in, while the multiple boxes strike and infect them further, having the unfortunate souls perish in excruciating agony.
    The range of the reverse summoning translates to the dimensions of the pit, with the center being the user of the technique. Likewise, the surface slapped will translate to the surface of the water in the pit (so opponents reversed on top of the ground will appear above the water, and fall down. This means that the technique will have a limit of 15 meters radius around the user, along the ground and above ground, and 50 meters downwards. The user can choose to reverse himself with his/her targets. The user is reversed into a small platform or coral in the middle of the pit, supported by a thin yet strong submerged pillar of stone and coral.

Terrakion is a bit shorter than Xerneas but much bulkier than he is, Terrakion wears a special armor around him,that seems infused into his body,he is capable of infusing his chakra into the armor twice per battle to increase the durability of the armor to reduce the damage of attacks by half when used against him. Terrakion has his own technique the allows him to grow his antlers similar to the Samurai Sabre to make a giant brown sword to tear though defenses up to A-Rank. Terrakion is however slow in movement and only moves up to Jounin Rank ninja.

Caius like all male deers have large antlers on his head which he can use as a weapon in combat and as well when utilizing the Deer Arts.Caius is a prodigy of Fire and Lighting techniques but can only use them up to B-Rank,but this is not his down fall as he is capable of doubling the power each technique used by him,but takes twice the damage from enemy techniques.When using his antlers they are equal to a A-Ranked Kenjutsu technique by applying chakra into them increasing there hardness,silimar like a Kaguya.     This is similar to existing Seals. I like the concept but the way you worded it makes it very similar to some seals that are essentially variations of the explosive tag. You need to make yours something more than that.

Across most of the species's range, it is blue-grey above and barred grey or white below, but subspecies in particular range from nearly white overall to nearly black above. The juvenile is brown above and barred brown below. Juveniles and adults have a barred tail, with dark brown or black barring. Adults always have a white eye stripe. Juveniles have pale-yellow eyes, and adults develop dark red eyes usually after their second year, although nutrition and genetics may affect eye color as well. They have a great wingspan, and adults are known to be able to carry humans. The are very vicious, and their baks are strong enough to tear flesh.

    Description: The Uncanny Sword actually consists of 2 gloves and a somewhat standard black Katana. The user charges chakra into the gloves, which then charges chakra into the sword. What makes this weapon "Uncanny" is that the user charges chakra with one of the 5 elemental natures. This chakra does not however, make the sword stronger. Instead, the chakra itself winds around the sword, and since it is infused with a chakra nature, can "negate/absorb" certain chakra. For example, Opponent uses earth flowing spears, I use raiton charged chakra, and when my chakra touches it, it stops and causes it to recede back into the ground. The chakra that winds arounds the sword is extendable, able to extend up to 5 meters. The chakra can lash out extremely quickly and can go on all sides of the user. It spins against frontal attacks to make it easier to negate/absorb the chakra. It can only absorb/negate B-rank chakra. Against an A, S, or F-ranked attack, it simply decreases the damage by 20.
    ~ Goes by elemental weaknesses/strengths. (In other words, only raiton can absorb/negate doton, only katon can negate/absorb wind, only wind can negate/absorb lightning, only doton can negate/absorb water, only water can negate/absorb fire)

    ~Declined~ The wind suction ability needs to counts as a move and needs to have a usage limit, remove everything about being resistent to lightning techniques because i don't allow summons being impervious to elements anymore, mention that he can only be summoned once, remove that he can perform elemental combinations with the summoner, rest seems fine.

    Description: The user will perform three hand seals and then disrupts the opponents chakra within the brain. When the user performs the three hand seals it will appear as if the hand seals were for a lower ranking summoning jutsu. However instead of a summon, the opponent will see an illusion of Masashi Kishimoto. The creator of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. Masashi Kishimoto will proceed to bring out his paper and pencil premade a drawing of a shinobi. Then he will proceed to erase anything within the paper at the users desires. For example, Masashi Kishimoto will erase the leg of the opponent that is effected. The opponent will see his leg disappear and loose all feelings as if the leg has been erased. He will also lose internal balance and fall towards the ground. There will be minimal pain due to it being the genjutsu and just a random disappearence of a leg but he won't feel anything once it's disappeared. He will though feel the blood pumping and throbing where the leg would be, simulating amputated leg. The illusion of the erased portions are not limited to a leg. It could be any part of the body or organ, the user must specify. However the user will not be able to specify multiple limbs and organs within this one jutsu. If it was layered genjutsu than it would be possible. Inconjunction, Masashi Kishimoto is able to draw something and make it come to life. Ofcourse it's only an illusion and doesn't really harm the opponent, though the opponent won't know that. Masashi Kishimoto is also able to change the terrain as the user see's fit, but again only an illusion to the opponent and only last till it is broken.

    Ok, you can creat an illusionary effect or effects/sensations that might make him experience the same thing as if he was tired but you cannot induce "fake" exhaustion just ike that. I mean, does he fel joint or muscular pain? does he feel cramps? does he feel spasms? what?Also, you cannot make him feel lazy... thats not a sense, thats an emotion. Urge to yawn? are you making him sleepy or tired? I just feel this is a bit overstretching but if you want to go in this direction, more definition is needed specially in what this reopreesents in a fight for your opponent. What in temrs of techniques, speed, movement, etc does this alter?

    Description: Through the gesture of the user clinching the fist in front from open palm, the user will simulate and act as if he is pulling something towards him. While at that time a visual illusion will set in as if all of the opponents chakra has been pulled towards the user and absorbed all of the opponents chakra. After a second, the opponent will feel as if all of his chakra has depleted. Causing him to feel as if he can not mold chakra, concentrate on the task at hand, whatever it may be. Being able to concentrate alone is hard for the opponent as he would feel as if he has no chakra left in reserve. The opponents physical abilities become slower, muscles would feel week and his mind won't be clear. In conjunction, as the opponent see's the chakra being absorbed by the user, he will also see a visual illusion of the user's phsyical speed and physical prowess increase, any injuries occured on the user seems to be healed and will see the user with overflow of chakra as if it was a biju chakra.

    Note: Only able to use twice per battle.
    Note: The user's physical speed does not increase in reality.
    Note: The user's ninjutsu doesn't gain in power or increase in power.

    I generally have no issue with the concept, but you either gotta make it up to mid range and somehow make the jutsu detectable by the enemy opponent or this would be too OP.

This Eel can then be directed at a target where it will smash into it with extreme burning and crushing force before expelling out leaving the surrounding area in flames. Because of the sudden build-up of Katon Chakra in the opponents hand, it will be burnt to such a degree that during the attack it will turn black and after the attack the hand will crumble away as ash leaving the user with only one good hand. They will then begin to feel time pass as they feel there hair and nails grow at an accelerated rate. In the Mirror the effects will be shown as they Age from young to old to dust. The overall effect of this Genjutsu happens fast and thous releases the targets in a few seconds. The key to this Genjutsu is to tire the opponents mind out quickly by tricking it's sub systems into believing a long time has passed, even if the targets know its a Genjutsu. By tiring the opponents mind there movements and reflexes take a plunge by half by causing overall exhaustion.

    Description: The Time Wizard's Staff is a 2 meter long staff found years ago by the user. The handle is a light blue with a gold spike at the bottom and at the top is a small red, blue and gold clock. The strange material that forged the staff ages ago is indestructible, has shown no signs of rust or decay and appears to be some kind of non-magnetic metallic alloy as Magnetic ninja have attempted to magnetize it and failed. Despite its strange coloring and simple design the staff posses a unique power, when held in a proper wielder's hand the staff is able to be used as a medium for a powerful Genjutsu, the hands of the clock spin and when they stop any enemies that the user inserts his chakra into is induced into an illusion where time rapidly speeds up around them and their bodies age 100 years in a matter of seconds. After years of using the weapon the user was able to control his flow of chakra through the weapon to be able to cast his own genjutsu through the staff as well not only the staff's unique illusion, however at the cost of spending extra energy to cast the same illusions he would normally be able to perform with hand seals. When casting other Genjutsu the face of the clock flashes red and blue.
    If a person who has not been accepted by the staff touches it they will be placed in an S rank illusion where their entire body ages rapidly and their body dissolves into dust in a matter of seconds rendering them unconscious, even if it's chakra is initially rejected it will continue to pour chakra into the enemy body until either the illusion sets in or the constant flow of foreign chakra destroys all of the tenketsu in their arm.
    -Can only be held by Professor Sarutobi.
    -Can only use the Time Genjutsu once per battle. Genjutsu is A rank, lasts 3 turns and counts as one of the user's jutsu use.
    -Can't cast any Genjutsu for 2 turns after using Time Genjutsu
    -Time Genjutsu reduces the enemy's taijutsu ability to C ranks and cuts their hand seal and running speeds in half.

Under his clothing Wukong's body is covered in brown fur. Wukong carries a jug of Sake and his black steel Bo with him at all times.
    Wukong is a close combat expert with speed that matches Enma however he lacks the same raw strength as Enma due to his lack of training as he is more often then not, drunk. Due to his near constant state of intoxication he has become a natural in the drunken monkey style as well as being very proficient with his Bo.
    Twice per battle Wukong is able to infuse his Bo with chakra and strike an attack or enemy with it, discharging the chakra into the target and causing great damage from a blunt chakra discharge that shatters Earth techniques up to A rank and cause bone shattering damage to a human body.
    His speed is comparable to a Sage Ranked Taijutsu master and his strength is easily comparable to that of the 4th Raikage without his Lightning Armor, Wukong is capable of using Taijutsu techniques, mostly those from Strong Fist and not taking damage from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks C-Rank and below.

Chen also wields a black steel Sasumata in one or both hands with great skill. Under his armor his body is covered in brown fur. Chen is the Monkey warrior with the greatest Defense next to Monkey King Enma's indestructible staff form, being able to use Earth Release to harden his body to the levels of steel which gives him a B rank defense while active. His special training has given him equal strength to that of even Monkey King Enma however at a loss of his speed. His speed is comparable to a Sannin Ranked Taijutsu master but his strength is easily comparable to that of Hashirama with chakra enhanced strength.
    Chen is capable of using Taijutsu techniques, mostly those from Strong Fist and is immune to taking damage from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks C-Rank and below (B rank and below while in his hardened state). Like Enma, Chen is able to transform into a specialized weapon in the form of a black bodysuit that covers the user's limbs up to the ankles/wrists and their torso up to the neck, in this form his defensive powers surpass their previous levels and can defend from up to A rank attacks to the user's body within reason.

    The user will use hand gestures to infuse a patch of solid earth or rock with a given elemental chakra. Upon doing so, the material will fragment and rise into the form of a protector, with the fragments of its body connected to each other by a raw form of the element used. The material used is nothing but a vessel for the chakra infused in it and makes up the body of the guardian and its main form. The various clumps of the material will be engraved in several kanji markings, reminiscent of a fuuinjutsu technique, that will serve as the chakra's path way. The clumps will then be lifted, seamlessly held together in the raw humanoid form of the guardian by the chakra used. Depending on the chakra used, the guardian will have different attributes and abilities, but will always be about the same size, namely, twice as big as a normal human. The guardian floats above ground (between 10 and 20 cms) and lacks real lower limbs but does have rudimentary hands and facial features, carved upon the rock that makes up his head. The guardian is a sentient entity, capable of acting on its own but, due to its elemental composition, cannot be mentally or sensorily manipulated. Likewise, if the user loses conscious or the ability to sustain the guardian, it will collapse on the ground.

    Kaminari Tsumibito (Thunder Sinner): This guardian is produced using lightning chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using lightning techniques, it passively numbs and zaps (harmlessly) any enemy nearby due to the lightning chakra that keeps the clumps together. Once per battle, the user can either detonate the Tsumibito, producing an S-Rank lightning blast, short range in radius or make the Tsumibito collapse upon itself, attracting any small metal object the enemy may possess or that happens to be in the battle field, up to mid range upon itself (kunais, shurikens, senbons, etc).

    Kazan Tsumibito (Volcano Sinner): This guardian is produced using fire chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using fire techniques, it burns any enemy on contact and is immune to basic weapons (shuriken, kunais, etc) which simply melt upon contact with it. Once per battle the user can detonate the Tsumibito producing an S-Rank Fire blast, mid range in radius, that will scatter countless molten earth debris.

    Arashi Tsumibito (Storm Sinner): This guardian is produced using wind chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using wind techniques, it has the unique ability to fly. Its flight abilities are strong enough to carry the user while easily out maneuvering most flying summons of his size. Due to the aura of wind that surrounds him and enables flight, its completely immune to Lightning techniques but very vulnerable to Fire techniques. Once per battle the user can make the Tsumibito collapse upon itself, effectively creating a miniature S-Rank "wind hole", sucking anything short-range from its center into it and crushing/shredding it in the process.

    Jishin Tsumibito (Earthquake Sinner): This guardian is produced using earth chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using earth techniques, it has the unique ability to reform if hit by any technique apart from Lightning or Lava, while being immune to Water techniques. Once per battle the user can make the Tsumibito merge with the earth, negating its use by both the user and any enemy for 3 turns.

    Umi Tsumibito (Sea Sinner): This guardian is produced using water chakra to infuse the rocks. Capable of using water techniques without the need for a water source, its completely immune to Fire or otherwise, high temperature related Techniques. Once per battle the user can siphon any and every heat or fire from the battle field on to the Tsumibito, negating it completely.

    Note: Usable 3 times per match, with each Tsumibito being used only once per match.
    Note: Each Tsumibito can only be sustained for 5 turns.
    Note: The ultimate ability of each Tsumibito results in its destruction.
    Note: The user cannot mold techniques above A-Rank of the element he used for the Tsumibito on the same turn.

    Description: The user will perform a row of six hand seals, creating a parallelepiped barrier all around him and the area up to mid range. To the naked eye, the barrier seems to be cubical, however, that is only because half of it is above the ground, being the other half beneath it.
    This barrier is used to trap the user and the opponent and confine them to a determined area, conditioning the opponent and giving the user an advantage, in the way that his opponent can't get away easily. This is a self regenerative barrier, meaning it is constantly ''feeding'' on the user's chakra to keep it functioning correctly, meaning in the case a wall is destroyed, it will immediately regenerate itself (+20 chakra each time this happens). Due to this, in order for an effective escape, the opponent must destroy at least three walls at once, which is not an easy task, since each wall must get hit by at least an S-rank technique, however, may this happen, the wall will be completely destroyed, with no chance of being repaired. One other way to destroy a wall is to hit it with a single A-rank technique, with enough piercing power, which can cause enough pressure on a single point of the wall.

    Description: The user will open his palm towards the opponent. The opponent's vision will become life a negative (seeing everything in a blue perspective, with wight eyes and hair). Then, he will realize all the parts of his personality he has been denying, all the parts of himself he has locked away, from fear or from shame, in other words, his shadow (which, in psychology, is the term to describe a person's hidden desires). This will paralyze the target for the rest of the turn. If however the opponent has not been defeated by the end of the turn, his speed and strength will go one rank higher, due to the deep focus he will obtain from the realization, for the next 2 turns. If used on shinobi 2 ranks or lower of the user, they will faint by the end of the turn.
    -Cannot use more than once on the same target, as after their realizations, they will have no more "shadow personality" (for the rest of the battle), and will be immune to this genjutsu.
    -Can be used on self, by performing a face-palm.
    -The target must see the palm of the user to start the genjutsu. If however he does not, the genjutsu will be casted uncompleted, and the target will still get the negative vision effect, which will affect his ability to react, and will confuse him for one turn. However, this genjutsu has a major drawback: At the moment casted, the user must feel a zenith of pain. This can be done by stabbing himself on a nerve, or by receiving an opponent's attack. The pain from the jutsu will overwhelm the opponent, and will drive him crazy by the end of the next turn, unless dispelled.

The metal's properties resonate when genjutsu chankra is focused on it, and will make any genjutsu channeled from it one rank higher. Short range genjutsu can also be focused to the metal, and will be released to the enemy upon contact with the sai.
    -To strengthen the rank of a genjutsu, the weapon must have direct contact with the user.
    -To summon it, the user will make the half tiger hand seal with his left hand, wile he will have a trident tatoo on his right hand. The Sai will appear in his right hand.
    -Summoning the Sai counts as a move of the 3 moves per turn.

    Description: Cepheus is a unique Kusarigama that was crafted by a legendary weapons smith in Amegakure during Hanzo the Salamander's reign. The forger created the weapon as a gift to Hanzo as a symbol of respect and obedience. It was created using a rare and powerful metallic alloy known only to this legendary weapons smith. The sharpness of the sickle is unrivaled and the metal is incredibly strong rendering the weapon indestructible. The most unique feature of the kusarigama is that rather than having a single weight and chain attached to the sickle, it has five chains each with a spiked weight at the end. These weights represent the five stars of the Cepheus constellation which is named after the Greek King Cepheus. By creating this weapon for Hanzo to represent the constellation the weapons smith was showing his recognition of Hanzo as his King. At the beginning of the chains near the handle of the sickle are specialized chain links that are circular rather than ovular. These are made to fit onto the fingers of the wielder's hand. The rings allow each chain and weight to be manipulated by a single finger letting the wielder manipulate all five weights at the same time and independent of each other. The level of difficulty in using the weapon is high and requires someone experienced in kusarigama-jutsu to wield effectively. The sickle portion is fairly large and well crafted, but not much different in style or size than the sickle seen on Hanzo's standard kusarigama. A final feature of the weapon was that the weapons smith imbued it with chakra from the Great White Salamander, Talaya. The strong chakra empowers the wielder by increasing the effectiveness of their rain techniques. While rain techniques are enhanced, fire techniques are inversely weakened. A final feature of the weapon is that due to the imbued salamander chakra, when a person who hasn't signed the Salamander contract tries to hold it, a slime is excreted from the weapon causing it to slip out of that person's hands.
    -Can only be wielded by a person who has signed the Salamander contract.
    -User gains 10 damage to rain techniques.
    -User loses 10 damage to fire techniques.

    Description: Considered to be the creator of Amegakure's rain style, Talaya is one of the most powerful salamanders known. She is considered a matriarch by other salamanders and is one of the three great salamander warriors along with Kasei and Ibuse. Her calm and cooling nature has made her one of the few beings capable of controlling Kasei's temper. She is a benevolent white salamander of similar size to Ibuse and has an elemental affinity for water. Talaya's body constantly channels water chakra into the sky causing a constant rain storm in a large area around her that covers the battlefield. She is able to use all the rain techniques up to S-rank and has one unique S-ranked attack in which she causes the rain over the opponent to take the form of a giant salamander which crashes down on the target with its mouth open, swallowing them in a torrent of rain water. This can be used twice per battle and counts towards the three move set. Like Ibuse, and other salamanders, she is capable of tunneling through the ground.

    -Rain storm covers the battlefield and remains as long as Talaya is on the field.

    Description: Axol is the oldest known salamander and one of the elders. He has a very unique appearance due to being a species of salamander called Axolotl. His size is very small compared to others reaching the length of an average man's forearm with a white body. Due to Axolotls usually living in aquatic environments they possess external gills that appear as feathery pink extensions from just behind their heads. While these are generally used to increase oxygen intake in water, Axol has developed the ability to sense chakra with them using them as antennae to pick up chakra signals. Once summoned he latches on to the summoner's back and communicates via speech.
    -Can be summoned twice per battle.
    -Remains on the field for three turns per summoning.

    Description: Cleopatra is one of the Goddesses of the Caracals. She is praised as one of the most beautiful and stunning caracals as well as one of the most deceitful and dangerous. In her domain within the Caracal Sanctuary she rules with an iron fist, charm, and deception. Upon being summoned, Cleopatra will appear as an averaged sized female caracal with jet black fur and emerald green eyes. If transformed into a human, Cleopatra appears as a fair skinned beautiful woman with straight silky black hair, garbed in a regal white dress, with green eyes and eye shadow, resembling that of the queen she's name after. In order to summon Cleopatra, the user must first draw blood and create the Tiger → Bird → Snake seals. The symbol of Cleopatra is her cobra diadem that is warped around her head upon being summoned.

    Cleopatra possess a possess a unique collaboration technique that allows her to share her sensory abilities with her summoner. After being summoned, the shinobi summoner will make the tiger hand seal while Cleopatra transforms, taking the shape of the of a black Pharaoh's headdress with a golden snake charm around the forehead. Atop the user's head, Cleopatra uses her unique chakra transference technique, which will allow for her to share her powers of chakra sensory with her summoner. However, there is a sizable draw back for this technique. In order to borrow the powers of Cleopatrata, the summoner must pay tribute with his own chakra for as long as she remains passing chakra into him.
    ~Cleopatra being a Goddess is one of the stronger Caracal summons. Her chakra is half that of a Kage (700).
    ~When not using her special technique, Cleopatra can cast A-ranked genjutsu 3 times per battle.
    ~When combined with her summoner, Cleopatra cannot use any other techniques.
    ~For every turn combined with her summoner, the summoner pays tribute to Cleopatra with 15 of his own chakra.
    ~When Combined with Cleopatra, the summoner gains the ability to sense chakra.
    ~The summoner and Cleopatra can only stay united for a total of 5 turns, by which time Cleopatra will be disperse from the field completely. If she is not combined with the user, she remains on the field until she has exhausted 80% of her chakra capacity, by which time she will disperse from the field to rest.
    ~The collaboration technique can be dispersed at will before the 5 turns, however, once disconnected, the user summoner will feel drained and energy and weakened due to the effects of the chakra draining. The level of fatigue felt by the summoner is dependent on the time spent combined. They will feel more offset from a full usage of the technique than say one turn. However, this collaboration technique can only be used once per battle. As well, the user cannot use techniques above S-ranked or genjutsu above A-ranked after this technique for the same amount of time as they were converged with Cleopatra.
