    Tell me why didn't he reassemble when Kakashi hit him with the Chidori? Because earth is weak against lightning? Lightning destroys earth, so in fact it would do the exact same thing as you turning to sand. Still it beat him. Highely likely because lightning chakra beats earth chakra which he was pretty much using, the same goes for when used another elemental jutsu. In the end if the jutsu is so strong the chakra would just crush that C-rank jutsu, no matter which material it is and whether you reassemble or not. Saying that he survived an explosion is not an argument either. That was an exploding tag and the result were chunks the size of arms and hands, which makes it pretty realistic to still reassemble. After those S-rank jutsu's there's nothing left of you anymore.

    That you're diamond doesn't mean anything either as it's not even real diamond, only a copy produced by your chakra. That's something Kakashi even stated at the end of the battle that he's still only copying jutsu's. It doesn't matter if your diamond or earth, it's not really a big deal, those S-ranks killed you. Then we get to another point, even though it can never be proven completley, it's highely likely you can't even use water jutsu's when using that jutsu for the simple fact you're using your chakra permanently for as long as that jutsu is active. In the anime that guy only used earth based jutsu's or ninjutsu that can be used in conjunction with his body of rocks, using elemental chakra is something completely different or do you think that guy would have been able to preform a Chidori himself? Using common logic it would be highely unlikely for using any kind of elements other than the one directly applied.

    That jutsu isn't much different from Suigetsu's body, still his body isn't that much rated apparantly as your jutsu, while it's nearly exactly the same, can survive nearly everything while Suigetsu's body is certainly not deemd the same. It can survive small explosions and hits, however large jutsu's not. You got hit by 3 S-rank jutsu's, so you're completely dead. Even elemental weaknesses don't apply anymore as the difference in power is so big.

    In the end that ninjutsu, diamond or not, will only be able to survive things like exploding tags, kicks, hits and low lvl offensive jutsu's. Every A-rank offensive jutsu will beat it, most of the B-rank jutsu's will beat it and even several C-ranks will beat it. If I would use that jutsu in the same way as you, I could make myself nearly invincible.

    Summary: Lord of Kaos won, it's not relevant what happend after that. Kaziname died.

    Description: Hinata-hime is the eternal princess of the Monocerus', she is a very large Monocerus (120, taller than Gamabunta but not as wide-fat) with a long beutiful horn on her forehead, her fur is white with a Cherry Blossom tint, she has womanly pink eyes, and is rather slender and very beutiful, her horn can cast Genjutsu and she has a very powerful kick, her "mane" or hair is very long and can be grabbed on, one of her weaknesses is her tail, if another large summoning grabs her tail, she would be paralyized because of the pain, but will not disperse, Hinata-himes tail is very long but she can move it freely to prevent any direct attacks that are going for her weakness, Hinata-hime may not look like it, but her skin can block Fuuton, Doton, Raiton and Suiton attacks up to A-Rank, Fire techniques however will still hurt her, she has very large wings on her back but will not let anyone but the scroll owner and her citizens, to ride with her as she takes flight, and will only fly for a very brief time unless her citizens are riding with her, Hinata-himes personality is very caring and is always prepard to die for her young Monocerus, she treats both the Citizens and the royal familly the same, she mostly cares for her younger brother, Kuro, and refuses to be summoned in the same place as he is, she can also use Fire techniques upto her rank without handseals as long as they are projected from the mouth/lungs, and can stop Raiton using the wind generated from her wings upto B-Rank.

    Side Note: Yes this summoning is the Unicorn-like variation, but i am just being creative and would not want this to be dissapproved due to not being serious, but i am not just jokingly making this, Monocerus are etched onto many walls and cave drawings, they might had existed, and this animal was indeed believed to exist.

Not only does it take away chakra, this sword puts a lot of damage when hit in your body parts, such as the stomach, and heart.

    Description:
    The user will channel their water chakra into samehada and then channel the chakra up to the tip of the sword. As chakra travels up the sword it becomes visible as a ring that travels up the sword. The water travels up the blade very quickly and at the top it forms a rotating sphere of water. Similar to a rasengan. The user then sprints at their opponent and lunges with the tip of the sword pointed at the opponent slamming the rotating sphere of water into their opponent. This is if you are at a short range from your opponent. If however you are at mid range you can swing the blade in a vertically slashing motion and release the spinning sphere of water, sending towards your opponent. This sphere moves very fast and can only be tracked by 1 tomoe sharingan and above.

    Description: The user does the Snake hand sign and then starts having 6 snakes (3 on each side) come out of his back and stay connected to them. Each snakes is 7 feet long. The snakes can be used to attack the opponent and and be used to grab ninja tools out of the air and help protect the user. The snakes can also grab onto near trees or pillars to help pull the user out of the way of incoming attacks like ninja tools. The snakes and the user have connected version and the snakes can alert the user on what they sense using their senses through temperature and smell but the user does not get the these sense and must have the snake use their senses and get alerted through the snakes.
    Note: Usable 3 times a match
    Note: Last 4 turns and must wait 1 turn before reusing.

In reality the opponent is standing still and then collapse while the user there watching or getting ready to attack.

The rubber rope is either shaped as a tall small snake, dragon or a tentacle. The animal shaped rubber rope will move towards the opponent and bind it, and makes sure the opponent can’t move. The dragon/snake/tentacle rope can even bind a large summoning.

When needed the user will activate this seal, giving him 20 points of chakra and boosting his next technique's damage by 40 points, healing any minor injuries that he may have, or breaking the opponent out of genjutsu. This is better than using the cannon technique due to the user not needing his ally to take his attention away from the battle or having to have perfect timing in order to complete it, needless to say it cuts down on alot of time as well. Not only this but for members of the Nekura clan who instantly reject foreign chakra, this makes the Chakra Transfer Technique accessible to them whereas normally it wouldn't be.

Then, acting on the same principle as Gaara's "Ultimately Hard Absolute Defense: Shield of Shukaku", the users chakra seeks out the strongest minerals in the ground of the area, and pulls them to the surface to use for the user's technique, instead of the common rock normally used. After a slight delay due to the collection of these minerals, the user's technique will then continue as it would normally, now comprised out of minerals harder than the regular rock sitting on the surface of the battlefield, and thus making the technique stronger than normal (by the equivalent of one rank changing chakra cost and damage accordingly).
    Note: ~The user cannot use another Doton jutsu on the same or next turn as this jutsu is used due to strain on the user's chakra system

The tags on the outer-most layer of the "kunai" take on a grey color, giving the illusion that it's a real kunai. The user then throws the "kunai", the collection of tags travelling almost like a normal kunai. The difference is that since the kunai is much lighter than a normal one, it travels with both different speed and kinetics. On contact with another object, or when the user forms the "tiger" handseal, the "kunai" will no longer be held together by the user's chakra, and the explosion tags will begin to flutter in the air for a moment, hovering, giving the target a second to realize what's happened before all of the tags explode at once.

    Through out countless months of dodging Hiro's blade or shurikens**See Bio - The Second Kidnapping**
    Benn has built up an evasive nature. So much so he bases his taijutsu souly on this evasiveness.
    Benn will weakin his chakra on a certain part of his body, causing his chakra to change its antibiotic nature.
    Whats not Benn's chakra should be avoided says the mind to the body causing any chakra to get within 0~5m of Benn to trigger his body to avoid contact or even touch.
    With projectiles, a trace of the opponents chakra is slightly embedded within each projectile the opponent touches.
    Once the projectile gets in range it works the same as if a punch or kick is avoided.
    The chakra will run through his body, reaching the point needed, and cause Benn's body to avoid letting that area be touched by another persons chakra. Once the technique is set, the users distance will ignite it and the users chakra will do its job on cue.
    Benn will wait for the very last moment before an enemies strike can connect, and swiftly dip and slide himself out of direct contact with the opposing force. He also uses this during power struggles to allow the opponent fall towards him as he slides to a side and makes his next move.
    Benn can be grazed by the attack while using this.
    Just because its activated does not mean Benn cannot be hit.


    Examples
    Direct taijutsu/weapon
    If a person were to try a direct taijutsu attack, Benn would lean to the side of the punch/kick and spin either away from the opponent
    or work off this dodge towards a grab or attack.
    **Enemy lunges with blade attempting to stab Benn's chest., Benn send chakra to his upper back and his legs causing him to plant his feet and lean completely back and watch the blade hover over him.**

    Weapon or Ninjutsu *Shuriken/Kunai/Head sized boulder size
    Benn will dodge the object with a swift jerking motion.
    Due to the speed of projectiles Benn's body has not developed enough for his chakra to travel at such speeds.
    Benn allows the chakra to work but after it reaches where it needs to in his body and the proj. has been dodged he quickly releases it and relies on his own hand eye co-ordination. Benn will either be hit by the following projectile after using the technique, dodge it without the tech., or use his sword to block the proj.


    Restrictions
    1) Opposing attack must be smaller then no bigger than Benn's size otherwise Benn will either try to divert it with an attack, be hit by the attack or simply jump out of the way

    2) Activation will cost Benn 5 chakra.

    3)As said above..Benn will use this to dodge 1 projectile but the following proj. is faster then his chakras rate of speed thus causing him to naturally dodge it...naturally dodging means Benn will dodge slower then with the tech. causing him to be more focused of the proj. then the opponent.

    4) Cool down = 3 posts between each use


    5) No one but Benn can teach this technique.

    Looks like a break dancing loose sort of maneuver.

    Looks like this Yet Naruto even says Sage mode allows him to have better timing to counter...

    Looks like this Yet Sasuke's sharingan and training allows him to have better timing to counter...
    Where as Benn's technique is based on a A Chakra vs B Chakra Interaction system.


    2nd Jutsu

    (Ninpou - Horogurafikku) Ninja Art - Holographic

    Description:
    Similar to a pump fake in basketball or a hologram in Halo, this jutsu distracts the opponent. A clone emerges off of the users body facing the direction of the target. At the proper angle the clones image will block the user from sight allowing the user to attack off of the opponents lack of attention to his/herself.
    Benn will send the clone towards the target and then trail the clone 5 seconds after.
    The clone will show off as if its going for the kill.
    Hopefully causing the opponent to use a powerful strike on the clone, giving Benn the advantage.
    Binded by his/her technique, the user will not only instruct the clone, but enforce his/her body to mimic what the clone was instructed to do.
    If the opponent dodges instead of attacks the user, the user can be seen if the opponent describes where he/she is **AKA point of which the jutsu was started.**

    Example:
    Benn Jumps backward onto the tree behind him. He then forms a few hand seals and plunges himself from the tree towards the opponent. *Assuming the opponent dodges and quickly strikes me after missing** The clone vanishes after a seemingly dead acting scene, and I repeat the same move the clone made lunging from the tree.

    The clone basically emerges off Benn's body and blocks the targets site of the actual Benn in order to fool the user as if Benn left the tree.
    Benn must do exactally what the clone did.

    Benn is in a stand off with another ninja...they stand face to face red dead redemption style. He forms a couple seals and stands still.
    **Secretly after the seal Benn backflips backwards a few times and the clone is the one standing still above**

    3) User must show a signal of using this technique such as hand seals.

    4) This technique requires the users feet to be planted due to this jutsus rank. Elevation of this jutsu may allow it to be done in air.

    5) If the clone stood still, Benn has no control of his body from the waist down for how ever many turns are between Jutsu activation and Clone destruction. Benn will however have control from the waist down. Thus allowing him to block/dodge(depending on size of attack) an attack but unable to leap out of the attacks way.

    6) Benn and only Benn can teach this technique and with permission it can be passed on.

Once the user has grabbed the enemy, this attack cannot be dodged unless by space/time jutsu (though that is not to say that it cannot be countered, just at this point unavoidable). In appearance, the gas itself is almost identical to the mist produced in the Hiding in Mist Jutsu, leading the opponent to believe some sort of variation rather than a Katon technique. Whilst inside the flammable mist, the opponent is unable to see the user and vice versa. Due to its volatile nature, the flammable mist can be ignited with the slightest of sparks/embers.

    Description: Differing from many a summoning, this technique allows the user to summon a host of snakes beneath his epidermis. The host, altogether known as ‘Retinue’, consists of microscopic, skeleton-less snakes with sensitive bellies and smooth, venomous scales. The snakes are constantly moving about under the user’s skin; making for a hideous sight as parts of the host occasionally breaks through the user’s skin. To avoid ‘leaks’ from becoming a problem however, the host uses nerve endings and muscle contractions to receive and send simple commands and signals. Specially bred; the host has no chakra circulatory system, relying on their heat-vision and advanced sense of smell to track enemies and their neurotoxic venom to incapacitate them. While the user is susceptible to the venom, every snake of the host has its belly pointing downwards against the user’s dermis and secretes its venom through its scales and, by extension, through the user’s skin. To avoid the venom remaining on the user’s skin; the host absorbs liquids through their bellies and expels it through their scales, allowing the user to perspire through the snakes and effectively ‘sweat’ the venom away. Naturally, the snakes’ scales reject liquids, thereby making the issue of the user’s skin reabsorbing some of the venom moot. As long as Retinue is summoned; the user will sweat almost four times as much as usual as a response to the sensation and to get the venom off the skin.
    -The poison can effectively mix with the user’s sweat and cause tetany (incontrollable muscle contractions) that lasts for an entire turn almost immediately upon contact.
    -Retinue can be summoned up to three (3) times, but it can only remain on the field for a maximum of five (5) turns.
    -Should a part of the host somehow find itself with its scales against the user’s dermis, it will notice the difference in texture and disappear from the field without taking the rest of the host with it.
    -Can only be taught by Zero Kelvin.

    The idea is interesting and has a future but I need you to define what this host is. Is it another snake? And i can't have you being venomous to the touch just like that. The method seems a bit stretched and it somewhat collides with medical poison techniques.

The released wind chakra converts to a quick gust of wind that travels along the surface of the ground. When the wind is just about to impact on a target, the user clicks his presently chakra infused fingers to cause the wind to move up-right, catching the targets feet and lifting them straight up into the air. This causes the target to take more damage instead of just a normal fall. The wind only catches the targets feet for a brief moment.

    Ok, new cycle of 7 days where you can submit 3 techniques. The cycle ends on the 25th of April.


    Now, I will put these reminds as directly as I can:

    -Just because we don't post a marker doesn't mean that you can post techniques. We might be busy or we might be doing it on purpose to buy some time to check the tread.

    -This brings me to the new issue: summons. Use the search button on this thread and the archived one to see if someone has submitted your contract. The amount of invalid and senseless submissions is truly stupid. Its a waste of your time and ours.

    -Don't rip of techniques. One thing is a similar technique and that is normal when there are 4 years of customs approved already. Another is a completely identical submission. If the issue is kept, punishments will be issued.

    -Be smart. If things are too ridiculous, it will be DNR and if its a mockery of the thread it will lead to a ban from it.

    -Be logical. Don't try to submit things just because.

    -Read the thread. Swords and other hand weapons that release elemental bursts, cut through techniques, absorb chakra, can be infused with chakra, boost damage, detect you are under a genjutsu, sense chakra, etc will not be approved. It has been all done before countless times. Also, in 4 years of RP, don't for a second think you can create an elemental projectile technique of the basic 5 that hasn't been attempted or done before. Eagles, dragons, butterlfies, bears, wolves, dogs, bulls, etc of all the basic 5 have been submitted and exist already. Streams, walls, etc as well. Torturing Genjutsu as well. Think outside the box and make customs that actually have unique abilities or uses. Otherwise its bound to have been done before or be similar to something that has been done before.

    -Don't bug the checkers. I'm the head of the custom bureau and i won't allow the checkers, including myself, to be pestered with vms and pms about declines. This also includes variations of these vms "can this be approved?" or "is this banned from being submitted?" etc etc. Its your job to read through the thread and see others checks to understand what can or can't be approved or submitted.
