The diameter is just a meter and so is the depth of the water. Due to the water coming as a surprise, it would make the opponent fall in it. By adding on the 'Horse' hand seal the water becomes sticky, causing the opponent to be stuck in it and unable to move whatever portion of their body is stuck.

    That isn't the way Genjutsu works. You can inflict their body with chakra to only make them believe something has happened, but it doesn't actually affect their body in a physical manner.

    Earth Release: Adamantine Forest (Doton: Kongou Hayashi)

    Description: The user after performing the Ram -> Dog -> Snake hand seals makes a stone forest to erupt from ground, made of thick vertically elongated stone pillars of about 5 - 15 meters height and 0.5 - 1.5 feet in diameter.
    The range, height, diameter and thickness of the forest (closeness of individual rock pillars to each other) are all determined by the user.
    The jutsu is of such a wide range that it can alter the landscape completely.
    At anytime after creating the forest, the user can make a confrontation hand seal & make the stone pillars crumble over the opponent(s) at selected area, crushing them.
    Note:
    • The stone forest once created, can be intentionally made to crumble down over the opponent(s) crushing them by performing a confrontation hand seal & this counts as one of the user's move.

    This chakra infused - hardened layer can also slow down any A rank earth jutsus like spikes/pillars, meaning that they might emerge through the hardened layer but at much slower rate than normal.

    • The user must be in contact with ground to initiate this move.
    • Can only be used 3 times per battle.
    • The chakra infused - hardened layer of earth last for 3 turns once created and can be discontinued at will.

    Well the idea was to create the rain and then create lightning around the target. The rain drops contains chakra what I turn into lightning so I don't have to shoot it out. As the rain falls on the opponent(s), he slowly becomes surrounded with the user's lightning chakra. Then as the user has enough lightning chakra on his opponent(s), he performs another 2 hand seals and activate the lightning chakra, causing serious burning injuries and paralyse the target(s) for 1 turn.
    - the lightning chakra can be nullified with a similar ranked lightning jutsu
    - making rain and activating the lightning chakra both counts as 1 move
    - the rain needs 1 turn to fully surround the target(s) with chakra, meaning the user can only activate the lightning in the next turn

    OP, won't accept it, so you can either take the one Xylon approved, or don't take it and i can just put a "DNR" on it, your call, you broke the blue rule by telling that little note, and broke the rule that says your supposed to bold the changes you make to the submissions, believe me i was going to DNR it and make you incapable of using either ones, but i did this in respects for Xylon.


    Well thanks for the help, but you made it totally different from what I wanted. I re-wrote it again and made similar to both ideas.

    First off, what exactly do you mean by the blade repelling all that come within a couple of inches to it? Specifically what kinds of things can it repel?
    Secondly, what do you mean by turning the blade into a chainsaw? Do you use the Wind chakra to sort of shape it or does it actually become a chainsaw?
    Also, if you want to be able extend it as well, I need a generic length of the katana, not just "medium-sized."
    Add more restrictions to it, and no, it can not cut through all that stuff. It's a medium sized katana up against wide ranged jutsus. Simply isn't reasonable at all.

    Description: Goliath is a large grey bird (about the size of gamabunta). He is an abnormal lesser bird as he has two legs and arms, at the end of these limbs are talons, just like a normal bird. Also the tail of Goliath is large and at the end of it is an axe. Because Goliath is so large and heavy, he spends most of his time on the ground, however he can fly, but only for short periods of time. He can perform earth jutsu up to A rank and whilst he is on the ground he can sense all enemies that are making contact with the ground. Finally, he can detach his tail and use it as a weapon or throw it as a projectile, the tail however grows back in the next turn.

    -Can only remain on the battlefield for 5 turns
    -When he uses a jutsu it counts towards the persons moves
    -Tail is equal to a B-rank raw chakra attack

    A bird up to Gamabunta's size is too much, remove everything related to the sensing, make him summoned once and up to 4 turns, detaching his tail? o_o lol mechanical much? what if someone attacks his tail, would be simply detach it and avoid taking damage? no, so you should take that out and replace it, mention if he's capable of using Earth techniques that require handseals or not.

Each wing is slightly bigger than the user and strong enough to withstand a long distance flight.
    While in flight, the user can manipulate his water chakra in their wings , to form a large amount of senbons that are created from water. Once the senbons are created, the user can shoot them out, by flapping their wings. The senbons are slightly bigger than the normal senbons, making them visible to the naked eye. The senbons that are shot out are C rank.

    Description: The user builds up a large amount of dark chakra to his right hand and faces it outwards to an incoming attack. He then releases the dark chakra from his hand a manipulates it to take the form a see-through indigo barrier. The barrier just about covers the users body in front where he faces his palm but is still left vulnerable from behind. This is a helpful technique for blocking against straight up quick attacks. Since the barrier is formed by raw dark chakra, if the opponent somehow comes into contact with it he will take severe damage to the point of contact.

    This isn't how Dark Release works, raw dark chakra? Dark Release is used to absorb the raw energy based techniques, then manipulate the chakra absorbed, the way you want to use this is nothing like the cannon Dark Release, and Collides with RokuNR's CE Dark Release, and is also the same as Solf J Kimblee's Dark Barrier technique.

    Description: The user builds up a large amount of Dark chakra and channels it to his upper back. The user will focus very hard and release the chakra from his back, manipulating it to take the form of a pair of dark wings. The wings are literally made from raw dark chakra so if contacted with by anyone on the battle field, even the user, The will suffer damage on the point of contact. The only reason the users back doesn't take damage from the wing sprout is because it is a point of highly concentrated chakra beneath the skin which makes it harder for the nerves to detect pain. The span of the dark wings is 3 and a half meters and height of them is 1 meter and a half. The wings are very similar in appearance to those of a bat just much bigger.
    -Can only be used twice.
    -While active, lasts 4 turns.
    -When the wings fade after the first use, the user must wait 2 turns before the next use.
    -User can only preform A Rank Dark techniques and below while active.

The lad took different approaches each time, including one where he channeled his chakra into the water and sword. By becoming one with it and listening to the swords voices, the sword accepted him. During that night, the sword -telepathically- told him many secrets about itself. Many which included if the lad channeled enough chakra through it, the size and cutting power would increase. It even told him about it's previous owner -the Angel- and how he used to destroy the cursed ones from the light. Even though when the sword increases in length, it's still as light as a feather, which enables better control.

    Don't get why this is a forbidden ranked, it's just one directional lightning blast but ok, if you want it to be then your gonna have to follow some set of rules, first define the actual size of the blast, saying "large" or "huge" or "widespread" are vague terms which i won't allow anymore, and where's the physical drawbacks for being a Forbidden technique? a forbidden ranked technique should have some that really cripple you, that whole "-25" thing doesn't work, i need something like speed decrease, or the slightest movements put a strain on your body, so your overall speed is decreased, that also includes performing handseals and what not, also remove that whole "tearing up everything in it's path", and replace that whole "charges all of his lightning chakra" to "charges a large amount of lightning chakra" the earlier term means you can't perform lightning chakra anymore, also handseals are made to limit the amount of chakra being used for your technique, so it should be done before your chakra is charged not after it. after that put that you can't use any lightning techniques for the next 2 turns and any S-rank technique in the next turn.

    OP o_o there's already a technique that can do that called the water beast, as you might already know not all of the abilities you mentioned though, if you want this technique approved your gonna have to trim down the abilities, take out the reforming, i won't allow you to keep him reforming and prevent your opponent from using water techniques, remove the ability of using the moisture in the air, make him only use the water attacks from the water source and make them A-rank, add that you can't use Fire while the technique is active and add a +20 continuous chakra cost, make the damage 60 basically equivalent to an A-rank, honestly i don't like the technique myself.

The size of this man is similar to the size of the Golem created by the A-rank Earth jutsu. This Earth Golem sized Water Guardian is not able to use cannon water jutsus, however, he has his own special water abilities which allow him to create sucking whirlpools, small blasts of water which are able to blast the opponent into the air/sides (depending on where they come out from) and water constructs (spikes, walls, pillars) made purely of water, all of these are equivalent to A-rank and if in a water source, he has the ability to release his chakra (Equivalent to S-rank) everywhere short range from his initial position, meaning the opponent can't manipulate the water short range around him. If the user creates the Water Guardian by spewing out the water and there is no water source available, the water constructs are created by the Water guardian but there still needs to be a water source from which he can create these constructs with. The water is then controlled by the use of hand movements, he can't however, use the whirlpool ability since the opponent would need to be under a body of water for that to be done.

This is used to strengthen the wood and make it more durable while at the same time it gains the effects and abilities of the minerals and substances it absorbed.

    I like the idea but some limitations are required. We can't forget wood is wood. Things like a lava floor or a highly poisonous floor wouldn't be usable for this. also, you must list some effects that this would enable the user to bestow upon their wood.

After expelling all the water, the trees/wood will fall into dust due to the lack of water inside them. The effects of the technique can easily be noticed as the ground will become dry and crumbly.

The usefulness of the gauntlets came from three abilities, the first being the suppressing technique presented by the gauntlets, this technique was constantly active, regardless if the gauntlets were in the 'suppressed' or 'released' form, the chakra that is present in the hands of the user is suppressed or rather hidden, meaning that chakra sensing nin can't see chakra in the hand area. The second ability was the gauntlets ability to freeze water when it comes in contact with it, it allowed the user to freeze water based attacks of the opponent B rank and below, and all water techniques created by the user, it also was capable of freezing entire lakes making them 'ice rings', also when the gauntlets were in the 'released' form they will cause numbness to the opponent when it comes in contact with, and it can cause frost bites if it stays in contact with the opponent limb for more than 6 seconds. The third 'ability' was the user himself, if the individual trying to wield the weapon isn't permitted and isn't from the Yuki clan they will get frozen in their place.

After the orb/sphere is formed the user will perform another hand seal and cause the orb to travel towards the opponent(s) with speed(equivalent to that of user) the user then has two choices detonating the orb before it reaches the opponent by performing a hand seal and causing the orb to explode and have shrouds of ice spread in all directions from the detention point or the user cam allow the orb to hit the opponent and explode sending shrouds of ice through the body of the opponent and anyone near him(if in range).

    Description: The frozen gauntlets are two specially made gauntlets, they are unique, powerful, and extremely useful. It's uniqueness comes from it's shape, which can be devided into two forms, the first is the 'suppressed' form, in which the gauntlets extend towards the user's upper shoulder in a 'compressed' form where it is not bulky, but rather sleek and 'thin' similar to how a normal undershirt *extends on the arms area. The other form is the 'released' form in which the gauntlets take a more bulky shape(similar to picture shown below but without the nails sticking in and in a more 'clean' cut shape). The gauntlet's base color is light blue, it has black stripes around it shaped as flames. It's power comes from it being made of unknown metal, which makes the gauntlets very durable, the gauntlets being made of metal were conductive to electricity, the user being wary of such a disadvantage added a feature to the gauntlets, the inner side of the gauntlets were made of insulating material which 'appeared' in the 'released' form. The usefulness of the gauntlets came from three abilities, the first being the suppressing technique presented by the gauntlets, this technique was constantly active, regardless if the gauntlets were in the 'suppressed' or 'released' form, the chakra that is present in the hands of the user is suppressed or rather hidden, meaning that chakra sensing nin can't see chakra in the hand area. The second ability was the gauntlets ability to freeze water when it comes in contact with it, it allowed the user to freeze water based attacks of the opponent B rank and below, and A rank water techniques created by the user, it also was capable of freezing entire lakes making them 'ice rings', also when the gauntlets were in the 'released' form they will cause numbness to the opponent when it comes in contact with, and it can cause frost bites if it stays in contact with the opponent limb for more than 6 seconds. The third 'ability' was the user himself, if the individual trying to wield the weapon isn't permitted and isn't from the Yuki clan they will get frozen in their place.
    -Must have mastered ninjutsu to use and be a member of the Yuki clan with ice release mastered .
    -Each ability when used counts towards the three jutsu limit, except the suppressing technique it only counts as one move in the initial turn of the battle.
    -The changing in the form of the weapon doesn't count towards the three jutsu limit, and the user can change one arm if he wants.
    -While in the 'released' form no hand seals can be performed.
    -The freezing ability can be used four time per battle, and only when in 'released' form

The 'cylinder' will be connected to the users fist through chakra, but the user can choose to separate the 'cylinder' from her/his fist by 'unleashing' or rather 'breaking' the chakra that connects his/her fist with the 'cylinder'. That is normally the case, and when that is done, the user can choose to perform the Tiger—>Dragon hand seals, and cause spikes to emerge from the 'cylinder' portion of the technique, including the 'back' or in simpler terms where the 'cylinder' was connected with the user.
    -Usable three times per battle.
    -Mastery over ice is required.
    -If the secondary ability is used(spikes) it will count as two usages of the technique, but it will only occupy one jutsu slot.
    -Spikes can extend up to 50 Centi meters in length.
    -If used when in short range, it will send the opponent 'flying' into mid range.
    -The 'cylinder' and fist form after three seconds of the execution of the punch, and they 'travel' in the air through the 'push' of the users chakra.

The x-burner is a large beam of pure fire chakra that is sent toward the opponent in one direction which means it can be eaisly avoided, but does extensive damage if it makes a direct hit

    Add a speed decrease restriction, and no S-ranks can be used in the next turn that this technique is used in, define how big is the stream of fire, and by stream it means that you have to keep releasing the fire chakra through your palms it's not a blast, remove that whole "must be used as a last resort" thing, and you need to find a way to make the waiting period other than "7 seconds" as the RP is not measured by seconds, it's measured by turns and timeframes.

As no one would forcefully attack a young and helpless baby, the user will have a chance, but their are some drawback with this. As the user wants this to seem real, the user is only allowed to use Mid- Short rage techniques while the opponent is under this genjutsu, the user will not be allowed to use any taijutsu while this is active. When the user talks, the opponent will hear babies wining.

    Alright, let's break this down, mate, as I am very hesitant about you using each of the scythes like that.
    First off, the scythe itself. How large is it, and how does one generally grasp it? It should also last a certain amount of time, as you are utilizing each of the elements.
    Katon: The scythe is made up of a dark reddish chakra and when in contact with an opponent can produce a burning effect upon contact. How does one expect to wield scythes of fire? They are intangible, and can easily be blown out by Wind jutsus.
    Suiton: The scythe is made up of a dark blue chakra, making the scythe more flexible and can increase the length up to 3 feet. Alright, I can relate this to D-Rank Water canon jutsu, but the way it works is a bit iffy. You can increase the length up to three feet? Does this make this mid range? And also, how might the attack of this differ from regular scythes? It can't be just water.
    Raiton: The chakra made up of yellow chakra increasing the scythes penetration and to have a numbing effect upon impact. The scythe's penetration? You need to be more specific here. And alright, I understand the numbing effect, however, you need to state a limit on that, and where exactly it numbs the opponent. Entire body? Certain limbs where the scythe makes contact?

    Description: The user will start off by doing the Dragon sign and then snap their fingers which trigger the genjutsu. Once the user snaps their fingers the opponent will see a green ghostly figure come out of the ground underneath them that grabs them. When the Dutchman grabs the opponent it creates a paralyze state for the opponent causing them to barely be able to move like moving their hands will have take some time(20 seconds) for them to be able to do move it. The Flying Dutchman will then create a zip in the air and pull it down creating a portal that he throws the opponent in and then closing it. In the portal the opponent will see only ghosts of all kinds which cause stress on their mind making them immobilized and eventually causes them to pass out due to brain stress.
    Note: This Genjutsu takes time to cause the opponent to pass out and during that time the user cannot use any other genjutsu and can only use up to A rank for any other element or ninjutsu.
    Note: When the opponent is in the ghost zone it takes 3 turns to cause enough stress to knock them out therefore can only use up to two moves per turn while they have to maintain focus for the genjutsu to be use to its full extend.
    Note: Usable 2 times a match, and must wait 5 turns before using it again.
