    Description: The Galactic Stars are a pair of bladed, sentient, shuriken ear-rings which are stuck to the user’s ears by chakra. When desired, the user can flow elemental or basic chakra into the shuriken to massively enlarge them up to four times the normal size of a windmill shuriken. With the added chakra coat that enlarges them, they stand more resistance to chakra infused attacks sent at the user. The bladed ear-rings can be used to defend from attacks, while the user can also detach them from the ears and send them spinning at the opponent. The user is able to maintain complete control of them up to a mid-range distance. When levitating in the air, they are able to be passively controlled by the user to perform complex aerial maneuvers. This is achieved through processes similar to that used in the “Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken” technique. The chakra coating around the shuriken allows the user to manipulate and completely control their movements within the air. Each shuriken has the power of an A-rank technique when enlarged. Once the user has finished utilizing the shuriken, they revert back to their normal size and rest once again on the user’s ears. This enlargement ability can be used up to four times per battle.

Solitude, the stoic entity of lightning, and Frenzy, the mischievous entity of wind are released from their cages. They each stand eight feet tall, and are composed purely of their respective natures. When released from the sky, they are able to join together, having Solitude spin around Frenzy (or vice-versa) as they hurtle towards the ground. Additionally, each is able to hit different locations simultaneously. The speed and cutting power of their descent is so great that they can pierce up to five meters deep within the ground, and leave the area short range in all directions around their positions charred and destroyed if they choose to do so. To those without the aid of doujutsu, they merely appear as white and blue streaks in the sky.     Description: The user first draws blood from his hand and does the hand signs for the summoning technique or wipes blood on to his Tiglon tattoo. In return he/she is able to summon the Tiglon Goddess. The Tiglon Goddess is an all Silver Tiglon that is the size of a full grown horse though her body mass is pure muscle. She also has a short, neat mane. The goddess is able to speak english in order to comprehend what her summoner says and communicate with him to strategize, though she can communicate with the summoner telepathically like the other approved Tiglons.
    The Tiglon goddess specializes in wind style techniques in which she can use up to S-rank in without the use of hand signs or a fan. Unlike the other Tiglons, the Goddess has a very unique and special coat of fur. Unwillingly, her coat of fur emits a blinding light from her that is active at all times. This light is better explained as an "everlasting flash bomb". The light from her coat is so powerfully bright that it can even obscure the vision of people that are up to 25 meters away, though it is a double edged sword since the summoner himself can be blinded by this light also. Being too close to this light (close range) can cause temporary blindness for a few turns (3) thus making it difficult to fight her. She's also known to move at the same speeds of a kage ranked Taijutsu specialist.

Once that is done, the user stomps or taps their foot on the ground (or can do it in mid air) which allows him to form within the ground (or beneath their feet in mid air) a full sized shark who's body consists of nothing but condensed wind. The sharks top fin would be visible above ground and extremely sharp. The shark can be used to race around underground in order to slice the enemies with its fin, or can even emerge from the ground and used to attack the enemy full on. It's teach would be razor sharp and capable of grinding the victim into pieces with relative ease. The shark is capable of flight due to Its wind nature thus allowing the user to fly around whilst standing on its back.

    Kullios is a small Hooded Pitohui with the size of a dog. He wores a blue armor on its back and a Kirigakure headband tied around it neck showing their loyalty to the village. However he is but with very large and light feathers even he as a whole is a very rare one among his species being enourmously lightweighted which naturally grants him immense speed. He can communicate with his summoner through Pitohuian Language.
    Abilities:
    -Kulius can't use any Ninjutsu except for Pitohui arts.
    -Has immense flying speed equivalent to Lee's without his wieght and trackable by doujutsus and though normal eyes are still able to track it but would have difficulty reacting to it.
    -He can sense body heat
    -He also has some amount of neurotoxins though not enough to kill but can cause paralysis
    -He can't be ridden as he's small and very light but can perch on its summoner's head without any stress/load on the summoner

    -Paralysis from his neurotoxin only lasts for 2 turns
    -Can be summoned once and lasts on the field for 5 turns

If an opponent is caught in within, he would be paralysed for 2 secs. Also transforming back to physical body is extremely fast and unnoticeable, however except the Empress herself who can move upto Mid-range in her intangible form within split seconds, any other hooded pitohui and summoner can only move short range in this form.

    Description: Kakuzu will imbue one of the four basic elemental chakras into all of his dark threads related jutsu (for the next five turns) to cause them to take on a specific set of properties. If the user channels their raiton chakra into the threads, their penetrative abilities will heightened and the threads themselves will be electrified, giving them paralyzing capabilities. If the user channels their suiton chakra into the threads, they will become coated in a thick layer of adhesive water (similar to Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field), giving them adhesive properties and the ability to stick to people/objects. They will also become extremely resistant to burning and will short-circuit electricity, meaning electrical currents can't be channeled along them. If the user channels their doton chakra into the threads, they will take on a pitch-black metallic sheen and be hardened to the extent they can clash with swords and endure powerful impact forces. If the user channels their fuuton chakra into the threads, their cutting capabilities will be enhanced and electrical currents will be impossible to conduct along them. The jutsu itself doesn't add any damage or range to techniques used in conjunction with it. It simply serves the purpose of infusing the dark threads with elemental chakra to cause the technique to become an elemental jutsu of the same rank e.g. a B-Rank dark threads jutsu infused with doton chakra will become a B-Rank doton jutsu. Elemental infusions via this method will respect all elemental strengths and weaknesses of the infused element. Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever.

    Description: This is Kakuzu's ultimate defense inspired by his signature technique Earth Release: Earth Spear. After channeling his doton chakra throughout the dark threads within his body, he causes them to become extremely tightly woven together, before hardening them to the extent they become near impossible to cut/break through. This technique can harden the threads within a single limb or the entirety of the user's body, making this a very versatile technique. Whilst active, the affected body parts become capable of enduring powerful impact forces with little damage to the exterior. Due to this, the user can't be pierced with ordinary weapons e.g. swords, lances, spears, whilst the technique is active. However, the jutsu comes with the glaring downside of the user being unable to move the hardened body parts so long as the technique is active due to the affected body parts becoming insanely stiff, making full body hardening a last resort. The technique itself has no visible effects, allowing the user to deceive their opponent in various ways. An alternative use of the technique is supplementing the user's Taijutsu, as the technique gives hits much more strength than ordinary blows. This can be achieved through the user hardening their hand during a punch or their foot during a kick to slightly overcome the technique's weakness.

    The two chakrams are not regular chakrams.They are held on the back of the user when not being used.They are made of a pure white mettalic substance which is indestructable.They have 8 spikes on them each.These are extremely sharp and able to cut through anything.The two chakrams when held by the user constantly absorb the users chakra.Which causes it to react with the chakra and spin extremely fast.Allowing it to cut through other materiels.Even the most dense objects.They can be infused with either fire or wind chakra.They both can be different chakras to add a combo attack into it.When they have wind chakra the already spinning chakrams gains extra speed and even greater cutting power. essentially they glow green.When they add fire chakra they gain a firey surroundings around the spin and burn any who touch them.They remain spinning and gain reddish glow..If the user wishes it they can be condensed and release a tangible wave of fire .The user can also throw them which due to addition of chakra be it elementalor raw can be controlled whilst in the air and moving.

    Description: Unlike its counter part fire style launching explosion This is rather significantly bigger in size being that of a tennis ball.Composed of miny scythes that are rotating inside of the sphere.This will give a false sense that the technique is using rasengan however he then holds his hand fully extended and focuses fuuton chakra to his palm launching the ball.Upon reaching its desired destination the user will say the word for release chakushu Which the small compact ball of scythes will then rapidly expand into visible scythes that are extremely thin and sharp but rotating appearing to the naked eye as chakrams these scythes are in such a large amount it creates powerfull gusts capable of pushing d rank attack back and dispelling them.It disperses in a square of 10 by 10 metres going as high as 20 and doesnt resemble the throwable wind rasengan one bit.

He found that if his tail was cut off, three more would instantly grow in its place. Not only that, but he found that he was capable of freely manipulating the size and length of these newly grown tails. Hydra went on to exploit this new found ability. He continually sliced off his tails, and continually grew more and more. Upon being summoned, Hydra is in a cocoon like state, with all of his tails being wrapped around his body and forming a protective sphere. However Hydra is able to quickly assume whatever form he wishes, whether it be manipulating his tails so as to form a human like exoskeleton, a feline like exoskeleton, or whatever other form that may come to mind.     X-Declined-X Again, good technique. There are issues however, Hydra itself is no larger than a frisbee while its tails are about as large as the water dragon? Apart from being anatomically incorrect, given the sheer size and numbers of its tail. Hitting the main body is quite impossible. Further more, the effects of its sting are good but with the number of tails again it will be exploited and once the opponent is hit, he is pretty much done for no?

However on the next turn, Hydra would have to renew his tail size, as if he shouldn't they would begin to revert to their normal size, leaving him rather vulnerable.

    Description: Kuro (male) and Shiro (female) are two twin eagle like Stingrays with impeccable co-op skills. Kuro and Shiro are two meters long (not including tail length), with a wingspan of roughly 4 meters. Kuro and Shiro are named in juxtapose to their colours, with Kuro being white, and Shiro being stark black. Kuro is a Genjutsu specialist, while Shiro specializes in her own unique arsenal of suiton jutsu. When summoned, Shiro begins to release a purlish-black venom infused dense mist outwards to cover a mid ranged radius. Kuro, is capable of utilizing this mist so as to cast an external illusion that solely allows him to manipulate what the opponent sees. As long as the opponent remains in the mist they're vulnerable to Kuro's illusions. While the mist itself may be passive, Kuro's genjutsu requires activation that counts as a move. Shiro's last ability is that she's capable of manipulating this mist so as to create dense, physical C, B and A ranked constructs (following the elemental weaknesses/strengths of Water). The condensed constructs contain concentrated venom that proves to be more lethal than the mist. Upon creation these constructs create a slight swishing/creaking sound should be heard by vigilant ninja. The condensed constructs also have a deeper colour than the mist, making them partially visible. The mists poison targets the lungs, inducing necrosis onto the trachea, bronchi, and alveoli, at first this does very little damage, but by the second turn of exposure the opponent may wheeze slightly, on the third turn of exposure they may experience slight chest pain and coughing, on the fourth turn they begin to experience mild to severe chest pain and lethargy. Also, the opponents sense of smell will begin to deteriorate, being completely destroyed by the fourth turn of exposure. The user is made immune to the effects of the mist, by their natural resistance to Ray poison due to being a signer, and the fact that the air around Shiro, Kuro and the user is filtered out.

    Note:

    - Kuro and Shiro can only be summoned once, and they stay on the field for 4 turns.
    - Shiro is only capable of creating 1 A rank construct, 2 B rank constructs and 3 C rank constructs.
    - Both are capable of flying through air and water.
    - Kuro's genjutsu is equivalent to S rank, and can only be broken by the mist being completely cleared (Which would require the death of Shiro) or by him being killed.
    - The mist created emanates from Shiro's body and is equivalent to A rank, thus despite the opponent being capable of blowing it away with a strong wind jutsu, the mist will simply begin to reform over the period of a turn.
    - Kuro and Shiro's electerecption spans out into long range through mediums of water and air (practically all mediums).

    ‡ Declined ‡ the mist needs to have some form of weakness and a way to remove it realistically like fuuton, otherwise i dont see this as even slightly approvable

    Description: This technique permits the user to generating a highly destructive blast that is capable of destroying a large area, due to the highly unstable concentration of chakra utilized. This technique is performed by engulfing one hand in flames, and the other as well. While engulfing both hands in flames, the user will jump into the air and combine both of the flames together, the highly unstable flames after making contact with each other expand torwards the desired target. The expansion of this technique is very swift it happens in a single motion, which is hard to counter. Thus after guiding the combined force of the unstable flames torwards the targets, the practitioner will clap both of their hands together to create an highly explosive combination of both flames that engulf the targerts from right & left. After bringing both hands together, the two combined flames will make an massive explosion leaving a huge crater behind. It also evaporates any substance(s) present on the battlefield from, such as water, mud, slim etc. due to the high amount of heat utilized by this technique, being even greater than Zukokku.

These blades can also be shot at others making them a dangerous technique for targets that are best at Mid range.

    Description: The Bloodthirster is a barely known weapon in the Ninja World. During the travels of several shinobi, originating from several countries they came upon a tablet which spoke of a katana with the abilities to heal it's wielder. The group of shinobi traveled in search of the katana and upon finding it a conflict arose.The shinobi fought over the blade, each being power hungry for the abilties of the powerful blade, but only one of them survived. That shinobi took the katana in his posession becoming it's new master. The sword originates from the Land of Blood, forged in the city of Chigakure. It is called Bloodthirster because the blade was forged with chakra, blood and iron which gave the sword it's unique abilities.When it comes to looks it is a longsword, one edged katana with a slight curve for easier wielding. Being two meters in length (including the handle) the user of it has a long range with it. With the sword comes a holster which goes on the users waist. The handle of the sword is white and red in color and can easily be wielded with either one or two hands.

    Abilities:
    -The sword has the unique ability to heal it's user. What it does is, when in contact with blood and chakra, it absorbs that and turns it into a special chakra that heals the user. Similar to medical chakra, but on a much more primal and simplistic level it will heal the users wounds. The amount of healing it can do depends on the amount of blood the sword absorbs.
    -The sword, due to it's unique way of making has a special trait. When blood is in the vicinity of the sword, the blade of the sword will become bloody red. This is only active if blood is present and does not count towards the users three moves.
    -The sword is unbreakable and unwieldable by anyone else then –Cobalt-, unless he allows them to touch the sword. If someone tries to wield it without permission it will weigh 10 tons making it unwieldable by anyone else.

    Restrictions and requierments:
    -Must have at some point been part of the NB Medical school. If the wielder has never been part of the Med school he cannot use this sword.
    -The healing ability of the sword counts towards the users three moves.
    -In order to heal himself, the sword needs to have touched blood and needs to be in contact with the user.
    -If the user is not injured, the healing chakra will simply restore his strength, causing him to feel rested and fresh.
    -The healing ability can be used 4 times per battle only but needs to have absorbed blood beforehand.

After dashing, the user will simultaneously attack the enemy at the same time as the board, each targeting the enemy from a different side (Right/left or Front/behind), depending on the direction the user came from. The user will channel wind chakra through his straightened fist, making it as strong as a wind nature enhanced kunai only longer and chop the enemy from the opposing direction of the board. (Which will chop the enemy with its sides) The attacks from both sides will cut the enemy into pieces and then the hurricane will separate them from each other, which contains the board caused by Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater which was formed before hand.

However, through all of the training she proceed through, her resistance to pain and muscle mass were impressively increased, so she decided to become the vulture-shield for others, a way she found herself useful for others and summoners when needed. She earned herself many titles; The dome, the iron boulder and the barrier, all of them were inspired by her specialty; taking hits and completely block the enemy's attacks. She corner the user with her body and armor as it knee inward at him, covering his body from the incoming attacks from most direction, hold against the pain then buff away when the attack is done. She is usually summoned behind the user at short range so that when it bend, she would still be able to see the enemy.

    The Naga is a reptilian creature with 2-6 limbs and a humanoid torso merging into a serpent hind section. Myrmidons and Naginis, males and females respectively, are somewhat aquatic in nature, with a large set of lungs in what would be the equivalent of the human chest and a larger, secondary lung posterior to the intestines. Some mutations, however, are more extensive and a number even appear suitable for combat. In this way; the sub-race has evolved an array of genetic variations and defenses.
    Generally, Naga only marginally resemble the snakes they once were. Their reptilian features are warped and twisted. They are powerfully built and the heads of the Myrmidons are reminiscent of dragons. The sub-race averages in a height of 20 feet (6.1 meters), but a minority has shown the ability to reach heights of up to 40 feet (12.2 meters). Both males and females store very little fat in their bodies, having two stomachs and two livers and a very high rate of metabolism.
    Due to only having existed in nature for some twenty years, Naga prefer to settle in environments where they can integrate into the food chain with little to no fuss. This means that humans are very unlikely to find the sub-species anywhere near their dwellings. Coupled with their aquatic nature, Naga habitats are usually found in humid, thickly jungled or forested areas with large bodies of water nearby.
    Naga society is dominated by Naginis. Myrmidons – stronger (able to lift 3 times their body weight) and tougher than Naginis and capable to withstand a great deal of bodily injury – act as frontline soldiers and guards. They are strong melee combatants and willingly come to grips with the enemy. They are also seen as expendable compared to fertile females, whose standing in society correlates with how many eggs they lay. Female Naga are also physically unsuitable for hard labor, their bodies designed with flexibility and guile in mind instead of brute force. They are tall and slender, with fine scales covering their angular features.
    Despite technically still being a part of the Snake Contract, the Ryūgūnotsukai share little kinship with Manda’s faction of reptiles. Their coming into existence through experimentation only fuels the Naga’s arrogance and has led them to become beasts of pride; they consider snakes and other reptiles inferior and often compare themselves to Dragons and Wyverns in terms of strength and power. Through the few years of human contact they’ve had with what would later become their summoners; the Naga have developed a sophisticated written and spoken language of their own, which they, in return for texts and lessons on human linguistics, teach humans they deem worthy.
    In practical terms: a Ninja whom has signed the Snake Contract can, through many trials and hardships, establish a connection with the Naga Tribes. With such a bond, the Ninja can learn to summon a multitude of Naga to his aid. Myrmidons and Naginis of all sizes, with up to six arms and a multitude of mutations such as hardened carapaces, spined fists, tentacles, hair consisting of living snakes, razor fins and much more can all be called upon at a time of need. Due to their aquatic nature, Naga, as a variation of the ‘Food Cart Destroyer’ technique, can be summoned in large bodies of water.
    Ryūgūnotsukai are fearsome fighters. Nagini use Fūinjutsu with much skill and Myrmidons – though they’re unable to use handseals unlike Nagini – use their own version of Xingyiquan to great ability, being able to receive (at the cost of their death) and deliver attacks of up to A-ranked strength and capable of shattering stone.
    -Lasts for four (4) turns per summon.
    -Can only be taught by Zero Kelvin.

    (Hear me out: Manda 2 had arms and aquatic snakes are quite common. I'm not looking to sneak abilities in through this 'technique', I'm looking to expand the Snake contract. Just consider: I could've explained a snake with arm-like appendages. The fact that I've called them Naga doesn't actually make them 'mythical'.)

    Although its magnificently well written and described and I like the summons you describe, I cannot approve this. Approving this would enable a loophole into the 5 custom summons for cannon contracts limit and would allow a loophole into the no mythical animals thing. Its true that manda 2 is a proof that you should be able to do this, its a snake non the less, just genetically altered to be bigger, stronger and with limbs. But its a snake. You have here a completely different set of beings all together. Its a contract on itself, not a summoning animal technique. Unless the head of the RP goes for this, I can't approve it.

    *Gold*: When The Gourd is Gold it is said to infuse the gold dust with huge amounts of magnetism inside the Gold Dust. Giving the dust a more sparkle type color. This allows the Gold Dust to attract Metal, steel, Or anything that can be originally magnetized. Coming in contact with this sand also magnetizes the opponent/user until the Gold Activation Wears Off. This activation is done by doing the Ram Handseal

    *Shiny White*: When the gourd is Shiny White, It is said to be able to take over regular sand by infusing just 1 gold sand particle inside of the regular sand. spreading all of the gold dust, leaving the regular sand turnt into Shiny White Sand. This Gives the User Free Manipulation Over Regular Sand once a Shiny White Dust Particles enters any type of regular sand. This Color is achieved by doing the Dragon Handseal

    *Abyssal Black* When the gourd is Abyssal Black, It is said to control the weight of the sand. The Color of the Gold Dust is Now Black and Can Be used in a very unique manner. The user can manipulate the weight of the Black Dust thus increasing the Power of the Gold Dust Technique By +15, Though it becomes real slow, and leaves a lag of 5seconds due to the huge increase in weight. Or the user can make the Sand Lighter. Giving it massive speed, Barley Visible to the Naked Eye, but the power of the jutsu is cut down by half and Regular Sand Is now able to pierce through it.

    Description: This Colossal Summon Watatsumi, also known as "Sumi" was once the summon of the Elder Brother. After destroying countless seaports and devastating all types of life along the Ninja Worlds coastline, the Elder Brother took it upon himself to face this monster. Gifted with the Rinnegan Eyes he took control over this creature by infusing black chakra rods into the beast. Sumi has arm like growths with claws, although no other case of Eels have such growths, it is suspected that like most other Rinnegan Summons, the beast had somehow been modified from it's original state into a type of Kymara. Sumi is one of the largest Eels rivaling the size of the Eels summoning boss. Sumi has a number of body piercings, linking its chakra with the user and as such manifests the Rinnegan in his eyes. His large and thick skin allows Sumi to rub off and not be effected by Ninjutsu up to B-ranked and Taijutsu up to A-rank. Sumi has the unique ability to manifest large amounts of S-ranked fire from it's mouth, Sumi is able to use this fire for different forms or attack such as Fireball's, Jet Streams, and flamethrowers. and different forms of defense such as Walls or Domes. The user is able to summon a large water source suitable for the summon to swim in this however will cause extra strain on the user's chakra supply. (cannot perform standard fire techniques)
