    remove a "restriction" and edited a few stuff, removed destroying everything in it's path, 2 meters in width means it's rather a small beam so i made it 4 instead, not as big as you might think, keep in mind that if someone is hit by the fire used for stability he won't suffer any kind of damage or even be blasted away, also keep in mind that "using" two of your jutsu slots means it counts as 2 moves.

The user who would 'seem' to be a baby by the opponent would stay the same, only people who are caught in the gen would see otherwise. As no one would forcefully attack a young and helpless baby, the user will have a chance, but their are some drawback with this. As the user wants this to seem real, the user is only allowed to use Mid- Short rage techniques while the opponent is under this genjutsu, the user will not be allowed to use any taijutsu while this is active. When the user talks, the opponent will hear babies wining.

    -Stays active for two turns if not broken
    -Once deactivated, can't be used for another 2 turns

    Idea is ok but range...no. Mid range max. Also, Genjutsu can't be casted on an area. It needs specific targets. I don't get also why you have the ninja art part added. It seems to be a simple genjutsu all together. However, its applications on Shadow Clones... We saw when Itachi put Kakashi's shadow clone in a genjutsu that they are left unaffected by some genjutsu so you might need to explain that part a bit better. But the core idea seems ok.

    Description: This technique consists in two different steps, which can be preformed simultaneously, using an ally, or in a quick succession. The first part consist in stringing together 4 handseals before spitting a huge quantity of seriously hot ashes, which will then burst into an hellish flock of about 10-15 bird-like ash structures. The birds will fly out in different directions, some will fly high into the sky, while others (Only a few 2-3) will attack the opponent(s) directly.
    The second part of the jutsu consists in preforming 3 handseals. The first will quickly gather air around each individual bird. The second will concentrate the gathered wind into the ash-hawks, which will make them burst ablaze. At that point, the birds will be sharper and faster, aswell as hotter. The third handseal will make all of the birds fall onto the opponent. Much like real birds of prey, the free-falling bird-structures will acquire great speeds, and will violently explode upon impact (At the scale of a Paper Bomb induced Explosion). The few birds that directly attacked the opponent will simple burst outwards, burning anything close to them.

    Too broad, how is this going to affect traveling through the earth? and Earth techniques used through the terrain, an earth technique like the Rising Earth Excavation or Destructive Rising Rock Pillars will render your technique useless, and 50 meters is too much, up to 20 meters and that's it, which is considered a long range, remove that whole "astonishing speed", and mention that you can't use this technique itself to attack the opponent, make it last up to 4 turns max.

    ~Declined~ I was just going to approve it then i saw the "twice" per battle thing, that's a definite no, supplementary techniques like this can only be used once, also add another restriction that says you can't use threads from your body anymore, as long as this is active, because all of the threads are released underground, an amount of threads that covers 20 meters are quite a massive one, unless you have fuuinjutsu or something and can summon other threads, like i told you before it's a bad idea, but needs those kind of restrictions.

This carries a bit more force than its prototype and can blast away obstacles short range of the user. The chakra however has a blueish color and filled with moisture.

    Description: The target/s is/are lured in a genjutsu after 3 handseals where they find themselves in a dreamworld (Totally white environment which looks like a flash light is been used) filled with floating fluffy Golden teddy bears. The teddy bears glow with entraping glare making the opponents be forcibly filled with toughts of their childhood, their toys, playpen, they want to make a sand castle, walk naked and even cry. Their feeling is mesmerized and emotions enchanted making them feel like touching the soft and furry skin of the hovering teddies, grab them to their bossom and cuddle it till they fall asleep. In real life, opponent/s are in a dormant state, pertrified and goes into a deep sleep after 2 turns.

    Description: This is an advanced kind of redirection jutsu whereby the user contains a lightning jutsu and sends it back. The user creates a transluscent bubble of lightning on one of his hand or both depending on the rank of the lightning he wants to absorb(one hand for lightninng up to B-rank, both hands for A-rank and above). The amount of chakra imbued in the bubble depends on the rank of the raiton he wants to absorb. He then captures the jutsu in his hands, neutralising the opponent chakra turning it to raw lightning as he mixes his own chakra while he shape manipulates it to its initial form or any form he wants and sends it back in the incident direction it came with the same speed and power. However this cannot be done on unfocused lightning such as Nagashi.
    Bubble can increase in area according to the size of the lightning to be absorbed.
    -Note-
    ++User is only allowed capture and send-back:
    F-rank Lightning only once
    S-rank Lightning only twice
    A-rank only thrice
    That is, once the user uses this jutsu on F-rank once, he can't use it on F-ranks again through out the match and suffers the consequencies of using it before he can use it again on lower level lightnings.
    This is the same to other S-rank, when used twice, the user can't use it on S-ranks again and so on for restricted ranks.
    ++No S-rank Lightning in the turn and the next (for S-rank and above useage).
    ++For F-rank useage, +30 damage to the user due to chakra strain and hands won't be useable for 2 turns

    Description: E3 which stands for Extreme Element Effect is an incredibly powerful long-range technique, that results in a hugely destructive and widespread blast, formed from the combined generation of enormous amounts of both fire and lightning. In order to perform such a devastating attack, not only a great deal of energy but also the establishment and strict enactment of a rather long complex process is required.
    User engulfs both of his arms, one after another, one in fire and another in lightning element which produces visible manifestations of the powers involved from the hands. The user then proceeds to aim his hands towards his intended target, signaling his brain to fire. Large beams, one from each hand emanates, combining together to form sort of bluish flame which travels rapidly towards the intended target, which upon impact intermingle and create a massive explosion, incinerating everything.

    Note: -User can't aim his hands in separate locations, but at a single target.
    -User takes 20 damage from the technique on his hands, reducing the speed of handseals to half for 2 turns, including the one in which this technique is used.

    Description: One of the sons of the great Olm who is deemed God of Fire, a proud Olm who is proud of his fathers name and calls himself son of Kōjin, rather than his actual name, Kojiki, a name which very few know. Kojiki is roughly the same height as a human and is able to stand on his two back legs as his 'tail' rests flat on the ground. He is able to speak English and respects his summoner and whatever needs his summoner may have of him. Kojiki has very distinct and powerful Fire jutsus which have never been seen by other Olms. He has the ability to use Fire jutsus up to A-rank, however, he adds slime to the Fire before releasing it, allowing it to become more viscous, almost like Lava allowing it to have more resistance to Water jutsus as the viscosity of the slime is able to overcome the water. This makes it so that fire jutsus gain an extra resistant to water jutus, meaning the water jutsu would have to be the same rank as the Fire used by Kojiki in order to neutralize it. The Olm has also got his own special Slime related Fire jutsu in which he aims his mouth at the sky, spitting out 20 small yet quick marbles of slime which have his fire chakra within them, no more than a second later, those small marbles of Slime begin to come down at a bigger size of tennis balls, raining down, creating craters which are about half a meter deep at each point they land. These Fire infused Slime balls also have an increased resistant to water and over the whole jutsu is equivalent to an S-rank. Like all other Olms, Kojiki has a sense of smell which is equal to that of a dog from the Inuzuka clan and hearing easily comparable to someone who may have C-ranked sound jutsu Inner hearing skill activated.

    Note: All his moves count towards the users 3 moves.

    ~Declined~ The main ability makes no sense, fire can't have a sticky liquid added to it, it doesn't have a physical trait like water or lava does, and because the slime is sticky it has a physical mass obviously, when you attempt to add slime to the fire, all that's going to happen is the slime being evaporated, furthermore, there's a reason to why Water is stronger than fire, because when the fire collides to the water, it becomes quite hard to break the Hydrogen and Oxygen molecules and separate them from one another, adding slime to the fire wouldn't make that change, it will only make the water that it collides with more sticky, also you should remove the reference to sound with the hearing, i find having the smell of an Inuzuka dog is enough, make him summoned once and stays for 4 turns on the field.

Upon being summoned the twin Olms can release their chakra into the opponents brain whilst they zig zag around each other, catching the opponent in a visual genjutsu where he then suddenly feels another Olm is suddenly clutching his chest tightly (Olms have hands) as it's slime covers his whole body, slowly travelling downwards, all while the other two make their way towards him with quick haste, before slowly travelling past the slime which was made to cover his body by the big Olm 'summoned' at his back, and into his mouth, causing him gag as he's having breathing problems, all whilst he's struggling to move from his position due to the size of the Olm and the sticky slime it's holding him down with. Furthermore, the opponent's hearing would also be disturbed, only allowing him to hear the squelching of the slime which droops downwards, the heavy breathing of the Olm standing beside him and the Olm's hot breath on his back as it carries on clutching him extremely tightly. However, in reality, the two Olms summoned simply disperse back into their land, as soon as they've caught their opponent in this genjutsu.
    Note: Can only be used 3 times.
    Note: No other Olm jutsu in the next turn.

This jutsu is able to heat up any and every layer of slime on the battlefield. This gives the user an advantage if his Olm is fighting a taijutsu based summon or someone has made physical contact with the slime. In additon, it also gives the Olm more resistance against Water jutsus as it's able to evaporate up to B-rank water jutsus as well as allowing Olms resistance to S-rank Wind due to the amount of fire chakra that's channelled into the slime, making it an extra shield of fire.

    The user first does a small sequence of hand seals (3) which acts as a medium for the user to insert chakra into his opponents brain/chakra system. Once that is done the user gets control over majority of the opponents senses, touch, sound, smell and sight. The second the genjutsu is casted the victim begins seeing and hearing massive amounts of water flow out of thin air (like storm upheaval) from every direction. In nearly an instant the entire battle field would be turned into a huge ocean in which the opponents are at the bottom of. Due to the high pressure of being so deep in the water would begin "crushing" the opponents and completely restricting their movements whilst in reality they're just standing there frozen in place.

Around her paws hers fur is very thick and take on the shape of angel-like wings, which allows her to fly but at speeds 1 ranks below it's summoner. When she is first summoned she's small enough to fit on an average sized man's shoulder, only about a foot tall. And like all the other Tiglons she's able to communicate with the summoner via telepathy. She is also noted to be the only Tiglon to be able to walk on it's hine legs to function.
    Abilities
    Nel's abilities are more of a "support" type, she is able to use Genjutsu up to A-rank. Along with that she is able to feel her summoners chakra flow in a "sensing" type of way and force chakra into him/her in order to free them from A-rank and below genjutsu.. Nel is known to move at speeds equal to a Sannin Ranked Taijutsu specialist.

At any moment the user can perform one hand seal thus detonating any chosen golem(s) and causing severe damage to anything in close range.

    Armadillos are small to medium-sized mammals. The smallest species, the pink fairy armadillo, is roughly chipmunk-sized at 85 g (3.0 oz) and 11 cm (4.3 in) in total length. The largest species, the giant armadillo, can be the size of a small pig, weigh up to 60 kg (150 lb) and be over 150 cm (39 in) long. They are prolific diggers. Many species use their sharp claws to dig for food, such as grubs, and to dig dens. The nine-banded armadillo prefers to build burrows in moist soil near the creeks, streams, and arroyos around which it lives and feeds. The diets of different armadillo species vary, but consist mainly of insects, grubs, and other invertebrates. Some species, however, feed almost entirely on ants and termites.

    In common with other xenarthrans, armadillos in general, have low body temperatures (33–36°C) and basal metabolic rates (from 40–60% of that expected in placental mammals of their mass). This is particularly true of types that specialize in using termites as their primary food source.
    The armor is formed by plates of dermal bone covered in relatively small, overlapping epidermal scales called "scutes", composed of bone with a covering of horn. Most species have rigid shields over the shoulders and hips, with a number of bands separated by flexible skin covering the back and flanks. Additional armor covers the top of the head, the upper parts of the limbs, and the tail. The underside of the animal is never armored, and is simply covered with soft skin and fur.
    This armor-like skin appears to be the main defense of many armadillos, although most escape predators by fleeing (often into thorny patches, from which their armor protects them) or digging to safety. Only the South American three-banded armadillos (Tolypeutes) rely heavily on their armor for protection. When threatened by a predator, Tolypeutes species frequently roll up into a ball.     Armadillos have short legs, but can move quite quickly, and have the ability to remain under water for as long as six minutes. Frabolts whom makes every other Ferret shiver yet feel very safe when around him, is roughly the size of gamakichi when on 4 legs, when standing in two legs, he is 2 times as tall, his with is enough to wrap around a human 1 entire circle. It is completly white around his entire body with red eyes. He is able to speak English and respects his summoner aswell as shows the most loyalty possible. He can run at a very high speed, easily out-running a regular ninja. He has a very high sense of smell, being able to smell up to mid ranges, when smelling an sense diferent from it's summoner, it'll instantly take the offensive and show off their canine teeth at the unkown target. It has sharp claws/nails easily able to rip human off flesh. It's able to use by its own the technique "Killing Intent" by glaring at the opponent with it's red eyes and growling his teeth showing off it's pure killing intention. The rank it has when using Killing intent is that of a Kage, however if someone of lower rank where to summon him, his killing intent rank would also drop to the rank of the summoner. This shows that it feels stronger with some summoners than others. It is able to affect both humans and other summonings with Killing intent, however it's only able to do this once. Aside from that, thanks to his earth affinity, he is able to easily travel through ground. A particular signature move of his is to hide underground and pop up with his jaws open under the target, biting and eating them alive if captured within his reach, Lokí has named this particular technique of his, "war dance" and Frabolts proudly accepted the name. Frabolts who feels the need to portect his summoner at all times is also able to focus earth chakra across his entire body and using the technique "Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique" he hardens his skin and fur to a steel-like quality, creating a B rank defense wich he uses to protect his summoner by either surrounding him or simply stand infront of them, he also uses it to defend himself when needed. He allows his summoner and sometimes, allies of his or his summoner to ride on his back in means for travel, he can carry at most 3 people on his back without his speed decreasing, if wanted, it may carry at most, 4 people, though his speed with decrease.

    May only be summoned 1 time per battle.

    Must have signed the Ferret contract to summon.

Immediately after, the opponent will feel an uncomfortable piercing and twisting pain throughout their entire body, as if they are being pinched by something incredibly sharp. Soon after, their flesh suddenly erupts from underneath their skin, causing massive hemorrhaging and blood to run down their body. The muscles and skin of the limbs rise up into the air, twisting and forming into several species of flowers, vines and small leaves. The organs of the abdominal cavity spill out, and curl into long, thick roots. These roots slither down the body and attach to the ground. On the forehead of the enemy, the skin bursts open sending a torrent of blood down the face, clogging the airways of the opponent, suffocating them. Now for the main purpose of the technique begins now, the user will have to travel in the 20 mirrors in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction, this mist be done for 1 turn, after 1 turn has passes the user will create an extra mirror on the field( mostly in the sky) and the user will emerge from that mirror with immensely great speeds(the S rank canon ones give the user great speed, and now even more chakra is used) the user will appear as a blur to people even those of same caliber(rank), now while the user is descending(or emerging) from the mirror, he/she has two choices, the first is to either deliver a 'normal' Taijutsu attack(punch/kick/etc) to the opponent, the punch will take a toll on both parties, the other choice is performing one hand seal and releasing a wave of ice from the palm, the wave will freeze the opponent instantly when it comes into contact with them, but at the cost of that palm being frozen as well.(The wave is not really a wave but a shroud that is 'attached' to the users palm)

    -The user wont be able to use Ice for three turns(Wind and Water for two turns)

    Description: *Majestic Shoes are a pair of custom made shoes, the shoes have three abilities, A passive one which is the sensory ability of the shoes, the shoes can sense anything that is one meter below it, it does so by using the users chakra as a comparison method, it will send a 'wave' that will feel chakra and if there was a different chakra than that of the user 1 meter or less below, the shoes will provide a stimulus to the users feet, the stimulus will be recognized by the user as a message "Foreign Chakra located" the disadvantage is that it doesn't distinguish between people, raw chakra, or even animal so it sometimes is a waste and a hindrance to the user. The second ability is the thrust or burst the shies can 'perform' the user will first stand on a water source for one whole turn while he/she is doing so the user will be absorbing water particles and 'sending' them to his shoes. After the turn the user will have gathered enough water in the shoes, which makes it slightly heavier. The user can then choose to 'release' the water from his shoes this will propel the user into the air(mid range in the air) this ability can be used three times, after the three times water must be absorbed once Again in order to use the thrust again. The thrust can be used as an offensive technique that can cause damage equivalent to B rank offensive water technique. The third ability is the offensive one, the user can create spikes from his feet that will emerge from the shoes and hit the opponent, the spikes can be launched up to mid range. The spikes are made up of ice chakra and are B ranked.
    The reason why the shoes can do what it does is that it is made of material that allows 'objects' that are from inside to exit freely, while not damaging the shoes itself. The sensory ability is accomplished by the special material of the shoes. And the thrust's water will be stored in the fiber of the shoes.
    -Must be Kage rank.
    -Must be Yuki Clan member.
    -Must have mastered Ice release.

    -The shoes are somewhat symbiotic(in order to create stimulus)
    -The thrust and spikes can be released from every angle of the shoes.
    -The shoes are not indestructible or anything they take damage like normal shoes, the exception are the spikes and thrust ability.

    You say that the gauntlets are made of a strong chakra resistant metal, then how are you going to channel lightning chakra into it? remove that 15 seconds activation it messes things up in the RP, give it a turn limit instead, give the cutting through B-rank earth and Wood ability a rank, and a usage limit.

Only difference is as the wind circulates around the fire, It will combine with the fire seconds after making the fire more powerful. If not used with a fire tech. Its just a circular wind breeze. Enough to call minor scratches but not major damage.

    How is the wind made? you influence the air around the fire? or you blow the circular wind? and regardless, how is it released when not being used in conjunction with a fire techinque?

    Remove the useless restriction of mastery over taijutsu. Its just a filler. Second, you don't seem to understand how a chainsaw works. I suggest you look it up. Has nothing to do with vibrations but movement. Second, if you have spikes in your palm, regardless of how you want it to seem, you can't do hanseals. Not all at least. The restrictions I bolded either don't make sense as a whole (some contradict eachother) or are simply are badly written and explained. What happens if you do a palm strike with no chakra on an enemy? Or a punch? Comparisson with samhada? It doesn't make sense because, again, the chainsaw reference throws the rest out of the window in terms of logic. Still a long way to go until its approvable.

    Yet what you added makes no sense. If you want wind to form around the fire, you need to explain how it happens and limit it. What if its a fire technique that happens around your opponent? Its clear what you want from the technique but your description doesn't come even close to explaining in a suficienet manner how you achieve it.

    So this can be made anywhere in the air? no, that needs to be defined, whether it is above your opponent or another location, if it's made above the opponent then there should be a gap of like 10 meters between the technique and the opponent, also remove "giant" out of the technique, it's 10 times as big as you, it's not THAT big lol.

    The user will perform three hand seals and point his palms outwards, releasing his own fire chakra on the opponent’s fire technique. This will create a perturbation on the technique, causing it to suddenly explode in a big fire ball.

    You can only do this up to one rank lower to this technique. If you use it against same rank, the result is a cancelthe mutual cancel of both techniques. However, what worries me is that you don't protect yourself. Just because you stick your palm against the enemy technique doesn't mean you can nulify all of its effects. The stream would engulf you by the time you can produce the disturbance to make it backfire onto the opponent.

    I don't get it that muhc, 3 turns to get to the ground? Why?And, if each feather is 5 explosion tags...who many feathers can you make and how many can you explode at once? The result is a bit over the top in terms of desctrutive power.

For this, the user performs two hand seals to draw the natural lightning out of the scroll, followed by the jutsu’s needed hand seals in order to manipulate and shape the lightning. Since his techniques are now composed by Natural Lightning, they are much faster and stronger.
    - Lightning techniques used from this scroll now lose their weakness to wind, making them neutral to each other ( X-rank Wind = X-rank Natural Lightning)
    - Lightning techniques used from this scroll now overpower regular lightning techniques (X-rank Natural Lightning > X-rank Lightning)
    -The user does not need to make physical contact with the scroll, meaning he can throw it into the air, perform the hand seals and draw the technique out of it.

    Idea is good but like normal water is weaker than chakra infused, ninjutsu water, so would lightning. The principle is that for kirin it was deadly not because of the fact that it was natural lightning but becuase it was a large neough amount of it. I get you can add X damage to lightning techniques used from the scroll, but you cannot negate elemenatal weaknesses and strenghts whitout adding a new chakra nature. Als, 7 techniques from one scroll is a bit too muhc. perhaps 4 is more suited. Make it add +20 to the techniques used from the scroll.
