    3d Maneuver Gear

    Description: The 3d Maneuver Gear is a rather weird weapon set. It contains several parts with different purposes, which can be used individually, but mostly effective if used together. Like with other weapons, the most important part is the blade (swords). This blade however is very different from the others. The hilt is connected to the gear with a long wire, while the blade itself is detachable and replaceable with a new one. The blade’s length is of a normal katana’s, but wider and straight. This blade can be detached with a swinging motion, allowing the user to „throw” it toward his opponent. There are 2 swords in total what are stored in special sheaths. These sheaths are made from metal and can store the 2 swords and 5-5 additional blades in total. On the sheaths, there are small „devices” that launches a hook with a wire attached to them. There is only 1 hook on each sheath and only 1 device, whats purpose is to launch the hook in a desired direction and once it pierces something, the user can pull himself toward it. This device is similar to Sasori’s launcher and totally controlled by the user’s chakra. It can also be pulled back easily. The last part is a simple roundish blowhole which is on the user’s waist behind him. It has only one purpose, to release the user’s wind chakra and propel the user forward. This part can be used with the hooks, to increase the speed and/or change directions in mid air. The whole device is connected to a metal belt and is indestructible. This gear can be used to perform elemental/non elemental or kenjutsu techniques. The user can also channel his lightning chakra through the hooks to shock his opponent.
    - every „device” the gear has is controlled by the user’s chakra and not more complicated than a puppeteer’s puppet
    - using the hooks doesn’t count as a move, but can be used with the blowhole
    - using the blowhole counts as 1 move and equals a B-ranked move (20 chakra, 0 damage)
    - channeling lightning chakra through the wires and hooks counts as an A-ranked move (30 chakra, 60 damage)

    (Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Anahita) – Summoning Technique: Anahita

    Description: Anahita is a female ocelot in her middle ages with a silky fur and a motherly personality. She is as small as an average cat and has a bad habit of traveling on her summoner's shoulder and command him/her from there. She has a natural ability to use water techniques and can perform them without hand seals. Anahita learned how to form the water techniques inside her mouth and around her tail, allowing her to use jutsus that normally require a human body, however she still can't perform those that needs a weapon or tai/kenjutsu move. Because of her very small size, in order to stay alive, Anahita trained her ears to become extremely sharp, allowing her to hear the smallest noises even from long ranges with excellent accuracy. She can pinpoint the enemies' location only by their sound even when there are other loud noises around.

    (Katon: Honoo Maisou) - Fire Release: Flame Burial

    Description: A last resort technique designed to incinerate the user's body and prevent the opponent from getting valuable DNA or any secrets from his body. To use this technique, the user changes all of his remaining chakra into fire chakra and with his last command, turns it into fire inside his own body and make it explode. Since the user uses all of his chakra what is divided equally in him, this explosion will look like a spontaneous combustion and instead of scattering the user's body, it will eradicate it completely in a mere of few seconds, leaving nothing behind but the burnt ground and smaller/bigger fires in the vicinity. It shows the strength of the technique that everything in a 5 meters radius (short range) is being incinerated in the flames, killing anyone that comes too close. Objects and living organisms in a 15 meters radius (mid range) are being ignited or get severe burns to the point there's no intact place on their body and they suffer extreme pain as well as die if they don't get treatment. Targets at long range will only feel a hot breeze of air. Since the combustion happens really fast as well as the explosion (1.2x faster than a lightning attack), the closer the opponent is, the harder it is to evade the technique.

    Description: Allows the user to passively change the rank of a technique through an additional handseal, the Pygmy Hippo Handseal, which will downgrade the chakra cost and restrictions of a certain technique, but also the damage output and rank-based effects. It does not remove usage restrictions (Number of times a certain technique can be used), and will shorten the interval to 1 turn between usages, but will remove any other restriction. Pygmy-fied techniques will gain in speed but lose in size and power, while keeping the core effects in place. Similarly, the user can preform the Pygmy Hippo Handseal on an opponent's incoming technique, spending 20 chakra, reducing the enemy's technique to half it's damage.
    The Handseal is made first, and will pull out a portion of chakra, which will be significantly less than normal, adjusting it to a certain rank. The user will then continue the technique as normal, but will instead mold that specific chakra, thus effectively downsizing a certain technique. As such, this handseal substitutes the passive part of a technique, the charging chakra/infusing chakra/retrieving chakra part of the techinque, but not the active part, changing nature/emiting chakra/pushing chakra, etc. On enemy techniques, it merely weakens chakra structures by countering them actively.

    -Declined- It's an interesting technique, but has some issues, like for example, i can't allow you to change your techniques' rank passively, you have two options, either make this technique work as a "mode" and last a specific duration of turns, or when you change the rank of a technique, it will count as two techniques "when you use this to change the rank of a technique that you are going to use next regardless of them taking longer or not", also manipulating the opponent's techniques by reducing them is a definite no.


    ( Hijutsu Oumu Kuchyiose no Jutsu: Shisha no Megami ) Secret Parrot Summoning Technique: Envoy of Lemanjá

    Description: Lemanjá is said to be the Mother of all the Altorio Parrots, and the first Ninja Parrot. Tales of her beauty spread across the forest, and even leak into the Ninja World. When the first summoners arrived to Altorio, it was already a very ancient place, and even Gloriosa, the current Parrot Queen, is said to descend from her only distantly. Yet Lemanjá did not truly die. She lives within the Parrot Contract. When experimenting, the first summoners charged their own elemental chakra into that of a parrot, pulling their blood and carrying their contract link into the technique. Instead of the normal dust cloud, the technique produced a blast of raw elemental chakra, and, in the middle of it, stood a large lean parrot, feathered and bodied by the element, the size of 3 men. When it turned, it had the look of an extinct Kaka, Norfolk Kaka, with a curved and sharp beak. And when it spoke, it was the voice of Lemanjá.
    Envoy of Lemanjá is a technique that combines a Summoning and Elemental Ninjutsu. The Lemanjá is bodiless, so it is through his/her elemental chakra that the user provides the medium. It is done by retrieving blood and linking together 3 handseals. When the parrot appears, it releases a wave of elemental chakra, S rank in strength, encompassing the user in it's protection. The parrot is then able to use any elemental ninjutsu the user can of the element the user provided ( Basic 5 or Advanced (And the elements that compose it ). If used with an advanced element ( Wood, Mushroom, ect), the user will have to spend 45 chakra in activation, and +10 per turn to keep the parrot in the battle. But can only be used with Advanced elements that use up to 3 elements, no more. Every Parrot Style technique the Envoy uses will have an added +15 damage points, and be infused with the element.

    ( Fuuton: Tsuru Dyuo ) Wind Release: Crane's Duality

    Description: Allows the user to coat a large surface with wind chakra, and quickly burst out, infusing the surface with oxygen and expelling outwards the non-flamable elements of wind, serving two purposes:
    The Non-Flamable wind burst is cabable of quickly dousing out incoming Fire and Combustion based Elements, as well as Lightning-type elements, the first due to the abscence of flammable elements, the second due to the wind's natural insulation properties. This serves as a perfect defense against those elements, up to 1 rank higher than the rank of this technique. Otherwise, it will carry the same power as any elemental technique of it's rank, and push outwards, without any damage output, any elemental technique of lower rank.
    The Oxygen wind burst is infused into the surface, normally an Organic Element (Mushroom, Wood, etc) or even the user him/herself, pumping up the growth of said element, or revigorating the user, translating in a damage increase of +20 to the technique or to Taijutsu. The effects last 1 turn.
    This jutsu can be used without any surface aswell, through the usage of an additional handseal. This will create a large burst of Non-Flamable wind, which can be aimed at any direction, leaving begind a great ball or wall of oxygen, which can then empower a Fire or Combustion technique afterwards (+20). The oxygen structure will last 1 turn before naturally dispersing.
    *Can only be used 3 times per battle*
    *Requires a 2 turns break between usages*
    *Requires 1 handseal for Long-Range usages*
    *The user is unable to preform Wind techniques above S rank in the same or the next turn*

    -Declined- The boosting part has been made countless times, last time i saw it was a technique made by Baldy, and can't allow an A-rank wind technique to counter an S-rank fire one, simply because it would collide with the elemental weaknesses and strength, and even go beyond that level, the idea you made in this technique can be made into a CE, other than that, it can't be approved.


    General Note: You don't write the "type" portion of the jutsu template, which would lead to auto declining your CJ for not following the template.

E.I (A Soil Wall, Soil spikes, Soil weapons etc) the only thing different about the soil from regular earth is that when coming in contact with a water jutsu the soil does not block the water but absorbs it.

    Description: Is a hammer with the appearance of a Ram's head as the hammers face and has a chain linked to a spiked metal ball. The head is gold in color, and the 'horns' of the head have a silver color, while the ball's 'shell' is blue with white spikes. The weapon is made of a sturdy, durable metal and has the ability to crush Ice and Earth techniques up to B-rank. The spiked mace is placed/rested on top of the hammer like the Kendama. Originally it belonged to a famous warrior from Sunagakure who participated in the third ninja war and died fighting. The user can attack when the hammer and ball are together by using the hammer to hit the ball a few times to build up power then hitting it at high speed towards the opponent. The Hammer and ball can be disconnected to perform separate attacks. The hammer's handle has a built-in mechanism that allows it to extend to mid-range to 'Ram' the target and send them backward.

    Description and Background:
    Hornets are the largest eusocial wasps; some species can reach up to 5.6 cm (2.2 in) in length.     The Golden Hive, also known as the "Cave of Gold", is a sacred place of the land of hornets, the place where all the Hornets live. It is home for huge and small hornets alike. The Golden Hive is actually a massive cave filled with Gold, whose ultimate authority seems to be the Golden Hornet Sage and the Hornet Queen. There are 5 Hornets below the Hornet Queen that are referred to as the "5 Hornet Guardians" and have been given the duty to protect the Golden Hive at all costs.

The sword was smithed from unknown origins and was only discovered by Lord Afro while deep sea diving. He found it to be unbreakable and discovered its abilities through constant use with the weapon. Instead of using blood as a Summoning Medium, the user will coil their chakra in their chakra pathway, and then release it from their palm, summoning a Columbidae by replicating the contract seal normally created by blood. This can be used to Summon a notable Columbidae, or can be used to summon a flock of twenty normal doves to use as a distraction. Columbidae themselves can use this technique in their human forms to summon other Columbidae, but doing so immediately dismisses the Columbidae who performs the Summon. The advantage of this technique is that it allows summons to be performed more quickly, and without placing the user's hand on a surface.
    *When used by the user to summon a notable Summon this is treated as a passive technique and does not count as an additional move; its chakra cost is added to the Columbidae’s summoning cost, though.

    Important exerts:
    There is a specific name for this mechanic: Chakra Charge. Simply put, chakra charge is withholding chakra before impact. This is because when more chakra is accelerated by the user before impact, it results in more of the “leaked” chakra being pulled by it; this effect is similarly affected by momentum.
    Because of the reliance on Chakra, the “One-Inch Punch” is an integral part of the style; were as the total damage is supposed to be composed of 50% Physical Damage and 50% Chakra damage, that ratio can be vastly changed via the Chakra Charge mechanic; put simply, Charging Chakra increases the force behind a blow.
    -Most ZX techniques have moderate chakra cost and are reusable, as they draw from the chakra that is naturally leaked, reducing the “actual” chakra cost.
    Just noting that this IS an approved aspect of the style, but needed to be submitted as CJ due to its complexity, for all that knowledge is worth. I know the submission isn't pretty, but this is more for technical reasons than anything else.

    Description: Chakra Charge is an inbuilt mechanic of the ZX Buster style designed to make the style work at maximum efficiency. If the way ZX Buster’s inbuilt mechanics work can be likened to that of a river, then this technique builds a dam. While the method of withholding additional chakra prior to release is the same regardless, it functions differently if used on a technique or if used in freeform.

    In freeform, ZX Buster techniques' damage is made up of the physical and chakra blow added together, and can be shot up to short-range away with half that force due to the inbuilt "Ranged Taijutsu" aspect. When done with Chakra Charge, their range is extended to reach to Mid-range, and the power increases depending on the amount of chakra dammed up before releasing. Level One is equal to a B-rank technique; 2, A; and Max, S. They also have the respective chakra costs of using techniques of those ranks. Because of the way ZX Buster functions, this can be applied to both Punches and Kicks from the Style, the chakra shots, chakra constructs, and weaponry attacks. Since ZX Buster does two simultaneous strikes, a physical and chakra blow, it should be noted that the increase in damage from this technique is solely from the chakra; the user’s physical strength is not increasing. The assigned damage values for this technique apply to the chakra attack. When shot from the hands or feet, as a “shot”, the chakra takes on the appearance of a large blast; when used from a weapon it takes the form of a splash-wave (see ZX Buster Submission Videos; appearances are marked with time-stamps).

    When done on a technique, all that is done is that additional chakra is added to the technique, and thus adding more force to the blow; to stay with the water analogy, more water means more mass, and thus more mass.

    Charging for a Level One technique can be done instantly, but charging for a Level two technique takes three seconds; a Max Level Charge takes Five seconds. A level one charge creates a blue aura around the area being charged; level two, green; Max Level, gold.

Through the way of this technique, it gets separated into two; one that continues forward and cut through the surface of the ground while the back of the wind current collects the debris and dust and contain them in a slower wind gust that follows the original which continues at high speed toward the enemy with a size that is hard to avoid. The second part of the technique follows the first at a slower speed but it's still slightly fast is weaker than the first itself, but it spread dust through out the area from mid to long range of the user. This technique acts effectively against elemental techniques of its rank and below that moves over or close to the surface of the ground because it erase the upper level of it as it move forward. Through chakra manipulation the user could focus the gust to remain united but that will make the jutsu lose its ability to spread dust or debris.

    Description: While being armored with Tamamayu, the user release fast, hardened, groups of strings that take the shape of multiple spears that could pierce or screw through multiple targets. While preforming this technique, the user manipulate the spears to be release as wide, concentrated, sharp or curved as he wishes and for the uses he wants, making this technique useful in many strategies. The user could also use this technique against solids to push himself away from a specific location. Moreover, The user can use this technique through the ground, by sending the strings through the ground then group it below the target and preform the technique, but that will slightly slow its formation and it makes a great combo with elemental short ranged techniques such as Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current, Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade, Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique, wind chakra weapon-enhancing techniques or after using Hiding Like A Mole and make the strings move through the ground before preforming this one. The user can detach all any of the used strings in this technique in a whim and still be able to preform other Tamamayu arts.

    - The blades will be able to slice right through wind techniques up to S-Rank due to wind being weaker than fire, although the blades will only clear a path through the wind to keep the wielder out of harms way, it also has the ability to slice through Earth and Wood release techniques up to C-Rank, the blades are able to slice through Wood techniques because of the combination of a razor sharp blade and the intense flames it is engulfed in, naturally when the flames are intense enough it burns through wood, the same goes for earth techniques but only up to the rank which is stated in these notes

    Description and Background:
    They are member of the cat family. Black panthers are reported in plain areas and mountainous region or extremely hot temperatures in the Narutoverse most have been spotted either in Sunagakure or Kumogakure. They are large in body and are very dangerous, sharp claws and sharp teeth. There eye colors are either yellow or plain white. They are amazing at hunting especially through the night when they can take advantage of there fur color. There running speed have been seen to max out in 65 kilometres per hour. All have great abilities to climb trees. There height differ extremely as well, some can be as small as 90cm others at around 300cm in the Narutoverse. Panthers are keen in all 5 senses. Being able to smell from long distance , Has amazing hearing. There eye sight is also something to be hold able to pick out even the smallest prey. There sense of taste useful to find prey, and there sense of feel gives them the ability to figure out if there is enemy traces just by touching. They have a great sense in the darkness being able to move freely as if it was day due to there amazing senses.

Then, he will trust both of his hands upwards, manipulating the ground and causing a large amount of thick earth thorn vines to erupt from the ground. The vines have spikes placed all over them that are extremely sharp and are each 1 foot long. The thorns only have 1 foot of space inbetween them and extend 15 meters upwards. Furthermore, before the thorn vines erupt, because of the large scaled manipulation of the earth, the ground will make a lound rumbling sound, which may alert an opponent the attack is coming.
    ~The user takes -15 damage because of the chakra strain.

    Description: Ragnarok is a sentient being placed inside of the user's back. He is made of a flesh like material that allows him to absorb only the user's chakra and use it to increase it's size, bloating itself up and creating more flesh out of the chakra. Dormant inside of the body, he has a very similair appearance to that of an embreyo, and attaches to a sturdy bone on the spinal cord so as to not hurt the user's body. After being inserted with the user's chakra, Ragnarok will start to grow and come bursting from the middle of the back. It comes out as a narrow stream of flesh at first, so as to damage as little as the skin as possible, but he is still physically connected to the user. It then begins to change its shape into 2 different forms, Black Dragon and Vajaara Ragnarok. Ragnarok can talk to the user while in both forms

    Vajaara Ragnarok- This is Ragnarok's standard form. Ragnarok has a very muscular body, large gloved hands, and spikes on several parts of his body, but no legs. His face consists of a large egg shape, with no visible mouth and a giant white X on his face where his nose should be, with large ping-pong ball-like eyes with Xs for pupils. He is 2 and a half meters tall, or 7 feet and 5 inches tall. Vajaara Ragnarok has the special ability to shoot an A ranked flaming and adaptable hurricane from his fist, much like the technique hurricane fist. However, because the hurricane is flaming, it cant be used to propel the user's upwards in the air, though it has no problem propelling the downwards if they are in mid-air. His skin is tough, it cannot be pierced by freeform attacks, or be damage by explosive tags (Unless it's a technique)

When all 4 gates are fully formed they all connect by a chakra wire which travels underground & meets in the middle of the gates location. The user is able to use the gate in each type of way:
    Offensive - Each gate being made up of Lightning chakra have the ability to shoot out as large claws & strike the opponent into the ground/Mid Air, severely burning on contacting & paralyzing them, this can be done simultaneously & is treated as a S Rank or separately & each claw is treated as a B Rank they move at a fast pace but can easily be followed without the use of a Doujutsu.
    Defensive - The user can create the gates anywhere within a radius of 5 meters & in any formation, each gate is treated as a B Rank gate & can be used to a similar effect of the Rashamon gates & if used in a row the blockade is treated as an S Rank.
    Supplementary - The user is able to target Lightning jutsu(A Rank & below) toward the gate placed within their radius & has it travel through the gate & along the chakra wire & has a choice of which gate the jutsu emerges from.
    In any of these forms the gates separately are treated as B Rank Gates & when used together are treated as an S Rank, they each are 3 meters high & 2 meters in width. If 1 gate has been dispelled the rest are still functional, the user is able to change the location of any gate by having it draw back into the ground & emerge at the desired area. The gates do block off either person's vision when placed between the two opponents.
    - Only Lightning chakra can travel through the gates/wires.
    - The user's gate will dispel if they step out of the 4 meter radius

    The stronger the mode the opponent is in, the quicker their chakra circulates leaving them with a shortened time within that mode: Modes A Rank or lower would lose 2 turns, S Rank lose 3 turns & F Rank would end the following turn.
    Sage Mode being a different process compared to other modes has Senjutsu chakra react in a different manner, the link between physical energy, spiritual energy & natural energy becomes unbalanced causing the opponent to force more of their own chakra when maintaining Sage mode & using any Senjutsu technique, diminishing an opponent's time in Sage mode.
    Sage mode after being affected by this jutsu would be cut down to 4 turns & if frog kata is used while in effect, it's drawback (Note:if user uses Frog Katas length of Sage mode is cut by two turns.) turns to three turns, having Sage mode left with 1 turn left.

It would take a direct hit from an S rank or above jutsu to disperse him. He is about the size of an elephant, but he moves extremely quickly. It would be difficult, but not impossible to see his movements, even without a dojutsu. He moves at the speed of Rock Lee without weights. This snake is a master of taijutsu. He is able to use his body in the place of arms and legs, being able to use canon taijutsu up to A rank. Of course, he is unable to use anything requiring clones, or elemental chakra. He can also shed his skin once per battle in the place of a substitution jutsu (A rank ability). Also, he is slightly poisonous to humans. If he bites you, the opponent would begin to feel slightly dizzy, and nauseous. He however, cannot go underground or use any ninjutsu.

    -Declined- Well the resistance to A-rank techniques is a bit much, only Manda out of all summons has that, the shedding skin ability also although i might let that slide, the real issue for me is how would he be able to use Taijutsu with a body that has no hands nor legs, and the taijutsu techniques involve using both hand and legs, or separately for a variety of effects and maneuvers, a snake using Taijutsu won't be possible.

    Description: The web shooters are basically two gauntlets, one on each hand. They are made of a steel-like material that is a silver color. They are virtually indestructible and can only be worn by PresidentBush and those he allows. The gauntlets were created by a young genius named Peter Parker. Peter was a technical genius, and developed the gauntlets, and infusing them with water. They can shoot out an adhesive fluid, similar to that of the Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field jutsu. They shoot them by absorbing a small amount of water chakra from the user, and converting it into the adhesive material. On contact with air, the material knits and forms an extremely tough, flexible fiber with extraordinary adhesive properties. (This ability is A ranked) This material has been nicknamed "web". This is because if the user presses a small button on the gauntlets, the material can be shot as a web will stick and act as a defense. The web however is thin, and is water based. So it has the strengths and weaknesses of a C ranked water wall. Finally, the last ability is that the user can coat his hands in a small amount of web. This allows the user to stick to walls and surfaces. However, it does not allow him to stand on water. This ability is E ranked. If a stranger tried to wear the gauntlets, without the permission of PB...they would become extremely heavy. The person would be unable to lift them, and unable to take them off. So they would become extremely weighed down.

The wristlock is a technique that can be applied from a stand-up, crouching or even a sitting position, simply by grabbing the opponent's hand and twisting and/or bending it in a non-natural direction; if applied suddenly and/or forcefully, a wristlock can cause ligament tears as well as breaking of the forearm and dislocation of the shoulder. The wrist joint does not allow the opponent to perform rotating motions with the hand and trying to move the arm only causes further pain, as the force is transferred into the forearm causing radioulnar rotation, eventually resulting in a joint lock on the radioulnar joint.     -Only Four rings can be worn at a time, each one has 3 uses unless the type of shield says otherwise.
    -Weapons shield doesn't take up a jutsu slot in your turn, the other two do.
    -The shields are made of raw chakra so are weak to elemental ninjutsu, except for fire, they have a strength against that and can go par with S-Rank. The rings special solid nature prevent fire from spreading around the shields and can douse it out.
    -Shields stay active until destroyed or the user deactivates them
    -If the rings aren't on the users person, they cannot be used and the rings themselves can be destroyed and so all the uses for that ring are taken away at once.

    The user focuses their shadow and manipulates it into the shape of a huge monster (usually an animal or creature that suits themselves) behind them that is about three times bigger than the user. The shadow can move and make attacks at their enemy by reaching over the user by stretching the shadow and making simple physical attacks that are more powerful than a human, by punching the ground or swiping across making a hook attack, the shadows strength being extremely powerful and able to cause small craters in the ground with it's fist.
    The shadow does not have legs but only connects with the users shadow so can only move wherever the user moves. It can defend the user by using it's own body as a shield, of course damaging it's self.

    -The Shadow monster can survive one S-Rank technique, unless it's Lightning (in that case it can survive one A-Rank Lightning Technique). This only matters once.
    -No Shadow techniques can be used whilst this is active

    Bg info: a long time ago a young shinobi was walking in the forests around amegakure. While he was walking he heard a very peculiar noise. Peck..peck...peck..peck.. The young shinobi followed the noise all through out the Forrest until finally stumbling apon a little red headed bird that constantly hit the tree with his beak. The shinobi noticed a much greater bird far more massive begin to swoop down and the shinobi let out a blade of wind to stop the bigger bird. From there the bird eyed the young shinobi and poof a scroll appeared from the smoke. The scroll had kanji writing that said contract on it. The bird ten told the shinobi in thanks for his gratitude he would let him sign a contract.. A blood pact so that if ever in need all he had to do is draw blood and perform the handsesls and a woodpecker would aid him in battle.
    Woodpeckers are birds that range from many different sizes, smallest being the size of a hand the biggest big enough to carry 2 shinobi. Woodpeckers have white underbellies with black wings and red heads. All woodpeckers have different variations of those colors.

Scorpions range in size from 9 mm to the size of Gamabunta. All known scorpion species possess venom and use it primarily to kill or paralyze their prey so that it can be eaten.     Description: The Great Pharaoh Khafra, is the leader of all the caracals in the sanctuary. He was hand picked by the Sages of the Caracal Sanctuary and revered by his subjects. Only the great Sages of the Sanctuary surpass Khafra in skill and power. Khafra's personality is one befitting of royalty; he's poised, level headed, and has a very high degree of regard for proper etiquette. As the Pharaoh, he holds himself at a higher regard and grace than others which makes him appear arrogant to those who don't know him, however, his sense of self importance and worth are only agents of his upbringing and his culture. That being said, Khafra can be very condescending in attempts to display his own importance and scold others who don't treat him as he's supposed to. Khafra is also much larger than normal caracals. Khafra's physique is the equivalent to a rather small Bengal Tiger weighing in about 350-400lbs. His fangs are also larger, the equivalent to a tiger yet he has a shiny cream colored coat. Though caracals aren't generally as big and strong as this, Kharafe is the exception and he can destroy C-ranked earth techniques with his powerful claws.

    Khafra is summoned as any other normal summon (With the five seals of the summoning technique), it only requires more chakra and control in order to summon him specifically. Khafra's prowess in genjutsu surpass most humans. Despite the fact that he rarely leaves the Sanctuary, having proved himself early in his life and maintaining his throne and authority for centuries, Khafra has developed extremely refined genjutsu abilities. Unlike most in the Sanctuary, Khafra can preform A-ranked genjutsu with ease. Also, Khafra has mastered Genjutsu Release to such an extent, he no longer needs to make physical contact with his summoner or others in order to release them from genjutsu, he only needs to release his chakra through his throat as he would for ordinary genjutsu, which would act as means for channeling his chakra into others to release genjutsu.
    ~As Khafra is the Pharaoh of the Caracal Sanctuary, he possesses 700 Chakra, half the total of a Kage's chakra.
    ~Through his training and being revered as the strongest caracal next to the Sages, Khafra can stay on the field until 90% of his chakra is drained (630) at which point he'll disperse and return to the Sanctuary (this is provided he is not injured in a way that would otherwise be fatal or critical enough for him to be forced to return).
    ~Once per battle, Khafra can perform an S-ranked genjutsu technique, however, the high ranked technique will cost him an additional 10 chakra making the drainage of chakra the equivalent to an F-ranked. Otherwise, Khafra can preform A-ranked and below genjutsu
    ~Khafra's genjutsu kai technique can be used once per turn (counts to one of the three jutsu) and, since it is merely genjutsu kai from a distance through the use of his voice as a medium, it can dispel any genjutsu (if he's using it to release others from genjutsu) so long as he's short-mid-range of the person(s) he's releasing, up to A-ranked if the users are long ranged from Khafra. Khafra can also use this method to release himself from genjutsu, however, only up to A-rank. The chakra consumption is the equivalent to the rank of technique he is trying to release.

In its center piece is a large jewel. This jewel is the key part of this ring's construction. The ring was forged to act as a way for the owner to cheat the limits of his own power, the ring is infact the vessel of a powerful kinjutsu that saps the lifeforce and soul of the owners victims, and uses these as victims to transfer the negative effects of the owners own techniques onto these fragments inside the ring, leaving the user unharmed.     This is cheating the CCJ limits by making customs that can be used as basically clan techniques. Remove the "valentines" reference. The first one needs definition. Natural energy is, as far as we know, capable of interacting "physically" with the world but we don't know how it interacts with intangible things such as fire or lightning. Instead of Natural energy, the barrier should be made out of Senjutsu Chakra, visible and basically enhanced chakra. However, either application has been done before in other elements, almost if not all. Second one is a no. Either make it Senjutsu Chakra or its a DNR. No invisible natural energy blades flying towards your helpless enemies. Not only that but its a concept we haven't see so far. When precise and minute shape manipulation was needed, natural energy was always molded with chakra. I don't feel a Frog Kata to be evidence that while in Sage Mode you can manipulate pure natural energy to the extent you seem to believe it can be manipulated. Blunt blasts? unfocused hits? ok, feasible, we've see it. Sharp, thin blades? pure, static barriers? No.
