    The user draws his own blood and either wipes it on his Tiglon tattoo or uses the summoning technique in order to summon Nel, a warrior Tiglon. Nel takes on the typical look of a tiger but with a small clean mane along with a thick, gold cuffling around her neck and a small one around her tail. Around her paws hers fur is very thick and take on the shape of angel-like wings, which allows her to fly but at speeds 1 ranks below it's summoner. When she is first summoned she's small enough to fit on an average sized man's shoulder, only about a foot tall. And like all the other Tiglons she's able to communicate with the summoner via telepathy. She is also noted to be the only Tiglon to be able to walk on it's hine legs to function.
    Abilities
    Nel's abilities are more of a "support" type, she is able to use Genjutsu up to A-rank. Along with that she is able to feel her summoners chakra flow in a "sensing" type of way and force chakra into him/her in order to free them from A-rank and below genjutsu.. Nel is known to move at speeds equal to a Sannin Ranked Taijutsu specialist.

    - Only taught by william24
    - only summoned once per battle and lasts 5 turns
    - Breaking summoner out of genjutsu counts as a Kai
    - Only knows when the users in genjutsu when in contact

    ~Declined~ No to the colored, only up to B-rank genjutsu techniques are going to be allowed via summons, no NB genjutsu, the summon can already infuse their chakra into you by physical touch and use Kai to get you out of genjutsu, up to 4 turns max, and mention that she's summoned once.

    ~Declined~ So going by the colored portion, that means that the chains are unbreakable? because when the opponent attempts to break them it will be "supplied" with more earth? that needs to be removed, and if you say the technique isn't used for launching chains above the ground level, how are you going to wrap it around the legs of the opponent, which is above the ground level o_O Earth Release isn't as flexible as to form chains that wrap around the target, so i'm not going to accept this, this is more like Steel Release, or Wood Release.

    ~Declined~ I already said that i'm not going to accept this in the earlier submission, Earth Release isn't flexible to form chains that wrap around your opponent's body, that's a Wood Release ability.

    X-Declined-X Wrong in many ways.... but well there can be better explanations to make this technique work.
    Lets say you use wood release in collaboration with Chakra absorption technique to absorb chakra from another Earth Based (Physical/tangible) element. The adaptive qualities of the wood cells abosorb the physical traits of the elements when it absorbs the chakra. That would be more reasonable then absorbing minerals which simply kills the wood by osmosis. Again it would require reasonable restrictions. A turn limit, a usage limit and higher rank.

    ~Declined~ Why does this have damage points? if it's intended to be a large water source, it can't have damage points, if it's not meant to be a water source but an attack then it's not going to be approved, because trees rising from all over the battlefield pretty much attacking everything at once, including the user? a bit too much mate.

The countainer is about 3/4 the size of a normal human with a cap on it as well.. This Container produces unlimit amounts of gold dust similar to gaaras sand gourd. Thie differnce is, This gourd was made out of pure gold and highly unbreakable. This is only used to produce Gold Dust without the source of sand around the area.

    ~Declined~ Gaara's gourd doesn't produce unlimited amounts of Sand, it has a limited amount, Gaara can extract the sand from the ground by grinding the earth, and the 4th Kazekage uses his Magnetism Release to pull the Gold Dust particles together from the ground, i'm fine with having a gourd that can be used as medium for Gold Dust techniques, but you can simply update your bio mentioning that you have a gourd that has Gold dust contained within it like Gaara's sand.

And when 'resting' at a place, one would easily misinterpret him with a stone, especially because of his body shell which is of irregular shape and resembles a stone. Unlike his brother, he is not a fighter but a helper to his summoner who don't have any fighting ability but to communicate with his user using telepathy and has ability to sense chakra similar to that of Karin's. He can be used in two ways;
    First; Because of his un-noticeable property and very small size, he can infiltrate villages without being easily noticed and can work as a spy. And using telepathy, he can give user information which, village is hiding from others.
    Second; If used in a battle, he can be of little uses like handing user some tools/weapons when dropped on field or thrown by opponent somewhere, while user is busy fighting his enemy. He can also, twice per battle bite(C-rank) his target causing the bitten muscle/vein to completely obliterate, causing pain and damage.
    Note: -Can only be summoned once per battle.
    -Because he don't have any special ability, he can stay as much as user wants or until he takes enough damage to poof himself back to Mount Galapagos.
    -Due to his body shell, like every turtle it also provides him immunity towards attacks but only upto D-ranks, and only to his shell, not to any other body parts and within reason.
    -Must have signed Terrapin contract.
    -Can only be taught by Enzup.

    Description: Ushiwaka, or Waka for short, is Keotu’s personal summon. An average sized Dove with golden plumage, Waka is a Columbidae that is more oriented towards Kenjutsu, and has a minor wind element, capable of creating wind gusts equal in strength to Fuuton: Reppoushou. Waka is summoned with a flute in his talons, which is actually the mystical sword Pillowtalk. Pillowtalk sprouts a green blade of chakra from one end of the flute once chakra is directed through it. Pillowtalk has the standard slicing capability of a regular Katana, but when someone is hit by the blade of Pillowtalk, in addition to causing a wound, it also makes the opponent sleepy, an effect that worsens with each consecutive hit – no person has every stayed awake through more than five hits by Pillowtalk, regardless of what they’re doing. When Waka transforms into a human, he is shown with long golden hair, and in a pink kimono along with a purple Sashinuki-hakama, along with a hat that has the motif of a hawk with a long cloak that hides his hair, and tends to pepper his speech with French phrases. He is extremely talented in Kenjutsu, able to use any of the summoner’s “non-elemental” or wind element Kenjutsu moves at an equal cost, and has the ability to use his wind powers to allow himself to stay in the air, giving him the ability to “fly” (in actuality, he creates an updraft that allows him to hover, and can change the able to glide around). While in his dove form, he is extremely quick and agile, making him a difficult target.
    *Waka has a strong bond with Keotsu, and thus he stays on the field indefinitely when he summon him. When anyone else summons him, he remains on the field for 4 turns, though he can leave Pillowtalk behind for the user to use, until they dismiss the blade.
    *Waka’s Wind Gust in Dove form is equivalent to C-Rank, but only require 10 Chakra, due to its not damaging nature.
    *Pillowtalk can only be wielded by Columbidae contract signers.
    *Transforming to/from Dove/Human form takes 10 chakra and counts against one of that turns moves.

    *Divine Ruination is a double helix (DNA) shaped, blue shockwave. The shockwave itself does no damage, but when it comes into contact with an object, causes a cross-shaped explosion to occur from within the object - this is the damaging aspect of the attack. When used by Agrias, it is treated as a justu with S-rank power and chakra cost; it can be used by the summoner as well, if they have a sword, but only while Agrias is in play. It reaches up to Mid-range before disappearing.
    *Transforming to/from Avian/Human form costs 30 chakra to Agrias and counts as a move.
    *Though she can perform Columbidae Summoning Techniques while in Avian form, Agrias is treated as a “Samurai” in human form.

    Changes: Traded Waka's Wind abilities in Dove Form for Agrias's Summoning abilities . Exchanged the sleeping lightsaber Pillowtalk for the regular Save the Queen. Gave her access to Taijutsu as well as her own technique Divine Ruination in exchange for Flight in human form and the use of Wind-elemental Kenjutsu . Increased her chakra cost for transformations, but she has her own chakra pool and health.

    ~Declined~ No they can't be used at the same time, they both require different chakra natures, so you'd need Yin/Yang to wield them and use their abilities simultaneously, each of the weapon's abilities needs to have a usage limit, and to count towards the 3 moves per turn, also it needs to be more than a C-rank.
