    -Declined- It's an interesting technique, but has some issues, like for example, i can't allow you to change your techniques' rank passively, you have two options, either make this technique work as a "mode" and last a specific duration of turns, or when you change the rank of a technique, it will count as two techniques "when you use this to change the rank of a technique that you are going to use next regardless of them taking longer or not", also manipulating the opponent's techniques by reducing them is a definite no.

    Description: The user stomps the ground, charging chakra through it in a radius manner, or, otherwise, linking together 2 handseals. This will quickly create a large wave of earth which will spread out jagged chunks of flint and gravel from the ground, unbalancing and knocking down the opponent, as well as rising a sharp barrier of flint around the user. The barrier experiences the elemental weakness and strengths of any A rank wall of Earth. Afterwards, the user will expell outwards water-chakra, by means of a great blast of light and flammable oil. While the barrier is strong against frontal impact, when hit from behind by the oil blast, the shield will break apart into several chunks of gravel and flint debris, which will thicken and strengthen the fast oil blast. As it runs through the flinty ground, the oil ignites violentely, in a directional shockwave of flame, debris and scalding oil, hitting the opponent unaware after he/she's been knocked down by the initial earth wave.

    -Cryptocrystallines fall under Quartz release, which is currently pending. Use Rock i gues..
    -2 Hand seals is way too low of a cost for a technique that requires two elements one after another. That aside, tag in an example of the techniques defensive applications.
    -Lastly, Oil is an approved CE and its cenrtainly not within Water's abilities to create oil. Use an external source like a summon or find an alternate.

The main special ability of Death Staff is the release chakra through a hole on one of the ends(there is only one end the hole is on). The user can release a burst of chakra that can push someone(only five meters max) but no damage effects(C rank). The user can also compress the chakra to form into small two inch long and one inch wide chakra bullets(10 max and short to mid and B rank). The user can retrieve the staff if lost with a hand gesture(hand seal, snap, wave of hand, two finger wave over).

Suddenly, using precise chakra control several droplets of water would form from the water molecules in the air condensing into small droplets. The droplets would then all float into the sky, and form into the shape of a lightning bolt. They are extremely condensed, making the lightning bolt extremely sharp and very very powerful. This lightning bolt is able to cut through almost anything. The lightning bolt then comes down, to the user and into his hand. It is now able to be used as a regular katana. It can however cut through the opponent's katana with ease. It can also be thrown at the opponent. It is able to cut through earthern defenses of A rank and below. However, whenever it cuts through any thing ranked it will lose some power depending on the elemental weaknesses or strength. It would also depend on the rank of the technique used. For example if it cuts through an A ranked earthern wall, the lightning bolt would disperse.

Finally, the user can use them to give his punches a boost. By emitting the flames from the opposite hand, he gives himself a boost and increases the strength of his punches slightly.

    Kenjutsu: Kendō | Sword Arts: Way of the Sword

    Description: Kendo is one of the most basic styles of kenjutsu. Even those not trained in kendo unknowingly use it. It is basically fighting with a sword while having both hands gripped on the handle. As said, very basic. This is only special, when in use by a kenjutsu master and specialist. Those with specialties in kenjutsu would normally only grip their sword with one hand when using their sword, as one hand is more than enough to overwhelm a normal opponent. However, when using Kendo, they will not only grip their sword with both hands, but will also flow an excessive amount of chakra into the blade of the sword. The chakra flowed through the sword is thin concentrated, translating into destructive and cutting power. With one slice, they can easily slice an opponents body straight through the middle with ease. It posseses enough power to shatter Earth Jutsu of the same rank, and will easy slice through a defence.
    ~Only usable by bio's that have a specialty in kenjutsu.

He is 2 and a half meters tall, or 7 feet and 5 inches tall. Vajaara Ragnarok has the special ability to shoot an A ranked flaming and adaptable hurricane from his fist, much like the technique hurricane fist. However, because the hurricane is flaming, it cant be used to propel the user's upwards in the air, though it has no problem propelling the downwards if they are in mid-air. His skin is tough, it cannot be pierced by freeform attacks, or be damage by explosive tags (Unless it's a technique)

He has a great wing-span, almost 4 meters. He is also taller, about 3 meters tall. In this form, he can use the cannon technique (Katon: Fuuton Ken Katon Bakufuu no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Wind and Fire Blast Technique by releasing it from his mouth. Because of his wings, he can fly at speeds +6 the current speed level of the user. His skin is tough, it cannot be pierced by freeform attacks, or be damage by explosive tags (Unless it's a technique)

His face consists of a large egg shape, with no visible mouth and a giant white X on his face where his nose should be, with large ping-pong ball-like eyes with Xs for pupils. He is 2 and a half meters tall, or 7 feet and 5 inches tall. Vajaara Ragnarok has the special ability to shoot an A ranked flaming and adaptable hurricane from his fist, much like the technique hurricane fist. However, because the hurricane is flaming, it cant be used to propel the user's upwards in the air, though it has no problem propelling the downwards if they are in mid-air. His skin is tough, it cannot be pierced by freeform attacks, or be damage by explosive tags (Unless it's a technique)

    Description: This technique is a combination of the use of fire and kenjutsu. The user must speak the full name of the technique before activating it. Then, the user will not only release all of his katon chakra from his body, but draw in the heat from the air, no matter how miniscule. This will cause his blade to be enveloped in flames and ash. The flames on the blade will look rather small, but this is because the flames are super concentrated along the edge of the sword. The user uses all of their manipulation over the katon element and a large fraction of chakra to drastically increase the heat of the fire. The fire is so hot, that it can dry up all of the moisture in the air, even in places such as Amegakure. It leaves nearby enemys skin dry and can decrease power of Ice and Rain techniques by -10. The superfocused heat on the edge of the blade packs a large amount of destructive power. The heat is so focused that once it strikes an object, it exerts an unamaginably hot and destructive wave the will almost instantly burn most of the object into ash. The wave is exerted so fast that the time between the strike and the exertion of the wave is almost unseeable. The technique also comes with many risks, the heat from the blade wil slowly burn away at the user's skin, by the end of the second turn, the user skin will be charred black and movement will bring excrutiating pain. The only thing saving the user and the blade from being melted by the is that it is composed of their own chakra, that they exert heat outwards, and that chakra is coating the user that is supercooled. This is not enough to stop the effects of the heat though, after use, the blade will shatter and the user will receive -10 damage per turn as a result of their charred skin for 4 turns, and will be fatigued and will lose the ability to manipulate suiton chakra in that battle. The most severe drawback is that the hand wielding the sword will be completely burnt, and turn into ash.
    -After the technique is over, the user's hand that was wielding the sword will become completely burnt and crumble into ash
    -The power of Rain and Ice techniques decrease by -10 used by the opponent
    -Can be Sustained for 3 turns
    -Can be used twice per battle
    -The user loses the ability to manipulate Katon or any katon related KG for 5 turns. If it is used a second time, the user will lose the ability to manipulate katon chakra for 10 turns.
    -Must be used by a bio that specializes in kenjutsu
    -The wave can not be shot from the sword, direct contact must be established with a solid. Earth, Water, or any other solid surface. Doesnt work on intangibles such as Wind and Fire. It also doesnt work on lightning,

    Description: Erebus is a sizable semi-sentient black and red scythe constructed from the hardest of minerals on the planet, predominantly black titanium and ruby. The spikes/blades protruding from the blade are constructed from red ruby, whilst the hilt and coil are composed entirely of black tempered titanium. Traditionally, the prodigy Jashinist of every generation is bestowed with the scythe, imbuing their blood into the scythe before taking ownership so that the scythe becomes more potent for every successive generation it’s passed down to. Over time, the continuous infusion of chakra into the scythe, caused it to become almost symbiotic to human blood, feeding off its user’s blood supply and eventually gaining the Jashin trait itself, allowing for it to far surpass any weapon in the history of the Jashin clan. Over generations the scythe became far too gluttonous for Jashin chakra and human blood, consuming certain hosts whole by feeding off the entirety of the blood within their bodies. Only the truly daring now attempt to wield this blade, even then it must be held in moderation to prevent similar circumstances from occurring.

    Abilities
    -The scythe's blade and coil are near indestructible, especially under extreme heats and crushing pressures

    -In response to anyone who attempts to wield the blade (including the rightful owner), the hilt of the scythe extends multiple metallic spikes into the wielder's hand. These spikes will burrow deep into the user's arm, causing this spikes to grow ever larger every turn and increase the damage afflicted to the user. Not only that, but the blade will also periodically sap a sizable portion of the wielder's blood, in exchange for the wielder being allowed to utilize the weapon in battle. The pain afflicted to the user every turn is of such a magnitude that whilst wielding the blade, the user's body will be unable to sustain the effects of any foreign chakra currently residing in the body, making them immune to any and all illusionary techniques for as long as they wield the scythe. To ensure the user doesn't acclimatise to the frequent dosage of pain, it will slightly increase in intensity every turn (+10 damage each turn). On the first turn the scythe will inflict 40 damage, on the 2nd (50 Damage), on the 3rd (60 Damage) and etc. This makes the scythe extremely dangerous to wield for non-Jashin believers as their bodies may not be physically capable of enduring the excruciating pain coupled with the moderate blood loss. This has led to people often referring to this weapon as Dracula, due to its vampiric nature for blood.

    -The main ability of this weapon is its ability to draw exposed blood on the field towards it. Due to its gluttonous nature for the crimson liquid, the scythe has the capability to "magnetize" any and all fresh blood on the battlefield and draw it towards the blade. The scythe/user cannot manipulate this blood in any way whatsoever, but is simply capable of drawing it towards the blade of the scythe, similar to how water responds to electromagnets. Once this blood attaches to the blade of the scythe, if the user is a Jashinst, they can use it to perform Punishment Reverse (the Jashin Ritual). This ability whilst seemingly powerful is very limited and situational. The scythe can only draw blood directly on the field, meaning the opponent/target must be wounded in some sort of way prior to activating this ability. The victims's blood must be fairly fresh, making this ability only capable of drawing blood on the field that's two turns old or newer. This ability can only be used twice per battle and the user/scythe must be within ten meters of the target blood source to draw it to the blade. This is an S-Rank ability and will count towards one of the user's jutsu per turn.

    -Being semi-sentient, the scythe possess none of the five senses we shinobi take for granted. Instead, it possess a "sixth sense" of its own, similar to how snakes can utilize heat sensing to make up for their lack in certain senses. The scythe is capable of detecting any and all blood sources up to 10m on the battlefield, no matter how miniscule. This allows it to discern the positions of advancing opponents, small to large summoning creatures and etc. It developed this ability due to its intense desire for blood. This ability works on the premise of being so attuned to human/animal blood, that it can pinpoint the iron in someone's blood and track down the exact location in which it currently resides. Through years of blood infusions and feeding off it, the scythe has gained the ability to distinguish iron in someones blood and regular iron on the battlefield.

    Restrictions
    Non-Jashinists can only wield the scythe for a maximum of five turns. If they choose to wield it any longer, the weapon will deplete their blood at an insane rate, killing them. Only Delta and those he allows can wield the blade.
    -The scythe possess no mouth and isn't capable of talking, seeing, moving or interacting with the world in any way apart from its blood sensing. It does however communicate with its wielder in an unknown form.
    - Erebus is incapable of transferring chakra to the wielder
    -User takes considerable damage per turn and suffers a minor chakra cost on top of this.

    How the Scythe Looks

Or alternatively how long would it take for hidan to collapse with pain? Considering the increasing pain and the muscle damage the spikes would leave rendering the arms unusable.

Once completed the user will begin to channel the dark chakra out of his bottom square and into the sky above the opponent, the user will begin to form a large cloud above the opponent made up of dark chakra. Once formed the user will cause the cloud to rain down 5mx5m balls of dark chakra down onto the opponent. these are shaped like meteorites as they pummel down to the ground. The sheer power of the chakra is enough to break bones and upon contact and severly burn the opponent. Using this jutsu the user can rain down over 20 balls of dark chakra onto the opponent until the cloud disappears. The cloud covers and area 10 metres in every direction from the center of the opponent. If the user is closer to the opponent then 10 metres he will have to defend against the jutsu as well. This jutsu will also destroy everything within its radius

    Must use Inhaling Maw prior

Then by using brute strength the user will throw the balls at the opponent. Upon impact the balls will explode into a maelstorm of dark chakra severely burning the opponent. This jutsu isn't limit to just two shots as the user can continually form and throw these balls. The balls form rather swiftly about the same speed as a chidori. Each 2 balls are equivalent to a B ranked Dark release technique.

This will break the opponents legs and he should still be dizzy because of the rapid spinning.

The user will remain in the middle of the spiraling inferno which will do no harm as long as he is focusing towards the tornado controlling it but if the user steps away from the middle the tornado will disperse. The tornado itself is short range distance. It can be used as a barricade to stop incoming attacks. Also despite the fact the tornado is short range in width the immense heat is powerful enough that anything in Short to Mid range will be burned badly including an opponent if caught in range can be seriously burned.

    Description:Haineko is a large sword in the shape of a flat strawberry, with the leaves as "tips". It has very rough texture and smooth sharp edges, and it could be used as a fan because of the shape and size. The user channels their chakra into the sword, and the blade of the sword will break down into many grey little pieces of sharp blades. To the opponent, it would look like as if the blade itself is dissolving in thin air. The blade particles can become a grey cloud, and with the handle, the user can control/manipulate the particles as little blades by swinging it. Depending on the direction the wielder swings the handle, the cloud of blade particles will move in that direction. If the particles happen to be within close range of the opponent when the user swings the handle, the small blades will begin slicing into the opponent, shredding them. The user can also reform the blade back to normal simply by canceling his chakra flow from the handle.

    Restrictions:
    - Only ~Khallil-Sama~ and those who he allows may only use this weapon.
    - The blade can stay in its "dissolved" form for up to a maximum of two turns.
    - Once the blade has returned back to its original form, the user must wait two turns before they can use its ability again.
    - The ability can be used only three times per battle.
    - While the user is using the swords ability, the user has to put away the handle somewhere for a small moment, or grab it with his/her mouth
    - The user will spend an extra 10 chakra each turn while using the swords ability.
    - The cloud of blade particles move at the speed of the handle that is swung. Ex: If the handle is moved to the left in a slow manner then the cloud will move to the left in a slow manner; if the handle is moved in a fast horizontal slashing motion, then the cloud is moved in a fast horizontal slashing motion.

With the user’s will, he can perform a single hand-seal and cause the wooden birds to explode and they release a large amount of pollen in a radius of 5 meters, each releases pollen induces sleep. If the user wants to, he can cause only one bird to explode after performing the handseal, and let the other bird explode on command with another handseal. The birds fail to burst, if struck prematurely with a technique strong against wood release.

    Description: A rather simple invention crafted from indestructible alloys and bonded together using the user's chakra, the custom weapon boasts the power to greatly amplify sound waves. Wielded in a way as not to obstruct the holder from weaving handseals, the "weapon" consists of a pair of Brass Knuckles with a cordless microphone wielded on the outside (the knuckle part) of it. Allowing the user to use sound jutsus through the microphone as a medium, due to the amplification abilities of microphones, this increases the range of them up to one additional range and adds more force and power to them, once more due to the natural amplification properties of microphones. The user is also able to cast vocal based genjutsu through the microphone. A special trait of said microphone, by whistling through it, the user can emit either a high frequency pitched note that causes mental agony and bleeding from the ears (equal to direct exposure to an offensive A rank jutsu). Inversely, the user can emit a low frequency pitch that causes intense vibrations of the skin which vibrate in alternating directions, causing paralysis and moderate pain along the skin of the target (equivalent to an A rank jutsu) if in mid range and the rupturing of several internal organs from direct contact of alternating vibrations (within short range and equivalent to an S rank jutsu in short range due to amplification ability). The paralysis lasts one turn with a sustained loss of balance and impaired motor skills for one addition turn. Either of these abilities can only be used once per fight. Due to the indestructible alloys it is created from, the microphone cannot be destroyed nor sealed. It can also be used for taijutsu means, as a form of an added weapon to the user's hand, increasing taijutsu done with said hand +5 and +10 to sound jutsus performed through the microphone as a medium. The user can only use two sound release jutsu through the microphone a turn. Use of either the high or low frequency ability negates the user from using sound jutsu for two turns afterwards.
    Notes:
    *Cannot be destroyed
    *Sound jutsu used gain an increased power through amplification (+10) and added range (short ranged jutsu go to med range and so on)
    *Usage of the low/high frequency prevents the user from using sound release jutsu for two turns afterwards.
    *Allows user to create specific genjutsu, based upon singing, the utilization of the user's voice and/or sound based upon the vocal cords.

    Description: The user creates a sound based genjutsu by saying the trigger word Faded, causing sound waves to vibrate amongst the enemy's body from the ground upwards, vibrating heavily and causing a genjutsu to activate that causes the target to feel as if their body is vibrating viciously enough to cause their body to begin to fade away from their legs upwards, as if they are being erased. The genjutsu is further supplemented by causing the enemy to experience pain, while not actually being subjected to physical torture and instead having it be the result of sound waves vibrating amongst the eardrums in the middle ear, which resonate through the liquid filled body and through the three small oscilles that aid in the transmission and amplification of the vibrations in the ear drum. As they become naturally amplified, the sound waves resonate amongst the primary auditory cortex within the brain, causing the sound waves to spread throughout the brain and allow the wave to fool the brain by replicating the feeling of intense pain within the body while not actually aflicting the target, making pain based releases ineffective against it (that's not to say that other releases won't work). The brain sends the signals to the various pain receptors of the body throughout the nervous system, first taking effect at the legs of the target and swiftly making it's way to the head of the target, causing the target to faint from simulated pain of the user's main organs and respiratory system fading away.

    Description: Based on the basic concepts behind the Sound Release: Shattering Vibrations jutsu, the user gathers a rather large amount of both wind and lightning chakra within his hands, albeit a higher concentration than in the aforementioned jutsu. As he gathers the jutsu, the user causes it to match the vibration of an incoming attack and vibrate at the same frequency to counteract it and cause it to disperse in a tremendous explosion with the trajectory of the blast aimed forward, emanating from the point of contact away from the user. This can also be used on an incoming target to similar effect, however unable to cause the enemy ninja to spontaneously combust. It will, however, cause great physical pain from the direct contact with the concentrated vibrations, causing him to receive concussive force damage, strong enough to shatter bones completely if direct contact is sustained. Due to the powerful force of the vibrations, the user is left with small cuts across the arm and the inability to mold chakra through his arms for handseals for jutsu of higher than A rank for one turn and cannot use arm based taijutsu for two turns, including kenjutsu.

By concentrating his chakra at that specific body part, the body part would just turn into an intangible version of the original. And when hit, it simply turns into black wind or black smoke. This actually helped them in close combats where they felt they were weak.

These small clay pieces act as 'seeds', i.e. when Deidara performs another two handseals Ram+Tiger, these 'seeds' suck out energy from the earth or whatever they fall on, to grow into huge trees and thereby end up creating a huge forest in the entire battlefield. Further, by manipulating the chakra in his clay trees, Deidara can manoeuvre it as he sees fit for attack and defence; and furthermore, this omnipotent technique even allows him to capture the enemy at the same time. These trees, being made of explosive clay, can be exploded in parts or entirety according to Deidara's wishes.

    Description: A technique which essentially allows the user to write a 'program' in which the next used technique(s) will follow. This technique allows the user to create an invisible pathway of chakra, this pathway can essentially follow any route that the user wishes, twisting and turning or looping and curving. The creation of the pathway remains to be rather fast, allowing the next jutsu to be performed as if the two techniques were a cohesive whole. The next performed technique will then essentially follow the built chakra pathway. For instance, should the user utilize this technique to create a curving pathway towards their opponent, and then follow up with a projectile technique such as 'Spear of Darkness', the spear of lightning will instead of going straight towards the opponent, follow the curving pathway so as to flank the opponent from the side. The pathways can affect either a single technique, or multiple techniques, dependent on the users wishes. However it only affects the users, and possibly allies techniques, and has no effects, neither positive nor negative on the opponents jutsu. The pathway could be a simple wire of chakra, which a technique would follow, or a tunnel of chakra, in which a technique would more or less travel inside, perhaps streamlining itself to do so. An advantage of using a more wire like version would be that, the user can alter it's curvature through physical contact. The ends of the wire however remain fixed in place, unless manually moved, and can also be placed or attached to objects through physical contact, allowing techniques released to travel along a wire to 'home' in on said item. While this can still be done with tunnels (to a certain extent), it's generally more taxing or time consuming.

    Note:

    - Can only be used 3x
    - No Ninjutsu above A rank for the rest of the turn.
    - A pathway lasts for three turns, and is invisible to non-doujutsu users.
    - Any technique within reason can travel along a pathway, as long as the technique has been designated to do so.     The concept isn't bad but its a bit too much and it can be easily abused. You need to work on this to make it something that can't be exploited. The way it is you can make any thing you want turn into anything you want. A straightfoward fire stream can even be turned into a mayhem tornado of fire and it can even be used to turn techniques which are otherwise easily counterable into oped moves. I will give you the chance to work on this because of the core idea but honestly...not shaping out to be approvable.

    Description: A technique which accentuates on Mantis Fist's element of unpredictability so as to effectively create a form that would make visual prediction and forecasting obsolete. Made possible by making full use of a Mantis Fist users muscle control, their capability to swiftly transition from flexibility to rigidity with ease, and their rather inhumane sense of movement. Unlike most Mantis Fist techniques, this would require a weapon; any weapon, although the longer and more balanced the better. In short, through use of flexibility and movement, the user is capable of rapidly vibrating and undulating their held weapon, making it move in such a manner that it would resemble a rippling snake. Chakra being utilized so as to give a non-forceful augment to the users body while also reverberating throughout the used weapon so as to increase the vibration and undulation speed. The movement essentially creates an optical illusion which bears resemblance to a rippling snake, the illusion makes blocking, dodging and prediction extremely difficult. Prediction of the blades true trajectory would be a practically impossible feat for a Ninja without a doujutsu, as each undulation would be different in both magnitude and speed. Thus dodging with finesse would be virtually impossible, therefore opponents would likely be forced into making large, exceptionally wide dodges that would likely leave them off balance. Lastly, blocking with a similar weapon would also be extensively difficult, as the users weapon would have a habit of 'weaving' through defenses as is befitting of its looks and epithet; rippling snake. This technique can be sped up, slowed down, or even paused according to the users wishes, thus making this technique exceptionally versatile in terms of pace and weapon choice. Lastly, the properties of this technique allows for faster acceleration of a weapon, thus allowing this technique to boast enhanced 'speed' and force.

    Note:
    - Can only be used 2x
    - Once used, this technique lasts for up to three turns.

    - Using this technique for the entirety of the three turns would mean that there would be a two turn cool-down between uses of the same arm, and the speed of the users movements with said arm would be reduced to 75%.

    - A user below Southern or Northern Praying Mantis rank would have lowered accuracy, while they could aim to strike the enemies torso, where exactly it will strike would be harder to control. Users above the S/N Praying Mantis rank would suffer likewise, albeit for a smaller area such as the upper chest, while Legends or above would have much greater accuracy. The inability to completely control the attacks accuracy further personifies and animalises this technique in conjunction with it's name and epithet. (Based upon opponents of the size of Naruto in p1.)

    Description: A technique stemming from exploration of the use of Fuinjutsu alongside weapon use. This technique essentially attempts to expand on the use of Fuinjutsu in weapon play, taking the basic concept of storing weapons within seals for easier and faster access to new heights. Simply put, this technique revolves around utilizing gigantic weapons such as those used by Gamabunta, Gamaken, and Gamahiro, rather than the usual normal sized weapons. These weapons are kept within seals that can be applied to the body or scrolls. However, the true purpose of this technique lies within the fuinjutsu formulas that are riddled across the sealed weapon, two sets of formula, one for weight, and one for size, both intersecting and intertwining while still remaining separate. When these weapons are withdrawn from their storage seals they are essentially completely normal in both size and weight, except for the fuinjutsu that cover their bodies, however by applying chakra the user becomes capable of manipulating the size and/or the weight of said weapons. Manipulation can be done in equal ratios, or in an irregular manner, completely depending on the users preference. Essentially the weapons weight and size is sealed upon itself, with the 'lock' to the seal being undone or reinforced at depths and intensities corresponding to the users wishes, occurring at rather commendable speeds. The implications of this technique allow for weapon play of increased speed or power depending on it's usage. An aesthetics effect of the Fuinjutsu being altered, is that small amounts of a thin translucent black smoke is released, resembling a faint aura if anything due to its scarcity and translucency.

    Note:

    - Requires this technique to be posted in either the users bio, or the presence of this technique to be stated at the beginning of the battle or on an existing weapon.
    - Withdrawing weapons only requires the most basic, miniscule amounts of free-form chakra, however seal size manipulation works in bouts, being activation like in nature. Activating the size and weight sealing formula of a weapon(s) counts as a jutsu, however for the next three turns the weapons size and weight can be manipulated freely.
    - Weapons do not have to be sealed in storage, but can be carried around normally if the user so wishes. All that really counts is if the Fuinjutsu formula is riddled across each of the weapons.
    - In juxtapose to loosening the seal, once the 'key' is in the lock (activation through chakra),the seal can also be tightened, allowing for even smaller weapons.
    - Size changes are quite fast, slightly faster than Akimichi's.
    - Activation can only occur 3x.

As the sword is being drawn out, the opponent will see a very bright blinding light coming from the sword as its coming out the sword holster, temporarily blinding the opponent for, As the opponent is blind, the user will feel a sharp stab through their chest from the back. As the opponent gets stabbed from the back the blinding light will go down, and the opponent will then not see the user in front of them but in the back. Making it seem like the user is the one that stabbed them from the back. In reality the opponent simply falls to the ground from shock once stabbed in the genjutsu. Thus giving the user a chance to attack.

    → Yoshimitsu is a puppet created long ago by Alternative which has had many tweaks to it to make it a viable puppet. He takes on the form of a Samurai, though can't use Samurai techniques. It is primarily made of a sturdy wood, with pieces of refined metal across it's face, ribs and legs to imitate a skeletal look. It is slightly taller than the average human, standing tall at approx. 2m and seems to have an athletic build. It's left wrist is mechanical, being able to twirl it around in haste. In it's left hand it wields a katana which is his primary weapon used for attacking. The user is able to use Kenjutsu techniques through the puppet, so long as the user has gone through the required training for it. The katana is also said to be cursed. Yoshimitsu's sword isn't seeped in poison, because it's based on a samurai from ancient folklore, which doesn't believe in using such toxins in such a way. Yoshimitsu is also able to use all basic puppet techniques, including Senbon Rain from it's right hand (fingertips), creating a Chakra shield using it's right arm, and able to emit either poison smoke or poison capsules which emit gas on hitting the floor through a compartment in it's mouth.

    → Yoshimitsu cannot be summoned into battle without proper Fuuinjutsu training
    → While wielding the katana, the puppet cannot use any standard puppet jutsu

    Description: Yoshimitsu is a puppet which resembles that of a skeletal samurai. It's build is made primarily of wood, reinforced with metal plates across it's face and body to achieve this result. It wields a standard, detachable katana with it's scabbard on it's right side, making Yoshimitsu left-handed by design. Because of the design, the puppet holds the capability of performing all Taijutsu and Kenjutsu which the user knows (non-chakra based).
    The puppet's left arm is completely mechanical, and is used for the majority of the puppet techniques. It holds a rotary design which allows for a multitude of abilities to be used, and capable of spinning it's entire arm from the elbow joint at incredibly fast speeds in a clockwise manner. It's right arm is moreso used for "Chakra Shield" and other such techniques. The puppet is capable of releasing a poisonous mist from it's mouth which reaches short-range of it as a substitute for "Poison Smokebomb". Similarly done to Crow, all of it's body is detachable and can be used in similar fashions as it, without spikes emerging from the joints. The signature technique of Yoshimitsu is a seppuku-like action which cuts into the puppet and further through to the target. There's a small slot on it's stomach region used specifically for this technique, along with a small poisonous sack which it bursts upon using it.
    Yoshimitsu can either be stored in a scroll or carried on the user's back wrapped in loin cloth before entering battle. If carried on his back, the user can bring the puppet out without a chakra cost and without it counting towards the limit of techniques used per turn.

    Description: This is a special type of build in selected puppets, where rubber is installed into the joints of them to give them a more flexible, elastic consistency to the build. Because of the properties of the rubber, it allows the puppets' reach in joints to extend a further five meters for longer ranged attacks, which retract instantly. The puppet is generally affected by the nature of rubber and how it works with the elements with this build, meaning if something happens to the puppet which causes it to become stale, the elastic bondage can potentially break down and become useless. This technique must be specified at the beginning of the battle as to which puppets it affects. The puppet can't drastically detach the body for techniques where possible.

    Description: The user performs the rat handseal then separates their own shadow from themselves which allows the shadow to no longer be linked to the user’s body. The shadow keeps a humanoid form and the user manipulates the shadow to move around the terrain for their own advantage. During the process of manipulating it, it will be up to the user weather the shadow will have shape (using shape manipulation on it so that it becomes physical) or keep it in the form of a non-shaped shadow. When having shape it can also use freeform.
    Because of the user being separated from their own shadow, they will not be capable of using any shadow technique that requires them to extend their own shadow. They will still be capable of using techniques such as Shadow Imitation Shuriken because it does not rely on extending the user’s shadow. While the shadow is separated from the user’s body, it can use shadow techniques that requires it to extend its own shadow such as Shadow Imitation.
    When the user does not have his shadow attached to him then no shadow binding techniques can be used against him because he doesn’t have any shadow (bound to him). This jutsu ends when the independent shadow uses 3 shadow techniques, when it gets defeated or if the user simply decides to return it back to himself. It will then get back to the user as it should be (= as a normal shadow anyone has).

It was created using the material, Wurtzite Boron Nitride which is the hardest mineral on Earth. Originally created and wielded by the Sage of The Six Path's Elder Son during his battle with his brother, the sword has been passed down the Uchiha Clan for centuries. The sword is fueled by hatred and it's thirst for blood is what attracts everyone towards it. Most of it's wielders died during battle as they were rejected by the sword who seeked a stronger wielder. During Uchiha Clan's battle with the Senju Clan, the sword fell into a river and disappeared. To this day the Sword seeks a person strong enough to wield the sword


    Abilities
    1.
    The Sword is near indestructible as it created by the most hardest mineral on Earth. However, the power within the sword comes from it's wielders hatred and blood lust. In other words, the sword feeds on its wielders emotions


    2. The sword is able to produce poison from it's katana, [Once Every Two Turns]. This poison when enters the targets body starts to destroy it's cells and slowly kills them. The sword absorbs the targets blood and produces a new poison during every battle. This is to prevent the target being immune to the poison as they would naturally produce antibodies. The target however can cut off that certain part of their body in the first or second turn to prevent the poison from spreading any further and basically completely get rid of the poison in their body. In the 3rd turn however it would be impossible to get rid of that certain part and expect to live


    On the 1st turn, the target will feel a burning sensation on the spot where they were cut. Damage Inflicted: 10 + Burning Sensation
    On the 2nd turn, the poison will start to attack and destroy the nearby cells. Damage Inflicted: 20 + Swelling and Burning Sensation
    On the 3rd turn, the poison will start to spread throughout the body killing any cells in its way. Damage Inflicted: 30 + Extreme Pain
    On the 4th turn, the poison will destroy 1/3 of the target's cells. Damage Inflicted: 40 + Target Barely Able To Move
    On the 5th turn, the poison will destroy 2/3 of the target's cells. Damage Inflicted: 50 + Target Immobilized

    3. The sword is able to see and hear however it cannot speak. The sword is able to communicate with it's wielder telepathically, however this will only happen if the wielder is wielding the sword at that time


    4. In case the sword is picked up by someone whom it does not desires to be controlled by, the sword is able to feed on it's wielders emotions. Although at first the wielder might not find any problem at controlling the sword, they soon would be filled with blood lust, anger and hatred towards everyone and would soon literally go crazy.


    On the 1st turn, the wielder will have no problem in controlling the sword
    On the 2nd turn, the wielder have his emotions sucked out by the sword. His mind would be filled with hatred and anger and would recklessly attack anyone within their sight not caring about their life or getting injured
    On the 3rd time, the wielder would feel extremely tired and lonely. Their eyes would be filled in tears and their heart filled with regret



    Restrictions
    1.
    If the sword shows no interest in it's wielder, that person can only wield the sword for 3 turns. [Check Ability 4]
    2. Only Hell Autarch and those he allow can wield the sword.
    3. The user must not forget that the sword feeds on their emotions as well. This means that even the user cannot wield the sword forever, without expecting any side effects
    4. Using the sword or one of it's abilities counts towards the 3 Move Limit. Ability Number #1 and #4 however do not count towards the limit

It shows the strength of the technique that everything in a 5 meters radius (short range) is being incinerated in the flames, killing anyone that comes too close. Objects and living organisms in a 15 meters radius (mid range) are being ignited or get severe burns to the point there's no intact place on their body and they suffer extreme pain as well as die if they don't get treatment. Targets at long range will only feel a hot breeze of air.     Became unreasonable. You can do this anywhere you want basically and exploit it in many ways. Besides, localized similar wind techniques have already been made and so has the concept. One thing is your original submission which is a "taijutsu counter" technique of sorts, another is the mid range, large scale version you want to have approved.

    Description: The user will perform the Boar Handseal whilst focusing their chakra into a nearby solid element e.g. Earth, Paper, Sand, Clay and etc. The resulting effect will be the miniscule drops of water residing in the air around it, quickly converging on the target material/element, aiming to seep through the pores, cracks and crevices in the material, if not simply being absorbed by it. Whilst doing this, the water will take on a very dense, viscous and adhesive quality similar to that of Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field. The resulting effect of this forced absorption of moisture will cause the affected substance to gorge and inflate to an incredible size, but also become so heavy that it can no longer move, remain airborne or even be manipulated in the slightest. To signify this, the affected material will begin oozing out adhesive water from its openings, almost overflowing due to the great amount of sticky water its been forced to absorb e.g. Clay creatures will be "drooling" adhesive water from their mouths. This technique will have varying effects on different elements e.g. Paper will become too heavy/sticky and will begin to cling to other sheets of paper, Sand will become almost impossible to control/manipulate, Clay will become incapable of detonation and etc. However since the basis of this technique relies on water absorption, the user will be physically incapable of using it on metal or crystal-based elements. Furthermore, the affected material/element must be completely in solid form and not partially e.g. cannot effect Mud, Lava and similar solid-like liquids.

Simultaneously, he will release his doton chakra into the ground below to cause a massive wave of earth to spread out from his position in a circular motion (360 degrees around him) which will crush anyone and anything in its wake, as well as devastate the terrain on an unimaginable level. The wave of earth will grow in height as it spreads out, leaving the resulting effect as a massive crater in the middle of the battlefield, the center point of the newly formed crater being the user's position. As the wave of earth is released in every direction, the suiton mask will spew an unimaginable quantity of water from its mouth, slightly greater than the amount produced by Kisame's signature Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave. The wave of water will uplift the user high into the air, whilst spreading out in every direction to flood the vicinity around the user, the vast quantity of liquid quickly filling up the earthen crater, causing for the creation of a water source on near oceanic proportions. The water created by this technique is similar to that of Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field, its sheer adhestivity, density and viscosity making it impossible for electrical currents to be conducted along it, minimizing the user's vulnerability whilst utilizing this technique. This adhesive water will ensnare any opponents unlucky enough to come into contact with it, trapping them in a dense layer of sticky slime-like water, preventing further mobility. However since the sticky water is created from the user's own chakra, they will not be affected by the adhesiveness of the created water source. The water source (and crater) created via this technique will span a thirty meter radius around the user's position and is considered a "Large water source", abundant enough to be used for techniques like Water Release: Great Shark Missile Technique and Water Release: A Thousand Feeding Sharks. Using this technique will take a visible and fairly significant toll on the user's body, making them incapable of using S-Rank and above Doton in the same and next turn, no handseals for two turns and no Forbidden Ranked elemental jutsu in their next turn.

    Description: Kakuzu will imbue one of the three basic elemental chakras (Earth, Wind and Water) into all of his dark threads related jutsu (for the next five turns) to cause them to take on a specific set of properties. If the user channels their suiton chakra into the threads, they will become coated in a thick layer of adhesive water (similar to Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field), giving them adhesive properties and the ability to stick to people/objects. They will also become extremely resistant to burning and will short-circuit electricity, meaning electrical currents can't be channeled along them. This is because unlike normal suiton, the adhesive water is so viscous and dense that it resembles oil more than it does water, therefore making it an electrical insulator. The method employed in channeling suiton chakra is similar to that of a spider creating silk from its glands, where he will secrete the adhesive suiton chakra onto the threads as they leave his body, which is why the user isn't stuck to the threads internally. If the user channels their doton chakra into the threads, they will take on a pitch-black metallic sheen and be hardened to the extent they can clash with swords and endure powerful impact forces. This doesn't hinder the user's mobility in the slightest as the extremely high flexibility of Kakuzu's threads cancels out with the hardening created by channeling doton chakra. Granted they become more stiff and taut, but this simply makes the threads more tensile rather than unmovable.
