    You know the drill. Its opened for a new cycle of 3 techniques per user for one week counting from today.

    As the one responsible for the Custom System, I must apologize to all members for the delays we've been experiencing in this thread and others. The recent staff changes but also the begining of the summer brought us new challenges and issues that delayed the checkings. In the summer, the older staff members generally get more busy in RL which translates in periods of less activity which in return delays some tasks. Hopefully it will also return to normal in the near future so please be patient and try to understand when a delay happens that is not because we are lazy, its because we simply can't get to every single thing at the same time.

    Also, I checked the thread but in the case I missed something, if anyone has or knows of a pending or unchecked submission, please pm me the link and I'll check it asap. Sometimes in the mix of things, one post may slip through our radar and remain unchecked.

    Also, I must remind members to read the rules (check the first post of this thread), read the thread and get familiar with what is approvable and is not, etc. Tons of techniques still are submitted without abiding to the template for example and that is auto decline. And its ridiculous to have a submission declined because of incorrect chakra or damage info. Be smart and make sure your submission abides the templates.

    On a Personal Note, don't bash or insult mods that check the cjs. This said, insults or taunting/provocative VMS or PMS towards us with offensive or otherwise abnoxious remarks will earn a ban from this thread for variable lenghts of time as well as infractions/warnings. Its a Zero Tolerance policy when it comes to such behavior. Perhaps if all those who are direspectful and insulting are banned from this thread, the thread can function that much faster. Be appreciative of our work please. We do it for you!

These stamens are ultra sensitive to chakra, having the ability to feel chakra up to mid range from them. This information is then relayed to the user through the ground. As long as the user has contact with the ground and at least a flower exists in the field, he'll receive that information from it.

The technique itself is not time consuming and is basically a passive skill one can access through focus and precise chakra control, through which one can go beyond the production of generic plants and wood and create specific species. All of these plants share the same strength and uses of the normal wood but gain additional effects inherent to the specific plants produced:

    Akatōkarashi | Red Bell: The user changes the nature of his wood techniques to produce bushes, trees, branches, flowers and fruits of the infamous Red Bell. From all of his following wood techniques, several Red Bell fruits will bloom, roughtly the size of fists. These fruits are hollow and contain inside a very vicious toxin. Upon mental command, the user can detonate these fruits, causing a localized explosion. Each fruit can deliver an E-Rank explosive damage (only slightly larger/stronger than a normal explosive tag) and the number of fruits depends on the rank of the technique. A D-Rank technique will have 4, with each rank above it doubling the number of fruits. The main ability, however, is not the explosive power, as useful as it may be. The explosion releases the toxin inside into the air in the form of a red "smoke" or "mist" which has an SHU rating of over 2 million. Each Red Bell can contain enough toxin to spread across a 2 meter radius sphere around its detonation spot. This mist induces a burning sensation to the skin on contact but mainly all wet membranes of the body (eyes, mouth, ears, etc), creating a very painful effect. The effect is so severe if inhaled or breathed that one will tear up, hindering one's eye sight and become unable to speak properly as he gasps for air and coughs severely. If water is present on the field, the effect is more drastic as the chemical reacts in a more lasting way. The effects however, are short lived overall and don't actually do direct damage a part from the disconfort and stress induced by its effects

    Burūhimawari | Blue Sunflower: The user changes the nature of his wood technique to produce bushes, trees, branches and flowers of the cute Blue Sunflower. As the wood techniqueds are used, hundreds and hundreds of sunflowers will bloom from them. These blue, big flowers have the property of manipulating and producing light. This light is done by consuming the calories inside the wood technique that gave birth to them and transforming it into low heat and light. This special ability alows the user to trigger on command an immensely powerful flash effect that can blind any enemy (except Doujutsu users) or even create coordinated flashes to disorient the enemy or even seemingly creating rudimentary visual illusionary images. The wood will draw nutrients from its substract and direct them to the flowers which will then glow in the described way. The reaction can be controlled and the user can create flashes of light from any color of both the visible and the invisible spectrum of light. Although no damage can be achieved by this property, the blinding effect is very lasting and the more wood you have (meaning the stronger or bigger the technique is) the more effective and overwhelming it will be. The user is, however, immune to these blinding lights by having trained to support them.

    Murasakiiro Deijī | Purple Daisy: The user changes the nature of his wood technique to produce bushes, trees, branches and flowers of the menacing Purple Daisy. These small, yet numerous, purple flowers bloom anywhere in the wood techniques that use it. Once they bloom, still while the wood is growing, they can be used for a special effect: sound production. They can be used to produce sound by vibrating their little petals and agitating the air in specific patterns. The user can replicate his voice to confuse his enemy or to produce loud, annoying sounds or even distressfull ones. The user can even produce music in substitution to other music instruments or mimic other voices he has heard before, through this technique. Diversionary in nature, the effects are very vast. The user can distract enemies with loud bangs or high pitched noises but also distract him into thinking an ally is nearby or that the user is suddenly in another place or even, by mimicking multiple voices, that the enemy is sudenly surrounded by other ninjas. The technique bestows a few added features due to these flowers one of which is that they raise the resistance of Wood towards sound release by 1 rank (wood is already naturally a good sound insulator, so X-Rank Wood technique can only be cancelled by X+2-Rank Sound technique). The small flowers act as a sponge and disperse sound when it touches them. The other main added feature is sound sensitivity in which the flowers will vibrate and act as the ninja's ears but with a much higher level of sensitivity and precision. As long as the user is touching the ground, he can receive the information of any flower on the field and any flower on the field can hear up to mid-range around, with the higher number of flowers raising the effectiveness of the hearing up to inhuman levels. The flowers can produce basically any sound but cannot be used to produce Sound Release techniques, being more akin of the Cicada Technique and similar (albeit different and more enhanced/pure) than Sound Release. The user, having grown acostumed to the techniques effects, can remain unaffected by its sounds if he so chooses.


    Kuroi Mōsengoke | Black Sundew: The user changes the nature of his wood technique to produce bushes, trees, branches and flowers of the weird Black Sundew. From the wood techniques that are used from this specific species, multiple small appendages bloom with a black shiny substance on its end. These small stamens have a very sticky and strong gluey sap in their extremity which is easily ignited by anything from fire to lightning or even extreme friction. Similar to small hairs, these stamens are very tiny and numerous and, with the black sap on their end, give the wood technique the appearance of having just passed through a slight morning dew. However, this is not the main ability of this specific plant. The sticky sap will cling to any enemy it touches, gluing him to the wood technique. The binding effect is a physical binding of the same rank of the wood technique used. Once in contact with an opponent, the stamens immediately begin to zap chakra from the enemy in the same amount per turn as the chakra spent to produce the wood technique. The chakra absorption is not continues but in pulses, with the immediate first momentary contact being the first pulse which is repeated at the beginning of each turn. The amount of wood used by the technique also makes a difference. The chakra will then reenforce the wood technique, making it grow. The more chakra the wood consumes, the bigger and stronger it gets. It transforms the chakra absorbed into power in the same ratio as one does for a normal jutsu (x chakra = 2X strength).

    Midori Kajitsu | Green Nut: The user changes the nature of his wood technique to produce bushes, trees, branches, flowers, fruits, etc from the dangerous Green Nut. From the wood techniques used, multiple small (0.5 cm long) green nuts bloom, spreading rapidly and numerously. These form and gather into small seed clusters which are very dangerous due to their parasitic abilities. With a simple mental command, the user can make these seeds burst from the wood technique and spread in a radial manner up to mid range of their initial point. They will then attach themselves to any viable substract they find. Water, Earth, Mud, Sand, Chakra, Organic Life, Decomposing Organic Matter, etc will all serve as viable substracts. The seeds will quickly metabolize the substract (in the case of sentient life or raw chakra, they will simply metabolize the chakra) and rapidly bloom into Trees and plants of the Green Nut. These plants will be of the same strength of the technique used to produce the original set of seeds and will multiply at an exponential rate as long as their is a viable substract and the user allows it. D-Rank Wood techniques will produce 2 Seed Clusters, with each rank above it doubling the amount of seed Clusters. These clusters fully bloom in one turn, producing an amount of wood or a wooden structure (tree, forest, pillars, etc) equal to that of the initial technique that produce the original seed cluster. When the seed clusters attach themselves to an opponent or a sentient being, they will bloom in double the time, engulfing the target in a blazing speed as they zap their chakra (they need half the amount of chakra needed to produce the original technique). Each Cluster of Seeds has 10 Seeds but each cluster (even if only one seed or if all seeds find a substract) will give birth to one wooden structure. In alternative, the user can use the generic wood techniques to produce only seeds which he can throw at a target to infest them or to attack them. The seeds will grow into a generic tree or wooden structure of pillars of the same rank as the technique used to produce the seeds. These are very useful when attacking Jinchuriki chakra cloaks or chakra barriers or other chakra techniques (due to the chakra metabolic properties) or simply as a complement to the users own hand to hand, close quarter combat.

    Fuuinjutsu: Kyō no Yōso Fūin | Sealing Arts: Master Element Seal
    Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary

    Description:
    A simple basic sealing technique, this elemental seal is designed to work as an advanced substitute to the normal, basic ninja special weapons such as exploding tags, smoke bombs, flash bombs, etc. In a method similar to that of the Contract Seal or the Thunder God Seal, the user will mark anything through touch with a circular seal, which contains the kanji for the chosen element or elements in the middle, no bigger than his own palm. As he does this, he focuses his chakra inside the seal, varying the amount according to his own needs. The raw chakra is then manipulated by the sealing formula and bound to the medium. The seal will then be charged with the given element and its properties and can then be used for a variety of effects. Different seals can be created depending on the will of the user and can vary in how they trigger, how strong they are, how its released, their type (destructive, defensive) and even what specific effects they create.
    • Trigger: The seal can be set to trigger and release the sealed chakra on command (confrontation handseal), proximity of specific chakra signature, proximity of any foreign chakra, after a set amount of time or a custom set of conditions that might suit the situation.
    • Strength: The user can infuse anything from 10 chakra points up to 30, into the seal, giving him freedom in what power he can release when used. This creates a directly proportionate effect in terms of rank, meaning that, for example, 30 chakra points will produce an A-rank damage or effect.
    • Release Method: The user can set the seal to release chakra outwards all around, outwards in a localized burst from the seal, directly infusing the medium in which the seal is placed, etc.
    • Type: The seal can be destructive in the effect it produces or defensive. Destructive will basically create an explosion or otherwise damaging attack using the seal as the trigger point and using the same element and its given properties. This explosion will be confined in short range around the sealing mark for explosions up to A-Rank, were as A-Rank explosions will trigger an explosion up to mid range in size. Directional blasts can reach mid range if B-Rank or below or long range if A-rank. The user has control over the size, as long as these max sizes are obeyed. Defensive use can be applied in both physical means (like unsealing a large amount of earth chakra creating a large boulder wich will defend from an incoming water attack) or disruptive means (unsealing lightning chakra directly on to an earth technique can be used to cancel its chakra and cancel the technique).

    Note: Seal can only be placed in a passive medium (kunai, paper tag, scroll, etc) not on a living medium, but always through direct contact.
    Note: The seal itself is A-Rank in strength and follows all normal sealing rules and limitations, meaning that if the medium is destroyed so is the seal.
    Note: When placed on the medium, the seal is, like all other seals, undectectable until triggered

    Hijutsu Fuuin: Mippū no Kōkina Kekkai | Hidden Sealing Art: The Sealing Barrier of Exaltation

    Description:
    An ancient technique, forgotten by most, the Sealing Barrier of Exaltation is the ultimate sealing barrier technique a single ninja can produce. Using the principles behind techniques such as the Shuriken Shadow Clone and the basic barrier and sealing techniques, the user will grab a kunai (or another sharp projectile weapon) and mark it with a seal, throwing it high into the air above the enemy. Right after, the claps his hands together and molds a large amount of chakra. The kunai (or similar) will suddenly multiply into 5, each with the kanji representing one of the 5 elements, and be propelled at incredible speeds at the ground in 5 points around a target, glowing in a flame-like chakra of various colors (the user can also put these kunais (or similar) around the target using other mediums such as putting them directly by hand or having an ally/clone/summon do it for him). Upon reaching the ground, a kanji formulae will spread and incircle the target, extending a branch of kanji inscriptions towards the user, forming an additional, smaller, circle. As the Kanji is laid out (takes only a moment) a barrier is formed around the target. Above and bellow the ground, a perfectly spherical barrier made out of all the 5 elemental chakra (Earth, Lightning, Wind, Fire, Water) will form, containing whatever is inside. Once the barrier is done, the user must do a sequence of up to 10 hand seals which will lock the barrier. This sequence is up to the user and is effectively the key to the barrier/seal. Once the barrier is locked, it will stay locked until a ninja stands on the smaller kanji circle and unlocks it using the key. However, until the user locks the barrier, he needs to stand on the smaller circle and keep his hands clapped and focusing his chakra into the barrier to sustain it. Once the barrier is locked, its impossible to attack the target from the outside but its also impossible for the target to attack anything on the outside. Neither Genjutsu nor Ninjutsu will work through the barrier and the only way to escape it is space time ninjutsu or if an external party opens the barrier as nothing can pass through it. In essence, once locked inside, nothing can damage the target nor can the target damage anything on the outside. The barrier is translucent in a light golden hue, leaving whatever is inside completely visible.
    Note: while it can be attempted countless times, the barrier can only successfully be used once per battle.
    Note: If the user is interrupted before the technique is activated but after spreading the kunais he can still trigger it later, bypassing the first step of the technique as he already has the kunais laid in place.
    Note: once successfully used, the user cannot use Sealing Techniques for 3 turns nor techniques above S-Rank the next turn.

    Description: The Resonator is a legendary shinobi weapon, developed during the establishing era of Otogakure. Since the villagers of Otogakure were known for their ability to control sound and soundwaves they wanted to develop a weapon to complement their talent. As the outcome, The Resonator was made. Regarding its looks, it's not much different than a regular katana. However, since a book shouldn't be judged by its covers, neither should this weapon. Its real power lies within it. The Resonator is actually shallow, having an elongated cavity within it, with a long and thin needle inside it. The cavity is barely a few millimeters in diameter, enough for the needle to be positioned in the middle and still have space to move around. The purpose of the needle is to react to soundwaves. As a soundwave comes across the blade, the needle starts vibrating and tapping on the inside walls of the hole, enhancing the soundwaves and transferring them through the hilt, into the users hand, informing him of the incoming soundwaves. The user, having full mastery of the Sound release, is supposed to know a variety of different frequencies and by the way the needle vibrates, he can distinguish incoming soundwaves, without even hearing them. The weapon is slightly bigger than a regular katana in both thickness and length, in order to make sure that it doesn't lose on sturdiness because of the hole within it. The weapon is made from a special steel called Tamahagane and it consists of several layers of this material, making it very strong and firm. Because of the technique used to make it, it's considered indestructible and it's edge is very hard to dull.

    The resonating needle and its ability are considered passive because they are built into its structure, while the weapon also has an unique ability that the user can activate upon his wish, using the resonating frequency. However, this active ability can only be used twice per battle and it can't be used in consecutive turns. Each of the basic five elements has it's own frequency and when the user uses one of them, they produce a sound, unless it's stated otherwise in the description of the jutsu. As the sound of the jutsu hits the sword and the needle resonates at the certain frequency its vibration creates a, so called reverberation, which simply requires the user to swing the sword in order to release the soundwave and cast a weak genjutsu onto the opponent. The swing should be performed immediately after or in conjunction with the previous jutsu in order to maximize its effectiveness. The genjutsu would be B ranked and simple and straightforward. In the genjutsu, the user would have a certain amount of freedom in manipulating the opponents senses (hearing and vision) in order to change the way he perceives the incoming jutsu. He could make the jutsu change its form, split, vanish, decrease or increase in size and even change its trajectory. Of course, all effects are bound to the rules of Narutoverse and are required to be as realistic as possible, again concentrating on its effectiveness.

    Description: The user can use his sound chakra in order to refract a soundwave that he already performed by altering the transmission medium, i.e air. After performing a sound jutsu the user can thicken or thin out the air in the path of the jutsu in order to redirect it, mostly if the opponent tries to dodge it or to dodge incoming projectiles. He can do this twice in a quick succession but with the double chakra cost. Since he's altering soundwaves he has to be really quick and have complete sound mastery. To perform the technique he can snap his finger if he's altering the soundwave at short range, or a handseal if it's at medium range.

    Description: After performing a handseal, the user hums an infrasound wave and directs it at the opponent. Infrasound waves have frequency below the 20Hz that human ears can hear. This frequency has, specifically, 5Hz because of its unique effects on the human body. Because of its short frequency it causes exhaustion, shortness of breath and even nausea for a short period of time. It happens because it affects the opponents lungs and causes the air to rapidly and intensively move in and out, distupting his regular breathing patterns, which in return jumpstarts all the other effects.

    Description: This technique is a combination of the use of fire and kenjutsu. The user must speak the full name of the technique before activating it. Then, the user will not only release all of his katon chakra from his body, but draw in the heat from the air, no matter how miniscule. This will cause his blade to be enveloped in flames and ash. The flames on the blade will look rather small, but this is because the flames are super concentrated along the edge of the sword. The user uses all of their manipulation over the katon element and a large fraction of chakra to drastically increase the heat of the fire. The fire is so hot, that it can dry up all of the moisture in the air, even in places such as Amegakure. It leaves nearby enemys skin dry and can decrease power of Ice and Rain techniques by -10. The fire is so hot, that it can dry up all of the moisture in the air, even in places such as Amegakure. It leaves nearby enemys skin dry and can decrease power of Ice and Rain techniques by -10. This can be used to catch an opponent that try's to escape upwards, but this also will happen to completely surround the target with corpses from every angle. furthermore, because of the katon chakra infused into them, free-flowing lightning such as nagashi arent enough to cancel the chakra within them, or "nullify" them.Their goal is to rip the opponent to shreds

The speed of the movement would be +8.25. This is strictly for the forward or angular movement. In no way, shape, or form could this be used to increase handseal speed, or increase the power of any leg related techniques or anything besides the movement itself. Furthermore, this could not be stacked upon with other speed boosts like leg weights and EIG, but applies to those gained with taijutsu mastery, ect. This is a rule in the speed charts, this is just to make it clear. The user cannot change directions without completely stopping, losing the speed.

Despite being a genjutsu based attacks, it is near impossible to tell the difference, from a copy or if he changes form. Though what makes this jutsu dangerous is that fact he is able to use it a any time without another knowing it is in use. The opponent is left confused and minor metal damage is given.

    Description: The user performs 2 hand seals then releases a medium sized sphere no bigger then a bowling ball from his mouth at the opponent's feet. The sphere is incredibly compressed and contains all the cutting powers of natural wind. Due to the sphere rotating incredibly fast it picks up velocity and begins to suck itself inward while the force of it moving holds it's shape and power. As the sphere leaves the user's mouth and appears around mid ranged, the user will claps his hands together focusing more chakra to the sphere to hold it shape and strength. Once it reaches the opponent's feet the user will click his teeth causing the sphere to implode and rapidly suck natural wind towards it's point of impact as well as it's own natural force causing the ground beneath the opponent to collapse under pressure making the opponent fall in to a medium sized fissure. As the opponent falls into the ground the natural wind and wind escaping from the sphere continue to release themselves surrounding the opponent and cutting him up as he falls into the ground. Due to the high pressure wind surrounding the opponent it also catches him before he hits the ground so all that damages him is the wind around him.

    Description: Kankaku is an ancient gold bracelet which was carved and created by a legendary Jeweler for himself, this jeweler was a wealthy man and always had to look for his own safety, due to bandits and thiefs always wanting to steel the jeweler fine jewels, so the jeweler created this fine masterpiece for himself and sent it away to a great sensory sage to have a special power instilled within the bracelet, this sage removed the gem in the center of the bracelet and instilled a portion of his sensory chakra into the gem and sealed it within the gem with his great sealing skills, once the gem was placed back into the bracelet it had awaken a power within the bracelet, the sensory sage explained that this bracelet would now constrict around the wielders hand had any foreign chakra signature of any kind come within a 5 meter radius all around the wielder to shown him a sign that there is trouble in the midst.

    Note - Only Yashiro can wield this or allow anyone to use it.
    - The bracelet would constrict if any chakra signature comes within a 5 meter radius of the user as well as any chakra disturbing the users own
    - The constriction wouldn't affect the user but rather just notify him that a foreign chakra is within a 5 meter radius of him or disturbing the flow of his own chakra
    - The entire bracelet cannot be destroyed, that includes the gem and the bracelet itself

The line's of lightning are enough to let the lightning balls wrap around the enemy two full rotations

From there the user upon swinging the lines overhead condenses and channels lightning through the thin lines using while spinning above the head. The user will form two more smaller balls or orbs of lighter condensed lightning. while swinging either arm like a left or right hook upon ending the rotation and can release the bolas from the motion of swinging the arm and the bola spins out from the user towards the enemy. Normally these are directed towards an enemy's leg'sor body, when directed at the body the user is trying to bind the user's arms to the body.     The user does three handsigns begins by building up there crystal chakra and proceeds to turn the top 3 feet of the ground into crystal making it so the enemy's are no longer touching the ground and able to manipulate the ground itself. This also can be used as a focus point for making crystal jutsu's rise up from the platform faster as there is already a crystal source to draw from. The platform can be damaged but it will take a jutsu equal in power to do so. That being said the jutsu can also be reformed with less effort and just by repairing the already existent crystal platform.
    The user also has the ability to control how far the range of the technique will work but has to state during the jutsu process which ranges are being effect. Speed reference for building the platform is similar in speed to crystal labrynth.

    Restrictions: can only be used once every four turns and only twice during battle..

Meanwhile the white snake has another usage, when the user is attacked with a technique or the opponent uses a technique, if within reach, the white snake will 'bite' a small portion of said technique (bite for earth or water while simply exposing its head into wind, fire or lightning abilities) - that is no higher than B rank, thus absorbing or smelling the scent of the opponent's chakra. This ability is useful, since the white snake has now permanent memory of the chakra essence it bit, the snake can small the scent and locate the target within mid range reach, letting the user be aware of this. Not only that, but since the snake is familiar with the chakra, it can be aware if another chakra source is approaching the user. In other words, it knows the target will use a technique (not literally - but it knows the same chakra is approaching) letting the user know before hand. The fasted it can do this however, is only a few seconds before the attack is actually used. Giving the user a small, but fair warning. The snakes can only use their abilities twice per match and if done, they disperse soon after doing so. Alternatively the user can keep them for close range fighting, serving for supplementary limbs to wrap or restrict the limbs or body of the foe, or bite them with their sharp fangs. Note, the user cannot use techniques that effect their own body of A rank or higher (Nagashi, Earth armor, etc.) while the snakes are in in play, doing so with severe the connection with them and cause them to disperse. Once it reaches a target, it is able to pierce through clothes and skin, connecting the user's finger to the target, at which point the user releases a powerful current of lightning, which is able to paralyze the opponent completely frozen, for 2 turns. Depending on the area struck, the opponent can even loose consciousness (head) or have difficulty breathing (chest). After contact is made, through what seems like a vaccine sting, the lightning reaches up Mid-Range ( 15m ) in half a second.
    Likewise, the user is able to create a net made of water strings, covering an area of 2 meters radius, anywhere short range from the user. Using the same principle as above, the user can send a current though the strings in order to shock the opponent and paralyze him for 1 turn.

The four ninjas strike at the same time, two of them attempt to strike the opponent straight away while the last two attempt to get behind the opponent and strike him from there. This causes the opponent some confusion and it also makes him concentrate on the ninjas leaving him open to any attacks.

    Description: Brujería resembles a normal katana with the exception of the guard, which appears as a thick disk with spikes around the rim and has a pink handle. The katana has got it's own mind and can communicate with the user. Although it has got no special power whilst it is in its katana form, it's powers are activated once it merges itself with the user and grants the users few powers. In its release, Brujería covers the user's entire body with fifty open eyes, and his legs (along with his lower body) are replaced by a pink pumpkin-like (or sea urchin-like) structure, surrounded by cyclopean faces which somewhat resemble his own face.     Description: Buccal Arts which also means Oral arts is a unique Taijutsu where the user calms himself and ammass high chakra contration using their mouth and throat. Buccal arts evolve further. The main purpose for buccal art is using the mouth as a medium to gain High concentration, also called Oral Concentration. However this style is basical simply taijutsu, this particular one brings genjutsu into the frey, where the user instead of using handseals for pinpoint chakra concentration, he simply SAY WORDS THAT MIMICS THE GENJUTSU he is casting and so this requires the user to use his genjutsu techniques without handseals for a short period of time, it is not passive thus while it is a mode.
    Also while this is active the user have access to 4 basic and reflex illusion by just saying the word. They are
    • I Can't Breath
      The user gains massive chakra control and focus by saying the above word, thus the he instantly put an opponent up to Mid-range of him into an illussion where the opponent instantly feels he's short of air with the air in his wind pipe, lung all vanished. Also air withing short range of him would be gone leaving no oxygen around him for usage.
      This leaves the opponent to struggle for air which he mimics in real life and passes out at the end of a turn if he does not break out from it.
      The amount of exhaustion brought upon the opponent leaves him no luxury of making handseals thus the opponent may only just hold his neck tight, unless he finds a good and valid way of deciphering he is in a genjutsu, and also must be a master in taijutsu whose body is trained to withstand unsituable situations. This last for two turns by which time the opponent would pass out
    • Sneeze
      By just saying the word above, the user channels chakra into the opponent putting him in a funny but simple illusion where he feels funny tingling/sensation in his nasal passageway that won't stop thus instantly and continously causing him high tendency to sneeze
    • Pain
      By saying the above word, the opponent is instantly lured in a demonic illusion where basic things that do cause intense pain happens like he feels a sudden rupture on one of his organ, or swelling of blood passageway, a fracture, tumor, muscle tear and sprain of the spinal column.
      This can be so grievious and sudden, it leaves the opponent loose concentration of whatever they are doing as they would be totally immobile.
    • Invaders Must Die
      The user says the word, channels a good amount of chakra into the opponent and the opponent sees himself wake up like he just had a contursion which would have made him pass out, he wakes up to see himself tied on a cross looking like he wants to be crucified while people shout KILL KILL KILL, a scenerio where judgement has being passed on him. Then a priest which would be infront of him immedialy dips his hand into the victim's chest squeezing the heart until it stops.
    NOTE
    +Each inline genjutsu used counts as a separate move where they all carry A-rank genjutsu weight each, each can only be used once per technique useage.

    The user simply kneads his chakra and sieves/expunges outwards to the surface of his skin, a high percentage of his body fluid(not all) and manipulates it on the highest level while creating a thick gelatinous layer of epidermis above the malphigian layer made of water which is thicker than steel itself. The thick layer of skin appears like that of small interlocking and smooth scales of a reptile and its appearance is somewhat greenish. However the scales can open up at intervals prior to the user's will to avoid the skin from suffocating due to lack of air. Since the user is not creating a new water on his skin surface and only pushing his body fluids outwards makes this jutsu extremely fast and near-instantenous. However when the scaly amour is formed, it does not restrict the user's movement since the user had not gain weight prior to external measure as no external mass are added. The body fluid retains its mass even after being modified and hardened by chakra leaving the user's base speed, fluidness, flexibility and kinetics intact This also heightens the user's defense to the maximum leaving him Impervious to most attacks(elemental strenght and weakness still applies) although the user is vulnerable to lightning technique making him unable to use Lightning techniques throughout the duration of the amour.

Others that can be felt by the victim is reduced lung capacity leaving him with increased want for air causing him to breathe heavily or gasp for air; Hearing loss making there overall hearing ability rapidly deficient and so temporarily deaf; Reduced mental and cognitive ability leaving the foe's ability to think clearly and focus drastically reduced thus them using genjutsu and jutsu that needs high chakra control is impaired; Depression and Memory loss. However there are more affects to this which shows signs of rapid ageing upon the opponent and is thus upto to the user's imagination but within reasoning.
    In real life, the opponent suffers mental stress prior to the illusion and they mimics what happens to them in the illusion and with ones that hinders their movement, the opponent won't be able to move too.

The user is also able to point his hand towards the water, and shoot the pillars out of his hand, and it'll get stuck to the water and turns the water into wood in a relatively high speed (like when shooting a waterbullet, and a clone shoots the pillars at it, it'll be a wood bullet). The user can also simply touch a water source with the pillars, the pillars will get stuck to the water, the water changes into wood and the pillars break off the finger.

This resembles the susanoo a little bit, when the muscles are wrapping around the bones. The wooden thread will wrap around the user's body in the same way the susanoo's muscles do, and at the same speed. There will be 2 small openings for the eyes, so the user's vision would be still there, and the threads are also wrapped around the lips, so when the user opens his mouth an opening would be created at the mouth. The wooden threads will protect the user's body, and whenever the user wants, he could always control and manipulated the wooden threads around his body, like releasing the wood threads/vines and attack the opponent with it. The wooden threads could reach up to long range. The complete wooden body made out of threads, which surrounds the user, will not go away, until it's completely destroyed, or else the wooden threads will regenerate, or after 3 turns have passed or after the user cancels it out with a single handseal.

    Description:Haineko is a large sword in the shape of a flat strawberry, with the leaves as "tips". It has very rough texture and smooth sharp edges, and it could be used as a fan because of the shape and size. The user channels their chakra into the sword, and the blade of the sword will break down into many grey little pieces of sharp blades. To the opponent, it would look like as if the blade itself is dissolving in thin air. The blade particles can become a grey cloud, and with the handle, the user can control/manipulate the particles as little blades by swinging it. Depending on the direction the wielder swings the handle, the cloud of blade particles will move in that direction. If the particles happen to be within close range of the opponent when the user swings the handle, the small blades will begin slicing into the opponent, shredding them. The user can also reform the blade back to normal simply by canceling his chakra flow from the handle.

    Restrictions:
    - Only ~Khallil-Sama~ and those who he allows may only use this weapon.
    - The blade can stay in its "dissolved" form for up to a maximum of two turns.
    - Once the blade has returned back to its original form, the user must wait two turns before they can use its ability again.
    - The ability can be used only three times per battle.
    - While the user is using the swords ability, the user has to put away the handle somewhere for a small moment, or grab it with his/her mouth
    - The user will spend an extra 10 chakra each turn while using the swords ability.
    - The cloud of blade particles move at the speed of the handle that is swung. Ex: If the handle is moved to the left in a slow manner then the cloud will move to the left in a slow manner; if the handle is moved in a fast horizontal slashing motion, then the cloud is moved in a fast horizontal slashing motion.

    Big problems here: I want it clearly stated that the blades will always act as a "cloud" and never be invisible or unoticeable. I don't want you controlling a single tiny blade to cut someones eye out and kill him before he can see it. They will behave as a cloud, always visible. Also, you need to rank it while on this form. I mean, can I us a D-Rank wind and push them back? what about the amount you can produce? I mean, what about the size of this "cloud"?

Summons can have generic traits yes, but nothing like a no move cost ability...that all have... No. No on such abilities. If you want them you need to submit them as techniques.

    Description: Shatter damage is a ninjutsu technique which is fast enough to be used in conjunction with an explosion or a collision between two attacks, as well as anything else which is able to create solid sharples of any kind or small earthen particles/debris. Upon such things happening, the user would use shatter damage and pour their chakra into the surrounding sharples/debris and use that chakra to manipulate them, using them for attacks by sending them towards the opponent at fast speeds whilst manipulating the chakra used to 'burst', causing an explosion within the debris, sending them flying towards the opponent aiming to pierce them from all angles. For defensive methods by having them form a cloud of debris which would be able to protect from B-rank and below attacks or simply for supplementary reason, such as having the 'cloud' of debris/sharples which would block the opponents view as well as enter the opponents eyes, ears, nose and overall simply becoming a hindrance, if not defended from properly. The speed of the jutsu is equivalent to that of wave of inspiration in terms of being able to occur before the sharples/debris land on the ground, allowing this to be a quick follow up jutsu.

    Description: The user would release their sound chakra around their body, allowing them to create 3 vibrating limbs of sound anywhere on their person, as well as an armour made of sound which would cover every inch of their body. The vibrating sound limbs would be clearly visible as they can be seen flickering due to the speed at which they vibrate, all whilst creating a low humming noise which can be heard by opponents short range away from the user. The limbs would have a physical presence, allowing them to counter physical attacks and deflect attacks from Kunais/Katanas with ease all whilst being able to send visible sounds of blasts (A-ranked) which would have the power to counter A-ranked Earth/Wood/Water and anything else which is able to be deflected/dispersed, however it has no affect on Fire or Lightning jutsus, and would simply phase through them. The length of the limbs can differ but they can't be made longer than 1 meter. Should the sound blasts hit the opponent, they'd be able to send the opponent flying whilst dealing blunt damage which would hinder the opponent in the battle as well as messing up their equilibrium slightly, causing them to lose their balance and their hearing. Moreover, the limbs can be used to launch punches and kicks which would let sound enter where the opponent was hit, making the nearest limb impossible to use for 2 turns as the vibrations numb the nerves and muscles surrounding the area hit. The armour would serve no defensive abilities to the user but would simply do what the limbs are capable of doing when physically hitting the opponent, which is numb the surrounding area, however with the armour, it would numb the nerves of the limb which the opponent hits the user with, whilst softening the impact slightly.

    ~ Can only be used twice; Lasts 3 turns.
    ~ No other sound jutsu whilst this is active

The hydra heads like the original Greek myth can regenerate forming more heads but the amount of heads can't exceed 5 heads and once they reached five heads the heads can't regenerate again. The Hydra's necks are tall and can reach opponents standing up to 20 meters.

The user must be at a short ranged to their opponent in order to perform this technique, and in addition, both the user and the opponent must be on top of a water source. By releasing their chakra into the water underneath the user and the opponent, the user is able to manipulate the water to rise up and cover him/herself along with his/her opponent. The opponent and the user will be unable to move because of the density and pressure of the water. By surrounding themselves with a thin shield of chakra before performing the technique, they are able to move freely around the water, though the opponent can do the same even when caught in the jutsu (but it would take 3 seconds to cover yourself in chakra completely.) In the water, the user and the opponent is allowed to use suiton techniques only.

    Note & Restrictions:
    - Can only be used three times per battle

    Description: The user performs the Tiger → Ram handseals and send their chakra to the water source beneath the target. With this they are able to manipulate the water and shape it. They use their chakra to move the water quickly, covering their opponent from underneath. It starts out by covering their feet and slowly move throughout their whole body. When the target is completely covered with the dense water, (shaped kind of like an 3 dimensional oval), the user will put their hands together and sort of squeeze their hands, so that the orb of water would become more pressurized. When they squeeze their hands together hard and harder, the orb becomes denser and denser. After one turn of adding pressure and such by squeezing your hands together, the water will return back to water because it cannot be squished any further. The effects of this technique makes the victim have harder breathing, sluggish movements, and sore body (because of the pressure applied on them) for the next turn.

    Notes & Restrictions:
    - Can only be used three times per battle
    - Needs to wait two full turns before using again.
    - Can only be taught by EdwardSama
    - The victim, if they escape before being covered in the water, will not face any side-effects from the technique.
    - The victim, if they escape in the middle of the technique, will face the same effect as a victim who was trapped for one whole turn, but on a lesser scale.
    - The victim, if they are trapped for one full turn, will take the full effects of this technique (harder breathing, sluggish movements, sore body)
    - The user can add a lightning technique after the water completely covers the target, which will add 15 in damage points.

    Description: The Double Inferno is a twin sword, that when combined together, will form a double-bladed staff. It was handed down from generation to generation, until the unknown clan that had it passed away. The twin swords were forged by a master blacksmith who was well known for his weaponry, however, time passed by and information about the forger of the sword remains a mystery. The sword only cooperates with certain people who possess the will of fire and determination. Others who have tried wielding this legendary sword was killed by the two swords. The two swords act like normal swords; left one used for defending while the right one used for attacking. When you connect the two swords handles together, and release your chakra into the sword, it will go through a change where it becomes a double-bladed staff. This staff, unlike the twin swords, has the ability to release fire with its master/wielder. By exerting your chakra on the center of the staff, you would be able to perform Fire techniques using it. This sword is very sturdy and indestructible. It has a mind of its own and can somehow "speak" to its user by their chakras. By speak, i mean that they are able to warn you of incoming fire techniques because it has the ability to sense fire chakra in a persons body. In addition, this blade could pierce and destroy earth released up to B-ranks, because of the sturdiness and solidness of its blades.

    - The user can only use one hand to form handseals when it is in fused form.

The blade is very sharp and dense enough to cut through the same rank attacks and below attacks because it is shape manipulation on another level so it is equal to A rank elemental ninjutsu jutsus. The difference between this and Chakra Scalpel for medical ninjas is that this technique does external damage and internal when slicing and can be used as a defense in some cases. Also Crow Claw can be used against elemental jutsus which Chakra Scalpel can't do.

The user will then focus their suiton chakra into each of the creatures to cause the humanoid crocodiles to secrete a dense layer of adhesive water (Similar to Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field) from every point on their gargantuan bodies, causing the already present layer of adhesive mud to fuse with the sticky water to make for a very dense, viscous and adhesive mixture. As a result the crocodiles become capable of traversing through even the densest and stickiest of mediums e.g. Swamp of the Underworld. This makes them extremely proficient in swimming through similar liquids, with their maneuverability being heightened the denser the medium they are traveling through. On land, these creatures are extremely sluggish, in water or when they are submerged with solid ground, they match the speed of an average aquatic creature, in adhesive mud and liquid metals, their speed is unsurpassed, partly because they aren't hampered by the sheer viscousity of such mediums. The composition of the adhesive water/mud-like layer grants it properties of being both extremely viscous and an unparalleled level of stickiness. The viscosity of the mixture makes it so that weapons or physical objects can only partially pass through it until they run out of momentum, making Taijutsu and Kenjutsu ineffective against these creatures, as the user's body/weapon will cling to them, preventing further maneuverability. This also translates to kunai, swords and other projectiles become trapped inside the mixture. Its stickiness also grants it the effect of being able to congeal semi-solid elements together such as: Sand, Gold sand and Iron sand. Rendering them ineffective as they can no longer reform and reshape, a property they depend on in combat. This interaction is similar to the 2nd Mizukage's oily water breaking down Gaara's sand, but on a much higher level, making it capable of affecting all sand-based elements. One final property granted by the adhesive water/mud-like layer is that the creatures become extremely resistant to burning and heat based elements (due to infusion of water), protecting the hard, rocky interior of the large beasts. Alternatively, these crocodiles can be used whilst the user is submerged in a swamp or they can be spewed directly from the user's mouth, meaning the user doesn't have to be in contact with the ground to use this technique. The crocodiles also possess extremely long jaws capable of biting down with crushing force and spiked tails which can be used for physical attacks.

    A bit too many properties stacked on eachother. Besides, you cannot claim their immunity to Taijutsu and Kenjutsu based on their sticky properties. There are Taijutsu and Kenjutsu technique which don't work based on that physical interaction so those would work. It should count as two moves since you're essentially using two techniques. and I want a note stating exactly what these creatures can endure in terms of defensive abilities.

    Description: The user performs 4 hand seals. Then the user of this technique will gather his suiton chakra around his hands. He/She will then continue to gather more water from the moisture in the air, or from a water source near by, and focus it. Once these process is over with, the user will thrust his hand forward, releasing the water in the form of a spear. A water spear that is very strong, with cutting capabilities, able to cut through some of the thickest rocks.

    (Genjutsu: Kagami Mayakashi) - Illusionary Arts: Mirror Deception

    Description: The user, present on the battle field channels his very own chakra into the enemy's chakra system. Altering and disrupting the flow of it to make the victim's senses go haywire. Once the genjutsu has been successfully cast, the poor and unfortunate victim won't feel anything right away. The two senses that this genjutsu affects are that of touch and sight, but never the same at a time. (For example, if fire is around them they will feel the heat from the flames but don't see it, or if a fireball is coming at them they will see a snow storm, or a water bullet coming but feel the heat when it gets closer.) It begins to work when the caster begins to move around, or release some sort of attack at him. The two senses of the victim will be the opposite in everything he sees or tries to do. If the user of this jutsu release a fire jutsu, the victim of the genjutsu will see the fire approaching (Obviously he will see the fireball before feeling the intense heat of it) as if it was something quite normal, but instead his sense of touch won't correspond (when it reaches closer). Instead he will feel a icey or chilly feeling approaching him, as if it was a small but strong snow storm approaching him. If he is trap under water, he will begin to feel a burning sensation all over his body, as if he is being burnt alive, receiving third degree burns all over the body but see that he is under/in/around water. Which ever sense reacts first to the initial attack, the other sense will act up. I the user sees the threat first, he will feel something different when it arrives or reaches closer. If he feels it first, he will see the opposite or see something which is not what he is feeling at all.

    -Only usable 3 times per battle
    -No A rank and above Genjutsu the next turn
    -Can only be taught by Venom
