    Description and Background:
    Quetzals are strikingly colored birds in the trogon family. They are found in forests and woodlands, especially in humid highlands, with the five species from the genus Pharomachrus being exclusively Neotropical, while the single Euptilotis species is almost entirely restricted to western Mexico also in Baja Verapaz, Guatemala. They are fairly large (all over 32 cm or 13 inches long), slightly bigger than other trogon species. Quetzals have iridescent green or golden-green wing coverts, back, chest and head, with a red belly. They are strongly sexually dimorphic, and parts of the females' plumage are brown or grey. These largely solitary birds feed on fruits, berries, insects and small vertebrates (such as frogs). Despite their bright plumage, they can be surprisingly difficult to see in their wooded habitats.

    Description: After using Inhaling Maw to absorb the physical and spiritual energies of an opponents jutsu, the user will gather up his dark chakra and slam one if his palms against the ground, releasing the chakra through the mark into the ground which gathers below his opponent causing a dark circle 3 meters in diameter to appear. As the dark circle appears, dozens of dark arms with hands attached the the end of them rise up from the circle surrounding the target and begin smashing into them. The force of the dark hands smashing into the opponent is to break bones and cause sever internal damage.

As the circle appears, some of the dark chakra from the circle will begin to rise up from behind the target and form into an angle of death with a large purple scythe in its hands. The moment the angel is formed it will begin to spin around rapidly with the scythe slicing the opponent six times. Of course the scythe it self doesn't actually cause any cuts but it does cause extreme internal damage to the areas that are hit.

     Declined  I was going to approve and do the same edit I did to the other technique but in my mind a question came up: why doesn't it do cuts and does internal damage? Its chakra that manifests externally, as we've seen when it was used against Naruto or against the other ninjas Hiruko attacked. It has impact and kinetic energy to it so it will do external damage, not internal.

Even though they cause no physical cuts on the outside they do cause pain like that of actually being sliced by swords as well as causing internal damage to the areas that they hit.

     Declined  Problem with this: you release "dark chakra" from your meiton mark... As far as we know, you can't simply materialize it anywhere you want it to. It has to be emitted from the mark and then shaped or wtv into the attack you want. It does mean that KG is limited to an extent but its the limits of how it can be used and how it was used.

    Description: The user would perform the normal summoning ritual, whether it involves the use of a summoning tattoo (and blood), or the performance of a sequence of hand seals and use that to not call forth a live Crow summoning, but their chakra and body. Upon doing this, the user would have a sudden burst of a substantial amount of chakra coming from the land of Crows as well as some characteristics. These characteristics allow the ninja who enters crow mode to be slightly more receptive and intelligent (as crows are meant to be among the world's most intelligent animals), figuring out plans and aims of a person simply based on their previous actions, this ability is somewhat similar to Minato's quick thinking and analytical abilities, albeit whilst remaining somewhat inferior. As well as the things mentioned, the user also gains some physical attributes from entering Crow mode. One of these attributes includes the users body being completely covered in sharpened feathers, with spots such as the eyes, mouth and nose remaining unaffected. The feathers have no defensive capabilities but can be shoot out 3 times per battle as an A-ranked attack to which the user can add his elemental chakra to, giving the feathers a slight edge, as well as characteristics of the basic 5 elements. Despite this, the feathers retain their their extremely sharp nature which allows them to be shoot out without the addition of elemental chakra, however, in this situation, they can be neutralized by an A-rank attack of any element. The last ability involves the beak's of crows, which the user can call forth from his own body, whether it's to be shoot out towards the opponent in the place of a Kunai or simply be used for defensive purposes where the user can make the beaks emerge from every single point in his body. The beak has a stronger power as compared to the more flimsy feathers and so can be used to neutralize a single S-ranked attack before either dropping off to the ground or going back into the users body. This specific ability can only be used 3 times, and like the feathers can be infused with elemental chakra.

     Declined  If you summon his body and chakra, then you summon the animal. If you summon only the chakra, you kill the animal. And regardless of any of that, having chakra from a crow into your body will hardly make you smart. As a final note, summoning techniques summon an object or a living being. Why? Because you need a physical thing to link to the contract. I don't believe you can summon chakra alone.

    Description: The user would release his chakra whilst performing movements with either a weapon or his hands and use them to create a mirage in the shape which his movements were made of (mirages are made out of chakra), the user would then go on to add an elemental chakra into those mirages to give them abilities which are able to Cut/Pierce (Wind), Shock (Lightning/pierce/paralyse), Burn (Fire), Cause physical pain, cuts and depending on how fast the opponent is moving when he/she runs into them, knock unconscious (Earth) and lastly create a crushing(due to pressure of the water)/cutting(if made small and sharp) effect or attempt to drown an opponent (Water), since the mirages remain stationary, it allows the user to create an attack which remains until it has come into contact with something which neutralizes it. The elemental chakra can be added as the streaks are being made or the user can wait until a later time, depending on the situation at hand. A secondary use of this technique occurs when a sudden surge of chakra travels from the users body and is released outwards into mid range from his position, to create long ‘ropes’ of chakra which have a length of 10 meters (Which is mid ranged anyway). These chakra ‘ropes’ are flexible and act like normal ropes, allowing the user to swing or slash with them. Without the addition of elemental chakra, the ropes remain the same rank and have the ability to restrain and attack the opponent as normal ropes which chakra channelled into them, however, with chakra channelled into them, the ropes would take the characteristics of the specific element channelled into them.

     Declined  Sorry, but mirages have been done for taijutsu, kenjutsu, simple movement, in genjutsu, for summons, etc. While you try to give it a unique touch by adding a physical property to it and thus damage, the problem comes when you try to apply this to a battle and it becomes simply either generic elemental blasts performed through movement of a weapon or body or simply a copy of many existing techniques. And you tried to make it so that it has a secondary usage which in no way is linked to the primary one.

    (Doton: Rōsha No Hibana ) - Earth Release: Deaf Spark

    Description: An activation of sorts, this jutsu allows the user to use other Earth techniques but with a slight difference which allows the jutsus used to have a different layer of Earth emerge simultaneously. This layer of Earth would add no extra damage to the Earth used but merely scrapes against it continuously, at fast speeds, causing the original Earth, beneath the layer to be extremely hot due to frictional heating. As this process occurs, the Earth jutsu being used creates sparks which fly off 2/3 meters from the source, the sparks do no damage if they manage to land on the opponent, however, if left on clothing, they have the ability to slowly burn the piece of clothing, unless put out within a turn (can be put out by simply patting it away with your hand). This whole process allows normal Earth jutsus used to deal scorching damages equivalent to that of a C-ranked Fire technique, however, as already mentioned the rank of the Earth jutsu used remains the same and so can be destroyed by an appropriately ranked technique, according to the strengths and weaknesses of the Earth element. Moreover, this jutsu would have no effects on the mud based Earth jutsus as the layer of Earth has no source from which it can emerge from when used.

     Declined  I find it illogical mainly because not all earth techniques are hard rock and thus this wouldn't work in all earth techniques. And while you say it does no damage, it then states it does C-Rank fire damage. If I am to approve something like this it can't be used on all earth techniques and it cannot simply have a cost for activation. It has to have an additional chakra cost for every technique you use with this effect. You post it and for X turns it adds this effect to the technique but every earth technique with this added effect has to have an additional Y chakra points spent.

    Description: An illusion based on the deceit of the wielder. Innitiated waving the activating seals ( Boar > Snake > Horse ) channeling the chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway within the Brain. Within the illusion, the target will see any elemental techniques's weakness element take place, instead of the actual element. The cunning illusion is rather simple. For example, should the user hurl a blast of water torwards the genjutsu affected target, what they will believe it to be will be an earth structure of around the same size and similiar characteristics of the water blast. Basically changing the nature of the attack for it's natural weakness. For a lightning bolt, it would appear to be an omnious wind orb/blast, a Fire stream would be seen as a water jet stream, even an earth spike would seem like a lightning spike and subsequently the same result for the rest of the elements. Any shape that resembles the orginal natured attack is to be seen, always with the same size, and within reason. Referring to the fact that should the user summon for example a swamp of mud, it wouldn't appear as a swamp of lightning, as that itself lacks logic. This is the same principle for other techniques, regardless of elemental nature. Albeit the examples provided, this genjutsu is not restricted to those specifically, it works with most elemental techniques, but as mentioned formerly, within reason.
    - Only useable with the Basic 5 elements.
    - Only useable x3 per battle.
    - No B ranked of higher genjutsu in the next turn is to be used.
    - Cannot be used in consecutive turns.

    Description: A skill, not so much of a technique, but rather natural harnessing of one's body after mastering strong fist (Taijutsu). It allows the person using it to read the muscles and other factors of the opponents body to predict where the next attack will come from. However it can only be used if both opponents are touching each other (contact being made) and it cannot predict two attacks at the same time. This technique was developed by taijutsu specialists, by making direct contact with the target, upon the foe making a movement, the muscle motion is 'read' by the user, so to speak - as such biography with taijutsu as speciality, is required, or atleast mastering Strong fist, however being a taijutsu specialists allows the user to do this more swiftly and with better flexibility and concetration. Because of their mastery over CQC and body prowess, it allows them to know which limb or body part the foe is going to move by reading the muscle movements made after contact is made, as mentioned formerly. However, the contact must remain for aslong as needed, only after the opponent makes a movement which the user will read, then, they can release the contact, and act appropriately.
    - Useable only upon direct contact being made.


     Declined  Sorry but this is what experience in freeform and sharingan and some additional skills like sensory, etc give you. Its not something I'm going to allow someone to make a technique off and say they can predict it to that extent.     Description: The user channels Futon chakra within his gunbai, in similar style of Temari,before throwing it outwards towards a target. As the gunbai rapidly approaches the target, the user tugs on the chain attached to said Gunbai, causing the gunbai to yank similarly in a fashion that the user tugs it in, releasing the wind chakra from the gunbai in the form of a burst of rapidly spinning, thin yet wide spreading wind, cutting and slicing through most objects. As the user tugs and the wind is released, the user tugs the gunbai once more, causing it to switch movement once more as it releases yet another burst of wind of the same nature as the first burst, this time coming in from a separate angle, colliding with the wind from the first burst to form a rapidly spinning, larger mass of wind, spinning in similar fashion to a large Tornado, localized and forming at the point of release, around the enemy and causing the two conflicting winds to cut through the target effortlessly as the tornado disperses shortly after both winds collide.
    Note: Can only be used three times.

    Description: The user channels Katon chakra into his gunbai before swinging it at his target. As the user swings it, he releases a wave of fire from the gunbai in the shape of the Uchiha Clan's signature emblem, enlarged to around 10 meters tall and 10 meters wide. As the emblem shaped flame is released, the user launches the gunbai itself towards the enemy, channeling Futon chakra as he does this. As the gunbai travels ahead of the flame, the user pulls the chain of the gunbai, pulling it back towards him before swiftly following up with an upwards swing of the chain, causing the gunbai to flap upwards into the air in a wave, the top of the gunbai popping so to speak and releasing a burst of wind chakra as it flaps, directly timed to happen as the emblem shaped flame approach the target. As the wind is released directly as the flames pass the gunbai's position, the wind enlarges the flames and causes it to grow in size and mass. As the emblem rises in size, the emblem begans to rotate on it's point, becoming reminiscent of a spinning top. As it begins to spin, the user ( now with gunbai back in hand) is able to control the emblem's direction and movements. However, while the user is moving and controlling the emblem, he is unable to form handseals for other jutsus.
    Note: Can only be used two times.
    Note: Require a Gunbai with a chain attached.
    Note: Requires a break of two turns between usages.
    Note: Counts as two moves per turn if the wind chakra is channeled and utilized.

    Description: Based on similar principles of the (Uchihagaeshi) Uchiha's Return technique, the user wields his Gunbai Uchiwa and channels chakra through it and the chain normally attached to it to increase the original technique's reach as well as making it more effective through Katon chakra. As the enemy releases an energy based attack, the user channels chakra through the gunbai and chain as he launches the gunbai towards the attack with the blink of an eye. As the gunbai travels, upon making contact with the attack, the user causes the gunbai to bloack and absorb the attack, nullifying it's effects. Madara then tugs and the chain, allowing the gunbai to move in a wave and release the absorbed chakra in a burst of raw chakra. Should an attack with corporeal form be released towards the user, the user is able to then send S ranked Katon based chakra to his gunbai to cause the gunbai to instead absorb that chakra instead and forcibly release a burst of raw chakra from the gunbai in the direction of the attack, or alternative source should the user wave the chain, and subsequently the gunbai, in a different manner. Due to the powerful burst of raw chakra from the gunbai however, the chain attached allows the force from the impact to travel back to the user, causing damage to the arm that launched the gunbai.
    Note: Follows same restrictions of the Uchiha's Return jutsu.
    Note: Can only be used by Madara Uchiha or Obito Uchiha bios.
    Note: Arm used in conjunction to the chain is left injured, making arm based taijutsu with said arm more difficult and less fluid and stiffer, making intricate and fast taijutsu movements impossible for two turns as well as A ranked taijutsu and above as well.
    Note: Katon jutsus above A rank are not able to be used the next turn.

    Fenriru No Hikō | Fenrir's Claws

    Description: A heavily ninjutsu orientated Inuzuka technique in which the user releases an abundance of silverish chakra that coats their fingers, forming talon like claws of highly condensed chakra. The claws being exceptionally sharp, can be utilised to slash and dice the opponent, holding enough physical prowess to easily slice through a Katana, or even a war hammer for that matter. The true prowess of these chakra claws however is that, through a thrust or slash, they can be released forwards as projectiles, following a pattern similar to that of their release method. For example a straight thrust would result in five straight lined streaks being released, or five arching crescent streaks if released through a swing. With the user capable of releasing four sets of such attacks, dividing the power among them, or alternatively releasing it all in one go for a more powerful singular attack. The released chakra waves can be made to naturally expand so as to prove more of an offensive threat, capable of growing to sizes just slightly greater than that of a human body over a short period of time. However when these claws strike something solid, instead of puncturing, slicing, and blasting through them as they would intangible elements, they instead forcefully erupt, separating into dozens of tiny whirling claw shaped chakra structures that rampage forth outwards at any direction forwards of a 210 degree angle of the chakra streaks original direction, thus preventing them from backlashing onto the user. This of course only applies to solid techniques, should the technique clash with a water, fire, or wind technique it would not erupt, with the claws capable of overpowering A ranked elemental techniques to play equal against S ranked elemental techniques.

    Note:

    - This technique can also be utilised with wind, fire, or lightning chakra, respecting the elemental S/W
    - +10 if utilised to coat and empower real claws.
    - Can only be used 3x
    - No Inuzuka techniques above S rank for the rest of the turn.

     Declined  You miss on making this usable in battle. Its approvable and the abilities are ok as are the restrictions though there are some notes you need to explain and/or add:
    a) it will be best if you add a chakra cost to sustain this and state how long you can sustain the technique otherwise its virtually useless in battle to have a claw which you can only use momentarily.
    b) remove the adding of elements. If you keep that in, it has to be DNR as it becomes a mimicry of existing elemental techniques. Its raw, condensed chakra, neutral to elements due to its high compression and shape manipulation.
    c) explain how or if you are capable of doing handseals or holding weapons or wtv while its active.
    d) remove the +10 note
    e) if its inuzuka, it would be nice if you added a part where this technique can be performed by your dogs as well
    f) finally, make it mid range max.


    (Fūinjutsu: Arutemisu Kaisei ) Sealing Arts: Hit Marker

    Description: A Fūinjutsu technique in which a user by focusing chakra onto their fists and feet, or other areas such as the elbows and knees (Although limited to affecting a maximum of four areas), the user will create the Kanji for 'Hit' ('やあ') which will reside upon said areas. The Kanji's affect is that, each time the user strikes with the targeted areas, a sizeable Kanji for 'strike' ('打') will form in the vicinity of where the strike ends, whether the translucent blue Kanji is left to float in mid air, or be plastered onto a struck object all depends on the users movement and intentions. When the Kanji comes into contact with a foreign chakra source, it emits a pulsing force to inflict brute blunt damage; with the damage emitted essentially being equal to that of the power of the strike utilised to form it. Thus, the faster the strike, the more powerful or weighty the strike, and the wider the strike path, the stronger the pulse emitted by the Kanji towards the foreign chakra source will be. The Kanji generally remain in their formed positions, there are however two exceptions, the first is if the Kanji is actually formed directly upon a object, in which case said object will be stuck with it, the second is if the user touches, or strikes the Kanji with their 'Hit' marked limb, essentially allowing the user to manually push a Kanji to a desired direction by doing so. Of course, the manner in which the Kanji function allows them to be utilised in various ways, whether it be attempting to form as many Kanji as possible in a short time frame through the use of rapid, yet probably weaker strikes, or perhaps even attempting to utilise the Kanji from range by striking them towards the opponent. Of course, after a Kanji releases its pulse it disperses. The size of the Kanji formed is dependant on two factors, firstly the size of the users fist, or marked area, secondly the power of the attack. For instance a standard freeform punch formed by a person who has mastered Strong Fist and is of Kage rank would likely be two to three times the size of their fist, while more powerful or likewise weaker users could have larger, or smaller Strike markers respectively. Naturally, the larger the Strike Marker the larger the pulse.

    Note:

    - Last for four turns

    Description: A Fūinjutsu technique in which the user forms up to five arrows, or similarly small throwing objects such as Kunai or Shuriken, from shape manipulated chakra; with contours that would form various Kanji, or perhaps various Kanji molded to form the arrows structure. The most prominent Kanji being 'Recognise', 'Search' and 'Seal'. The arrows being pitch black can be launched and chakra propelled towards their targets, capable of aerodynamic movement similar to, yet greater than their physical counterparts. The arrows do not interact with physical matter, but instead pass straight through, the same being true for elemental techniques. However, when the arrows come in contact with a technique of foreign chakra, for instance a wall of flames released by the opponent, they would phase through the flames while also recognising the element of the technique and its user, a tell tale sign of this occurrence being the arrows shift in colour to match that of the 'sampled' techniques. They would then whizz towards the user of said technique and, should they manage to strike them would place a restricting seal which would prevent them from utilising fire elemental techniques of any nature for the next two turns. The arrows however do have their own set of catches, after 'sampling', should they come into contact with another technique of a different elemental nature they would simply dissipate due to the different element interfering with their program sequence. However should they come in contact with a different technique of the same elemental nature their effects would be doubled. While originally created to target elemental techniques, this jutsu works for any chakra that has a definable difference from normal chakra, whether it be chakra influenced to form structures from a KG or advanced element, or even the chakra of Tailed Beasts. Should the arrows be utilised to make a victim of a KG, for instance Wood Release, it's effects would in essence be far more devastating, sealing the enemies ability to utilise not only their KG, but also the elements that comprise the KG - in this case Earth and Water. However chakra that has only shape transformation applied would be immune to the arrows ability, as the arrows would be made to target and seal the ability to apply a certain nature to chakra (Or in the case of Tailed Beasts, chakra with a unique and definable 'tint'.), instead should the technique be of an equal or higher rank it would simply neutralize the arrows, causing them to fade out of existence. Of course due to the number of situations that could render the arrows useless due to their own rules, this technique can sometimes be defined as best used at close range against opponents shrouding themselves within an element, effectively allowing the rather fast travelling arrows to yank the enemy free from elemental modes and similar such techniques.

    Note:

    - Can only be used 2x
    - Naturally any sustained techniques of a sealed element would have their sustenance removed, resulting in their release.

    Description:
    Amaterasu no Ken, literally meaning Sword of the Sun God, is a spiritual weapon that was forged by a Uchiha clan member who activate the legendary incomplete Doujutsu, the Mangekyou Sharingan, and also had access to the abilities of Amaterasu, Susanoo and Tsukyumi. Although this weapon looks like a standard chokutoo with a black hilt and scabbard with the Uchiha clan's symbol engraved onto it's hilt, it's made of the same spiritual energy that the Susanoo is made of, making the weapon virtually indestructible, along with being very strong. Despite being made of spiritual resonating energy, the blade looks solid and doesn't have the same aura of the Susanoo. This blade was made for the sole purpose of applying the inextinguishable black flames of Amaterasu to Kenjutsu attacks, either freeform or techniques. The blade of the Chokutō contains two sealing formulas engraved onto it's metallic structure, one sealing formula that's used to seal the Amaterasu black flames into the blade of the sword, and another one to break the seal and release the black flames from the seal, however, when the black flames are released, they only are attached to the blade of the Chokutō, it doesn't spread on it's own due to a third sealing formula that's used to contain the black flames to the blade of the chokutō and stop it from spreading to the hilt and hurting it's own user. This spiritual weapon was found by Sasuke Uchiha, and as such found it a great tool to be used, since he has the Blaze Release affinity, making him even more skilled with the usage of the chokutō than it's creator. Sasuke can use his " Enton: Kagutsuchi" technique to add shape manipulation to the undying black flames that's on the blade of the Chokutō, using those flames as a base for his usage of Blaze Release techniques, however, normal Blaze Release technique's rules apply to this shape manipulation, meaning for example, when using the "Enton: Kagutsuchi" technique, Sasuke can't manipulate the flames past a Mid ranged distance. Using such a technique against solid objects (swords, projectiles etc), the bone is able to burn through said object. This can only be used on kaguya techniques after they have been released, an example would be using this jutsu after having performed such a technique as "Dance of the Willows" then continuing to manipulate fire chakra to spread throughout the bone, avoiding the user's skin. This can also be used on "Ten Finger Drilling Bullets", releasing a concentrated amount of fire chakra within each bone before firing them off toward an intended target. Due to the coating of the user's own fire chakra & bone, the bone itself is protected from any ill effects of the fire. The technique itself however cannot be sustained for a long period of time.

     Declined  Sorry but Bone = Living Tissue. Living tissue + Scorching Temperature = mushy, dead, burnt tissue. The user however is unable to maneuver in different directions without ricocheting off a solid structure(including the ground) & as they do, their body reverts back to it's original state(this roughly lasts for a second, unless willfully stopped) just before once again, transmuting to pure lightning. Even when traveling in a single direction, this technique can only allow the user to reach up to a Short range radius(5m) from the point of transmutation. The user can, on will, revert back to their original body & their vision is unaffected while in a pure lightning state. While in this state the user cannot pass through any large sources of solid(Including compressed sand or dust) or liquid(whether mud or water), taking the full brunt force of the attack & is forced back into their original state. This technique is ideal for close combat situations but requires a great amount of focus & chakra for each transmutation(+15 chakra). If the user is caught by a Wind jutsu then they are forcefully reverted back to their original state & an opposing Water jutsu has an increase in damage(+5). The user must be in motion to sustain the transmutation & opposing Taijutsu strikes are simply run through the user's body if caught in motion. The user is unable to perform any technique while in their pure lightning body.

    Description: The user first manipulates both their calcium & chakra to a specified part of the body. As it reaches chakra begins to manipulate the bone structure & has the bone build upon itself a hollow cylinder that rises up & slightly emerges through the skin. The purpose of the cylinder is to discharge a set amount of both foreign chakra & the user's own chakra. Due to not being able to specifically pin point the amount of any type foreign chakra, the user must sacrifice a portion of his own. The user is unable to set the amount of chakra to discharge but must mirror the same amount as the technique used against them. If the opponent had used an S Rank technique then the user must release the chakra cost of that technique, on top of the chakra cost of this technique(altogether equaling 80). Chakra is released as a steam of smoke through the vent. Timing of each release depends on the rank of the opposing jutsu, The higher the rank the longer the release. D Rank being a rapid expulsion of chakra, allowing the user to continue straight after. S Rank roughly taking 2-3 seconds to release the chakra. The idea of the jutsu is to aid in releasing the user from illusions as well as being used to flush out other types of foreign chakra.

     Approved  Edited. Ok, if he can use water techniques then he can also use that one. Pushed it to S-Rank techniques and reduced his size. He's already too big to be used in battle decently anyway so he was too big. No summon that has abilities can stay on the field more than 4 turns. Also, he doesn't have hands so you need to be careful when you say your summons can use techniques... If they don't have hands and you don't mention it, they can never use techniques that need handseals which will make them virtually useless.

Its feet are webbed, and it has a yellow chest and a yellow-and- purple face. It has eyes with white sclera, red irises, and white pupils. A large, projecting purple stripe runs down the middle of its head, with projecting blue stripes in between its large, yellow ears. Its mouth is hidden behind a large, pink tongue that wraps around Greninja's neck and extends outward behind its head. Greninja is a proficient user water release and thus can perform up to A rank techniques. He can perform handseals like most toads despite not having the normal number of fingers in his hands. Greninja is also capable of keeping up with the speed of any ninja unless they have enhanced speed. Greninja is 1.5 meters tall. Greninja has a special move called Water shuriken. Using his great ability in water style Greninja is to create a giant shuriken from the moisture in the air. The shuriken is as big as normal giant shuriken except there is no hole in the middle. Greninja will then throw the shuriken. While the shuriken is in flight Greninja can clap his hands to cause the shuriken to burst apart and form into four smaller shuriken, each one being 1/4th the size of the giant shuriken.

    Description: A supplementary technique used to aid earth techniques in area's they lack prowess, mainly their natural weakness. Seono corrupts earth technique to deal slices with wind, however because it requires an existing earth technique to fuction, alone it carries no damage points. Basically, after creating any solid earth technique, by waving a single handseal (Dragon) - imbuing wind chakra into the existing earth. The wind would leek out of the earth technique itself and clad itself onto the every part of the earth body, creating a coat of spinning wind around the earth technique. Working as an extra layer of skin, thin enough, so that the earth does not lose it's shape nor it's offensive/defensive capabilities get dwarfed. Still however, providing slicing capabilities, in order to slice while still impaling or striking the foe with the earth technique aided by the thin slicing wind clad on it. The earth technique would remain the same, only with a light gray hue cladded onto it, which is the slicing wind. An earth spike for example, would remain as sharp as always, however in addition to it's gray hue, it'd also now provide small but sharp slices onto the foe, while stabbing them. This is a method used to defend the earth from it's natural weakness, lightning. It can be used on most earth techniques with a solid shape and structure, all within reason. It's useless when being used on techniques such as mud oriented and such. Despite the rank of the earth technique used on, this will remain B ranked. It follows natural weakness and strengths, regarding lightning, wind, and earth. The clad of wind does not enchance the earth techniques' speed in any way.

    - Can only be used on 1 earth technique per use.
    - Can only be used x5 per battle.
    - Cannot be used in consecutive turns.

This is a combination of Iaido and Samurai Sabre and will end the Samurai Sabre if active when using this move.

This works by how the ears react to hearing very loud sounds and the ringing that occurs after, which is often due to damage caused to the microscopic endings of nerves in your inner ear. This jutsu gradually amplifies the after-effects of being exposed to large amounts of loud sound, first high pitch ringing will be heard dealing no damage other than being annoying. By the second turn if the jutsu hasn't been stopped, the opponent starts to hear it more, as it begins to become a distraction, sometimes causing the opponent to slip up. As the jutsu persists over a span of three turns the noise becomes louder and louder, eventually causing the opponent to lose all concentration and instinctively cover their ears , and receive internal damage signified by bleeding out the ears.

    Description: Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon is a Shakujō of debated origin. While legend has it that the weapon is the very Shakujō used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, the Sage of Six Paths, legend and reality rarely coincide. Though many care not about the Shakujō's origins, those who do care agree that it is not the exact weapon used by the Sage, but it was most likely fashioned after it and has existed since the time of the Sage, despite having no physical defects or signs of age. From this, even more rumors and legends have sprung, including such that the Sage himself touched the Shakujō, however briefly, and from that contact the weapon gained "mystical powers". Whatever the truth behind the mysterious weapon is, its power is undeniable.
    The weapon takes the appearance of a long wooden staff, 1.8 meters tall (as tall, if not slightly taller, than an average man), topped with a golden ring standing straight up on the end of the shaft. Interlaced into the golden ring are six smaller gold rings, generally positioned so that three hand on the left side, and three hand on the right side of the shaft. On the inside of each of the rings is a single kanji, representing "Human", "Animal", "Naraka", "Preta", "Deva", and "Asura", respectfully. On the golden casing connecting the large ring to the shaft of the Shakujō itself, the kanji for "Life" is written, as each kanji on the inner rings represents one of the six paths of reincarnation. Otherwise, the Shakujō is plain to look at, and appears to be nothing special. However, when the weapon mimics a chakra type, it takes on a tinge of a color which generally represents the chakra type. For example, the wood and gold may take on a reddish hue when mimicking Katon, or it may become a rustic brown while mimicking Doton, and so on and so forth.
    Abilities:
    (Kamereon no Iro Henkō) Chameleon's Color Change - This is the primary ability of Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon. With this ability, when the Shakujō comes into contact with a type of chakra, the Shakujō itself "memorizes" the characteristics of said chakra type and adapts to mimic it. For example, when a fireball passes over the Shakujō, it "feels" the characteristics of Katon chakra and takes on their properties, making it resilient to wind-based technique, vulnerable to water-based technique, and allowing it to inflict weak burns upon contact. This ability is available to both techniques used by the user, as well as techniques performed by one's opponent. That is what gives the Shakujō its strength; the ability to mimic the traits of an opposing chakra type and allow the user to fight on-par with said chakra type through use of the Shakujō, so long as the weapon has made physical contact with the a form of the chakra type it intends to mimic. The user, while holding the Shakujō, may release the affinity granted to Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon at any time they wish, reducing the weapon back to its normal form without any characteristics or special abilities granted by having absorbed a chakra type. Additionally, the user may not choose for their Shakujō, while in its "base form", to not absorb a chakra type it comes into contact with; the ability is "subconscious", so to speak, as the weapon takes on new characteristics of its own accord as soon as its possible.
    (Kamereon no Kyasutoofusheru) Chameleon's Cast-Off Shell - One of the more basic techniques of Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon, the Chameleon's Cast-Off Shell refers to the skin shed by a Chameleon which is left behind. Essentially, this technique is a type of Henge, or Transformation, which conceals the Shakujō's true form. When entering battle, the weapon is always "shelled", or rather, is always transformed by a higher-level Henge than the E-rank Academy version into a form which suits the user (to be stated in the bio). Before any abilities of Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon can be used, its "shell" must be "cast off", or in other words, the Henge must be canceled. When this special Henge is canceled, a bright light is emitted from the "shell", which takes the place of the generic puff of smoke. The light blocks vision as well as the generic puff of smoke does.
    (Kamereon no Nagashi Hifu) Chameleon's Shedding Skin - Once the Shakujō has taken on the characteristics of a chakra type, the user is capable of rendering its physical form into that of a Shakujō comprised completely of said chakra type. For example, if Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon took on the characteristics of Katon, while using the "Chameleon's Shedding Skin" ability the Shakujō would become a perfect replica of itself, comprised solely of flame. While the weapon is in this "mode", the user must be in physical contact with the Shakujō, as well as the user is unable to utilize chakra unless it is in the same form as their Shakujō. Additionally, the Shakujō has the ability to contain its form at the point of contact with the wielder (usually the palm) in such a way that if the weapon takes on a form which would normally be dangerous, the user will still be able to touch their weapon without harm. Meaning, going back to the earlier example, if the weapon was comprised of flame the user could only use chakraless techniques and Katon. Additionally, where the user's hand is holding the Shakujō, they will not be burned by the flames. This ability becomes a burden on the user if it is used when the weapon has taken on a chakra type of the opponent which the user is unable to mold, leaving them unable to do anything related to chakra aside from keep the "mode" active.
    Restrictions: To begin, only those allowed by the member Sharingdork may wield Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon. Additionally, to avoid paradoxes in battle and the Ninja World, as only one of these weapons exists, a "hierarchy" shall be created while users are training to utilize the weapon correctly as to who may use the weapon should two wielders fight.
    The Shakujō itself is very resilient to attack, especially in its "base state". Being that its primary ability is to absorb the characteristics of chakra types through physical contact, Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon cannot be destroyed by attacks of S-rank and below; however, empowered S-rank techniques, as well as Forbidden-rank techniques may damage and even destroy the weapon.
    (Kamereon no Iro Henkō) Chameleon's Color Change - Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon can only maintain the affinities of a chakra type for three consecutive turns before reverting back to its "base state". Additionally, it costs a move to alter its characteristics when it mimics an opponent's technique, but the ability is passive when used by the user's technique, only requiring the technique itself which triggers the Shakujō's "Color Change". It also counts as a move when the weapon is forced back into its "base state", but is passive when it exceeds its "three-turn" rule. When the Shakujō has taken on the characteristics of a chakra type, it gains the strengths and weaknesses of said chakra type. To return once again to the Katon example, when the weapon has Katon characteristics, its resilience to Katon and Fuuton increases, meaning that only empowered Forbidden-ranked techniques of these elements may break it, while it becomes weak to Suiton, allowing S-rank Suiton to damage the Shakujō. With that said, the Shakujō becomes resilient to the same chakra type as its characteristic, as well as all chakra types its characteristics are strong against, while it is weak to chakra types its characteristics are weak against. To avoid paradoxes, should the chakra type Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon mimics be weak to itself, the Shakujō is weak to the chakra type which it is mimicking.
    (Kamereon no Kyasutoofusheru) Chameleon's Cast-Off Shell - When Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon is in its "shelled" state, it is considered to be "sealed" in accordance to the "one custom weapon per battle" rule, as well as the "custom weapons which were not made by the wielder must be summoned" rule. While in its advanced Henge state, the weapon is considered to be merely what its Henge is, so as to avoid its Henge form being unavailable when using other weapons, should this form be characteristic for the biography wielding it. This being said, Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon may exist in the same battle as a different custom weapon being used by the wielder of Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon without violating Custom Weapon Rules, as it is in its transformed form, considered "sealed", and cannot use any of its abilities. To release the transformation costs one move, and as such follows the same rules and restrictions as would summoning a Custom Weapon to battle.
    (Kamereon no Nagashi Hifu) Chameleon's Shedding Skin - It costs a move in order to change the physical form of Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon into the form of the chakra type it is mimicking, though it leaves said state passively. While there is no set limit on how long the Shakujō may remain in this form, it may only mimic any given chakra type for three consecutive turns, giving this mode an inherent limit of three turns. Additionally, keeping the Shakujō in this mode is chakra taxing, and limiting in the way of what techniques the user may perform. Finally, Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon is considered to be an S-rank jutsu of whatever chakra type it is mimicking while in this form, giving it the strengths and weaknesses an S-ranked, Shakujō-shaped version of said chakra type. If the Shakujō is destroyed in this form, the weapon is destroyed until the end of the fight (in terms of the NW, until the end of the event it was used in).

    The fact is, with both Obito's Shakujō and Buddha's Ever-Changing Chameleon being based off of the Shakujō of the sage, they will have a similar appearance, only this is comprised of gold and wood as described, not the Juubi's malleable chakra.



     Declined  Nice ideas and all but you have severe issues here as well. First, its ONE weapon. Thus no, it can only be present in the NW in one instance. If someone you allow it to, summons it, then you cannot use it. Don't overcomplicate something which is simple. The fact that it can be any weapon you want has no interference in this. Also, no to the "will be mentioned in the bio" thing. Its mentioned here or it doesn't happen. This is the CJ, thus this is were you explain what it is and what it can do. Not in your bio. Also, it takes the properties of chakra it touches...ok, but only for the basic five. No on CEs or KGs. And I need you to add proper chakra costs. You basically gain an S-Rank elemental weapon once it touches a given element by a 10 chakra cost. No. Also, I think you forgot something. You make it so that this can mimic chakra, ok... but you do realize you cannot then defend from the attack. Using Fire as an example: I shoot fire ball, S-Rank, you touch it with the shakujo, making it fire...ok...but the fire still hits you. Its not because it transforms into a stick of fire that it will stop a fire ball. There is a flaw in how you use this in battle or how you explain it will be used actually. The ability to mimic chakra and then transform it into that chakra form is ok. But the moment you make this happen on contact with enemy techniques, you basically make a hole in your description as you don't state how you deal with said opposing technique. And then once it gains that element, it gains those weaknesses but you then describe it can be transformed into that element and gain those weaknesses and what not. From what I can see, you state the same twice. Reword the abilities, find a way to go about that hole, redo the chakra costs, etc.

    Description: Anansi is a spider puppet that covers the whole back of the user like a backpack. Its completely black with poison tipped fangs. It's eight legs are located within the body and can be extended up to 10 meters and retracted at any time. The legs are made out of metal and can detach and reattach from the body just like Crow's arms. There's a compartment inside Anansi that holds the scrolls of other puppets and can be dispensed through the mouth of the spider. On each leg, there is a tiny hole at the tip in which the user can use to release senbons. On the top part of the back there is a red hour glass shape marking that can be slide open to release a Ration infused metallic net that looks like the pattern of a spider web or a stream of poison gas. When the net is released, it will ensnare the target and paralyze them for one turn. Anansi can use all of the general puppetry techniques.
    Notes:
    ~The net can not be cut by normal ninja tools.
    ~The net can only reach up to Short range.
    ~The stream of poison gas can reach up to mid-range.
    ~If bitten by the fangs, the opponent have only one turn to treat the infected area or they'll pass out, not die.
    ~Can only be used by OG Smoove and those he allows.

    Description: The user will drive the hilt of their sword into the enemies throat then quickly pull the sheath off the sword with one hand, where they will then strike the opponent with the sheath. The user will then perform a forward slash with their sword, piercing though the opponent’s chest.

    Description: The user bites her thumb drawing blood and then she summons Allerie. It is summoned directly within short range from the user. It is as big as Sasuke´s hawk, weighting around 500 kg allowing her to carry people or object up to a total of three times her weight. Allerie has strong wings that allows her to fly for very long periods of time long ranged with the ground. Allerie has an affinity to Wind style, being able to use Wind jutsus the user knows without using any handseals (including those that require a fan). Allerie has 5 layer of feathers in each wing, each layer with 500 feathers. She can coat her feathers with Wind chakra and then shoot them at the opponent by sweeping her wings forward. Allerie can also use her wings as a shield for the summoner, protecting the user. Allerie will stay active in battle until the summoner dismisses her or until she has used all her feathers.

    Notes:
    - Can use Wind Jutsus up to S-rank
    - Feathers can be fired up to 2 times per battle.
    - The feathers can reach up to long range
    - The feathers´ attack equals to an S-rank technique

    Abilities: The gunbai in this case is meant to be used with wind chakra and can fan out great wind attacks. When you exert your chakra into your gunbai, you can either use a wind attack or a fire attack and push it/make it stronger with the wind used with your gunbai.

    Additionally: You can use your wind chakra with your gunbai to deflect projectiles like kunai, shuriken, etc.

    Madara Uchiha during his lifetime was famed for the use of this fan in battle. Obito Uchiha would later wield this fan while posing as the legendary Uchiha, before returning it to his reincarnated ancestor during the Fourth Shinobi World War. It is a wide fan with tomoe on it and has a long handle with bandages wrapped around the base, as well as having a long chain attached to it. In the past, when Madara used it, it was brown with a black border, with red tomoe, and a chain was attached to the handle that appears to have been connected to his kama. When Obito started using it, it was depicted as having a purple tint with a black border, and tomoe design on it, with the chain appearing to enter his sleeve. During the Third Shinobi World War it was seen hanging on a wall inside the caverns of the Mountains' Graveyard.

    Description: This Raven summoning has been taught to all the ravens who are capable of using fire release, this technique is one of the many techniques ravens are able to use but like i said, only those ravens who could use fire release are the only ones to be able to use this technique. This technique is based on the raven focusing a large amount of fire chakra on his/her stomach once done that raven will turn all that chakra into a large arrow of flames (exactly 7ft long), once the raven has done this the raven will open his/her peak and with extreme force the arrow will be shot at its direction, this arrow is able to pierce through large trees, kunai, shurikens and such to an extend obviously but there is an add-on to this technique, if the user who summoned the raven is on top of the raven he/she could make the arrow burn anything on its way by making it explode just by using the 'Tiger' hand sign, the explosion is able to cover most of the range within where is been exploded.

    • Only ravens who are capable of fire release are able to use this technique.
    • Only able to be used once per battle.
    • +5 chakra if the user makes the arrow explode.
    • To make the arrow explode the user has to be on top of the raven.

    Description: Beautiful sound is a useful genjutsu which has been taught throughout history on the raven's world. Ravens are capable of using this technique if they know Genjutsu up to A-Rank obviously, if they don't then is useless. This technique is based on a sound that the Raven makes, is like a low pitch that reaches long-range within one second and it echos nonstop, once the enemy has heard the raven singing the enemy will be caught on the genjutsu which let's the enemy visualize that he has been summoned to the raven's world when he really is still within the battlefield but what makes this technique so special is that the raven could control the picture the enemy makes if the user is on top of the raven, for example if the enemy has been caught on the genjutsu and the raven or user wants the enemy to visualize something else besides being summoned to the raven world is possible if the user is on top of the raven.

    • Only ravens are able to use this technique.
    • If the user wants the enemy to visualize soemthing else is +5 chakra.
    • Only usable twice per battle.
    • Only ravens that know genjutsu up to A-rank are able to use this technique.

(Giant Snake) and is a master of Lightning Element, being able to use all lightning jutsu the user knows. Light can take one A-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once through the use of the "Snake Body Shedding" technique. Like most Snakes, light is able to feel the vibrations through the ground to pinpoint and enemies location.

Gatagata ("ガラガラ" or "Geta-Geat" meaning "Snake of the Song") is very powerful, and able to stand his own against Gamabunta or even Manda. Long ago Manda and Gatagata fought for the thrown to rule over the snakes. the battle was fearsome and both snakes showed the ability to shed skin in a manner similar to the Body Replacement Technique or Body Shedding, which has been seen during the battle with Manda, Gamabunta and Katsuyu. Gatagata is also able to move underground. His scales are stronger then that of Manda's and sturdy enough to take on strong attacks, and remain intact, while providing as an safe shelter for anyone to hide inside his mouth. because of his Heavy red and black Scales he is very slow. Manda was able to take advantage of this and win there battle. he is able to shake his tell making a fine sound that throws off the equilibrium of the opponent consing them to lose balance, this proves as an excellent hunting tool.

    Description: The user will slam his hands together for the summoning. This summons Gatagata ("Geta-Geat" meaning "Snake of the Song"). A 100 meter long snake who serves as the "Underboss" of all snakes. Gatagata is a dark gray snake with red stripes and a tan underbelly. Being ruffly the same size as Manda he has multiple sharp, knife like growths along his back and a Kunai styled tail with a rattle look to it which he uses to attack and enemy with powerful slashes and or stabs (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses) because of Gatagata's size and power, the user will need to use a large amount of chakra to summon him. This strains the user's chakra making then unable to use powerful techniques until there chakra recuperates. Gatagata is very powerful, and able to stand his own against Gamabunta or even Manda. Long ago Manda and Gatagata fought for the thrown to rule over the snakes. The battle was fearsome and lasted three nights. During this battle, Gatagata showed the ability to shake his rattle which he used to create a fine sound that throws off the equilibrium of Manda consing him to lose balance, this proves as an excellent hunting tool and allowed Gatagata to even the odds against Manda's speed. Gatagata also showed the ability to travel underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques) By the end of the battle Gatagata lost. This made Gatagata develop an hatred of Manda and other Giant Snakes because of this Gatagata refuses to fight along side other snake summons. Gatagata is a master of Sound Element and is able to use all sound jutsu the user knows. His scales are stronger then that of Manda's and sturdy enough to be completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below and techniques that only target a small part of his body (unless logicly fatal) Gatagata can take one large Scale S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once through the use of the "Snake Body Shedding" technique. Like most Snakes, Gatagata is able to feel the vibrations through the ground to pinpoint and enemies location.

    Description: A rain technique that proves very useful to users of the element. It allows them to manipulate the speed at which raindrops fall to their advantage. By sending rapid or subtle waves of chakra into the raindrops and into the rainclouds themselves, the user may willfully accelerate or deccelerate the pace at which raindrops travel. This technique is executed at a very rapid rate as it does not require handseals, allowing it to be used almost in conjunction with other rain techniques in a similar manner to how quickly the Wave of Inspiration technique can be used with Water techniques. Eventhough not used with other rain techniques, this technique is still useful. For instance, by accelerating rainfall, the user can douse flames, flood areas of choice, etc at a faster rate. By deccelerating rainfall, the user can distract opponents, even reduce the speed at which other rain-based attacks reach him, etc. Of course, any such usage will be backed by sound reasoning and explanation in said move.
    #Lasts 4 turns upon activation after which the user must wait 2 turns before activating again. User must wait 1 turn if the activation doesn't last for 4 complete turns.

     Declined  Because Rain techniques are already immensely fast by nature this has the potencial of opness written all over it. Try to figure a way to make it more feasible and define this "speed increase". Also, the flooding areas and what not, ok but without actually making a definition of it you cannot actually claim this. Normal rain can take forever to flood a crater how fast would it flood it with this technique? +15 is also a bit much... but if you can make the speed reasonable, then ok.
