    ±± Declined ±± Love the idea and its brilliantly worded. Just need you to define the bolded parts better and its good to go. So B-Rank techniques...regardless of size, natures, kgs, etc? Any fire? CE fires also? Scorch? Advanced fire techniques...how come? do you mean any technique above A-Rank? For me it would make sense some sort of limitation in terms of how many techniques you can stop with this and i'd allow 2 Forbidden rank Fire techniques max, while no limit in its duration for S-ranks and below in terms of fire. Also, to be a Forbidden rank it needs to do damage to yourself. This damage needs to manifest in the form of exhaustion, lack of speed, pain or something similar after the technique ends. Also, you need to define a max duration for this knowing it won't last more than 4 turns.

    A simple but effective wind technique for assassinations, the user makes three handseals causing the wind around the target's throat to form itself into a noose that suddenly binds the target's throat and lifts them up a metre, leaving them dangling - much like they have been hanged. This technique is particularly useful for taking out weak opponents or clones, but any experienced ninja will have enough time even after he is "hanged" to pull off a technique of some sort to free himself. The Byakugan can spot the chakra forming around the throat, and hence Hyuuga have more time to prepare a counter. Also, the Sharingan can spot the chakra forming - but unlike the Byakugan, since they cannot see in every direction and are likely to be staring at their opponent instead of at their own neck, still only have the same time as normal ninja - though this is, as stated before, sufficient.

    I have owning rights to this customs weapon and as such i believe i am able to make any variation of it as i want and as i currently don't have my ice bio i will try to make one for my scorch bio note that i am not dropping the one in the link as i want to keep it incase i remake haku ere is the link to said custom: http://www.narutobase.net/forums/sho...ng#post4240634 but if i have to i guess i'll be droping this custom weapon if the one below is approved.

For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.

    The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
    Restrictions:
    Creating the weapons counts as a turn

Now with the scorth chakra spread throuh out the air the user will need but manipulate teh scorth chakra into the desired scorch jutsu in any range as the chakra will be covering the entire field.

    Description: The user will make 3 hand seals dog, tiger and bird, and will then focus his scorch into every inch of his body and mix the chakra with his very cells he will then make one more hand seal and release the chakra into the air around him in a barrier like fashion but at teh same time will keep a large amount withen in him. with this any attack any mud style jutsu that comes near it will be dried into clay, any water evaporated and any wood dried out and turned brittle when they reach whiten short range fire which will only become stronger. the down side to this jutsu the user must keep the hand seal the entire time for it to work and after use cannot use water jutsu.
    note: after use user cannot use water jutsu for two turns

    Description: Fuioseijin is the Elder Boss of the Eels, although "Dendou Ouja" is now the Summoning Boss of the Eels, many still remain loyal to Fuioseijin. After a fearsome battle that lasted 3 days Fuioseijin lost to Dendou Ouja, although they are the same size and equal in speed and power, Dendou Ouja is younger and was able to out last Fuioseijin. Over time the two Eels became friends, Fuioseijin being the only other Eel aloud to battle along side with Dendou Ouja they make an excellent team for battle. Fuioseijin has the ability to manipulate wind currents, allowing him to create strong winds, causing anything from random winds, preventing flight or tornadoes that equal A-rank in power. Fuioseijin has large razor like fins that are located throughout the sides of his body that can slice close by opponents during battle.

The spawn Eels can group together forming large masses for defense that equal A-rank. After his time, the remaining Eels will swim back into Zets mouth as he consumes them. (Doujutsu can see though the murky water)

These Kangaroos are generally around 12 feet tall, meaning that they can easily carry humans on there back. Due to there powerful leg muscles they can jump as high than the height of larger summons such as Gamabunta. The larger majority od summons specialise in a modified form of taijutsu that heavily utilises there legs and tail. There tails are strong enough to hold there own body height and are 6 feet long.

    Description: A variation of Wind release Twister Shot in which the user releases a stream of wind-infused chakra from their mouth which takes the shape of a twister to attack the enemy.
    The difference is that this technique has a secondary surprise attack in which it shoots multiple compact air canons from where the twister is traveling towards the enemy.
    Since the Twister is heading towards the opponent with speed the canons shot out would be even faster making it very difficult to react to the canons which would hurt and distract while the twister charges and connects with the target, slicing where it hits in a spinning manner.

    Description: Ichigo's shrinks is a daitō (Japanese long sword) with a black blade instead. The cross guard has four prongs bent out to form the shape of the manji (which is the kanji for "ban," meaning "full", as in "full release"). The blade itself is indestructible, making it quite effective in blocking and deflecting incoming attacks from basic weapons. Anything above a D rank attack would hit the sword out of the users hand. A short length of chain with a broken link at the end dangles from the base of the hilt. Tensa Zangetsu is a special blade forged in the hawk village with sacred methods that allow the sword to draw in natural energy at half the speed of a normal ninja. This only works when the sword is in one of the users hands and they state that they are doing so. The user is able to focus their charka into the sword surrounding it with lightning charka, though this lighning turns to black due to the sword's effect. This lightning increases the damage of basic kenjutsu by +10 damage. This lasts for up to 3 turns and can be used once per battle.

    Note: Can only be used by Ichigo Uchiha
    Note: Surrounding the sword with black lightning counts as one of the jutsu per turn, lasts for 3 turns and can only be used once. It adds +10 damage to kenjutsu attacks that are used in short range.

    Description: Long ago, when Natsu was young and Igneel found him, Igneel gave this special scalf to Natsu. At the time Natsu didn't understand why, but now it's all he has left of his "Father". This scarf has several Kanji seals and formulas said to have been written by a Fire Dragon. Although the full extent of the scarfs power is still unknown, it has been shown that fire techniques used by someone wearing the scarf are slightly more powerful, bigger and faster. The scarf passively feeds on the users chakra to create an aura of fire chakra around him that reduces incoming fire by one rank. The users fire jutsu increase in size and gain +10 damage. Not only this, but the Scalf gives Natsu the determination to fight so that he can meet Igneel again and make him proud, much like Jiraiyas determination. This will increase his will power and will be able to continue to fight even while in pain, such as losing an arm. Natsu always wears this scalf.

    Note: The aura reduces only the damage of Katon techniques, not elemental combinations with fire or fire related CE's or KG.

Then the user switches to their highly focused katon chakra channeling it into the four pointed black shuriken and giving it a crimson border. The user throws the lightning shuriken and once it comes into contact with the target it disperses and surrounds the target in a layer of lightning, electrocuting them in the process. And on impact it also releases a surge of katon chakra, coiled around the lightning. Due to the enhanced form of the attack the target gets burned by the fire and shocked by the lightning.

The tip of their fingers than turn into flames, and afterwards, the user shoots small fire bullets towards the opponent from their fingers. The small fire bullets may be small, but they are potent and incredibly hot. They constantly rotate through the air, building up even more power. They travel towards you at a fairly fast speed, and are hard to notice, but if the user rapidly fires the bullets, it is easy to notice. Due to the size of each bullets, the user can constantly shoot those bullets out, regenerating their chakra and shooting out quickly, although 4 bullets are shot out every time, from each finger. The bullets can be aimed, but you cannot control their path and trajectory. The bullets can be shot for a long time, however, if you lose concentration, the bullets will stop. The bullets can explode upon impact, causing grievous injuries to the opponent. If they hit a vital spot, due to the intense heat, the organ might burst into flames from inside, killing the opponent effectively within several moments.

    Description: The Gloves of God are a very powerful pair of gloves, that were crafted by elite blacksmiths and craftsman. During ancient times, around the time of the Sage of Six Paths, it was rumored that a group of highly skilled weapon makers, blacksmiths, and craftsman, came together to make the ultimate weapon, to be used in times of need. Gathering the finest of materials, including the most reactive and the most destructive, as well as the most self-harming inadvertently, they crafted a pair of gloves, black in color streaked with a horizontal red line on the glove's end. It is made with a seemingly lightweight polyester, that is extremely durable and flexible. These pair of gloves grant the wielder overwhelming power, but in return, comes at a costly price. It constantly leeches and drains a moderately high amount of chakra from the user, in return for cooperation and giving power to the user. The sword's first and most innate ability, its basic ability, is being infused with elemental chakra for a brief amount of time. When the user for example, infuses his gloves with Katon Chakra, he can shoot out a B-ranked Fire attack that is shaped in a fist, similar to that of Hurricane Fist, the Wind counterpart. This can be done with all elements, 5 times per battle only. The next ability, is what grants this weapon its power, and fame. This attack's name is called Negation. As the opponent shoots an attack at you, lets say an S-rank Fire technique, one simply focuses fire chakra in his gloves, and utilizing this ability, he punches the attack straight with his gloves, and negates the chakra within the attack, with his own, neutralizing each other, and thus negating and cancelling the attack. When the user performs Negation, an orb of chakra corresponding to the element, red being fire, blue being water, yellow being lightning, brown being earth, green being wind, surrounds the user's palm. The chakra seeps into the incoming attack, and neutralizes the chakra within, cancelling the attack. This takes a toll on the user's body every time they perform it, but comes in handy in battle.

The user then blinks their eyes and release the chakra sphere which when emitted causes a shock wave which blows the opponents harshly and very violently from his default position.

    Can only be used once in a fight.

    Description: This technique acts in two steps. Upon being affected by a genjutsu or otherwise loosing mental control over his body, the samurai will take his sword and charge chakra in it, ending his life with the chakra tip of the sword. But unlike the normal chakra swords, this one will not penetrate the body physically but affect the chakra pathway directly, killing not the user, but the genjutsu/technique, releasing the user from any genjutsu or similar technique up to one rank above the technique. The whole procedure is heavily psychological to the samurai, so that even inside the genjutsu, the samurai will manipulate it into growing arms (if the technique takes them away) or releasing them (if the technique locks them) and preform the suicide in his mind, effectively releasing it. This jutsu acts almost automatically if the genjutsu is noticeable enough, or if the user looses control of his own body, which is shameful to their pride. The second step is a similar effect to the Killing Intent, where the user affects the opponents with his spirit alone, thus making the opponent that set the technique feel as if he was stabbed in the gut. This is especially harmful if the opponent was mentally/phsyically inside the user (Yamanaka, Soma no Kou, etc) for the stabbing will have real effects on them, otherwise it would just paralyze them for a few moments, depending on how much stronger the opponent is.
    The higher the user, the faster the technique, until it goes from mere seconds to fractions of a second.

    Although the first step seems okay, note that, even though you can create arms, they're still susceptible to the effects of the gengutsu, as you haven't release it yet. Meaning that if a gengutsu slows down time, the arms you're creating are still bound to the gengutsu and they're coming out slowly.
    Now about the second part. You're trying to put your opponent under a gengutsu, while at the same time you're disturbing your own chakra flow, which isn't possible. So you'll have to remove that, though if you want, you can say that you also disturb their chakra flow, but only if they're inside you like SnK, Yamanaka. Also remove any reference to the Killing Intent technique as it already creates enough problems.
    That last restriction isn't enough as you can release gengutsus up to S-rank and since Samurais can have an entire battle simply by going free-form. Add it can only be used 2 times per battle.

    Description: This technique is achieved only through very distinct pure chakra control over Smoke that the user releases out of one of his Wrist launchers, the user gathers a large amount of chakra into one of the Wrist launchers located around his right or left forearm, forming somewhat a shape of a demonic arm that surrounds the user's hand made entirely of Smoke taking on a solid structure through condensing Smoke with the usage of chakra compression, the user can manipulate this hand that's made out of Smoke in many ways, this hand of Smoke follows the user's hand movements through the usage of chakra, and the user has to be making movement patterns with his hand and the Smoke hand will mimic the user's hand movements, the user can extend the hand up to Long/Mid/Short range from him and bring objects back to his location using the hand of Smoke the user is able to use this hand in multiple forms described in the following:

    Long form: using the user's chakra, the user causes the Smoke hand to extend up to Long range and increase in size, being able to grab distant objects and drive them back to the user, the Ice hand becomes big enough to grab objects as big as one person, with the hand's diameter equivalent to a person's waist diameter, however this form can only be used for grabbing objects/people from long ranged distance.

    Mid form: The user using his chakra to extend the hand up to Mid range, this form is used the same way as the previous form however it's larger than the previous form, being able to grab two people standing next to each other and drive them back to the user, unlike the previous form, this form can be used in attacking the opponent, gaining a speed momentum when the user extends the hand up to Mid range, however this can't be used in order to defend attacks due to it's rather small size, it can only defend from small sized attacks like a small fireball or thrown projectiles.

    Short form: Using the user's chakra the user is able to extend the Smoke hand up to Short range from him, like the previous forms this form makes the user able to grab 4 people grouping together, The user can use this form to defend from attacks sent directly at the user due to the Ice hand's large size, or deliver punches to the opponent if he's nearby, the punch of this hand is enough to push a summoning half the size of Gamabunta backwards to Mid range.

    Description: After forming the required handseal Bird → Horse → Tiger the user's hands begin to glow orange-like color as the user stomps with his hands onto the ground releasing a massive amount of Fire chakra into the ground, the Fire suddenly erupts out of the ground underneath the target a burst of fire is released out of the ground that maintains the shape of a rose of fire through precise Fire chakra manipulation, the rose is 10 meters tall and 15 meters wide and has fire streaming through it kept, When this technique collides with a Wind technique it completely devours the wind technique, even if the wind technique has some kind of pressure compression the Fire eats the wind technique like it was never there due to the fast streaming fire that's running through the fire rose, however that's when the Fire and Wind techniques collide from opposite directions the user can also cause the Fire rose to rise upwards into the sky after erupting from the ground, while still having a connection with the ground or in other words "expanding" however it raises only in a straight line upwards.
