    Description and Background:
    The honey badger (Mellivora capensis), also known as the ratel, is a species of mustelid native to Africa, Southwest Asia, and the Indian Subcontinent. Despite its name, the honey badger does not closely resemble other badger species, instead it bears more anatomical similarities to weasels. It is primarily a carnivorous species, and has few natural predators because of its thick skin and ferocious defensive abilities.

    The honey badger has a fairly long body, but is distinctly thick-set and broad across the back. Its skin is remarkably loose, and allows it to turn and twist freely within it. The skin around the neck is 6 millimetres (0.24 in) thick, an adaptation to fighting conspecifics. The head is small and flat, with a short muzzle. The eyes are small, and the ears are little more than ridges on the skin, another possible adaptation to avoiding damage while fighting.

    The honey badger has short and sturdy legs, with five toes on each foot. The feet are armed with very strong claws, which are short on the hind legs and remarkably long on the forelimbs. It is a partially plantigrade animal whose soles are thickly padded and naked up to the wrists. The tail is short and is covered in long hairs, save for below the base.

    Adults measure 23 to 28 centimetres (9.1 to 11 in) in shoulder height and 68–75 cm in body length, with females being smaller than males. Males weigh 12 to 16 kilograms (26 to 35 lb) while females weigh 9.1 kg. Skull length is 13.9–14.5 cm in males and 13 cm for females.

He can also make small shields that can block basic punches and kicks. This comes in handy when in close range combat if the user has the opponent in a hold the spikes can skewer the opponent fatally wounding him and if the opponent tries to attack head on the user can make a small shield made of hardened earth on his respective body part. The spikes can not be shot out from the users body and when he releases hold of them they simply fall off of the user same goes for the shields. This can be controlled to make a single spike or dozens, however he can only make one shield (Dense enough to block a punch or kick) at a time per use of jutsu.
    Notes:

    -Each use of this tech lasts until the user releases the spikes or shields. No longer than 1 full turn.

    (Kuchyrose: Hana Hekireki Tentei) - Summoning: Bloom of the Thunder God

    Description: The user bites his thumb smearing the blood onto his palm. He then performs two hand seals (Ram - Snake.) By doing this he summons 1000 small blue flowers, from the Kite Nesting grounds. These flowers are called "Thunder Lilies" due to their ability to create small amounts of raiton chakra they are considered to be extremely tasty and a favorite meal time snack to King Kodak. As the flowers grow they store raiton chakra all throughout their life storing small amounts, until the day they bloom. Once they bloom they release the small amount of raiton chakra they have stored causing small pulses of raiton that can stun small animals (1 flower has enough raiton chakra when bloomed to stun small animals such as rabbits and snakes). Usually the flowers don't bloom all at once so the damage is minuscule (While not being forced to bloom). Once the 1000 flowers are summoned through the use of raiton chakra and the Ram hand seal they can all be forced to bloom at once, this forces all the flowers to release their raiton chakra violently shocking anything in range of the flowers. Each flower creates a small pulse and when combined they equal a strong S rank attack. The electric field is enough to stop the human heart as well as tear through the ground leaving decent sized craters.
    Notes:

    -Must have signed the Kite Contract to use
    -Must have mastered Raiton (To use the ability to force bloom the flowers.)
    -No other summons the same turn
    -If the user is in the field of flowers he will be shocked too
    -The flowers die soon after their forced bloom they can only be summoned once per battle

    Contract's Approval

    In Blood Prison it is shown that flowers can produce chakra natures. This is shown when the flowers from the Hidden Grass Village release small fire balls that are similar to the jutsu the Hidden Grass Nin use called Demon Latern. This is a variation of flowers that store trace amounts of chakra. This is best seen at 6:20: http://www.animeshippuuden.com/narut...lood-prison/6/ This is also backed up by the fact that not only can animals be summoned but it's been shown that just about anything can be summoned.

    ~Declined~ Restrictions? Do these just suddenly appear out of nowhere and bloom? Plus, I don't buy the crater bit if all of the flowers release a small spark that chains them together.

    Description: The user puts their hand together like their praying and gathers a massive amount of chakra into each arm, then quickly shifts it into their hands immediately after this is done the user preforms this row of hand seals Bird → Ox → Bird → Dragon → Ram → Horse→ Tiger, Then immediately after the hands seals are completed the user slams their hand together like their praying causing a massive shockwave to rush out from all directions capable of destroying any doton jutsu up to A-rank into pieces. This happens because of all the charka stored up being forced together it’s not the actual jutsu. A small but extremely compressed ball of pure raiton chakra ( comparable to that of a tailed beast ball, Not the power the compression) starts to form the user then throws this ball into the sky at a height of 100 feet and down range up to long range, by pushing his hands forward and opening them at the same time forcing it out. Once in the air the user can release all the compressed chakra by making the OX hand seal, creating a massive electrical explosion that has 1 kilometer blast radius, hitting anything that’s below it with a radius of 20 feet. This blast disturbs the electrical impulses in the body rendering your opponent unable to move. The reason this is called the final stand is because whoever uses this jutsu loses the ability to move their arms and their arms go numb for the rest of the battle, also whoever uses this jutsu losses their ability to mold or form charka rendering them unable to use jutsu for the rest of the battle.
    Note: The user cannot use any jutsu after this is used (because they lose their ability to mold or form charka)
    Note: This can only be used once per battle
    Note: To uses this jutsu you have to complete 8 hand seals (NO Exceptions)

This diamond spins parallel to the user and it spins at an extremely fast speed, the diamond is 20 feet in width,20 feet in height , and 6 inches in length. After the user forms the diamond he makes the RAM hand seal, when he does this the diamond gets shot forward at great speed (still spinning)destroying most things in its path(a-rank doton), the user can either make the OX hand seal and release the jutsu causing the chakra to disperse with minor damage or make the Dragon hand seal causing the diamond to blow up releasing all that compressed raiton chakra destroying most things(A-rank doton) in a 1 kilometer blast radius and leaves a 10 foot deep crater. After the user completes this jutsu his hands go numb for one turn, making it impossible to do hand seals and move hands.
    Note:The user cannot use any jutsu above B rank after this is used (because of the chakra drain on this jutsu)

    Description:The user gathers raiton chakra into his his hand and then makes the Ox → Bird → Dragon → Ram → Horse→ Tiger hand seals and immediately after this is done he closes his hand hand and touches it to his left shoulder then swings it out as he open his hand sending a massif amount of white lightning senbons flying out towards the opponent at great speed, these senbons are one inch in length and one inch in width. they leave your hand in a cube that's 20 foot in width and 20 foot in height and 20 foot in length... 240 senbons horizontally, 240 senbons vertically ,57600 in the area and 240 senbons length wise,1152000 senbons in total. once these senbons leave your hand you make the OX hand seal and all the senbons connect with each other by shooting out tiny lightning bolts that connect one senbon to another one horizontally, and vertically impaling and numbing anything inside inside area also severing all chakra points.the senbons can still connect if something is in the way example if someone puts up a wall of s-rank earth that's 10foot by 10 foot the sebons that the earth wall stopped can still connect with the other ones that did.. this causes no physical damage

    Note:Can only be used once per battle
    Note:The user right hand goes numb for three turns making it impossible to do jutsu that require hand seals.
    Note:If the opponent is hit with this he cannot use any jutsu for the rest of the battle

    Description: A technique used in conjunction with taijutsu. The user coats his/her attacking limb in a flexible chakra capable of channeling any of the 5 natures while hardening that particular limb, making it feel like rock. When in contact with an opponent who for instance changed their body into water or hardened it through earth release, once this flexible chakra comes into contact with the opponent's body, it takes on the enemy's properties allowing the user to effectively hit the opponent regardless of their new defense while also doing extra damage due to the hardened limb.
    Notes:
    -User must know and have mastered all chakra natures up to B-rank.
    -Doesn't work against defences of A-rank and above
    -Can't be used on defences made of a KG

Levy too this day is unable to translate the note but with what happened when she wielded the hatchets leaves her to wonder the origin of these treasures. Hatchets are both a close range weapon as well as a throwing weapon. These weapons are linked to Levys chakra meaning when she throws it a boomerang effects takes place in which it comes back to Levys chakra. These hatchets increase her Suiton techniques to some extent.

    Abilities:
    1. Hatchets linked to users chakra
    2. Hatchets can be thrown
    3. Able to deflect 1 lightning attack A-Rank and below
    4. Increases Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment by 1 rank
    5. Increases Water Style: Water shark bomb by 2 ranks
    6. When a hatchet is thrown in water from the point of impact a large wave appears that can be controlled with the other hatchet
    7. If one of the hatchets chop the ground it brings up water to create a water source.


    Restrictions:
    1. Only usable by Coyote
    2. Deflect counts as a technique
    3. Hatchet creating wave counts as technique
    4. Hatchet creates water counts as a technique
    5. Must have Suiton Mastery


    ~ I don't want so much history, pare it down to make using and checking the technique easy. Also, there has to be a time limit to the increase in rank, otherwise you can just spam Forbidden-rank Water Shark Bomb or whatever. ~

    The "Seas of Rhye" are a twin pair of cestus that were used on a ancient vessel known as "The Maelstrom". The Cestus are a close range weapon. they are prone to helping the water and lightning chakra in different aspects. It boosts up a couple techniques from water mastery. When it comes to lightning the gloves are able to channel lightning through them and able to deflect lightning. If the ground is punched with the gloves on a water source will rise up deep from underground not gushing but it's used to create some water on the field.

    Abilities:
    1. Gloves can channel lightning chakra and coat themselves in a small layer of it so that if they hit directly they can stun parts of the targets body while causing a small burst of lightning on contact // this ability is S-Rank
    2. Able to deflect 3 lightning attacks A-Rank and below by making contact directly with the attack and overpowering it
    3. When the user uses Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment with the gloves in hand, the technique is increased by 1 rank
    4. When the user uses Water Style: Water shark bomb with the gloves in hand, the technique is increased by 2 ranks // four times per battle
    5. If ground is punched a pool of water will rise from the ground to create a source in front of the user, which will remain in play and can be used as a water source (medium size with one use, large size with 2 uses). If the user wishes he can hit the enemy with the glove coated in water chakra, blasting the enemy away with a water shockwave // this ability is A-Rank

In short: A blast of lightning erupts from the ground around the user, this lightning blast forms kanji from where they rise, loose bolts strike the opponent, paralyzing him, the kanji flashes a bright light, the lightning from the kanji forms a pyramid.

This chakra prevents earth techniques of B rank and below to form within short range of the user. This effect lasts for 4 turns, it's activation counts towards the 3 allowed moves. This technique can be cancelled before it ends.

    Blade Heating
    When Fire or Lightning chakra is in play, the user can manipulate the chakra to super heat the katana(s). This will increase the katana's (or 2 katana, depends on the user) cutting capability. This technique is equivalent to C rank Fire/lightning. The blade(s) can only remain heated for 2 turns, this effect is usable only twice per battle, it's activation counts towards the 3 allowed moves. This can be cancelled before it ends.

Then almost instantly after their creation, the lightning bolts will rush at the target at fast speeds. As the lightning bolts fly inwards, the user has the option to perform the ‘Tiger’ hand seal or the ‘Boar’ hand seal or the ‘Bird’ hand seal. If the ‘Tiger’ hand seal is performed, on impact with the target the lightning bolts will extend and pierce right through what they hit. They extend to 1 meter but must make contact. The ranged version works the way that the user will perform a punch(Or other sorts of movements like that.) and release the chakra around the limb, expelling chakra fitting the movement. In this case it was a punch, so an orb having the look of a fist, is released at the target, if it was a kick, it could be crescent formed.

    The fire has the potential to take with it the opponent as it travels which lets the target stay in the wave for a short-time before getting blown back, giving the person second-degree burns.

Or it can also be used even before, so that it will prevent them from going underground in the first place.
    Note: Due to the amount of chakra required, this technique can only be used twice per match.
    Note: The needle-like spikes will remain in their form for 2 turns.
    Note: Needs to wait two turns before using again.

After he does this the blade will bend and straighten into a longer blade with demonic writing on it. Only in this form of the blade can kenesu use the swords Technique. Kenesu charges up his chakra into his hands increasing the vibrations and frequency to form Raiton chakra. Once his chakra is charged to make electricity Kenesu then channels his Raiton chakra into the blade and then slams his sword into the ground blade first. As soon as the blade is slamed to the ground an electric dome forms around kenesu from the blade protecting him from harm for the time being. When something or someone touches the dome it sends an electric current into the object or person shocking them as well as blasting the object or person away a few yards from kenesu.

"The Titanium is there to give the sword its strength, high strength:weight ratio, high ductility, resistance to corrosion and a decently high melting point. Titanium has a relatively lower ability to conduct heat and has paramagnetic properties. The Osmium gives the sword its density, color, and gives off a soft sheen even at night. Because this sword has a high melting point that reaches over 3000°F and has a low ability to conduct heat." because it wasnt needed and also "it is a perfect sword to channel your Katon chakra into it for attacks. Because of the heightened viscosity, this technique serves as an excellent defense against blunt force attacks, absorbing the blows and maintaining its form without crumbling like an earth barrier. The velocity of the water causes it to deal a great amount of blunt damage to anything hit and being powerful enough to break the bones of an ordinary individual at the point of contact. The deception within this technique is that once thrown, the Pineapple acts as a 'grenade,' and can be remotely 'detonated' so that once it reaches the desired location, it blows out in all directions in the form of fragments of its former self (It will basically blow out in all directions like a grenade does, only in the form of several pencil eraser sized water bullets at the command of the user). The small water bullets act similar to the shrapnel of an actual grenade, and have great piercing power being able to easily pierce the skin of anyone nearby because of the incredible speed at which they move (They so fast that it is hard to keep up with the water droplets with the naked eye, considering their size). The 'shrapnel' hits anything within a 15 meter radius, leaving room for the user to escape the range. Once the Pineapple detonates, the shrapnel moves incredibly fast and is just as hard to avoid as it is fast.

The user will then throw the ice cube at whatever and will then make the tiger hand seal And focus more chakra into it, useing his chakra he will release some of the shape manipulation he put into the cube allowing it to grow to the size of The ice whale jutsu. The user will make sure to leave the center of the cube empty but filled with Cold wind chakra and normal chakra so as soon as it comes in contact with the water That all of the water from the jutsu will be absorbed into the cube like a sponge absorbs water. however the ice cube is only able to absorb one water jutsu, and is only able to absorb water up to the size of water crashing wave jutsu. Once the water jutsu has been absorbed into the cube it will freeze the water making the insides no longer hallow but no filled with hard ice.

    Description: Aeolus is an extremely light, 1 meter long, katana that slightly curves from the bottom of the blade to the top. It was forged by the 1st Kazekage back in the 1st shinobi world war. It has black tribal design traveling up along the blade in a smoke-like fashion. It has the ability to be infused with wind chakara extending its reach even further for attacking or defending.

    ~ Infusing wind chakara to increase blade length counts as a move due to the difficult chakara control.
    ~ Once held, allows the user to preform one-hand handseals of B rank and lower wind jutsus.
