    Description: Fireproof is an advanced, supplementary technique allowing the user to make his Wood techniques impervious to fire. This is achieved very easily. In the process of creating his Wood technique the user adds a bit more Sui chakra to the wood making it moist and immune to fire. The downside of the technique is that the wood will be slightly softer making it easier to break it.
    Note:Must have a Wood biography.
    Note:Can be activated two times per battle, and once activated it lasts for three turns.
    Note:After using this technique the users wood becomes slightly softer but immune to fire techniques.
    Note:Can only be taught by -Cobalt- and those whom he allows.

    Description: The Nature's Spirits technique is a highly advanced form of forbidden Mokuton ninjutsu which can only be activated when the user is in a forest. It is believed that the trees have a soul which makes them a living being, though time passes differently to them as it does for humans. Since all living being have chakra, they posses it also though in smaller amount. This technique allows the user to tap into the trees life energy, their chakra, and claim their eternal souls for himself. When activating this forbidden technique the user releases a non-harmful blast of chakra throughout the forest and into the trees surrounding him. He then uses this chakra to rob the trees of their chakra thus making them decay. The user claims the chakra and due to the large amount of chakra taken in all previous wounds and tiredness will be healed. After performing the technique the user gains a considerable boost of speed and strength. The wood techniques of the user gain a boost also making the users techniques almost indestructible for the period the technique lasts. The technique lasts only a couple of minutes, and after the technique has passed the user will lose the ability to move due to the exhaustion.
    Note:Must have a Wood bio.
    Note:Must be in a forest to use.
    Note:Can only be activated once per battle, and once activated it lasts three turns.
    Note: During the three turns the users Wood techniques become indestructible, and the user himself is healed of any damage he had before activating the technique. He also gains a considerable boost in speed and strength.
    Note:After the three turns have passed the user automatically loses the match and is unable to move.
    Note:When activating the technique and after draining the life energy, all the trees used for the activation will rot and decay.
    Note:Must have mastered Earth Release, Water Release and Wood Release to use.
    Note:Can only be used by -Cobalt- and whom he allows.

It was made specifically for General Phaze. and Very rare can the sword be broken. This double blade sword is not only good for close range attacks but this sword can conduct lightning. When ever I activate the sword any lightning attacks (A rank and Below) will rush towards the tip of my blade like a metal pole in the middle of a thunderstorm. Once Conducted the sword will give out an electric charge around the blade. The sword can do 2 things with it. It then gives me a boost in speed by releasing the electrical surge around me.. Similar to rock lee without his weights. The sword can also channel the lightning chakra through the ground under the opponent. Causing major lightning surges on the ground under the opponent causing them to be stunned for 1turn

    -Can only Keep the surge for 1turn (Regardless if its a boost in speed or sending it towards the opponent)

    Description: Once chaos is activated the user is able to demonstrate feats of incredible strength, this is possible by pumping large amounts of chakra into your body. Though this allows the user to become stronger for a short period of time, there speed is reduce greatly as there movement becomes sluggish. When activated the nociceptor that allows a person to feel pain is shut down for a short duration of time. While the nocieptor may be shut down allowing no pain to precede forth to the brain so the brain can register to causing neuropathic pain. While the pain may not be able to transmit to the brain at the time, it is forced to be backed up until the nocieptor is open again. This can be dangerous due to the fact too much pain may not only cause physical pain but psychogenic pain that may kill him if too much damage is taken. That is why the body reacts by letting the pituitary gland release endorphins at a remarkable rate to reduce the pain consumption by fifteen percent only allowing the user to feel only eighty-five percent of the pain that is dealt to them.

Sleek is an unusual Eel being able to Release Katon equal to S-rank from his mouth. This Katon can range from Fireballs, to Fire Disk and even other methods of Fire attacks. Because of Sleeks Katon nature, he doesn't like water, because of this Sleek developed a way to glide in the air for suspended periods of time. by simply focusing hot air in his body and swimming with grate speed, Sleek can launch himself into the sky and remain there for the remainder of his summoning time. by using his fins Sleek is able to move around in the air easily.

This S-Rank genjutsu allows Sofia to control the enemies senses of hearing and seeing, smelling, feeling, having the genjutsu to put the opponent into false illusions and false perceptions of what is around himself. This boost will come from having the snake channel her chakra throughout the user's body, meaning by biting the user's body with her tiny teeth, to place the user's muscles, body at its highest point/peak meaning the +10 additional boost.
    - Note: The release of the chakra will count as one of the actions of the three turns.
    - Note: Must have signed the Snake contract.
    - Note: Can only be summoned once

    Description: The user channels a little bit of chakra to their mouth and blows a tiny stream of fire on the tip of their finger and molds it to form a little spark of fire which transforms to a tiny fire ant. The user can place it on the floor to walk on its own although it can only travel a very short distance.

    Since it is a small fire manifestation the user must be aware that any light wind or water can cancel it out. This jutsu can be used to ignite a small flame for a campfire, light a fuse, or torture an immobile opponent. Can easily light a paper or ignite a very small amount of oil although if there is a significant amount of oil, the jutsu will cancel out.

    Description: This technique was originally developed as a means of psychological torture used by interrogation squads. The user will form three hand seals and clap their hands together raising up a thick dome of earth. The scale of this dome can vary greatly depending on the needs of the user from large enough for a single person (B-rank) to large enough to encompass an entire battlefield (S-rank). The inner walls of the dome are designed in a way to prevent the travel of sound. This is achieved by lining the walls with intricate geometric patterns such as squares, rectangles and triangles that prevent the reflection of sound waves. Inside this dome the decibel level is below 0.00 which creates total silence. When people are exposed to the condition of total silence the ears begin to overcompensate and they claim to be able to hear their own heart beat, lungs and stomach. This eventually leads to hallucinations as the brain tries to fill the lack of sound. The hallucinations are basic such as seeing or hearing things that don't exist, and will render someone unable preform complex tasks (S-rank or above techniques).

    Description: The user forms three hand seals and slams their palms on the ground. Doing this raises five large feminine statues in a pentagonal pattern mid-range around the target. Each statue is of a pregnant woman on her knees with her hands on her head screaming in agony. The wombs of the women are filled with dozens of jagged fist sized stones. Once the statues are raised the user forms two more hand seals and focuses a large amount of fire chakra into the wombs of the statues. With a third and final hand seal the wombs of the statues erupt in a vicious blaze of flames and shrapnel that decimate the area within the pentagon. The backs of the statues are more reinforced than the fronts which focuses the majority of the explosion towards the center of the formation, though some backlash is felt.

    Description: The skin has 2 layers;epidermis and dermis. By excessive training and excellent chakra control, the user releases a wave of chakra throughout his outer skin. This sufficiently kills all the cells in the outer layer(including the sensory ones making that part senseless/numb). He then pumps his chakra into the 2nd layer of the skin enforcing it to become very thick and strong.
    With this, even though pain will be inflicted alright, but from biology; due to the fact that the body part cannot detect the stimuli and effectively transmit it to the brain, nothing will be felt.
    Note: The user is resistant to 2 B-rank physical moves or 1 A-rank move only.
    Note: This move lasts for 3 turns, after which the toll of the previous attacks will dawn on the user. Any lasting effects such as cuts, etc will last but will begin to do damage after the move runs out. After the move the user is able to use only 2 moves per turn for 2 turns.
    Note: This does not in anyway increase the users speed. It just blocks out the pain of physical techniques done to the user while the move is active by numbing the skins outer layer and enforcing the inner layer to become extremely tough.

The shark's size is about twice the size of the average Great White Shark. After the jutsu is primed the user will swing their arm in an upward fashion cleaving the ground next to them before expeling a wave of fire, they will then swing again at any angle of their choice and expel the rest of the built up fire chakra in a second wave of fire. The waves of flame are 10 feet wide that travels out to the edge of Mid range before fading into embers. If used on the ground the fire will cleave and gash the earth as it goes along. As it cleaves the ground it breaks apart the earth tossing around smaller rocks and minerals and other debris making it even harder to escape unscathed. Because of this, it makes it seem as if the waves of fire are "exploding" outwards, as shredded crystal minerals formed from the rapid heating of the earth fly towards an opponent. After the fire passes over the earth, it leaves glowing red gashes and cracks in the earth from the intense heat making it impossible to grow plants in those areas of the earth.

This creates the auditory illusion of a tone that continually ascends or descends in pitch, yet which ultimately seems to get no higher or lower. The user will begin chanting in a seemingly eternal lowering tone, which will make the opponent's body and limbs feel heavier, stuck on the floor as if powerfully nailed to it.     Description: The user performs the hand seals Tiger → Dog and materializes a huge spiraling flow of water in the shape of an orb around the opponent. The water that is materialized is around 5 meters in radius. Upon materializing into a flow of gushing water around the opponent, it immediately, similar to Gushing Water Imprisonment, form a dense sphere around the opponent. The opponent, encased, encompassed, and enveloped in water, is unable to breathe and flows to the center of the orb due to buoyancy. With that said, the water provides much resistance for the opponent to move his limbs. Subsequently, the user can perform the hand seals Bird → Boar → Dragon to do several things to the orb - the Bird Hand Seal essentially causes several strong whips to rise from the volume of water on the interior side, going around the stranded opponent and tying it around him, like a bundle. As such, the opponent is completely restricted as he is suffocated even greater, as the water whips put more pressure on him. The Boar hand seal causes spikes to emerge from the long whips tied around the opponent. The spikes are dense and strong, sharp as well, injuring the opponent by cutting deep, yet superficially into his wound. This would cause immense pain, as the opponent is suffocated. The last hand seal Dragon, ends his misery. The water particles within the water orb would cave in, shrinking and diminishing in size, soon turning smaller and smaller for an orb. Within 3 seconds after getting tied up and hurt by the spikes, the orb would have shrunk to about the size of the opponent, and from then on, finding not enough space, the water would naturally explode. The water explodes, utterly devastating any victims inside of the orb. This can be done almost instantaneously, by stringing all hand seals together.

    Restrictions

    • Can only be taught by me
    • Only usable 2 times per battle
    • No A-rank Water and above the next 2 turns
    • Leaves the user slightly fatigued after usage
    • If not activated with the hand seals, the orb would not harm the opponent in any way except slowly suffocate them like Gushing Water Imprisonment

    If you send the pulses and they can pierce through objects, how do they come back to you with the info? Also on v2, you didn't mention if the pulses do damage or not. You only did that on v1. Add a limit on the amount of times v2 can be used

    Description: The user closes their left eye and preforms the flowing hand seals Bird → Ox → Boar → Hare → Bird, as the user is doing the hand seals their gathering a massif amount of raiton chakra into their left eye. once the hand seals are complete the user opens his eye sending out a massif wave of chakra that's invisible to the naked eye flying towards their opponent, this causes a great amount of stress on the eye causes it to bleed and to go blind for 3 turns, the wave of chakra is 10 feet wide and 10 feet in height, and travels at a fast able to reach mid range in about 3 seconds. once the wave comes into contact with the opponent it stores tiny electrical bolts in their chakra net work that are dormant until the opponent try's to access their charka and when the opponent try's to access charka to use a jutsu or for some other reason the tiny bolts of stored lightning chakra release electricity throughout the opponents body causing their chakra network to become unstable for that turn resulting in the opponent not able to use any justu. the electricity also causes numbness in the opponents body.

    Note: You can only use this jutsu two times per battle
    Note: This can be the only jutsu you use on any any given turn, and if a jutsu was used before this you cannot use another one
    Note: Using this justu will cause your left eye to go blind for three turns
    Note: the charka wave can only be seen with a doujutsu that can see chakra or someone who has sensing.
    Note the opponents body will go numb and unable to move it for 2 seconds <----Note to mod: (feel free to remove this one)
    Note: if used three times your left eye will go blind forever.(just for that battle)

    Description: The user performs the Ox then the Boar hand seals and places their hands on the ground, palms down. From in front of the user raises a group of rocks all in odd shapes. These rocks lay dormant on the ground until the user uses the (Kugutsu no Jutsu) Puppet Technique, when the Puppet Technique is used the Chakra channeled down the chakra strings and into the rocks make all the odd looking rocks fit together to form a humanoid shape (like a wooden artist mannequin). These humanoid shapes can be used like regular puppets.
    Notes:
    - Can be used as many times as the user wants but only one puppet is made per use of the Jutsu
    -This Jutsu doesn't involve the control of the rock puppets and the Puppet Technique must be used to do anything with the puppets.
    -The puppets don't have any hidden compartments or tricks and can only be used to perform free form Taijutsu.

    Description: Tonfa swords are extremely light and fast blades. The tonfa can be gripped by the short perpendicular handle or by the longer main shaft. In defense, if the handle is grasped then the shaft protects the forearm and hand while the knob protects the thumb. This gives the user greater use for the swords length while blocking but less when attacking. In offense, one can swing the shaft to strike the target. Large amounts of momentum can be imparted to the shaft by twirling the tonfa by the handle. This gives the user greater use for the swords length when attacking but less when defending. The tonfa can also be wielded in such a way as to use the knob as a striking implement, held either by the handle or by the shaft.
    These swords have a unique ability which lets them engulf humidity and heat. The more heat and humidity they engulf the hotter the swords get giving them a glowing red-like colour due to the intense heat. Once the swords become heated up they cause great damage to anything the come into contact with.
    ~Can engulf up to B rank fire jutsus.
    ~Engulfing a fire jutsu counts as a move.
    ~Cannot hold them in defence position when heated due to the great heat of the blades rubbing off the users forearms.

    Description: The Z sword is an ancient and extremely heavy sword. It was rumored to be made in the heart of a dying star by the gods. The Z sword is made almost completely or Osmium and silver which respectively are the most dense and most conductive metals. Because of the compound of these two metals it is extremely resistant to heat so it can nullify any c rank and below fire technique. because of the strains of silver running through the sword it is also extremely conductive this allows the user to channel his lightning chakra into the sword increasing the "sharpness" of the blade. Although because of the conductivity of the sword if a lightning technique hits the user without it being countered the ensuing damage is said to be amplified to one rank higher than what the technique is e.g. if a c rank lightning technique hits the user the damage caused will be B rank. Because of the density of the metals used in the forging of the weapon the Z sword is so heavy that it cannot be used for prolonged periods of time without fatigue / reduced stamina. Because of such after the weapon is wielded (in the hands of the user) the speed of the user is reduced by 10% and after 7 turns the player can only use 2 jutsu per turn for the remainder of the fight due too fatigue. Although because of this weight if anyone was hit with this sword as well as being cut their bones would be crushed and internal organs ruptured ( presuming that the sword hits them and they are not just slashed by a tip or an edge).
    ~Can channel lightning chakra to increase penetration
    ~ If hit with a lightning tech while wielding the Z sword the techniques power goes up one grade
    ~Can nullify any C rank and below fire technique
    ~Whilst being wielded it reduces the speed of the user by 10%
    ~ after 7 turns of wielding it the user is only allowed to use 2 jutsu for the rest of the fight.

    Description and Background:
    harriers are birds of prey, family Accipitridae, order Falconiformes. Harriers have long wings and legs, a small head with a short beak, an owl-like frill of thickset feathers around the face, and soft plumage. They eat frogs, birds, snakes, and small mammals, and are found mainly in marshy areas throughout the world. Because of their long wings and legs they are both gifted in wind jutsu and taijutsu being able to use both of these at B rank and below. although because of their thickset feathers they are very susceptible to Fire techniques due to both their elemental and natural weaknesses towards fire which is why they tend to stay in the air because fire techs tend to be short-mid range so they have learned to keep their distance.. Photon discovered these creatures when he was a nomad trekking across far distant lands. there he found the nests of the Harriers and formed an alliance with them meaning they sware no loyalty to any village just photon alone and who ever he hands the contract down too.

    *I wasn't sure where this should be posted since the custom weapons says put with custom jutsu submissions and that was closed...This is the first one i've made and give alot of thought to I'd like to keep it and just perhaps tweak it if possible. I used an actual sword too if that matters i can make one up. Thank you all for taking the time look this over any pointers are greatly appreciated. Also i never could find anywhere if jutsu ranks applied to weapons as well. If so when could i use this weapon?*

    Description: The legendary sword Juuchi Yosamu made by the famous Muramasa. Basically this weapon is a defensive and offensive because it uses the sheath as well as the sword. I was thinking that the sheath if pointed towards a projectile jutsu (Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu) with the opening towards the fireball that it would basically suck it up. Then the user has to sheath the sword and then withdraw it out and the blade will then be infused with the chakra from the jutsu it sucked up.

    Note: Rank of the weapon depends on the jutsu it can suck up basically for example. I can only do it on D rank's right now til I get more training then will be up to C rank and then B rank and so on.

    Note: Can only suck up B rank or lower jutsu's

    Note: Strength of the chakra infused blade would be determined on the jutsu sucked up. Such as D rank +5, C rank +10, B rank +15.

    Note: Can only have one jutsu sucked and infused at a time.

    Note: The lower the rank the longer the blade stays infused. D rank - 4 turns, C rank - 3 turns, B rank - 2 turns.

    Note: Chakra once infused into the blade can't be discharged at will must stay until runs out of turns.

    Note: Sucking up a jutsu counts as 1 move

    Note: Sheathing the blade and withdrawing it again in turn counts as a move. (Unless using that samurai technique that does the quick drawing thing)

    Description:The user quickly starts to gather his chakra in his palm and quickly start to quickly release a dozen of bolts of lightning towards his opponent which causes numbing effect as well as damage to the opponent the but they are unique in the way how they approach the opponent , they approach him in arc like shape and completely engulf him as the approach him from all the different angles mainly from a 360 degree arc.
    Note : Can only be used three times per battle
    Note :Can only be taught by Gitanshu
    Note : Must need mastery over Lightning element
    Note : Can not use any S rank or higher Lightning base jutsu in the same turn
    Note : Eight bolts are released towards the opponent
    Note : They travel at the same speed of (Raiton: Gian) - Lightning Style: False Darkness mainly at a speed that any normal lightning attack does

    Description- It is a shield of warrior and was wielded by a true shinobi and it's defense was said to be unbreakable it was found by gitanshu after many hard work and it was taken by him in his possesion this shield is capable enough of blocking all elemental jutsu up to B rank and is a mark of a true warrior,but it can only block small projectiles only like small wind bullets.

    Description: The user performs the Snake hand seal and then places their palms on to the ground in front of them. After this is done the user channels their Chakra down into the earth and out towards the enemy. The user lowers the earth underground creating an underground chasm 2 meters in front of the enemy. When the enemy moves over the Chasm the small crust that hides the Chasm from the surface breaks due to the weight and the person who walked over would falls in. The Chasm is 3 meters wide both ways and 7 meters deep. The user can also recover the Chasm after the enemy has fallen in if they wished to.

    Notes:
    - Have to leave one turn between usages.
    - The user doesn't know the Chasm is there, no physical signs will indicate its presence either. (Unless they have a technique stating otherwise - Chakra sensing/Byakugan)
