    Description: Toop is a wood puppet that has iron bands, around its body, waists, and forearms along with having four arms. Its arms are made of jointed screws, along with its abdamen, Toop has a top like piece for its legs which has a groove down to a point similar to a screw, which its spins on while being controled. Toop is able to spin its hole body around and knock its self into the opponent. Toops body semperates into eleven pieces, at the arms which also detach at the wrist, where Toops head, abdamen, and lower body (the top like piece he stands on) also detach from one another; all places that detach are attached by a screw like part which needs just a little pull then unscrews. Toop can be used whole body or in pieces to spin and then screw the opponent in many places or in a single point if Toop is full bodied, and the waist area screw is able to screw deeper into the lower body to make his body one full peice the screw can also be undone then use that part as legs for the puppet while using its orginal legs as a destraction. Toop has two canisters of senbon in all of his arms, that can be shot out of each hand, Toop also has a large amount of smoke bombs in its head that he will release from its mouth.
    - Toop's orginal legs being seperanted from the waist screw, count as using another puppet.
    - Smoke bombs can be used 1 time per turn.
    - Senbon can only be released 2 times per turn.
    - All joints mentioned to detach, detach very quickly.

    ~Declined~ How many smoke bombs and senbons does he exactly hold in his inventory? Also please try and re-word it a bit and make it cleaner. As it stands all I see is screw this, screw that.^^

    Description and Background: Wild yaks are among the largest bovids and are second only to the gaur in shoulder height. Wild yak adults stand about 1.6 to 2.2 m (5.2 to 7.2 ft) tall at the shoulder and weigh 325–1,000 kg (720–2,200 lb). The head and body length is 2.5 to 3.4 m (8.2 to 11 ft), not counting the tail of 70 to 100 cm (28 to 39 in). The females are about one-third the weight and are about 30% smaller in their linear dimensions when compared to bull wild yaks. Domesticated yaks are much smaller, males weighing 350 to 580 kg (770 to 1,300 lb) and females 225 to 255 kg (500 to 560 lb).
    Yaks are heavily built animals with a sturdy frame, short legs, and rounded cloven hooves. They have small ears and a wide forehead, with smooth horns that are generally dark in colour.     -If opponent's chakra neutralizes or overcomes the animal's chakra (when transformed), then the transformed animal will come to its normal form again. i.e. in sword form.

    -If user gets hit by a jutsu while holding this sword, then he will receive an addition of +20 damage points.

    Removed the 1 ton part. Added a note stating that my sword cannot sense chakra. Since you said "Even if it has chakra and is a living sending thing, no need to compare it to ninja" and SY wanted my sword to have chakra in numbers, so I removed the "Kage Ranked" part and kept the chakra in numbers. Moved the line "Only listens to Enzup" from restrictions to Abilities.
    As of the transformation part. Lets say I pass my wind chakra in the sword, my sword transforms to porcupine. Then I can shoot spikes from porcupine's body. (future jutsu, if this CW gets approved). Meaning, after my sword will transform into an animal, sword will use some special techniques which can be used by that special animal in the transformation. eg: porcupine-spikes.
    About lasting, added a note about its lasting. And lets say my sword is in the form of phoenix (fire) which is equivalent to S-Rank, so any water technique of A-Rank can bring back my phoenix to sword form. Or if a B-Rank water is used on it, then sword's strength decreases to A-Rank. But overall the transformation lasts 4 turns.

    => Made the transforming ability A-Rank.
    => Added a part stating "can only be used twice for each element" coz after using that transforming ability only twice, my sword is useless.

    => Added "senses and chain part". I was adding the chain part from very beginning since I start sumitting my sword, and senses part from last like past 2 re-submissions, but I forgot to add them when you checked it.

Eucliffe is a master physiologist who explores and studies several forms of organisms, and is also a master at chakra control. Eucliffe is summoned onto the summoners shoulder, and promptly injects his stinger into the base of the summoners neck causing slight discomfort. As his stinger penetrates into the base of the summoners neck, Eucliffe begins to release a steady flow of his specialised protein-toxins as well as chakra. The toxins altering the summoners heart flow and blood circulation increasing, and doing several other things to it, it also slightly lowers the summoners breathing rate, resulting in them taking deeper breaths and becoming more relaxed and focused, the chakra supply making sure none of these changes go awry and supplying the summoner with a slight chakra boost.     • The user will charge into the target with their fist and elbow like it were a taijutsu move. From there the user will pulsate their lightning chakra throughout the target's body to electrify their insides. This is most effective when using it on the target's back, but can be used on any part of the body.
    Notes:
    • Can only be used three times a match. Any more uses causes the electricity to surge the user's body, severely weakening their internal organs.

When ever I activate the sword any lightning attacks (A rank and Below) will rush towards the tip of my blade like a metal pole in the middle of a thunderstorm. Once Conducted the sword will give out an electric charge around the blade. The sword can do 2 things with it. It then gives me a boost in speed by releasing the electrical surge around me.. Similar to rock lee without his weights. The sword can also channel the lightning chakra through the ground under the opponent. Causing major lightning surges on the ground under the opponent causing them to be stunned for 1turn

    Description: The summoner bites his/her left thumb, and then thrust their hand into the air in order to summon Jak, the Blue.
    Jak, the Blue is a flying squirrel that is 4ft 35lbs. He is covered in a smooth white coat and has a blue mo-hawk which starts at the center of his head and travels all the way down his spine to the tip of his tall. He wears an eye patch on his right eye and has a scar is the shape of an X on his left cheek.
    Although, not as skilled as Roc, the Swift in gliding, Jak makes up for it using his great diving skills and rapid swimming speed. Jok has excellent vision and well-developed senses of hearing and smell.
    Jak has an affinity for suiton chakara which allows him to preform Water style jutsu with relative ease using squirrel hand-seals (3 fingers and a thumb on each forefoot). He can use ninja tools with his hands and is unaffected by fire jutsus up to C-rank due to his constant damp fur coat. Jak can only stay in the air for a short period of time (2 turns).

    Note: Can only be summoned once in a battle
    Note: Is unaffected by C rank katon jutsu
    Note: Can only use B rank or lower suiton

    Description: Wielding Mjollnir, user swings the hammer by it's strap in a circular fashion gathering their raiton chakra into the hammer's head. User then fires off a massive bolt of lightning, in the shape of a polar bear, from the hammers head. If thrown the bear looks as if it's running, crumbling any earth beneath it.
    Notes:
    Usable Twice per match. Second Time Mjollnir desummoned no longer usable for match.
    Only usable with Mjollnir in play.
    No lightning next two turns.

This diamond spins parallel to the user and it spins at an extremely fast speed, the diamond is 10 feet in width,10 feet in height , and 3 inches in length. The reason this is called the final stand is because whoever uses this jutsu loses the ability to move their arms and their arms go numb for the rest of the battle, also whoever uses this jutsu losses their ability to mold or form charka rendering them unable to use jutsu for the rest of the battle.

Unfortunatly he was not able to control his chakra as it was reacting to the necklace. Which, in the end the necklace sucked all the black smith's chakra into itself, thus killing the black smith. Since that day, many have tried to use the necklace and try to figure out it's mysterious power. It has said that the necklaces power are the ability to protect it's user. Through the use of pure chakra that it emmits and reacts to the users chakra. Many have tried to use the necklace however most failed and their chakra also was sucked into the necklace. The necklace would be activated by channeling the users own chakra into the necklace, thus creating a reaction with the necklace and mixing both chakra's together. If the opponent gets hit, it will pierce them with ease and burn a hole in their body. If it misses but graze their flesh, they will burn the area that it was hit. It has the power to penetrate almost anything. An will explode once it penetrate or hits an object. Magnitude of the explosion would be like the Majestic Anniliahtion. S ranked water jutsu's are able to stop it, however soon as it makes contact it will create steam.

    ~Declined~ I will give you one more chance before DNR'ing this technique. First of all, as you may or may not already know, the hands play a vital role in preparations of dust release techniques. Before ever creating the cubes, cones, cylinders, etc, you need to do the hand motion preparations to construct the three-dimensional object. Now about the technique itself in terms of power; Are you really expecting a technique that lets you take out up to four S-rank techniques, twice per battle to get approved?

    I'd like to point out a flaw in the note I highlighted above. The overall technique is ranked at S because of its power and complexity, that does not mean that each individual cube has the power of an S-rank, that would be ridiculous. That being said, each individual cube would not be able to destroy up to S-Ranks attacks. Why? Because when dealing with dust release, once two similar techniques of approximately equal power collide, in this cause one of the cubes and another S rank technique, the pair would merge into a single large spherical explosion. Now if you account for the fact that each cube is not S ranked, the techniques you are trying to destroy would not be equal in power to accomplish what you are describing. Lastly, please make sure to fix the chakra cost and damage points, it seems like you left it there from your previous submission.

    Note to checker: Yes I know 20 damage doesn't do shit for jack, but it's a requirement stated many times that an F-rank technique needs to have damage to the user. If I didn't put it up there, it would be declined for that, hence why it's stated there anyways.
